与现有技术相比,本发明提供的用于固定零部件的紧固组件所具有的紧固装置,通过对该紧固装置的结构设计,其可以由金属材料一体冲压成型,从而可以降低制造成本与材料成本,进而可以提高竞争力。具体地,所述紧固件包括所述本体,以及两个所述卡接部,而所述卡接部是从所述本体的弹性部的自由端延伸出来的,且其延伸方向背向所述弹性部的自由端的延伸方向,同时两 个所述弹性部的自由端相向延伸以使两个所述卡接部与弹性部连接的部位相抵顶,这样可以使得所述卡接部具有一定的弹力,便于收缩或展开。另外由于所述弹性部开设有至少一个避让槽,而所述卡接部包括至少一个插设在所述避让槽中的卡接头,该卡接头收容于避让槽中,从而当该紧固装置插入零部件时避免与零部件干涉。同时,由于所述卡接部伸出的所述连接部与弹性部,可以与其他结构对两个零部件进行卡接,从而固定这些零部件,完成对这些零部件的固定。同时所述紧固组件还具有所述插接件,其具有两个定位部,且两个该定位部分别具有插接头,台阶部,以及卡设槽,当该紧固组件未卡入零部件时,所述插接头的自由端上的卡设槽顶在所述该卡接部的自由端的抵顶头上,从而阻止其插入,此时处于半组装状态,便于运输。当所述紧固组件完全插入所述零部件后,零部件使得伸出插接孔的插接头缩回,从而使所述卡接头脱离与所述卡设槽的抵顶,进而可以使整个所述插接件可以插入所述紧固装置中,从而完成对该零部件的卡设固定,此时,所述插接抵顶部插入并抵顶在弹性部的抵接孔中,从而可以固定所述插接件与紧固装置之间的相对位置。另外在所述插接件完全插入所述紧固装置后,两个所述插接头的外侧壁抵顶在所述卡接部上,从而进一步可以防止其变形。综上所述可以进一步保证所述紧固组件的卡接固定效果。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图4所示,其为本发明提供的用于固定零部件的紧固组件的结构示意图。所述用于固定零部件的紧固组件包括一个用于固定零部件的紧固装置10,以及一个插设在所述紧固装置10中的插接件20。所述用于固定零部件的紧固组件可以用于将气帘或气囊固定在汽车的车架钣金上,或者用于固定其他的 零部件,所述气帘或气囊本身应当为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
用于固定零部件的所述紧固装置10包括一个头部段11,一个与该头部段11连接的本体12,以及两个分别设置在所述本体12一端的卡接部13。所述紧固装置10可以由一块金属板通过冲压一体成型,从而减少制造流程,降低制造成本,同时还可以加快制造效率。所述头部段11为一个从两端向内卷曲的卷曲结构,从而形成所述本体12。因此所述头部段11本身的结构可以根据实际的需要设置,在本实施例中,所述头部段11卷曲成一个板状结构。所述头部段11上开设有一个穿插孔111。所述穿插孔111用于插设所述插接件20,因此其形状可以根据所述插接件20的截面形状相适应,如方形或圆形。在本实施例中,所述穿插孔111的形状为一个方形结构。所述本体12包括一个连接部121,两个间隔相对设置并分别从所述连接部121延伸出的弹性部122,两个设置在所述连接部121或弹性部122上的插接孔123,以及两个与该插接孔123连接的抵接孔124。所述连接部121由用于卷曲形成所述头部段11的两个自由端冲压制成,并形成一个方形筒状结构,且该方形筒状结构的中空部与所述穿插孔111在一条直线上,以利于穿插所述插接件20。当然,可以想到的是,所述连接部121还可以为一个圆形筒。两个所述弹性部122具有相同的结构,同时为了使该两个所述弹性部122具有弹性,该两个弹性部122间隔并相对设置,且两个弹性部122的自由端相向合拢。当然两个所述弹性部122弯曲的角度相同,以实现使该两个弹性部122具有相同的弹力。所述弹性部122上设置有至少一个设置在所述弹性部122的侧边上的避让槽125。在本实施例中,所述弹性部122的两个侧边上分别开设有一个避让槽125。两个所述避让槽125的排列方式垂直于所述连接部121与弹性部122的排列方向。所述避让槽125用于配合所述卡接部13,因此其会在下面进行详细说明。所述插接孔123可以为一个长方形孔,其长度方向平行于所述连接部121与弹性部122的排列方向,其用于配合所述插接件20工作,因此其会在下面与所述插接件一起进行详细说明。所述抵接孔124与所述插接孔123连接,并设置在朝向所述头部段11的一侧。所述插接孔123与抵接孔124的设置位置可以根据实际的需要,如与所述插接件20配合的需要,其可以设置在所述弹性部122上,也可以设置在所述连接部121上,或者部分设置在所述弹性部122上,部分设置在所述连接部121上。在本实施例中,所述插接孔121的部分设置在所述弹性部122上,部分设置在所述连接部121上。 而所述抵接孔部分设置在所述连接部121上。两个所述插接孔123和连接部124分别与所述弹性部122设置在所述连接部121的同侧。
