如图1-24所示,在本实施例中,所述定位打点装置包括:
底板1,包括第一端和第二端,所述底板1位于所述第二端和所述第二端之间的区域设有通腔115;
第一固定板2-1,放置在所述底板1上,并固定于所述底板1的第一端;
第二固定板2-2,放置在所述底板1上,并固定于所述底板1的第二端;
第一标尺座5-1,放置在所述第一固定板2-1上,并固定于所述第一固定板2-1的外端;
第二标尺座5-2,放置在所述第二固定板2-2上,并固定于所述第二固定板2-2的外端;
第一标尺块6-1,滑动设置于所述第一标尺座5-1的导向槽54中;
第二标尺块6-2,滑动设置于所述第二标尺座5-2的导向槽中;
浮动板3,第一端放置并弹性固定于所述第一固定板2-1的内端,第二端放置并弹性固定于所述第二固定板2-2的内端;所述浮动板3底部设有T型槽37,所述T型槽37与所述通腔115相对应;
尺码件4,包括固针板41及其底部固定的打点针42,所述固针板41可滑动地插入所述T型槽37中;
其中,所述第一标尺块6-1或第二标尺块6-2用于调整所述打点针42在第一方向的位置,所述尺码件4用于调整所述打点针42在第二方向的位置,所述第一方向和所述第二方向垂直;需要说明的是所述第二标尺块6-2用于:在所述定位打点装置中的与所述第一标尺块6-1的相对侧,调整所述打点针42在第一方向的位置。
所述浮动板3在外力作用下,向所述底板1靠近,带动所述打点针42穿过所述通腔115定位打点。
作为可选的实施例:
所述底板1的一侧设有折边113,用于抵靠门边或柜边,可以实现精准快速定位;
另外,为了精密配合定位:
所述底板1的第一端设有第一定位凸块111,用于和所述第一固定板2-1配合;
所述底板1的第二端设有第二定位凸块111,用于和所述第二固定板2-2配合;
所述底板1的第一端还设有第一凸块螺母孔112,通过螺丝14和所述第一固定板2-1配合;
所述底板1的第二端还设有第二凸块螺母孔112,通过螺丝14和所述第二固定板2-2配合。
作为可选的实施例,为提供避空作用:

锁孔34,用于供等高螺丝20穿过并固定在所述牙孔217中;
第一引导孔35,用于可滑动地套入所述第一定位导柱11;

具体的,浮动板3的第一引导孔35和第二引导孔36套入第一固定板2-1上的第一定位导柱11和第二定位导柱12,第一固定板2-1的弹簧孔214中置有弹簧21,弹簧21的另一端被插入浮动板3底面盲孔3.8中,等高螺丝20通过浮动板3的锁孔34锁紧在第一固定板2-1上的牙孔217中,使浮动板3不会脱出,弹簧21的弹力使浮动板3与第一固定板2-1悬有一定的空间,从而在外力作用下可活动。
作为可选的实施例,为提升对尺码件4的精准控制:
所述浮动板3设有所述T型槽37;
所述T型槽37的方向为所述第二方向,所述T型槽37的槽底宽于所述T型槽37的槽口。
作为可选的实施例,为精密地调节尺码件4的位置:
所述固针板41上设有多个圆孔411、圆孔412和圆孔413。对应的:
所述浮动板3,多个第一方向的排通控孔31,各排通孔31周围设有多个刻度数值;第一定位棒23经排通孔31插入所述固针板41的其中一个圆孔(412、413)中,使所述尺码件4定位于所述T型槽37中,所述第一定位棒23插入的排通孔31的位置不同,所述尺码件4在所述T型槽37的定位位置不同。T型槽37中插有尺码件4,第一定位棒23经浮动板3上的排通孔31插入固针板41上的圆孔(412、413),使尺码件4被定位于浮动板3的T型槽37中,浮动板3上的排通孔3.1不同位置带有刻度数字,可通过选择不同数字的孔插入得到自己想要尺码件4所处的位置。每个排通孔具有联系排序的多个通孔,供第一定位棒23插入。
作为可选的实施例,为尺码件4快速更换拆装和防止第一定位棒23掉脱:
所述定位打点装置包括:还包括第一弹片座8-1、第二弹片座8-2和弹片9;其中,所述第一弹片座8-1和所述第二弹片座8-2固定于所述浮动板3的上方;其中,所述第一弹片座8-1和所述第二弹片座8-2位于所述多个排通孔31的两端;其中,所述弹片9为长条形,所述弹片9的第一端可转动的连接所述第一弹片座8-1;在外力作用下,所述弹片9的第二端旋转至所述第二弹片座8-2,在所述弹片9的二端和所述第二弹片座8-2锁固的情形下,所述弹片9挡住所述第一定位棒23的上端,防止所述第一定位棒23掉落。具体的,以所述第一弹片座8-1为例,浮动板3设有锁孔33,第一弹片座8-1设有弹片座通孔81,螺丝22穿过弹片座通孔81进入锁孔33,将第一弹片座8-1固定于浮动板3上。所述第一弹片座8-1上还设有轴孔82,所述弹片9的第一端设有第一圆孔91以及绕第一圆孔91的环92,将环92套入到轴孔82中,第一圆孔91和轴孔82同轴,螺丝25穿过第一圆孔91、环92进入轴孔82中。弹片9可以绕螺丝25旋转。当旋转至:第二圆孔93正好对准所述第二弹片座8-2的轴孔,进而锁定。
螺丝25并没锁压住弹片9,而是顶紧于浮动板3上,所以弹片9的环92为轴心旋动,上抬无套锁的弹片9的第二端,使弹片9强行弯曲抬高再旋摆到第二弹片座8-2,弹片9的第二端的环可快速有效地卡入第二弹片座8-2的轴孔中,这样所述弹片9旋摆被限止,所述弹片9覆盖于第一定位棒23上,防止第一定位棒23掉脱。
作为可选的实施例,为提升标尺座和标尺块之间的精密配合:
所述第一标尺座5-1和所述第二标尺座5-2结构相同并对称设置;
其中,所述第一标尺座5-1设有:
第一标尺座孔51,通过销柱15和所述第一固定板2-1的第一定位孔211锁固;
第二标尺座孔52,通过螺丝16和所述第一固定板2-1的螺丝孔213锁固;
标尺定位孔53,连通所述第一标尺座5-1的导向槽54,滚花头螺丝17穿过所述标尺定位孔53,从而所述滚花头螺丝17抵靠在所述第一标尺块6-1的侧壁,阻止所述第一标尺块6-1的滑动。
示例性的,导向槽54中置有第一标尺块6-1,第一标尺块6-1可以在导向槽54导向抽插活动。旋拧滚花头螺丝17顶紧第一标尺块6-1,第一标尺块6-1抽插活动被限止,因而滚花头螺丝17可以定位第一标尺块6-1伸出任意位置,第一标尺块6-1上有第一标尺孔61插有第二定位棒18,第一标尺块6-1一侧有螺丝孔(第二标尺孔62)。第一标尺孔61和第二标尺孔62连通,第二标尺孔62置有滚花头螺丝19,旋拧滚花头螺丝19顶紧第二定位棒18柱身,可防止第二定位棒18掉脱。需要说明的是,所述第一固定板2-1设有U型槽 219,用于供所述第二定位棒18通过。
作为可选的实施例:
所述定位打点装置包括:垫块7,锁固在所述浮动板3的上方中间;
垫块7设有垫块通孔71。螺丝24穿过垫块通孔71进入垫块锁孔32,将垫块7固定于浮动板3上。
将所述定位打点装置放在门柜或门板上,用锤子30敲击垫块7,冲击力使打点针42在门柜或门板留锥形圆凹点,这些锥形圆凹点就自攻螺丝或钻孔的中心点,通过这种方式,可以快速精准安装铰链和链接门和门柜。注:此敲击外力为手动。
锤子30敲打垫块7,进而带到浮动板3,最终使打点针42的针头打在门板或柜子上。
所述定位打点装置包括:两个侧板26、气缸推杆固定板27、气缸固定板28、气缸29,其中:
所述气缸推杆固定板27,锁固在所述浮动板3的上方;
所述两个侧板26,一个侧板固定在所述第一固定板2-1上,另一个侧板固定在所述第二固定板2-2上
所述气缸固定板28,固定在所述两个侧板26之上;
所述气缸29,固定于所述气缸固定板28上,所述气缸29的推杆穿过所述气缸固定板28与所述气缸推杆固定板27固定;
当所述气缸29工作时,所述气缸29的推杆推动所述气缸推杆固定板27运动,进而使得所述固针板41向所述底板1靠近,带动所述打点针42穿过所述通腔115定位打点。
