具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本公开的上述目的、特征和优点,下面将对本公开的方案进行进一步描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本公开的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开,但本公开还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施;显然,说明书中的实施例只是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
结合图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本公开实施例提供的本体1中,安装底座包括本体1及设置于本体1相对两侧的后装产品安装部和车身连接部;车身安装部与车身上设置的安装位匹配;本体1上开设有容纳腔,车身连接部设有连接结构,连接结构与本体1转动连接并可容纳在容纳腔内。当连接结构不使用时,连接结构收纳于容纳腔,使连接结构不易损坏,可以减少由于连接结构损坏而导致的装配不牢固发生的可能性,使设有此本体1的后装产品4不易损坏。本公开实施例通过本体1设置于后装产品4,可以将后装产品4的不同结构转化成具有本体1的标准结构,可以为后装产品4提供一个标准尺寸的结构,实现所有后装产品4能够快捷的安装在车身。本公开实施例提供的安装底座可以安装在每一个后装产品4的底部,使底座作为后装产品4的一部分,以实现后装产品4安装结构的标准化。
在一些具体的实施方式中,连接结构包括锁钩组件,锁钩组件与容纳腔对应,其中,锁钩组件包括锁钩和联动杆23,锁钩与本体1转动连接并可容纳在容纳腔内;联动杆23与锁钩连接,用于驱动锁钩转动。联动杆23用于驱动锁钩设置于容纳腔内,当锁钩不使用时, 联动杆23驱动锁钩收纳于容纳腔,使锁钩不易损坏,可以减少由于锁钩损坏而导致的装配不牢固发生的可能性,使设有此本体1的后装产品4不易损坏。
其中,锁钩可以是一个,也可以是两个,还可以是多个。
在一些具体的实施方式中,本体1设有锁钩组件和电连接件13;锁钩组件用于与车身可拆卸连接,电连接件13用于与车身端电连接。本公开实施例通过本体1与后装产品4配合,可以将后装产品4的不同结构转化成具有本体1的标准结构,可以为后装产品4提供一个标准尺寸的结构,实现所有后装产品4能够快捷的安装在车身。电连接件13可以提供供电的接口,通过电连接件13与车身端电连接,能够让车上的电力和信号直接传输到后装产品4上。本公开实施例提供的安装底座可以安装在每一个后装产品4的底部,使底座作为后装产品4的一部分,以实现后装产品4安装结构的标准化。
可选的,电连接件13与底座可以通过焊接连接。
结合图1、图3和图4所示,本体1形成有第一容纳腔11和第二容纳腔12;锁钩组件包括第一锁钩21、第二锁钩22和联动杆23,第一锁钩21可转动的设置于第一容纳腔11,第二锁钩22可转动的设置于第二容纳腔12,联动杆23分别与第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22连接。
第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22可以旋转收纳,使第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22完全容纳到本体1内部,在后装产品4不需要安装在车身上时,使第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22分别容纳到第一容纳腔11和第二容纳腔12,联动杆23用于驱动第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22,以使第一锁钩21、第二锁钩22同时分别对应容纳于第一容纳腔11、第二容纳腔12,可以使后装产品4能够保持一个比较好的外观。
可选的,后装产品4可以为家用电器或电子设备等。
在一些具体的实施方式中,电连接件13设置于第一锁钩21的第一转轴,和/或,电连接件13设置于第二锁钩22的第二转轴。
可选的,电连接件13设置两个,分别为第一电连接件13和第二电连接件13,第一电连接件13和第一锁钩21均设置于第一旋转支架14,具体的,第一电连接件13和第一锁钩21分别与第一旋转支架14焊接连接,使第一电连接件13和第一锁钩21能同时相对于本体1旋转,使第一电连接件13和第一锁钩21能同时容纳于第一容纳腔11。第二电连接件13和第二锁钩22均设置于第二旋转支架15,第二电连接件13和第二锁钩22分别与第二旋转支架15焊接连接,使第二电连接件13和第二锁钩22能同时相对于本体1旋转,使第二电连接件13和第二锁钩22能同时容纳于第二容纳腔12。第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22 可以通过两个不同方向的布置,以此可以消除左右和前后方向的间隙。