所述卡接部13具有两个,且该两个卡接部13具有相同的结构。每一个卡接部13从该弹性部13的自由端延伸出来。所述卡接部13的延伸方向背向所述弹性部122的自由端的延伸方向,即所述卡接部13与所述弹性部122的主体部分相互重叠。由于所述弹性部122的自由端相向合拢,从而使得两个所述卡接部13与弹性部122连接的部位相抵顶,避免该卡接部13与弹性部122连接的部位插入汽车钣金的孔中发生变形,提高其形变强度。每一个所述卡接部13包括至少一个插设在所述避让槽125中的卡接头131,以及一个设置在所述卡接部13的自由端的抵顶头132。所述卡接头131的设置位置应当能够插设在所述避让槽125中为宜,因此,在此不再赘述。所述卡接头131的朝向所述头部段11的一侧用于抵顶气帘或汽车钣金,为了提高其抵压面积,避免抵压变形或刺穿所述气帘或气囊,所述卡接头131朝向所述头部段11的一侧进行弯折,即朝向所述本体12进行弯折。另外,为了便所述紧固装置10插入汽车钣金的孔中,所述卡接头131在沿该紧固装置10的插入方向也为一个楔形结构。也因此为了使所述避让槽125能够容纳一端弯折的卡接头131,所述避让槽125为一个梯形截面。所述抵顶头132用于抵顶所述插接件20,以使该插接件20固定在某一个位置,因此其会在下面结合所述插接件20进行详细说明。为了有效在进行抵顶,所述抵顶头132背向所述弹性部122延伸。
所述插接件20用于在所述紧固装置10插入所述汽车钣金和气帘中后以固定该紧固装置10与汽车钣金及气帘之间的相对位置,即不让该紧固装置10掉出来,即所述插接件20用于保证所述卡接部13不会变形甚至合拢,而导致所述卡接头131从所述汽车钣金的孔中掉出来。所述插接件20包括一个按压部21,两个间隔设置并连接在所述按压部21上的定位部22,以及一个设置在所述按压部21与定位部22之间的限位部23。所述插接件20可以由塑料等材料直接注塑成型。所述按压部21可以为一个板状结构,便于用户用手或工具按压。两个所述定位部22从所述按压部21延伸出来且为两个独立的部件并对称设置。当两个所述定位部22处于自由状态时其处于间隔分离状态。两个所述定位部22具有相同的结构,因此在此仅一个为例为来说明其结构。所述定位部22包括一个连接在所述按压部21上的弹性件221,一个设置在所述弹性件221的自由端的 定位头222,以及一个设置在所述弹性件221上的插接抵顶部223。所述弹性件221为一个杆状体,其从所述按压部21延伸出来,利用其本身所具有的延展性来达到具有弹性的目的,即两个所述定位部22既可以合拢也可以分离。所述定位头222包括一个用于插入所述插接孔123中的插接头224,一个设置在在所述插接头224上的台阶部225,以及一个设置在所述插接头224的自由端上的卡设槽226。当所述插接件20与所述紧固装置10处于未完全组装状态时,所述插接头224插设在所述插接孔123中,同时所述卡设槽226抵顶在所述卡接部13的抵顶头132上,从而阻止所述插接件20完全插入所述紧固装置10中,此时两个所述定位部22处于分离状态。因此所述插接头224的形状及位置以在定位部22处于分离状态能插设在所述插接孔123为准。所述台阶部225开设在所述插接头224的侧壁上,其结构及形状由其功能决定。当所述插接件20完全插入所述紧固装置10时,此时所述插接头224会与所述插接孔123脱离,同时两个所述定位部22合拢以使两个所述插接头224抵顶在所述卡接部13上,以防止两个卡接部13发生翻转,提高该紧固装置10的强度。当两个所述插接头224抵顶在所述卡接部13上时,为了保证两个插接头224之间的强度,同时也便于有位置设置所述卡设槽226,因此设置所述台阶部225。该台阶部225的位置及形状应当以当两个定位部22合拢时,两个所述插接头224可以相互抵靠为宜。