在上述用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的优选技术方案中,所述第一滑杆与所述配重件螺纹连接,所述配重件抵接在所述支架的外表面。
在上述用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的优选技术方案中,所述配重件的尺寸大于所述第一通孔的尺寸;并且/或者,所述阀芯的尺寸大于所述第二通孔的尺寸。
在上述用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的优选技术方案中,所述阀体导向柱包括第二连接耳和设置在所述第二连接耳上的第二滑杆,所述平衡杆的第二端与所述第二连接耳铰接,所述阀芯可拆卸地连接在所述第二滑杆上,在所述阀芯的顶部还设置有密封件。
在上述用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的优选技术方案中,所述密封件的底部还设置有环形密封筋。
在上述用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的优选技术方案中,所述支架上 设置有支座,所述平衡杆的中间部分枢转连接在所述支座上;并且/或者,所述提升筋壳上设置有过水孔。
在上述用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的优选技术方案中,所述配重件与所述配重导向柱分体设置或者一体成型;并且/或者,所述阀体导向柱与所述阀芯分体设置或者一体成型。
本发明还提供了一种滚筒洗衣机,所述滚筒洗衣机包括外筒以及可自转地设置在所述外筒内部的内筒,所述内筒上设置有与洗衣机门体配合的进衣口、与进水管连接的进水口和出水口,在所述出水口上设置有权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,所述提升装置的阀芯设置在所述出水口处,以使当所述门体关闭、所述进水口关闭、所述阀芯封堵住所述出水口时,所述内筒为密闭腔室,当所述门体关闭、所述进水口关闭、所述阀芯脱离所述出水口时,所述内筒能够正常排水。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的技术方案中,用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置包括具有空腔结构的外壳,空腔结构内设置有离心组件,离心组件包括阀体导向柱、阀芯、配重导向柱、配重件、平衡杆和弹性件;平衡杆的中间部分枢转连接在外壳的内部,平衡杆的第一端与配重导向柱的第一端铰接,配重导向柱的第二端穿过外壳上的第一通孔后与配重件连接,并且配重导向柱可滑动地设置在第一通孔内,弹性件设置在配重导向柱和外壳之间,用于复位配重件的位置,平衡杆的第二端与阀体导向柱的第一端铰接,阀体导向柱的第二端穿过外壳上的第二通孔后与阀芯连接,并且阀体导向柱可滑动地设置在第二通孔内。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,本发明能够通过在提升装置内部设置离心组件,以平衡杆中间部分的中间转轴为固定轴,使平衡杆两端分别铰接的配重导向柱和阀体导向柱可以进行杠杆运动,配重导向柱第二端设置配重件,以使阀体导向柱可以带动阀芯脱离出水口,在配重件顶部的外壳内表面设置有弹簧件,可以为阀芯提供预压力,在弹簧的作用下,弹簧的同时给与外壳和平衡杆第一端一定的压力,配重件在弹簧的力的作用下抵接到外壳的外表面,弹簧的另一端将平衡杆第一端受到的力传递到平衡杆第二端进而传递到阀体导向柱第二端最终实现阀体导向柱将阀芯紧紧密封在出水口处,当洗衣机处在脱水模式时,内筒高速旋 转,当阀体导向柱与阀芯的离心力大于弹簧所给的压力时,阀体导向柱向内筒的轴心方向运动,直至阀芯与出水口脱离实现洗衣机的排水。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于 附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