在一些具体的实施方式中,第一锁钩21设有第一转轴,第一转轴与本体1转动连接,调节机构包括相互啮合的第一齿轮211和第一齿条,第一齿轮211设置于第一锁钩21,第一齿条设置于联动杆23;和/或,第二锁钩22设有第二转轴,第二转轴与本体1转动连接,调节机构包括相互啮合的第二齿轮221和第二齿条24,第二齿轮221设置于第二锁钩22,第二齿条24设置于联动杆23。第一旋转支架14和第二旋转支架15可以分别设置在本体1上,并可以绕着本体1上的孔旋转。第一旋转支架14与本体1之间通过第一弹簧25连接,来提供第一锁钩21在使用状态和收纳状态下的回复力,消除间隙和晃动;第二旋转支架15与本体1之间通过第二弹簧26连接,来提供第二锁钩22在使用状态和收纳状态下的回复力,消除间隙和晃动。
联动杆23分别与第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22连接;其中,联动杆23用于驱动第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22,以使第一锁钩21容纳于第一容纳腔11时,第二锁钩22机构容纳于第二容纳腔12。在后装产品4不需要安装在车身上时,通过联动杆23驱动第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22分别容纳到第一容纳腔11和第二容纳腔12,使后装产品4能够保持一个比较好的外观。当后装产品4需要安装到车身上时,通过联动杆23驱动第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22分别从第一容纳腔11和第二容纳腔12伸出,操作简单,收放自如。
联动杆23可以穿过固定底座16与本体1之间的间隙使联动杆23相对于本体1滑动,以驱动第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22。
本体1可以通过边缘的四个圆孔与后装产品4的主体结构安装在一起,组成完整的后装产品4。
在一些具体的实施方式中,第一锁钩21的转动轴向和第二锁钩22的转动轴向平行;或第一锁钩21的转动轴向和第二锁钩22的转动轴向相互垂直。当第一锁钩21的转动轴向和第二锁钩22的转动轴向相互垂直时,可以消除左右和前后方向的间隙,减少晃动的可能性。
在一些具体的实施方式中,联动杆23的两端分别与第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22转动连接。当用户需要将后装产品4安装到车身上时,可以拨动联动杆23,使第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22伸出;当用户把后装产品4从车身上拆下来,需要把第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22收纳起来的时候,可以拨动联动杆23,结构简单,操作方便。
在一些具体的实施方式中,第一锁钩21设有第一转轴,第一转轴与本体1转动连接,第一锁钩21设有第一齿轮211,联动杆23设有第一齿条,第一齿轮211与第一齿条啮合; 联动杆23运动的时候,能够通过第一齿轮211与第一齿条的配合,驱动第一旋转支架14以及第一锁钩21旋转90°。
在一些具体的实施方式中,第二锁钩22设有第二转轴,第二转轴与本体1转动连接,第二锁钩22设有第二齿轮221,联动杆23连接有第二齿条24,第二齿轮221与第二齿条24啮合,联动杆23运动的时候,能够通过第二齿轮221与第二齿条24的配合,驱动第二旋转支架15以及第二锁钩22旋转90°。
在一些具体的实施方式中,联动杆23与第二锁钩22之间设有换向结构,通过换向结构,可以使联动杆23运动的时候,第一锁钩21和第二锁钩22朝不同的方向转动。
在一些具体的实施方式中,换向结构包括设置于联动杆23的侧向滑槽231,侧向滑槽231的延伸方向相对于联动杆23的移动方向倾斜;第二齿条24设有导向柱241,导向柱241与侧向滑槽231滑动配合。联动杆23运动时,侧向滑槽231驱动导向柱241做直线运动,第二齿条24与第二锁钩22的匹配位置为齿形结构,第二锁钩22伸出端为第二齿轮221结构,导向柱241滑动时通过第二齿条24齿形结构与第二齿轮221的配合驱动第二旋转支架15旋转90°