所述插接抵顶部223用于当所述插接件20完全插入所述紧固装置10时固定该插接件20与紧固装置10之间的相对位置。所述插接抵顶部223设置在所述插接头222与按压部21之间并包括一个与所述弹性件221连接的弹性连接件227,以及一个设置在所述弹性连接件227上的插设头228。所述弹性连接件227的延伸方向倾斜朝向所述头部段11,以避免阻止所述插接件20插入所述紧固装置10。所述插设头228设置在所述弹性连接件227上,其朝向所述本体12延伸,从而与所述弹性连接件227形成一个分叉结构。所述插设头228的位置应当使其当所述插接件20完全插入所述紧固装置10中时,其可以插入所述抵接孔124中为准,也因此所述插设头228的结构及形状应当与所述抵接孔124的结构及形状相同。
所述限位部23用于限制所述插接件20插入所述紧固装置10的位置,其抵顶在所述头部段11上。当所述插设头228插入所述抵接孔124中时,该限位部与插设头228形成有一定弹性回复力,从而可以紧紧地将该插接件20固定在所 述紧固装置10中,因此,该限位部23的结构及设置位置应当以与所述插设头228形成上述弹发生回复力为准。
在使用过程中,首先所述紧固装置10与插接件20形成一个预装状态,即该紧固组件还没有插入汽车钣金与气帘的孔中的一个预装状态,以便于运输,此时,所述插接件20插入所述紧固装置10的头部段11的穿插孔111中,同时所述定位部22的定位头222上的插接头224插设并卡接在所述插接孔123中,同时借助所述弹性件221的弹力,而使所述插接件20连接在该紧固装置10上,不会掉下来,便于使用。当使用时,所述紧固组件被从所述弹性部122的自由端插入汽车钣金与气囊所具有的孔中,并在插入过程中,所述汽车钣金将压缩所述卡接部13的所述卡接头131,使其收缩回由两个所述弹性部122形成的空间中,直至所述汽车钣金及气囊套设在所述本体12的连接部121上为至,此时所述卡接头131将在所述弹性部122的回复力下又恢复到原来位置,从而将所述汽车钣金及气囊夹设在所述卡接头131与头部段11之间。同时由于所述汽车钣金和气囊夹设在所述卡接头131与头部段11之间,使得所述插接头224被压出所述插接孔123,同时也使得所述抵顶头132脱离与所述卡设槽226的抵顶,进而可以使整个所述插接件20可以插入所述紧固装置10中,从而完成对汽车钣金与气囊的卡设固定,此时,所述插接抵顶部223插入并抵顶在抵接孔124中,从而可以固定所述插接件20与紧固装置10之间的相对位置。另外在所述插接件20完全插入所述紧固装置10后,两个所述插接头224的外侧壁抵顶在所述卡接部13上,从而进一步可以防止其变形,即防止两个卡接部13的卡接头131缩回至由两个所述弹性部122形成的空间中。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的用于固定零部件的紧固组件所具有的紧固装置10,通过对该紧固装置10的结构设计,其可以由金属材料一体冲压成型,从而可以降低制造成本与材料成本,进而可以提高竞争力。具体地,所述紧固件10包括所述本体12,以及两个所述卡接部13,而所述卡接部13是从所述本体12的弹性部122的自由端延伸出来的,且其延伸方向背向所述弹性部122的自由端的延伸方向,同时两个所述弹性部122的自由端相向延伸以使两个所述卡接部13与弹性部122连接的部位相抵顶,这样可以使得所述卡接部13具有一定的弹力,便于收缩或展开。另外由于所述弹性部122开设有至少一个避让槽125,而所述卡接部13包括至少一个插设在所述避让槽125中的卡接头131, 该卡接头131收容于避让槽125中,从而当该紧固装置10插入零部件时避免与零部件干涉。同时,由于所述卡接头131可以与其他结构对两个零部件进行卡接,从而固定这些零部件,完成对这些零部件的固定。同时所述紧固组件还具有所述插接件20,其具有两个定位部22,且两个该定位部22分别具有插接头224,台阶部225,以及卡设槽226,当该紧固组件未卡入零部件时,所述插接头224的自由端上的卡设槽226顶在所述该卡接部13的自由端的抵顶头132上,从而阻止其插入,此时处于半组装状态,便于运输。当所述紧固组件完全插入所述零部件后,零部件使得伸出插接孔123的插接头224缩回,从而使所述卡接头131脱离与所述卡设槽125的抵顶,进而可以使整个所述插接件20可以插入所述紧固装置10中,从而完成对该零部件的卡设固定,此时,所述插接抵顶部223插入并抵顶在弹性部122的抵接孔124中,从而可以固定所述插接件20与紧固装置10之间的相对位置。