有益效果:与现有技术相比,本公开提供了一种基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法,本公开通过对影视节目标记年龄区间,通过用户的影视观看的内容,获得家庭主要对年龄区间,最后导出用户家庭成员结构。本方法可以解决用户的家庭成员年龄段 和家庭结构的划分;通过获取用户观看节目特点,对节目进行年龄段划分,同时通过家庭成员结构形成家庭成员画像,可以实现对家庭中多位成员生产成员年龄段和家庭结构的画像,有利于进行精准推送,为用户使用提供了方便。

为使本公开的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本公开进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,各种播放设备如智能电视的使用越来越普及。智能电视已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的娱乐工具。OTT是指互联网公司越过运营商,发展基于开放互联网的各种视频及数据服务业务。
用户画像又称用户角色,作为一种勾画目标用户、联系用户诉求与设计方向的有效工具,用户画像在各领域得到了广泛的应用。然而在OTT行业的用户画像只是对一个设备生成用户画像,无法对家庭中多位成员生产成员年龄段和家庭结构的画像,有时不方便精准推送。
为了解决现有技术的问题,本实施例提供一种基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法,具体实施时,对影视节目标记年龄区间,通过用户的影视观看的内容,获得家庭主要对年龄区间,最后导出用户家庭成员结构。本方法可以解决用户的家庭成员年龄段和家庭结构的划分。因此,本公开可以实现智能电视在OTT行业的用户画像针对一个设备对家庭中多位成员进行画像,更加的符合实际家庭的应用场景,为用户的使用提供了方便。
示例性方法
本实施例提供一种基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法,具体实施例主要包括以下四个部分步骤:第一部分是媒体资讯系统输出影视内容标签。第二部分是用户观看影视后会标记内容标签。第三部分用户对应内容和内容对应年龄段进行合并输出家庭年龄段。第四部分通过家庭年龄段的属性得到家庭结构的划分。具体如下所述:
本实施例的方法可应用于播放设备中,具体实施时,如图1中所示,本公开实施例的基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤S100、预先将影视内容进行标签分类,同时标注影视内容对应的观看年龄段;
在本公开实施例中,各影视内容制作好后会预先在影视库中将影视内容进行标签分类,如图2所示,本公开可以将影视内容标签分类分为所属地区、年代所属、内容形式、兴趣频道、内容类别。
其中,所属地区是指影视内容所属地区,例如中国、日韩、港澳台、欧美、东南亚、其他地区等。
而年代所属为影视内容所属年代例如近三年、2020年代、2000年代、90年代等。
而内容形式为影视内容所属内容形式例如电视剧、电影、短视频、记录片、动漫、综艺节目等。
而兴趣频道为影视内容所属频道例如体育、时尚、生活、科学教育、新闻资讯等;本公开在内容类别中会对每一个视频进行打标签,比如:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集、同步辅导#初一英语、爱情公寓第一季第一集、家庭秘密第一集、康熙王朝第一集、A的故事第一集、三国演艺第一集、B开幕式等等。当用户点击电视剧上面当视频时,用户就会被进行标记。
本公开实施例中,将影视内容根据影片名称进行分类,同时标注影片对应的观看年龄段。具体地,在电视的影片投放之前会有一定的整理,特别是内容方面根据影片名称进行分类,同时会标注影片观看年龄段,如下表1所示:

如上表所示,第一个影视内容为喜洋洋灰太狼第一集,所属地区为中国,年代属性为近三年、内容形式为动漫、兴趣频道为少儿,年龄段为10岁以下。
步骤S200、获取用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间;
本公开实施例具体实施时,基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法的装置例如智能电视或软件会、先获取同一MAC地址播放设备的用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间,其中所述时间包括:开始观看时间和结束观看时间。
例如:用户在观看影片时,客户端会记录用户观察的视频名称和时间,一个电视机或者一个机顶盒都有一位标识为就是MAC地址,用户可以理解为MAC地址。如下表2所示:

如上表2所示:用户ID为0854BBBD670D,影视内容为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集;观看时间为2022-01-1512:00:00和结束时间为2022-01-1513:00:00。
步骤S300、根据用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据,例如用户观看的影视内容为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集,则对应年龄阶段为10岁以下用户,用户对应内容的数据为用户ID为0854BBBD670D;并对用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据进行合并、得到家庭成员年龄段数据;即将同一播放设备(MAC地址相同的播放设备)下所有用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据进行合并,就会得到该播放设备对应的家庭成员年龄段数据。
本步骤中,具体为:根据获取的同一播放设备的用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据;例如,对同一播放设备(可以是MAC地址相同的播放设备)获取到用户ID为0854BBBD670D,观看的影视内容为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集,则该影视内容对应年龄段为10岁以下,对应用户儿童;而另一用户ID为1077170D4DCA,观看的影视内容为:家庭秘密第一集,则对应年龄阶段为31--40岁。而另一用户ID为A4E61596390A,观看的影视内容为:三国演艺第一集,则对应年龄阶段为60岁以上等。
然后对得到的用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据,进行清洗、加工、过滤,得到用户成员观看的节目清单和节目对应的年龄清单;如表2和表1所示。同一用户ID的用户0854BBBD670D观看的节目清单为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集、同步辅导#初一英语、爱情公寓第一季第一集。节目对应的年龄清单分别为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集,
对应年龄段10岁以下;同步辅导#初一英语,对应年龄段11--20岁;爱情公寓第一季第一集,对应年龄段21--30岁。
然后,根据得到的用户成员观看的节目清单和节目对应的年龄清单,最终得到年龄区间数据;基于所述年龄区间数据,得到家庭成员年龄段数据。
如上所述,同一用户ID的用户0854BBBD670D观看的节目清单为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集、同步辅导#初一英语、爱情公寓第一季第一集。节目对应的年龄清单分别为:喜洋洋灰太狼第一集,对应年龄段10岁以下;同步辅导#初一英语,对应年龄段11--20岁;爱情公寓第一季第一集,对应年龄段21--30岁。最终得到年龄区间数据这家有年龄段10岁以下的儿童,有对应年龄段11--20岁小孩,有年龄段21--30岁青年等。
步骤S400、对得到的家庭成员年龄段数据进行分析,得到家庭结构数据。
本公开实施例中,会根据得到的家庭成员年龄段数据,分析家庭成员年龄段数据的属性,得到家庭结构数据。
本公开实施例中,对影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据,进行清洗、加工、过滤,可以得到用户成员观看的节目清单和节目对应的年龄清单,同时根据每个公司的清洗规则不一样,最终得到年龄区间数据。通过年龄区间的数据可以得到家庭结构。(另外:如果用户观察的影片的时间小于5分钟可以过滤,或者某个年龄段出现次数低于5次可以过滤),如下所示:

"21--30岁":"爱情公寓第一季第一集"。则判断其家庭结构为:青年三口之家。
用户1077170D4DCA的播放设备,对影视内容数据加工清洗后:年龄及内容对应为:"31--40岁":"家庭秘密第一集","41--50岁":"康熙王朝第一集。则判断其家庭结构为:中年两口之家。
用户A4E61596390A的播放设备,对影视内容数据加工清洗后:年龄及内容对应为:"51--60岁":"康熙王朝第一集","60岁以上":"A的故事第一集"。则判断其家庭结构为:独居老人之家。
如图3所示,图3为本公开方法实施例的OTT用户画像中家庭成员年龄段架构图。先在媒体资讯系统,对影视内容标签,用户观看电视的影视内容,和用户对应内容,识别出内容对应年龄阶段。家庭年龄阶段,分10岁以下、11-20岁、21-30岁、…、41-50岁、51-60岁、60岁以上。机家庭结构分为:青年三口之家、中年两口之家、一老一少、独居老人、三代同堂、四世同堂….
本公开所述的基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法,进一步地,还包括:
对得到家庭结构数据的播放设备,获取其MAC地址,并通过MAC地址的经纬度数据获得小区地址,产生家庭结构数据的变形。例如,可以通过MAC的经纬度获得小区地址,让家庭结构的变形,比如小康家庭、富裕家庭、低收入家庭、中产家庭等等。通过产生家庭结构数据的变形,了解到各家庭富裕情况,可以实现更精准地为用户推送相关营销数据。
由上可见,本公开上述方法实施例,通过获取用户观看节目特点,对节目进行年龄段划分,同时通过家庭成员结构形成家庭成员画像,本公开通过影视观看行为规则挖掘出家庭结构,比如:青年三口之家、中年两口之家、独居老人之家等等,通过对每一个用户的观看内容和年龄区间提取成员明细,最后定义用户家庭结构,可以实现对家庭中多位成员生产成员年龄段和家庭结构的画像,有利于进行精准推送,为用户使用提供了方便。

