进一步地,拉杆组件包括第一部、第二部和第三部。具体地,第一部的一端与副车架主体连接。第二部的一端与第一部的另一端连接,即第二部的一端与第一部远离副车架主体的一端连接。第三部设于第二部,且第三部能够相对第二部移动。第三部与散热器连接。可选地,第二部与第一部之间通过焊接的方式连接。拉杆组件还包括调节螺母,工作人员根据实际需求改变第三部与第二部的相对位置,通过调节螺母对第三部进行限位。可选地,第二部的一端与第一部的另一端螺纹连接,即第二部的一端与第一部远离副车架主体的一端螺纹连接。第三部的一端与第二部的另一端转动连接,即第三部的一端与第二部远离副车架主体的一端转动连接。第三部的另一端与散热器转动连接,即第三部远离副车架主体的一端与散热器转动连接。通过转动拉杆组件的第二部,能够改变拉杆组件的整体长度,有利于解决由于散热器的制造误差或安装误差带来的装配问题,拉杆更易于拆装。
目前,矿用自卸车为露天矿开采的主要运输设备,主要用于矿石的运输和自卸,具有载重大、运程短、工作效率高以及单位能耗低等特点。百吨级以上的电传动自卸车往往将发电机、发动机和散热器装配成一个独立的动力总成,通过动力副车架固定在工程机械的架体上,以方便对整个动 力总成进行拆装、维修。相关技术中,散热器与副车架进行初步安装后,还需要通过拉杆与副车架连接,以提高散热器的稳定性。但散热器在与副车架进行安装时,可能会由于散热器的制造误差或安装误差,使拉杆不易于拆装。
本申请限定的技术方案中,拉杆组件的整体长度可以根据实际需求进行调节,有利于解决由于散热器的制造误差或安装误差带来的装配问题,拉杆更易于拆装。
另外,本申请提供的上述技术方案还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,还包括:至少两个连接座,至少一个连接座设于副车架主体的一侧,至少一个连接座设于副车架主体的另一侧,连接座用于与架体连接。
在该技术方案中,副车架总成还包括至少两个连接座。连接座的数量为至少两个,即连接座可以是两个或者多个,根据实际需求进行灵活设置。进一步地,至少一个连接座设于副车架主体的一侧,至少一个连接座设于副车架主体的另一侧。换言之,在副车架主体的两侧中,每一侧均设有至少一个连接座。可选地,连接座的数量为四个,其中两个连接座设于副车架主体的一侧,另外两个连接座设于副车架主体的另一侧。通过设置连接座,能够将副车架主体与工程机械的架体进行连接。
在上述技术方案中,连接座设有至少一个预留孔,副车架总成还包括:顶起件,顶起件穿过预留孔,顶起件的一端与架体相抵。
在该技术方案中,副车架总成还包括顶起件。具体地,连接座设有预留孔,顶起件穿过预留孔,且顶起件的一端与架体相抵。通过设置顶起件,能够将副车架主体顶起,使副车架主体与架体分开一定距离,工作人员可以拆卸发动机的底护板。值得说明的是,顶起件可以是螺钉或其它结构。预留孔的数量为至少一个,即预留孔可以是一个、两个或者多个。顶起件的数量为至少一个,即顶起件可以是一个、两个或者多个。根据实际需求对预留孔以及顶起件进行灵活设置。
在上述技术方案中,顶起件为螺钉,螺钉与预留孔螺纹连接。
在该技术方案中,通过将顶起件设置为螺钉,且螺钉与预留孔螺纹连接,工作人员转动螺钉,能够将副车架主体顶起,使副车架主体与架体分 开一定距离,工作人员可以拆卸发动机的底护板,操作更加快捷。
在上述技术方案中,连接座设有至少一个连接孔,副车架总成还包括:连接件,连接件穿过连接孔与架体。
在该技术方案中,副车架总成还包括连接件。具体地,连接座设有连接孔,连接件穿过连接孔与架体,以达到连接副车架主体与架体的目的。值得说明的是,连接件可以是螺栓或其它结构。连接孔的数量为至少一个,即连接孔可以是一个、两个或者多个。连接件的数量为至少一个,即连接件可以是一个、两个或者多个。根据实际需求对连接孔以及连接件进行灵活设置。
在上述技术方案中,还包括:至少两个安装座,至少一个安装座设于副车架主体的一侧,至少一个安装座设于副车架主体的另一侧,安装座用于连接滚轮。
在该技术方案中,副车架总成还包括至少两个安装座。安装座的数量为至少两个,即安装座可以是两个或者多个,根据实际需求进行灵活设置。进一步地,至少一个安装座设于副车架主体的一侧,至少一个安装座设于副车架主体的另一侧。换言之,在副车架主体的两侧中,每一侧均设有至少一个安装座。可选地,安装座的数量为六个,其中三个安装座设于副车架主体的一侧,另外三个安装座设于副车架主体的另一侧。进一步地,安装座用于连接滚轮。每个安装座均对应设置有一个滚轮,滚轮可相对安装座进行转动。将副车架主体顶起,副车架主体与架体分开一定距离后,安装座上安装滚轮,架体上安装滑轨,取下顶起件让滑轮落在滑轨上,此时工作人员在散热器前方拉动副车架总成,即可完成抽离,以达到方便维修的目的。