如图2-4所示,为解决现有的滚筒洗衣机的提升装置的离心组件设置不合理进而减少使用寿命的问题,本发明的用于滚筒洗衣机3的提升装置1包括具有空腔结构的外壳,如图3所示,外壳包括盖状的提升筋壳11以及设置在提升筋壳11的开口处的支架12,空腔结构内设置有离心组件2,离心组件2包括阀体导向柱21、阀芯22、配重导向柱23、配重件24、平衡杆25和弹性件26,平衡杆25的中间部分枢转连接在外壳的内部,平衡杆第一端25a与配重导向柱第一端23a通过第一转轴251和第一转轴孔2511铰接,配重导向柱第二端23b穿过外壳上的第一通孔121后与配重件24连接,并且配重导向柱23可滑动地设置在第一通孔121内,弹性件26设置在配重导向柱23和外壳之间,用于复位配重件24的位置,平衡杆第二端25b与阀体导向柱第一端21a通过第二转轴252和第二转轴孔2521铰接,阀体导向柱第二端21b穿过外壳上的第二通孔122后与阀芯22连接,并且阀体导向柱21可滑动地设置在第二通孔122内,第一通孔121和第二通孔122设置在支架12上。如图4所示,优选地,配重导向柱23包括第一连接耳231和设置在第一连接耳231上的第一滑杆232,平衡杆25的第一端与第一连接耳231通过第一转轴251和第一转轴孔2511铰接,第一连接耳231和第一滑杆232之间设置有凸台233,弹性件26为弹簧,弹簧套设在第一滑杆232上,并且弹簧的一端抵接在凸台233上,另一端抵接在支架12的内表面,当然,弹性件26还可以是其它弹性构件,例如板簧、弹性杆等。优选地,第一滑杆232与配重 件24螺纹连接,配重件24抵接在支架12的外表面。另外,如图3所示,配重件24的尺寸A大于第一通孔121的尺寸B,阀芯22的尺寸C大于第二通孔122的尺寸D。如图4所示,阀体导向柱21包括第二连接耳211和设置在第二连接耳211上的第二滑杆212,平衡杆第二端25b与第二连接耳211通过第二转轴252和第二转轴孔2521铰接,另外,阀体导向柱21也可以与配重导向柱23的结构类似,即阀体导向柱21也可以包括如图3所示的第二凸台213,阀芯22可拆卸地连接在第二滑杆212上,在阀芯22的顶部还设置有密封件221,密封件221的底部还设置有环形密封筋2211。支架12上设置有支座123,平衡杆25的中间部分通过中间转轴1231枢转连接在支座123上,如图2、图3所示,提升筋壳11上设置有过水孔111。
如图1所示,本发明还提供了一种滚筒洗衣机3,该滚筒洗衣机3包括外筒32以及可自转地设置在外筒32内部的内筒31,内筒31上设置有与洗衣机3门体311配合的进衣口、与进水管连接的进水口312和出水口,在出水口上设置有上述任一实施方式中的用于滚筒洗衣机3的提升装置1,提升装置1的阀芯22设置在出水口处,以使当门体311关闭、进水口312关闭、阀芯22封堵住出水口时,内筒31为密闭腔室,当门体311关闭、进水口312(图中未示出)关闭、阀芯22脱离出水口时,内筒31能够正常排水。
本发明的滚筒洗衣机3在漂洗或洗涤程序阶段,内筒31低速转动,控制洗衣机3内筒31的转速V<V0,V0为内筒31带动离心组件2在转动过程中刚好打开出水口时的速度,此时离心组件2受到的力不足以使其脱离出水口,衣物在完全密闭的内筒31内进行正常的漂洗或洗涤工作,漂洗或洗涤程序结束后,洗衣机3进入到脱水程序,洗衣机3在脱水过程中,内筒31高速转动,控制洗衣机3内筒31的转速V≥V0,此时离心组件2在离心力作用下脱离出水口,内筒31保持转速V一段时间直至内筒31的水排完之后,洗衣机3脱水程序结束,内筒31停止转动,离心组件2重新封堵出水口,此时控制洗衣机3进入到下一程序。
