Description

DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION
TITRE : Base de support pour aspirateur portatif TITLE: Support base for portable vacuum cleaner
Domaine technique Technical area
The present invention relates to the field of vacuum cleaners making it possible to vacuum up dust and waste present on a surface to be cleaned, which may for example be tiles, parquet, laminate, carpet or a rug.
Etat de la technique State of the art
A portable vacuum cleaner comprises, in known manner, a main body equipped with a suction duct; a waste separation and collection device mounted on the main body and extending along an extension axis; a suction motor housed in the main body and having a motor shaft, the suction motor being configured to generate an air flow through the suction duct and the waste separation and collection device; a gripping handle extending along a central longitudinal axis which is substantially parallel to the motor axis and/or to the extension axis of the waste separation and collection device; and a rechargeable battery configured to electrically power the portable vacuum cleaner, and in particular the vacuum motor.
During the phases of use of such a portable vacuum cleaner, the suction duct of the latter can be connected to a suction tube whose lower end is connected to a suction head intended to rest on the ground.
During the phases of non-use of such a portable vacuum cleaner, the latter is generally stored on a wall support base comprising in a known manner:
Such a support base is generally positioned at a predetermined distance from the ground, such that, when the portable vacuum cleaner is in the storage position and its suction duct is connected indirectly to a suction head, said head d The suction rests on the ground.
Therefore, it is important to make, in the wall to which the support base is to be attached, two wall holes respectively at predetermined distances from the floor to guarantee an optimal position of the suction head in relation to the floor.
In order to be able to compensate for a possible vertical positioning defect of these two wall drillings, the first and second fixing holes, provided on the base body, are generally oblong and are configured to extend substantially vertically when the base body is fixed on the wall.
However, such oblong fixing holes do not make it possible to compensate for a possible vertical misalignment of the first and second fixing holes. Thus, in such a case, when the base body is fixed to the wall, the support base then finds itself inclined relative to the vertical.
Besides the fact that such an inclination is likely to make the storage of the portable vacuum cleaner unsightly (particularly when it is equipped with the suction tube and the suction head), it is likely to induce friction. or impacts of the suction head against furniture or partitions located near the support base when inserting the grip handle of the portable vacuum cleaner between the two retaining members provided on the support base, which is likely to damage the suction head and/or the aforementioned furniture or partitions.
In addition, when the support base is a charging base and is provided with a male electrical connector, such an inclination of the support base is likely to induce, when the gripping handle is inserted between the retaining members provided on the support base, a twisting, or even a breakage, of the electrical connector male, and therefore a degradation of the portable vacuum cleaner.
Résumé de l’invention Summary of the invention
The present invention aims to remedy all or part of these drawbacks.
The technical problem underlying the invention consists in particular of providing a support base for a portable vacuum cleaner which is simple, reliable and ergonomic in structure, while guaranteeing optimal maintenance of the portable vacuum cleaner in a storage position.
To this end, the present invention relates to a support base for a portable vacuum cleaner, comprising at least:
- a support device configured to support the portable vacuum cleaner in a storage position.
The support base comprises first adjustment means configured to adjust a positioning of the base body relative to the first fixing point according to a first adjustment direction and a second adjustment direction which are different from each other. other.
The presence of such adjustment means allows a user to preposition the base body relative to the wall, then to successively insert the first and second fixing screws into the two wall holes provided on the wall, to adjust, in particular in the event of a lack of vertical alignment of these two wall holes, the position of the base body relative to the first fixing point so as to orient the support base substantially vertically, and finally to screw the first and second fixing screws so as to immobilize the support base in relation to the wall.
Thus, the specific configuration of the support base according to the present invention allows a user to compensate for a possible vertical positioning defect of the two wall holes, and therefore to ensure a substantially vertical orientation of the support base and to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages linked to an inclination of the support base relative to the vertical.