在上述技术方案中,第二部设有两个调节螺母,调节螺母与第二部螺纹连接,其中一个调节螺母设于第三部的一侧,另外一个调节螺母设于第三部的另一侧。
在该技术方案中,通过在第二部的周向侧壁设置两个调节螺母,调节螺母与第二部螺纹连接,两个调节螺母分别位于第三部的两侧,以对第三部进行限位。工作人员改变第三部与第二部的相对位置以使第三部达到合适位置后,两个调节螺母能够对第三部进行限位。
本申请第二方面的实施例提供了一种工程机械,包括:架体;上述任一实施例中的副车架总成,与架体连接;散热器,设于副车架总成,散热器与副车架总成的第三部连接。
根据本申请的工程机械的实施例,工程机械包括架体、上述任一实施例中的副车架总成以及散热器。具体地,副车架总成与架体连接。可选地,副车架总成通过连接座与架体连接。进一步地,散热器设于副车架总成,且散热器与副车架总成的第三部连接。
值得说明的是,工程机械可以是工程车辆,比如矿用自卸车等。当然,工程机械还可以是其它类型的设备。
在上述技术方案中,还包括:发动机,设于副车架总成,发动机具有底护板,底护板与副车架总成的副车架主体连接。
在该技术方案中,工程机械还包括发动机。具体地,发动机设于副车架总成。发动机具有底护板,底护板与副车架总成的副车架主体连接。工作人员通过顶起件能够将副车架主体顶起,使副车架主体与架体分开一定距离,工作人员可以拆卸发动机的底护板。
在上述技术方案中,还包括:滑轨,设于架体。
在该技术方案中,工程机械还包括滑轨。具体地,滑轨设于架体。将副车架主体顶起,副车架主体与架体分开一定距离后,安装座上安装滚轮,架体上安装滑轨,取下顶起件让滑轮落在滑轨上,此时工作人员在散热器前方拉动副车架总成,即可完成抽离,以达到方便维修的目的。
其中,由于工程机械包括上述第一方面中的任一副车架总成,故而具有上述任一实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的实施例的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请的实施例进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请的实施例还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不限于下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图6描述根据本申请一些实施例提供的副车架总成100和工程机械200。
实施例一
如图4和图5所示,本申请的一个实施例提供的副车架总成100用于支撑工程机械200的一些部件或装置,比如散热器220、发动机230等。具体而言,如图1所示,副车架总成100包括副车架主体110和至少两个拉杆组件120。具体地,至少一个拉杆组件120设于副车架主体110的一侧,至少一个拉杆组件120设于副车架主体110的另一侧。换言之,在副车架主体110的两侧中,每一侧均设有至少一个拉杆组件120。值得说明的是,拉杆组件120的数量为两个或者多个。可选地,拉杆组件120为斜拉杆,且拉杆组件120的数量为两个,其中一个拉杆组件120设于副车架主体110的一侧,另外一个拉杆组件120设于副车架主体110的另一侧。散热器220与副车架主体110进行初步安装后,还需要通过拉杆组件120 与副车架主体110连接,以提高散热器220的稳定性。
进一步地,如图2所示,拉杆组件120包括第一部121、第二部122和第三部123。具体地,第一部121的一端与副车架主体110连接。第二部122的一端与第一部121的另一端连接,即第二部122的一端与第一部121远离副车架主体110的一端连接。第三部123设于第二部122,且第三部123能够相对第二部122移动。第三部123与散热器220连接。可选地,第二部122与第一部121之间通过焊接的方式连接。拉杆组件120还包括调节螺母124,工作人员根据实际需求改变第三部123与第二部122的相对位置,通过调节螺母124对第三部123进行限位。可选地,第二部122的一端与第一部121的另一端螺纹连接,即第二部122的一端与第一部121远离副车架主体110的一端螺纹连接。第三部123的一端与第二部122的另一端转动连接,即第三部123的一端与第二部122远离副车架主体110的一端转动连接。第三部123的另一端与散热器220转动连接,即第三部123远离副车架主体110的一端与散热器220转动连接。通过转动拉杆组件120的第二部122,能够改变拉杆组件120的整体长度,有利于解决由于散热器220的制造误差或安装误差带来的装配问题,拉杆更易于拆装。