另外在所述插接件20完全插入所述紧固装置10后,两个所述插接头224的外侧壁抵顶在所述卡接部13上,从而进一步可以防止其变形。综上所述可以进一步保证所述紧固组件的卡接固定效果。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用于局限本发明的保护范围,任何在本发明精神内的修改、等同替换或改进等,都涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述用于固定零部件的紧固装置包括一个本体,以及两个分别设置在所述本体一端的卡接部,所述本体包括一个连接部,以及两个间隔相对设置并分别从所述连接部延伸出的弹性部,每一个所述弹性部开设有至少一个避让槽,两个所述卡接部具有相同的结构且每一个卡接部从该弹性部的自由端延伸出来,所述卡接部的延伸方向背向所述弹性部的自由端的延伸方向且两个所述弹性部的自由端相向延伸以使两个所述卡接部与弹性部连接的部位相抵顶,每一个所述卡接部包括至少一个插设在所述避让槽中的卡接头,以及一个设置在该卡接部的自由端的抵顶头,所述卡接头背向所述弹性部延伸。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述连接部为方形或圆形筒。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述用于固定零部件的紧固装置还包括一个设置在所述本体另一端的抵接部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述避让槽设置在所述弹性部的侧部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部具有两个避让槽,两个所述避让槽设置在所述弹性部的两侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:两个所述避让槽的排列方向垂直于所述连接部与弹性部的排列方向。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述本体还包括一个设置在所述连接部的另一端的头部段,所述头部段与所述卡接头间隔设置。
  8. 一种用于固定零部件的紧固组件,其特征在于:所述用于固定零部件的紧固组件包括一个如权利要求1至7所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,以及一个插设在所述紧固装置中的插接件,所述插接件包括一个按压部,以及两个间隔设置并连接在所述按压部上的定位部,两个所述定位部在自由状态时两个定位部间隔设置并具有相同的结构,每一个所述定位部包括一个连接在所述按压部上的弹性件,一个设置在所述弹性件的自由端的定位头,以及一个 设置在所述弹性件上的插接抵顶部,所述定位头包括一个插接头,一个设置在在所述插接头上的台阶部,以及一个设置在所述插接头的自由端上的卡设槽,所述插接抵顶部设置在所述插接头与按压部之间并包括一个与所述弹性件连接的弹性连接件,以及一个设置在所述弹性连接件上的插设头,所述弹性部上还设置有一个插接孔,以及一个与该插接孔连接的抵接孔,所述插接孔设置在所述抵接孔与所述弹性部的自由端之间,两个所述定位部处于自由状态时所述卡接头抵顶在所述卡设槽上且两个所述插接头的部分分别插入所述插接孔中,当两个定位部相互抵接时两个所述台阶部相互搭接在一起且所述卡接头脱离与所述卡设槽的抵顶,当两个定位部相互抵接时所述插接件被朝所述弹性部的自由端按压时所述插设头插入所述抵接孔中并抵接在所述抵接孔中以固定所述插接件与紧固装置之间的相对位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的用于固定零部件的紧固组件,其特征在于:所述本体还包括一个设置在所述连接部的另一端的头部段,所述插接件从所述头部段插入所述紧固装置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的用于固定零部件的紧固装置,其特征在于:所述零部件卡设固定在所述头部段与卡接头之间。
