Abstract

本发明涉及一种地面插座的复合面板及其生产工艺,复合面板包括面板主体和面板罩,面板主体向功能件放置口延伸形成高度低于面板主体的安装台面,安装台面和面板主体的连接处形成多个内插口,面板主体的外边缘上形成多个外卡槽,面板罩的下底面对应内插口形成多个内卡扣,面板罩的下底面边缘对应外卡槽形成多个外卡扣,面板罩的内卡扣和外卡扣分别插在面板主体的内插口内和外卡槽的外侧,内卡扣向外压折,外卡扣向内压折,将面板罩和面板主体紧扣在一起。复合面板面板罩和面板主体紧密连接在一起形成一个复合面板,既达到了外形美观的效果,又易于生产制造,还能节省材料,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于地面插座的面板,尤其是一种地面插座的复合面板及其生产工艺。 
背景技术
地面插座是安装的底板上的一种电器插座,主要由盖板、面板、支架及底盒组成,支架铰接在面板上,电源插座设置在支架上,底盒连接在面板背面并安装在底板下方。使用时,打开盖板,支架向外旋转露出电源插座,不使用时,支架向内旋转并置于底盒内,盖好盖板。目前的地面插座的面板多为一体成型,生产成本很高,外形也不是很美观。 
发明内容
由于上述原因,本发明的目的在于提供一种外形更美观、便于加工、装配简单的地面插座的复合面板。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用一种地面插座的复合面板,包括面板主体和面板罩,面板主体中央形成功能件放置口,面板主体向功能件放置口延伸形成高度低于面板主体的安装台面,安装台面和面板主体的连接处均匀形成多个内插口,面板主体的外边缘上均匀形成多个外卡槽,面板罩的下底面形状与面板主体的上底面形状相适配,面板罩的下底面对应内插口形成多个内卡扣,面板罩的下底面边缘对应外卡槽形成多个外卡扣,面板罩的内卡扣和外卡扣分别插在面板主体的内插口内和外卡槽的外侧,内卡扣向外压折,外卡扣向内压折,将面板罩和面板主体紧扣在一起。 
本发明的面板罩为达到美观的效果,采用不锈钢或钛合金等材料制成或者采用雕花面板罩,而面板主体是用于安装其他功能件的,则由铝合金或锌合金等合金材料制成,在组装时再将两者固定在一起形 成一个复合面板,既达到了外形美观的效果,又易于生产制造,还能节省材料,节约成本。面板罩的内外边缘的卡扣与面板主体扣合连接使面板罩与面板主体连接紧密,且内外受力分布均匀、合理,面板罩不容易翘起、损坏。 
本发明进一步设置为面板罩的内边缘向下底面延伸形成高度与面板主体和安装台面的高度差一致的内裙边,面板罩的外边缘向下底面延伸形成包裹住面板主体外边缘的外裙边。裙边将面板主体的边缘都罩在面板罩内,使面板更加美观。 
本发明进一步设置为所述面板罩的下底面和面板主体的上底面之间涂有连接胶。连接胶使面板罩和面板主体的连接没有缝隙,更加紧密。 
本发明进一步设置为所述面板主体的下底面在内插口外侧内卡扣压折后的位置设置有垫块。垫块的高度使内卡扣紧扣在面板主体上,使面板罩不会松动。 
本发明具体设置为所述面板主体和面板罩为方形,功能件放置口也为方形,面板主体与安装台面连接的每一个侧边均形成对称的两个内卡口,面板主体每一个外侧边均形成对称的两个外卡槽,面板罩对应内卡口和外卡槽在内边缘和外边缘分别形成内卡扣和外卡扣。方形为最常见的面板形状。 
该地面插座的复合面板的生产工艺,包括: 
(1)先将面板主体压铸成型,再去浇口,然后将表面去毛刺并喷砂,在安装台面上钻孔并在孔内攻丝,然后在机械打磨后进行表面涂覆,面板主体成型; 
(2)先将面板罩带着水平的外卡扣和内卡扣冲压落料,再将面板罩拉伸成与面板主体相适配的形状并将内外裙边拉伸成型,然后剪边; 
(3)将面板罩上的内外卡扣折成向下,插入内卡口内和外卡槽外侧,再将内卡扣顶端向外折压扣紧,外卡扣向内折压扣紧。

具体实施方式
如图1-4所示,本发明的实施例是一种地面插座的复合面板,包括面板主体1和面板罩2,面板主体1和面板罩2为方形,面板主体1中央形成方形的功能件放置口3,面板主体1向功能件放置口3延伸形成高度低于面板主体1的安装台面4,安装台面4和面板主体1的连接处在每条边均对称形成两个内插口11,面板主体1的下底面15在内插口11外侧设置有垫块13,面板主体1的外边缘的每条边上均对称形成多个外卡槽12,面板罩2的下底面25形状与面板主体1的上底面14形状相适配,面板罩2的下底面25对应内插口11每边形成两个内卡扣21,面板罩2的下底面25边缘每边对应外卡槽12形成两个外卡扣22,面板罩2的下底面25和面板主体1的上底面14之间涂有连接胶,面板罩2的内卡扣21和外卡扣22分别插在面板主体1的内插口11内和外卡槽12的外侧,内卡扣21向外压折,外卡扣22向内压折,将面板罩2和面板主体1紧扣在一起,面板罩2的内边缘向下底面25延伸形成高度与面板主体1和安装台面4的高度差一致的内裙边26,面板罩2的外边缘向下底面25延伸形成包裹住面板主体1外边缘的外裙边27。 
地面插座的复合面板的生产工艺,包括: 
(1)先将面板主体1压铸成型,再去浇口,然后将表面去毛刺并喷砂,在安装台面4上钻孔并在孔内攻丝,然后在机械打磨后进行表面涂覆,面板主体成型; 
(2)先将面板罩2带着水平的外卡扣22和内卡扣21冲压落料,再将面板罩2拉伸成与面板主体1相适配的形状并将内外裙边(26、27)拉伸成型,然后剪边; 
(3)将面板罩2上的内外卡扣(21、22)折成向下,插入内卡口11内和外卡槽12外侧,再将内卡扣21顶端向外折压扣紧,外卡扣22向内折压扣紧。 

Claims (1)

1.一种地面插座的复合面板的生产工艺,其特征在于:生产工艺包括:
(1)先将面板主体以及面板主体上的内插口和外卡槽一起压铸成型,再去浇口,然后将表面去毛刺并喷砂,在安装台面上钻孔并在孔内攻丝,然后在机械打磨后进行表面涂覆,面板主体成型;
(2)先将面板罩带着水平的外卡扣和内卡扣冲压落料,再将面板罩拉伸成与面板主体相适配的形状并将内外裙边拉伸成型,然后剪边;
(3)将面板罩上的内外卡扣折成向下,插入内插口内和外卡槽外侧,再将内卡扣顶端向外折压扣紧,外卡扣向内折压扣紧。