将所述定位打点装置放在门柜或门板上,用锤子30敲击垫块7,冲击力使打点针42在门柜或门板留锥形圆凹点,这些锥形圆凹点就自攻螺丝或钻孔的中心点,通过这种方式,可以快速精准安装铰链和链接门和门柜。注:此敲击外力为自动气压推击。
作为可选的实施例:
所述定位打点装置包括:拉手10,拉手10的两端分别设有拉手固定孔101。
对应的,第一固定板2-1和第二固定板2-2的侧壁设有拉手锁孔218。
螺丝13穿过拉手固定孔101并固定于拉手锁孔218中,将拉手10固定在定位打点装置上,方便用户搬动。

    底板,包括第一端和第二端,所述底板位于所述第二端和所述第二端之间的区域设有通腔;
    第一固定板,放置在所述底板上,并固定于所述底板的第一端;
    第二固定板,放置在所述底板上,并固定于所述底板的第二端;
    第一标尺座,放置在所述第一固定板上,并固定于所述第一固定板的外端;
    第一标尺块,滑动设置于所述第一标尺座的导向槽中;
    浮动板,第一端放置并弹性固定于所述第一固定板的内端,第二端放置并弹性固定于所述第二固定板的内端;所述浮动板底部设有T型槽,所述T型槽与所述通腔相对应;
    尺码件,包括固针板及其底部固定的打点针,所述固针板可滑动地插入所述T型槽中;
    其中,所述第一标尺块用于调整所述打点针在第一方向的位置,所述尺码件用于调整所述打点针在第二方向的位置,所述第一方向和所述第二方向垂直;所述浮动板在外力作用下,向所述底板靠近,带动所述打点针穿过所述通腔定位打点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二标尺座,放置在所述第二固定板上,并固定于所述第二固定板的外端;
    第二标尺块,滑动设置于所述第二标尺座的导向槽中;所述第二标尺块用于:在所述定位打点装置中的与所述第一标尺块的相对侧,调整所述打点针在第一方向的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述底板的一侧设有折边,用于抵靠门边或柜边;
    所述底板的第一端设有第一定位凸块,用于和所述第一固定板配合;
    所述底板的第二端设有第二定位凸块,用于和所述第二固定板配合;
    所述底板的第一端还设有第一凸块螺母孔,通过螺丝和所述第一固定板配合;
    所述底板的第二端还设有第二凸块螺母孔,通过螺丝和所述第二固定板配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述通腔的两侧分别设有对称设置的T型腔和U型口,且,所述通腔的一端也设有U型口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板结构相同并对称设置;
    其中,所述第一固定板设有:
    第一定位孔,用于和所述底板的第一定位凸块配合;
    第二定位孔,用于通过螺丝和所述底板的第一凸块螺母孔锁固;
    螺丝孔,用于和所述第一标尺座锁固;
    弹簧孔,内置有弹簧,该弹簧伸出所述弹簧孔并抵靠在所述浮动板中;
    第三定位孔,用于容纳第一定位导柱,所述第一定位导柱用于套入所述浮动板中;
    第四定位孔,用于容纳第二定位导柱,所述第一定位导柱用于套入所述浮动板中;
    牙孔,用于和所述浮动板紧固。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,所述浮动板的第一端和第二端结构相同;
    其中,所述浮动板的第一端设有:
    锁孔,用于供等高螺丝穿过并固定在所述牙孔中;
    第一引导孔,用于可滑动地套入所述第一定位导柱;
    第二引导孔,用于可滑动地套入所述第二定位导柱;
    盲孔,位于所述浮动板的底部,与所述弹簧孔的位置相对,用于套入并抵靠所述弹簧的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述浮动板设有所述T型槽;