上述设置方式的优点在于:在提升装置1内部设置离心组件2,以平衡杆25中间部分的中间转轴1231为固定轴,支座123将中间转轴1231 固定在支架12上,使平衡杆25两端分别铰接的配重导向柱23和阀体导向柱21可以进行杠杆运动,配重导向柱第一端23a处的第一连接耳231与平衡杆第一端25a连接,阀体导向柱第一端21a的第二连接耳211与平衡杆第二端25b连接,连接耳的设计使连接结构不容易磨损失效,配重导向柱第二端23b设置配重件24,以使阀体导向柱21可以带动阀芯22脱离出水口,在配重件24顶部的支架12内表面设置有弹簧,可以为阀芯22提供预压力,在弹簧的作用下,弹簧同时给与支架12和凸台233压力,使配重件24在弹簧的力的作用下抵接到支架12的外表面,同时使凸台233受到的力传递到平衡杆第二端25b进而传递到阀体导向柱第二端21b上,最终实现阀体导向柱21将阀芯22底部的密封件221紧紧密封在出水口处,当洗衣机3处在脱水模式时,内筒31高速旋转,当阀体导向柱21与阀芯22的离心力大于弹簧所给的压力时,阀体导向柱21向内筒31的轴心方向运动,直至阀芯22底部的密封件221与出水口脱离实现洗衣机3的排水,支架12上的第一通孔121与第二通孔122为配重导向柱23和阀体导向柱21的上下运动提供了空间,同时,为了防止配重导向柱23和阀体导向柱21的运动过程中脱离支架12,使离心组件2失效进而导致出水口不能被有效封堵,将配重件24的尺寸A设置为大于第一通孔121的尺寸B,阀芯22的尺寸C设置为大于第二通孔122的尺寸D,这样设置还可以保证阀芯22在本发明规定的运动范围内工作,增加了使用过程中的安全性和有效性。提升筋壳11上设置有过水孔111,洗衣机3处于洗涤模式时,当提升装置1处于内筒31的上部时,提升装置1空腔内的水通过过水孔111向下喷淋,当洗衣机3处于排水模式时,内筒31内的水通过过水孔111进入到提升装置1内最终从出水口排出。将配重导向柱23的第一滑杆232与配重件24螺纹连接,可以调节弹簧对阀芯22的预压力的大小,当配重件24通过螺纹连接到第一滑杆232中间部位时,支架12与凸台233之间的距离变小,弹簧受到的压力更大,则传递到阀芯22上的压力也就更大,密封件221封堵出水口比较紧,当配重件24通过螺纹连接到第一滑杆232底部时,支架12与凸台233之间的距离变大,弹簧受到的压力更小,此时传递到阀芯22的压力就更小,密封件221封堵出水口比较松,配重件24与配重导向柱23螺纹连接的 方式可以实现通过调节配重件24来调节出水口的封堵程度。
本发明的滚筒洗衣机3的内筒31只设置了进水口312,出水口和进衣口,洗衣前与洗衣过程中无需在内外筒32之间填充洗涤和漂洗水,这种设置极大的减少了洗衣机3的洗涤用水量,同时避免了内外筒32之间污垢附着的可能。
如图3所示,在一种可能的实施方式中,配重件24与配重导向柱23分体设置或者一体成型,阀体导向柱21与阀芯22分体设置或者一体成型,可拆卸连接可以设置为通过螺纹连接或者通过卡扣连接。
上述设置方式的优点在于:如图3中的阀体导向柱21与阀芯22通过螺纹可拆卸连接,配重件24与配重导向柱23通过螺纹可拆卸连接,这种可拆卸的连接方式可以方便配件的更换,防止在使用过程中某一零件出现损坏而将其与其配套零件全部替换,可拆卸的连接方式还包括卡扣连接(图中未示出),将配重件24与配重导向柱23一体成型,阀体导向柱21与阀芯22一体成型可以减少零件数量,降低装配难度。
综上所述,在提升装置1内部设置离心组件2,以平衡杆25中间部分的中间转轴1231为固定轴,使平衡杆25两端分别铰接的配重导向柱23和阀体导向柱21可以进行杠杆运动,配重导向柱第二端23b设置的配重件24可以使阀体导向柱21带动阀芯22脱离出水口,在配重件24顶部的支架12内表面设置有弹簧件,可以为阀芯22提供预压力,最终实现阀体导向柱21将阀芯22底部的密封件221紧紧密封在出水口处,当洗衣机3处在脱水模式时,阀体导向柱21与阀芯22的离心力大于弹簧所给的压力时,阀体导向柱21向内筒31的轴心方向运动,直至阀芯22底部的密封件221与出水口脱离实现洗衣机3的排水,为了防止配重导向柱23和阀体导向柱21的运动过程中脱离支架12,将配重件24的尺寸A设置为大于第一通孔121的尺寸B,阀芯22的尺寸C设置为大于第二通孔122的尺寸D,将配重导向柱23的第一滑杆232与配重件24螺纹连接,可以调节弹簧对阀芯22的预压力的大小,当配重件24连接到第一滑杆232中间部位时,弹簧受到的压力变大,则传递到阀芯22上的压力也就更大,密封件221封堵出水口比较紧,当配重件24连接到第一滑杆232底部时,弹簧受到的压力变小,此时传递到阀芯22的压力就更小, 密封件221封堵出水口比较松,最终实现通过调节配重件24来调节出水口的封堵程度。