目前,矿用自卸车为露天矿开采的主要运输设备,主要用于矿石的运输和自卸,具有载重大、运程短、工作效率高以及单位能耗低等特点。百吨级以上的电传动自卸车往往将发电机、发动机230和散热器220装配成一个独立的动力总成,通过动力副车架固定在工程机械200的架体210上,以方便对整个动力总成进行拆装、维修。相关技术中,散热器220与副车架进行初步安装后,还需要通过拉杆与副车架连接,以提高散热器220的稳定性。但散热器220在与副车架进行安装时,可能会由于散热器220的制造误差或安装误差,使拉杆不易于拆装。
本申请限定的技术方案中,拉杆组件120的整体长度可以根据实际需求进行调节,有利于解决由于散热器220的制造误差或安装误差带来的装配问题,拉杆更易于拆装。
在另一个实施例中,第二部122设有两个调节螺母124。调节螺母124与第二部122螺纹连接,其中一个调节螺母124设于第三部123的一侧,另外一个调节螺母124设于第三部123的另一侧。工作人员改变第三部123 与第二部122的相对位置以使第三部123达到合适位置后,通过两个调节螺母124对第三部123进行限位。
实施例二
如图1和图3所示,副车架总成100还包括至少两个连接座130。连接座130的数量为至少两个,即连接座130可以是两个或者多个,根据实际需求进行灵活设置。进一步地,至少一个连接座130设于副车架主体110的一侧,至少一个连接座130设于副车架主体110的另一侧。换言之,在副车架主体110的两侧中,每一侧均设有至少一个连接座130。可选地,连接座130的数量为四个,其中两个连接座130设于副车架主体110的一侧,另外两个连接座130设于副车架主体110的另一侧。通过设置连接座130,能够将副车架主体110与工程机械200的架体210进行连接。
进一步地,如图3所示,副车架总成100还包括顶起件141。具体地,连接座130设有预留孔131,顶起件141穿过预留孔131,且顶起件141的一端与架体210相抵。通过设置顶起件141,能够将副车架主体110顶起,使副车架主体110与架体210分开一定距离,工作人员可以拆卸发动机230的底护板231。值得说明的是,顶起件141可以是螺钉或其它结构。预留孔131的数量为至少一个,即预留孔131可以是一个、两个或者多个。顶起件141的数量为至少一个,即顶起件141可以是一个、两个或者多个。根据实际需求对预留孔131以及顶起件141进行灵活设置。
进一步地,顶起件141为螺钉,螺钉与预留孔131螺纹连接。工作人员转动螺钉,能够将副车架主体110顶起,使副车架主体110与架体210分开一定距离,工作人员可以拆卸发动机230的底护板231,操作更加快捷。
进一步地,如图1所示,副车架总成100还包括连接件142。具体地,连接座130设有连接孔132,连接件142穿过连接孔132与架体210,以达到连接副车架主体110与架体210的目的。值得说明的是,连接件142可以是螺栓或其它结构。连接孔132的数量为至少一个,即连接孔132可以是一个、两个或者多个。连接件142的数量为至少一个,即连接件142可以是一个、两个或者多个。根据实际需求对连接孔132以及连接件142进行灵活设置。
实施例三
如图1和图3所示,副车架总成100还包括至少两个安装座151。安装座151的数量为至少两个,即安装座151可以是两个或者多个,根据实际需求进行灵活设置。进一步地,至少一个安装座151设于副车架主体110的一侧,至少一个安装座151设于副车架主体110的另一侧。换言之,在副车架主体110的两侧中,每一侧均设有至少一个安装座151。可选地,安装座151的数量为六个,其中三个安装座151设于副车架主体110的一侧,另外三个安装座151设于副车架主体110的另一侧。进一步地,如图3所示,安装座151用于连接滚轮152。每个安装座151均对应设置有一个滚轮152,滚轮152可相对安装座151进行转动。将副车架主体110顶起,副车架主体110与架体210分开一定距离后,安装座151上安装滚轮152,架体210上安装滑轨240,取下顶起件141让滑轮落在滑轨240上,此时工作人员在散热器220前方拉动副车架总成100,即可完成抽离,以达到方便维修的目的。
实施例四
如图4、图5和图6所示,本申请的一个实施例提供的工程机械200,包括架体210、上述任一实施例中的副车架总成100以及散热器220。具体地,副车架总成100与架体210连接。可选地,副车架总成100通过连接座130与架体210连接。进一步地,散热器220设于副车架总成100,且散热器220与副车架总成100的第三部123连接。
值得说明的是,工程机械200可以是工程车辆,比如矿用自卸车等。当然,工程机械200还可以是其它类型的设备。
进一步地,工程机械200还包括发动机230。具体地,发动机230设于副车架总成100。发动机230具有底护板231,底护板231与副车架总成100的副车架主体110连接。工作人员通过顶起件141能够将副车架主体110顶起,使副车架主体110与架体210分开一定距离,工作人员可以拆卸发动机230的底护板231。
