2.该设计发明方案保留了原有常用传统包装产品的所有使用优点,是在保留已有产品所有优点的基础上再增加了可以将各种材质盒型或杯型等容器和原本对应适配盖体相互之间快速卡紧固定防移位功能作的发明设计方案。
3.通过设置内凸起等结构,能够在盖体通过盖体边檐盖合于容器边檐上时,利用内凸起对容器边檐进行限位固定,提升了盖体边檐与容器边檐连接的牢固度。
4.通过设置上卡片底端与下卡尺顶端之间的间距小于外挡片与容器边檐盖合后的总厚度,能够让卡紧固定件安装于盖体的盖体边檐以及容器主体的容器边檐外侧时,上卡片和下卡尺必然处于形变的状态,从而利用上卡片和下卡尺可以产生足够的上下相互作用力,将盖体与容器主体相互之间牢固的卡紧有效防止再移位。

为了提升结构牢固度;如图1、图2所示,所述上卡片4底端与下卡尺5顶端之间的间距小于外挡片6与容器边檐7盖合后的总厚度;
通过设置上卡片4底端与下卡尺5顶端之间的间距小于外挡片6与容器边檐7盖合后的总厚度,能够让卡紧固定件1安装于盖体2的盖体边檐8以及容器主体3的容器边檐7外侧时,上卡片4和下卡尺5必然处于形变的状态,从 而利用上卡片4和下卡尺5可以产生足够的上下相互作用力,将盖体2与容器主体3相互之间牢固的卡紧有效防止再移位。
为了满足不同的使用需求;如图1所示,所述卡紧固定件1沿盖体边檐8外侧形成对称式分布、等距式分布和不规则间隔式分布中的一种。
为了便于拆装;如图1所示,所述卡紧固定件1选用具有可脆断特性的材质,(例如塑料、食品级PP/PET、淀粉、纸质、生物基材料等各类可降解材质等)等等,故在安装好该配件后,使用者需要打开盖体2时,是可以方便将卡紧固定件1破坏后来打开盖体2,也不会让盖体2及容器主体3有任何变化,保证了盖体2及容器主体3依旧可以继续正常的再使用,只要还需要卡紧固定件1来起到卡紧固定防移位作用时,使用者依旧可以用完好新的卡紧固定件1来重复完成该使用目的。
该配件制作生产方式也同样可以有多种方案,包括且不限于(全自动或半自动)生产(流水线)过程中(注塑、吸塑、压塑等)成型、人工手工安装到位、人工使用各种工具安装到位、机械全自动化安装到位等等,因不限定于某种或某些方式方法故不一一详细例举。
该配件装配安装于对应适配容器及盖体的方式也同样可以有多种方案,包括且不限于(全自动或半自动)生产(流水线)过程中(注塑、吸塑、压塑等)成型、人工手工安装到位、人工使用各种工具安装到位、机械全自动化安装到位等等,因不限定于某种或某些方式方法故不一一详细例举。
该配件可以事先与需适配的容器对应盖体匹配装配于一起以供使用者可以后续直接将装配有该配件的盖体盖合于对应容器盖口的这一待使用状态的装配方式有多种方案,包括且不限于(全自动或半自动)生产(流水线)过程中一体(注塑、吸塑、压塑等)成型、人工手工安装到位、人工使用各种工具安装到位、机械全自动化安装到位等等,因不限定于某种或某些方式方法故不一一详细例举。
本实施例在安装时有多种方式:
可以将卡紧固定件1从已盖合好盖体2的容器主体3上方,贴近盖体边檐 8上方处将卡紧固定件1向下移动,利用上卡片4和下卡尺5,将该配件安装到位。
也可以将卡紧固定件1从已盖合好盖体2的容器主体3下方,贴近容器边檐7下方处将卡紧固定件1向上移动,同时利用上卡片4可变形回弹原状的特性,将上卡片4向上掰起,当下卡尺5移动到位至盖体边檐8和容器边檐7下端时,再放开上卡片4,从而将卡紧固定件1安装到位。
还可以将卡紧固定件1从已盖合好盖体2的容器主体3的外侧方,向盖体边檐8方向移动,同时利用上卡片4可变形回弹原状的特性,将上卡片4向上掰起,此时下卡尺5要略低于盖体边檐8和容器边檐7的最下沿,以便下卡尺5能顺利移动到位,当下卡尺5移动到位至盖体边檐8和容器边檐7下端时,再放开上卡片4,从而将卡紧固定件1安装到位。
实施例2:
一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,如图1所示,为了提升安装牢固度;本实施例在实施例1的基础上作出以下改进:所述卡紧固定件1的数量为一个,卡紧固定件1呈与容器边檐7和盖体边檐8形状适配的闭环结构。
进一步的,所述卡紧固定件1的形状呈与容器适配的圆形、椭圆形、长方形、正方形、三角形等形状,可以与各种横剖面形状的包装容器及对应盖体进行形状一致的紧密匹配。
卡紧固定件1选取的材料可以选用各种可变形并有韧性会复原的材质(例如塑料、食品级PP/PET、淀粉、纸质、生物基材料等各类可降解材料等等),可以适配各种材质的需要达到所需该作用功能目的的容器主体3、盖体2(例如金属、食品级不锈钢、玻璃、塑料、食品级PP/PET、淀粉、纸质、生物基材料等各类可降解材质等等)。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,包括安装于容器上的卡紧固定组件,所述容器包括容器主体(3)和盖体(2),容器主体(3)顶部外侧设置有容器边檐(7),所述盖体(2)外侧设置有盖体边檐(8),容器边檐(7)与盖体边檐(8)相适配,盖体(2)通过盖体边檐(8)可拆卸的扣合于容器边檐(7)外侧;所述卡紧固定组件包括一个或多个卡紧固定件(1),所述卡紧固定件(1)包括:
    外挡片(6),外挡片(6)与容器边檐(7)和盖体边檐(8)外侧的形状适配;
    上卡片(4),上卡片(4)设置于外挡片(6)顶部内侧,位于同一个外挡片(6)上的上卡片(4)的数量有一个或多个,上卡片(4)一端朝盖体边檐(8)中心位置斜向下延伸;
    下卡接部,下卡接部设置于外挡片(6)底部内侧,下卡接部的一端朝盖体边檐(8)中心位置斜向上延伸;上卡片(4)与下卡接部交错分布。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述下卡接部包括:
    弹性部(9),弹性部(9)设置于外挡片(6)底部内侧;
    下卡尺(5),下卡尺(5)均匀分布的设置于弹性部(9)远离外挡片(6)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述盖体边檐(8)内侧设置有环形或间隔分布的内凸起(10),内凸起(10)与容器边檐(7)的尺寸和位置相互适配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述上卡片(4)底端与下卡尺(5)顶端之间的间距小于外挡片(6)与容器边檐(7)盖合后的总厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述卡紧固定件(1)沿盖体边檐(8)外侧形成对称式分 布、等距式分布和不规则间隔式分布中的一种。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述卡紧固定件(1)的数量为一个,卡紧固定件(1)呈与容器边檐(7)和盖体边檐(8)形状适配的闭环结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述卡紧固定件(1)的形状呈与容器适配的圆形、椭圆形、长方形、正方形、三角形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述卡紧固定件(1)选用具有可脆断特性的材质,包括塑料、食品级PP/PET、淀粉、纸质、生物基材料。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种适用性好的盒型或杯型容器的快速卡紧固定结构,其特征在于,所述卡紧固定件(1)选用各种可变形并有韧性会复原的材质,包括塑料、食品级PP/PET、淀粉、纸质、生物基材料,所述容器主体(3)、盖体(2)的材质采用金属、食品级不锈钢、玻璃、塑料、食品级PP/PET、淀粉、纸质、生物基材料之一。