In this document, wall means any type of wall. According to one embodiment of the invention, the first adjustment means define a first adjustment range according to the first adjustment direction of between 10 and 30 mm, and for example between 10 and 20 mm.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first adjustment means define a second adjustment range according to the second adjustment direction of between 10 and 30 mm, and for example between 15 and 25 mm.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first adjustment means are configured to adjust a positioning of the first fixing screw relative to the base body according to the first adjustment direction and the second adjustment direction.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first and second fixing holes are configured to be arranged one above the other when the base body is correctly fixed to the wall. According to one embodiment of the invention, the first fixing hole is provided on a lower part of the base body, and the second fixing hole is provided on an upper part of the base body.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the first fixing hole is provided on an upper part of the base body, and the second fixing hole is provided on a lower part of the base body.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first and second directions of adjustment are substantially perpendicular to each other.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first direction of adjustment extends substantially parallel to a median longitudinal plane of the support base.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the support base is configured such that the first direction of adjustment extends substantially vertically when the base body is fixed to the wall. Such a first direction of adjustment allows a user to adjust the distance between the first and second fixing holes to the distance between the first and second fixing points provided on the wall.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the support base is configured such that the second direction of adjustment extends substantially horizontally when the base body is fixed to the wall. Such a second direction of adjustment allows a user to adjust, in particular in the event of a vertical misalignment of the two wall holes, the position of the base body relative to the first fixing point so as to orient the support base substantially vertically.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first adjustment means comprise an adjustment member mounted sliding relative to the base body in the second adjustment direction, the adjustment member comprising the first fixing hole . When the second direction of adjustment extends substantially horizontally, such an adjustment member allows a user to easily adjust, in particular in the event of a defect vertical alignment of the two wall holes, the position of the base body relative to the first fixing point so as to orient the support base substantially vertically.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the base body comprises a through passage having a longitudinal passage axis and comprising a first end opening into the front face of the base body and a second end opening into the rear face of the body of base, the adjustment member being arranged at least partly in the through passage and the first direction of adjustment being substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal passage axis.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the base body comprises at least one guide element, such as a guide groove, and the adjustment member comprises at least one guide member, such as a rib guide, configured to cooperate with the at least one guide element during sliding of the adjustment member relative to the base body.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first fixing hole is oblong and extends in the first adjustment direction, the first fixing hole partly forming the first adjustment means. Advantageously, the first oblong fixing hole is formed in the slidingly mounted adjustment member and extends perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of passage. In other words, when the through passage is oriented to allow the adjustment member to slide horizontally, the first oblong-shaped fixing hole extends vertically. Such a configuration allows a user to effectively adjust on the one hand the position of the base body relative to the first fixing point so as to orient the support base substantially vertically and on the other hand the distance between the first and second fixing holes at the distance between the first and second fixing points provided on the wall.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the support base further comprises second adjustment means distinct from the first means adjustment and configured to adjust a positioning of the base body relative to the second fixing point in at least a third direction of adjustment.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the second adjustment means are configured to adjust a positioning of the second fixing screw relative to the base body in the third direction of adjustment.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first and third directions of adjustment are substantially parallel to each other.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the second fixing hole is oblong and extends in the third direction of adjustment, the second fixing hole partly forming the second adjustment means.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the second fixing hole extends substantially in the median longitudinal plane of the support base.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the support base is configured such that the third direction of adjustment extends substantially vertically when the base body is fixed to the wall.
Advantageously, the first and third directions of adjustment are oriented substantially vertically when the base body is fixed to a wall. These arrangements ensure that the support base can be positioned and adjusted vertically so that the suction head, connected to the portable vacuum cleaner by a suction tube, rests on the ground by sliding vertically the entire support base.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the support base comprises at least one additional fixing hole provided on the base body. Advantageously, the at least one additional fixing hole is arranged at the same height as the second fixing hole.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the at least one additional fixing hole is oblong.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the second adjustment means comprise an additional adjustment member mounted sliding relative to the base body in a fourth adjustment direction, the additional adjustment member comprising the second fixing hole.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the second fixing hole is of circular section.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the support device comprises two retaining members configured to extend on either side of a gripping handle of the portable vacuum cleaner.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the two retaining members are arranged facing each other.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the two retaining members are arranged on either side of the median longitudinal plane of the support base. Such an arrangement of the retaining members further improves the stability of the portable vacuum cleaner when the latter is in the storage position.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the two retaining members are arranged symmetrically with respect to the median longitudinal plane of the support base.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the two retaining members are configured to grip the gripping handle when the portable vacuum cleaner is in the storage position.