进一步地,工程机械200还包括滑轨240。具体地,滑轨240设于架体210。将副车架主体110顶起,副车架主体110与架体210分开一定距离后,安装座151上安装滚轮152,架体210上安装滑轨240,取下顶起件 141让滑轮落在滑轨240上,此时工作人员在散热器220前方拉动副车架总成100,即可完成抽离,以达到方便维修的目的。
根据本申请的副车架总成和工程机械的实施例,拉杆组件的整体长度可以根据实际需求进行调节,有利于解决由于散热器的制造误差或安装误差带来的装配问题,拉杆更易于拆装。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种副车架总成(100),用于支撑散热器(220),包括:
    副车架主体(110);
    至少两个拉杆组件(120),至少一个所述拉杆组件(120)设于所述副车架主体(110)的一侧,至少一个所述拉杆组件(120)设于所述副车架主体(110)的另一侧,所述拉杆组件(120)包括:
    第一部(121),所述第一部(121)的一端与所述副车架主体(110)连接;
    第二部(122),所述第二部(122)的一端与所述第一部(121)的另一端连接;
    第三部(123),设于所述第二部(122),所述第三部(123)能够相对所述第二部(122)移动,所述第三部(123)与所述散热器(220)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的副车架总成(100),其中,还包括:
    至少两个连接座(130),至少一个所述连接座(130)设于所述副车架主体(110)的一侧,至少一个所述连接座(130)设于所述副车架主体(110)的另一侧,所述连接座(130)用于与架体(210)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的副车架总成(100),其中,所述连接座(130)设有至少一个预留孔(131),所述副车架总成(100)还包括:
    顶起件(141),所述顶起件(141)穿过所述预留孔(131),所述顶起件(141)的一端与所述架体(210)相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的副车架总成(100),其中,所述顶起件(141)为螺钉,所述螺钉与所述预留孔(131)螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的副车架总成(100),其中,所述连接座(130)设有至少一个连接孔(132),所述副车架总成(100)还包括:
    连接件(142),所述连接件(142)穿过所述连接孔(132)与所述架体(210)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的副车架总成(100),其中,还包括:
    至少两个安装座(151),至少一个所述安装座(151)设于所述副车架主体(110)的一侧,至少一个所述安装座(151)设于所述副车架主体(110)的另一侧,所述安装座(151)用于连接滚轮(152)。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的副车架总成(100),其中,所述第二部(122)设有两个调节螺母(124),所述调节螺母(124)与所述第二部(122)螺纹连接,其中一个所述调节螺母(124)设于所述第三部(123)的一侧,另外一个所述调节螺母(124)设于所述第三部(123)的另一侧。
  8. 一种工程机械(200),包括:
    架体(210);
    如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的副车架总成(100),与所述架体(210)连接;
    散热器(220),设于所述副车架总成(100),所述散热器(220)与所述副车架总成(100)的第三部(123)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的工程机械(200),其中,还包括:
    发动机(230),设于所述副车架总成(100),所述发动机(230)具有底护板(231),所述底护板(231)与所述副车架总成(100)的副车架主体(110)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的工程机械(200),其中,还包括:
    滑轨(240),设于所述架体(210)。