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅仅用来阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在与限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员能够对上述结构进行调整,以便本发明能够应用于更加具体的应用场景。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述提升装置包括具有空腔结构的外壳,所述空腔结构内设置有离心组件,所述离心组件包括阀体导向柱、阀芯、配重导向柱、配重件、平衡杆和弹性件;
    所述平衡杆的中间部分枢转连接在所述外壳的内部;
    所述平衡杆的第一端与所述配重导向柱的第一端铰接,所述配重导向柱的第二端穿过所述外壳上的第一通孔后与所述配重件连接,并且所述配重导向柱可滑动地设置在所述第一通孔内;
    所述弹性件设置在所述配重导向柱和所述外壳之间,用于复位所述配重件的位置;
    所述平衡杆的第二端与所述阀体导向柱的第一端铰接,所述阀体导向柱的第二端穿过所述外壳上的第二通孔后与所述阀芯连接,并且所述阀体导向柱可滑动地设置在所述第二通孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括盖状的提升筋壳以及设置在所述提升筋壳的开口处的支架,所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔设置在所述支架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述配重导向柱包括第一连接耳和设置在所述第一连接耳上的第一滑杆,所述平衡杆的第一端与所述第一连接耳铰接,所述第一连接耳和所述第一滑杆之间设置有凸台,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧套设在所述第一滑杆上,并且所述弹簧的一端抵接在所述凸台上,另一端抵接在所述支架的内表面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑杆与所述配重件螺纹连接,所述配重件抵接在所述支架的外表面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述配重件的尺寸大于所述第一通孔的尺寸;并且/或者,所述阀芯的尺寸大于所述第二通孔的尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述阀体导向柱包括第二连接耳和设置在所述第二连接耳上的第二滑杆,所述平衡杆的第二端与所述第二连接耳铰接,所述阀芯可拆卸地连接在所述第二滑杆上,在所述阀芯的顶部还设置有密封件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述密封件的底部还设置有环形密封筋。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述支架上设置有支座,所述平衡杆的中间部分枢转连接在所述支座上;并且/或者,所述提升筋壳上设置有过水孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,其特征在于,所述配重件与所述配重导向柱分体设置或者一体成型;并且/或者,所述阀体导向柱与所述阀芯分体设置或者一体成型。
  10. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述滚筒洗衣机包括外筒以及可自转地设置在所述外筒内部的内筒,所述内筒上设置有与洗衣机门体配合的进衣口、与进水管连接的进水口和出水口,在所述出水口上设置有权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于滚筒洗衣机的提升装置,所述提升装置的阀芯设置在所述出水口处,以使当所述门体关闭、所述进水口关闭、所述阀芯封堵住所述出水口时,所述内筒为密闭腔室,当所述门体关闭、所述进水口关闭、所述阀芯脱离所述出水口时,所述内筒能够正常排水。