如图1所示,底座还包括支架3,支架3与车身连接,支架3设有锁紧装置和电连接器,电连接器用于与车身端电连接;锁紧装置可以是手动控制,也可以是电动控制。锁紧装置包括锁止机构31和解锁机构32,锁止机构31用于将锁钩组件锁住,解锁机构32用于对锁止机构31解锁;其中,电连接器用于在锁止结构将锁钩组件锁住时,电连接件13与电连接器连接,可以为后装产品4提供安全的固定和便捷的拆装,满足用户对座舱的功能拓展需求。电连接器用于为后装产品4提供供电功能。其中,电连接器用于在锁止结构将后装产品4锁住时,后装产品4与电连接器连接,能够为后装产品4提供电力和通信的支持,让用户的功能拓展更加便捷,保证座舱功能拓展的场景中更加安全。
在一些具体的实施方式中,锁紧装置包括拉索34,拉索34一端与锁止机构31连接,另一端与解锁机构32连接,以使解锁机构32拉动拉索34时,锁止机构31解锁。解锁机构32包括解锁扣手,解锁扣手能够解锁锁止机构31,实现后装产品4的快速拆卸。锁止机构31包括解锁块,拉索34的一端与解锁扣手连接,拉索34的另一端与解锁块相连接,解锁扣手转动时可以驱动拉索34,通过拉索34驱动解锁块实现解锁。
本公开实施例提供的车辆包括本公开实施例提供的安装底座。由于本公开实施例提供的车辆与本公开实施例提供的安装底座具有相同的优势,在此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安装底座,其中所述安装底座包括本体及设置于所述本体相对两侧的后装产品安装部和车身连接部;所述车身安装部与所述车身上设置的安装位匹配;
    所述本体上开设有容纳腔,所述车身连接部设有连接结构,所述连接结构与所述本体转动连接并可容纳在所述容纳腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装底座,其中所述连接结构包括锁钩组件,所述锁钩组件与所述容纳腔对应,
    其中,所述锁钩组件包括锁钩和联动杆,所述锁钩与所述本体转动连接并可容纳在所述容纳腔内;所述联动杆与所述锁钩连接,用于驱动所述锁钩转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装底座,其中所述容纳腔包括第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔;
    所述锁钩组件包括第一锁钩和第二锁钩,所述第一锁钩可转动的设置于所述第一容纳腔,所述第二锁钩可转动的设置于所述第二容纳腔;
    所述联动杆分别与所述第一锁钩和第二锁钩连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装底座,其中所述第一锁钩的转动轴向和所述第二锁钩的转动轴向平行;
    或,所述第一锁钩的转动轴向和所述第二锁钩的转动轴向相互垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装底座,其中所述联动杆的两端分别与所述第一锁钩和所述第二锁钩转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装底座,其中所述第一锁钩设有第一转轴,所述第一转轴与所述本体转动连接,所述第一锁钩设有第一齿轮,所述联动杆设有第一齿条,所述第一齿轮与所述第一齿条啮合;
    和/或,所述第二锁钩设有第二转轴,所述第二转轴与所述本体转动连接,所述第二锁钩设有第二齿轮,所述联动杆连接有第二齿条,所述第二齿轮与所述第二齿条啮合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装底座,其中所述联动杆与所述第二锁钩之间设有换向结构;
    所述换向结构包括设置于所述联动杆的侧向滑槽,所述侧向滑槽的延伸方向相对于所述联动杆的移动方向倾斜;
    所述第二齿条设有导向柱,所述导向柱与所述侧向滑槽滑动配合。
  8. 根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的安装底座,其中所述安装底座还包括电连接件,所述电连接件用于与车身端电连接;
    所述电连接件设置于所述第一锁钩的第一转轴,和/或,所述电连接件设置于所述第二锁钩的第二转轴。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安装底座,其中所述本体设有第一旋转支架,所述第一旋转支架与所述本体转动连接,所述电连接件和所述第一锁钩均设置于所述第一旋转支架;
    和/或,所述本体设有第二旋转支架,所述第二旋转支架与所述本体转动连接,所述电连接件和所述第二锁钩均设置于所述第二旋转支架。
  10. 一种车辆,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的安装底座。
