锂电池设备制造业在迅猛发展,锂电池设备向着尺寸大型化、高精度化、高集成化、标准化生产的方向发展,这对设备的生产装配工艺提出了越来越高的要求。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现结合附图,对本实用新型的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种专用辅助装置,包括底架10、用于定位卷绕部件的工装座20、高度调节机构30以及若干万向轮40。若干万向轮40安装在底架10上,工装座20设置在高度调节机构30上,高度调节机构30安装在底架10上,可调节工装座20的高度。
如图2所示,使用时,在工装座20上装配好卷绕部件,然后通过万向轮40将卷绕部件运输到激光膜切卷绕设备的安装位,再通过高度调节机构30调节工装座20的高度,实现调节卷绕部件的高度,使卷绕部件与激光膜切卷绕设备精确对接,大大提高装配效率。其中,在工装座20上装配好卷绕部件,空间比较开阔,便于校核卷绕部件内部零件的装配精度。通过万向轮40滚动,不仅方便运输卷绕部件,还可以调节其前后左右的位置,便于装配,省时省力。
在本实施例中,万向轮40有四个,分别安装在底架10底部的四个角处,支撑平稳。
当装配位置空间比较小,通过万向轮40无法推至。这是可以通过吊机进行转移。为了方便吊取,专用辅助装置还包括吊环50,吊环50安装在底架10上。这样通过吊取吊环50就能将整个装置转移到装配位置。其中,吊环50有四个,对称的设置在底架10的两侧,确保吊装时整个装置是平衡的。
另外,专用辅助装置还包括至少两个调节脚杯60,调节脚杯60安装在底架10上。具体地,调节脚杯60有四个,两两设置在底架10的两侧,通过调节脚杯60能够调节卷绕部件的水平度,使对接更加精准。
如图3所示,工装座20包括底板21、第一定位板22以及第二定位板23,第一定位板22、第二定位板23间隔的设置在底板21上。使用时,卷绕部件定位在第一定位板22、第二定位板23之间。
在本实施例中,第一定位板22、第二定位板23均倾斜地设置在底板21上,第一定位板22与所述第二定位板23之间形成第一夹角Q1。第一定位板22与底板21之间形成第二夹角Q2,第二定位板23与底板21之间形成第三夹角Q3。具体地,第一夹角Q1为90°,第二夹角Q2为45°,第三夹角Q3为45°。三个角度均可以根据实际需要进行设置。
参考图1,第一定位板22、第二定位板23上均开设有条形孔24,可以通过条形孔24将卷绕部件锁定在定位板上。特别是吊装的时候,通过螺栓将卷绕部件锁定,能够避免卷绕部件滑落,造成安全事故。
参考图3和4,高度调节机构30包括至少两组调节组件,每一组调节组件包括螺栓31、第一螺母32和安装块33。安装块33设置在底架10上,其上开设有T型槽34,第一螺母32固设在工装座20上。螺栓31的螺杆从T型槽34内穿出与所述第一螺母32螺纹连接,其螺帽限位于T型槽34内。通过外力拧动螺杆,使第一螺母32上下移动,带动工装座20升降。
在本实施例中,调节组件有四组,其中两组的第一螺母32设置在第一定位板22上,带动第一定位板22升降;另外两组的第一螺母32设置在第二定位板23上,带动第二定位板23升降。
具体地,每一组调节组件还包括第二螺母35和垫片36,第二螺母35套设在螺栓31的螺杆上,并与螺杆同轴固定。设置第二螺母35主要是为了方便旋转螺栓31。例如用扳手拧动,通过拧动第二螺母35,带动螺栓31转动。另外,垫片36套设在螺栓31的螺杆上,并位于第二螺母35与安装块33之间。由于第二螺母35是相对于安装块33转动的,设置垫片36后能够避免二者之间直接摩擦,提高安装块33的寿命。