    所述T型槽的方向为所述第二方向,所述T型槽的槽底宽于所述T型槽的槽口;
    所述浮动板,多个第一方向的排通控孔,各排通孔周围设有多个刻度数值;
    第一定位棒经排通孔插入所述固针板的其中一个圆孔中,使所述尺码件定位于所述T型槽中,所述第一定位棒插入排通孔中的位置不同,所述尺码件在所述T型槽的定位位置不同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,还包括第一弹片座、第二弹片座和弹片;
    其中,所述第一弹片座和所述第二弹片座固定于所述浮动板的上方;
    其中,所述第一弹片座和所述第二弹片座位于所述多个排通孔的两端;
    其中,所述弹片为长条形,所述弹片的第一端可转动的连接所述第一弹片座;在外力作用下,所述弹片的第二端旋转至所述第二弹片座,在所述弹片的二端和所述第二弹片座锁固的情形下,所述弹片挡住所述第一定位棒的上端,防止所述第一定位棒掉落。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,所述第一标尺座和所述第二标尺座结构相同并对称设置;其中,所述第一标尺座设有:
    第一标尺座孔,通过销柱和所述第一固定板的第一定位孔锁固;
    第二标尺座孔,通过螺丝和所述第一固定板的螺丝孔锁固;
    标尺定位孔,连通所述第一标尺座的导向槽,滚花头螺丝穿过所述标尺定位孔,从而所述滚花头螺丝抵靠在所述第一标尺块的侧壁,阻止所述第一标尺块的滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述定位打点装置包括:垫块,锁固在所述浮动板的上方中间;或
    所述定位打点装置包括:两个侧板、气缸推杆固定板、气缸固定板、气缸,其中:
    所述气缸推杆固定板,锁固在所述浮动板的上方;
    所述两个侧板,一个侧板固定在所述第一固定板上,另一个侧板固定在所述第二固定板上
    所述气缸固定板,固定在所述两个侧板之上;
    所述气缸,固定于所述气缸固定板上,所述气缸的推杆穿过所述气缸固定板与所述气缸推杆固定板固定;
    当所述气缸工作时,所述气缸的推杆推动所述气缸推杆固定板运动,进而使得所述固针板向所述底板靠近,带动所述打点针穿过所述通腔定位打点。
  11. 一种定位打点装置,其特征在于,包括:
    底板,包括第一端和第二端,所述底板位于所述第二端和所述第二端之间的区域设有通腔;
    第一固定板,放置在所述底板上,并固定于所述底板的第一端;
    第二固定板,放置在所述底板上,并固定于所述底板的第二端;
    第一标尺座,放置在所述第一固定板上,并固定于所述第一固定板的外端;
    第二标尺座,放置在所述第二固定板上,并固定于所述第二固定板的外端;
    第一标尺块,滑动设置于所述第一标尺座的导向槽中;
    第二标尺块,滑动设置于所述第二标尺座的导向槽中;
    浮动板,第一端放置并弹性固定于所述第一固定板的内端,第二端放置并弹性固定于所述第二固定板的内端;所述浮动板底部设有T型槽,所述T型槽与所述通腔相对应;
    尺码件,包括固针板及其底部固定的打点针,所述固针板可滑动地插入所述T型槽中;
    其中,所述第一标尺块或第二标尺块用于调整所述打点针在第一方向的位置,所述尺码件用于调整所述打点针在第二方向的位置,所述第一方向和所述第二方向垂直;
    所述浮动板在外力作用下,向所述底板靠近,带动所述打点针穿过所述通腔定位打点。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述底板的一侧设有折边,用于抵靠门边或柜边;
    所述底板的第一端设有第一定位凸块,用于和所述第一固定板配合;
    所述底板的第二端设有第二定位凸块,用于和所述第二固定板配合;