如图4中所示,本公开实施例提供一种基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分装置,该装置包括:
预先设置模块410,用于预先将影视内容进行标签分类,同时标注影视内容对应的观看年龄段;
获取模块420,用于获取用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间;
年龄段数据确认模块430,用于根据用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据;并对用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据进行合并、得到家庭成员年龄段数据;
家庭结构数据确认模块440,用于对得到的家庭成员年龄段数据进行分析,得到家庭结构数据,具体如上述方法实施例所述。
基于上述实施例,本公开还提供了一种播放设备,其原理框图可以如图5所示。该播放设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口、显示屏。其中,该播放设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该播放设备的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统和计算机程序。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统和计算机程序的运行提供环境。该播放设备的网络接口用于与外部的终端通过网络连接通信。该计算机程序被处理器执行时以实现一种基于OTT的家庭成员年龄段及家庭结构划分方法。该播放设备的显示屏可以是液晶显示屏或者电子墨水显示屏。

    获取用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间;
    根据用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据;并对用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据进行合并、得到家庭成员年龄段数据;
    对得到的家庭成员年龄段数据进行分析,得到家庭结构数据。

    获取用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间;
    根据用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据;并对用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据进行合并、得到家庭成员年龄段数据;
    对得到的家庭成员年龄段数据进行分析,得到家庭结构数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的播放设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时,所述预先将影视内容进行标签分类,同时标注影视内容对应的观看年龄段的步骤包括:
    预先将影视内容进行标签分类:分为所属地区、年代所属、内容形式、兴趣频道、内容类别;其中,在内容类别中对每一个视频进行打标签。

  12. 根据权利要求9所述的播放设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时,所述获取用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间的步骤包括:
    获取同一MAC地址播放设备的用户观看的影视内容,并记录用户观看的影视内容的影视名称和时间,其中所述时间包括:开始观看时间和结束观看时间。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的播放设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时,所述根据用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据;并对用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据进行合并、得到家庭成员年龄段数据的步骤包括:
    根据用户观看的影视内容的影视名称,得到用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据;
    对得到的用户观看的影视内容对应年龄段和用户对应内容的数据,进行清洗、加工、过滤,得到用户成员观看的节目清单和节目对应的年龄清单;
    根据得到的用户成员观看的节目清单和节目对应的年龄清单,最终得到年龄区间数据;
    基于所述年龄区间数据,得到家庭成员年龄段数据。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的播放设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时,所述对得到的家庭成员年龄段数据进行分析,得到家庭结构数据的步骤包括:
    根据得到的家庭成员年龄段数据,分析家庭成员年龄段数据的属性,得到家庭结构数据。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的播放设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时,所述对得到的家庭成员年龄段数据进行分析,得到家庭结构数据的步骤还包括:
    对得到家庭结构数据的播放设备,获取其MAC地址,并通过MAC地址的经纬度数据获得小区地址,产生家庭结构数据的变形。