According to one embodiment of the invention, at least one of the two retaining members is flexible.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the two retaining members comprise free end portions which are spaced from one another.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the free end portion of each retaining member is tapered such that said free end portion has a height, measured in a vertical direction when the support base is fixed to a wall, which decreases towards a free end of the respective retaining member. According to one embodiment of the invention, the free end portions of the two retaining members converge towards each other. These provisions improve the retention of the gripping handle by the retaining members when the portable vacuum cleaner is in the storage position.

As shown in particular in Figure 10, the gripping portion 25 has a cross section, for example circular or oblong, substantially identical to the cross section of the first handle part 22, and the gripping surface 26 of the gripping portion 25 is configured to be flush with an additional gripping surface 29 of the first handle part 22 when the insertion portion 27 is housed in the internal housing 23. Such a configuration of the gripping portion 25 and the first handle part 22 makes it possible to extend the gripping area of the portable vacuum cleaner 2 as far as the first handle part 22, and therefore to facilitate the handling of the portable vacuum cleaner 2 by a user. In Figures 4 and 5, the gripping zone is advantageously delimited by a grip surface with alternating reliefs, projecting reliefs and recessed reliefs. In a variant embodiment, the flu surface could be made by a smooth surface made of an elastomeric material.
As shown more particularly in Figures 8 to 10, the rechargeable battery 18 comprises a first electrical connector 31 which is provided on the insertion portion 27 and which is configured to cooperate with a second electrical connector 32, disposed in the internal housing 23, when the insertion portion 27 is housed in the internal housing 23. The first direction of adjustment D1 can for example extend vertically when the base body 33 is fixed to the wall 100 and the first and second fixing points P1, P2 are perfectly aligned vertically or are offset laterally relative to each other. to the other by a distance less than or equal to the first adjustment range of the first adjustment means according to the first adjustment direction D1. However, the first direction of adjustment D1 could be inclined, relative to the vertical, when the base body 33 is fixed to the wall 100 and the first and second fixing points P1, P2 are offset laterally relative to each other. to the other by a distance greater than the second adjustment range of the first adjustment means.
According to the embodiment shown in the figures, the base body 33 comprises a through passage 36 provided on the lower part 33.1 of the base body 33. Advantageously, the retaining lugs 42 are provided on the first handle part 22.
De façon avantageuse, chaque ergot de maintienEach of the retaining members 38 provided on the support base 3 is configured to engage under a respective holding pin 42 when the portable vacuum cleaner 2 is in the storage position, so as to support the gripping handle 6 and therefore to avoid sliding by gravity of the latter relative to the base body 33. Advantageously, each retaining lug
42 has a lower surface 43 which is substantially flat and which is configured to bear, that is to say to rest, on the respective retaining member 38.
The connecting surface 17 is spaced from each of the holding lugs 42 by a spacing distance D corresponding substantially to the maximum height of each of the retaining members 38. Advantageously, a ratio between spacing distance D and height maximum of each of the retaining members 38 is between 0.9 and 1.1.
As shown in particular in Figure 14, the connecting surface 17 and the external peripheral surface 16 of the rear casing 15 delimit a guide edge 44 which is annular and which extends around the central longitudinal axis A. The edge of guide 44 is configured to guide the retaining members 38 when the gripping handle 6 is inserted between the two retaining members 38.
According to the embodiment shown in the figures, the support base 3 is a charging base and comprises a male electrical connector 45 which is of cylindrical shape and which is configured to cooperate with a female electrical connector 46 provided on the gripping handle 6 when the portable vacuum cleaner 2 is in the storage position.