    所述底板的第一端还设有第一凸块螺母孔,通过螺丝和所述第一固定板配合;
    所述底板的第二端还设有第二凸块螺母孔,通过螺丝和所述第二固定板配合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述通腔的两侧分别设有对称设置的T型腔,且,所述通腔的一端设有U型口。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板结构相同并对称设置;
    其中,所述第一固定板设有:
    第一定位孔,用于和所述底板的第一定位凸块配合;
    第二定位孔,用于通过螺丝和所述底板的第一凸块螺母孔锁固;
    螺丝孔,用于和所述第一标尺座锁固;
    弹簧孔,内置有弹簧,该弹簧伸出所述弹簧孔并抵靠在所述浮动板中;
    第三定位孔,用于容纳第一定位导柱,所述第一定位导柱用于套入所述浮动板中;
    第四定位孔,用于容纳第二定位导柱,所述第一定位导柱用于套入所述浮动板中;
    牙孔,用于和所述浮动板紧固。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,所述浮动板的第一端和第二端结构相同;

    锁孔,用于供等高螺丝穿过并固定在所述牙孔中;
    第一引导孔,用于可滑动地套入所述第一定位导柱;
    第二引导孔,用于可滑动地套入所述第二定位导柱;
    盲孔,位于所述浮动板的底部,与所述弹簧孔的位置相对,用于套入并抵靠所述弹簧的一端。
  16. 根据权利要求11至15任意一项所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述浮动板设有所述T型槽;
    所述T型槽的方向为所述第二方向,所述T型槽的槽底宽于所述T型槽的槽口。

    所述浮动板,多个第一方向的排通控孔,各排通孔周围设有多个刻度数值;
    第一定位棒经排通孔插入所述固针板的其中一个圆孔中,使所述尺码件定位于所述T型槽中,所述第一定位棒插入排通孔中的位置不同,所述尺码件在所述T型槽的定位位置不同。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,还包括第一弹片座、第二弹片座和弹片;
    其中,所述第一弹片座和所述第二弹片座固定于所述浮动板的上方;
    其中,所述第一弹片座和所述第二弹片座位于所述多个排通孔的两端;
    其中,所述弹片为长条形,所述弹片的第一端可转动的连接所述第一弹片座;在外力作用下,所述弹片的第二端旋转至所述第二弹片座,在所述弹片的二端和所述第二弹片座锁固的情形下,所述弹片挡住所述第一定位棒的上端,防止所述第一定位棒掉落。
  19. 根据权利要求11至15任意一项所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于,所述第一标尺座和所述第二标尺座结构相同并对称设置;其中,所述第一标尺座设有:
    第一标尺座孔,通过销柱和所述第一固定板的第一定位孔锁固;
    第二标尺座孔,通过螺丝和所述第一固定板的螺丝孔锁固;
    标尺定位孔,连通所述第一标尺座的导向槽,滚花头螺丝穿过所述标尺定位孔,从而所述滚花头螺丝抵靠在所述第一标尺块的侧壁,阻止所述第一标尺块的滑动。
  20. 根据权利要求11至15任一项所述的定位打点装置,其特征在于:
    所述定位打点装置包括:垫块,锁固在所述浮动板的上方中间;或
    所述定位打点装置包括:两个侧板、气缸推杆固定板、气缸固定板、气缸,其中:
    所述气缸推杆固定板,锁固在所述浮动板的上方;
    所述两个侧板,一个侧板固定在所述第一固定板上,另一个侧板固定在所述第二固定板上
    所述气缸固定板,固定在所述两个侧板之上;
