一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备
本发明要求2022年3月4日向中国专利局提交的、申请号为CN202210212063.8、发明名称为“一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本文中。
技术领域
本发明涉及屏幕加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备。
背景技术
手机屏幕的外屏具有一层透明玻璃,透明玻璃在拼贴到内屏前需要人工进行预处理,预处理中包含一道工序是用无尘布润湿酒精对玻璃面板的表面进行擦拭清洁,传统的人工流水线存在效率低、清洁可靠性不高等缺陷,车间内弥漫酒精挥发物对工人健康造成一定影响。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备,以实现对玻璃面板清洁工序的高度自动化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备,包括移载平台、龙门架、背板、收放料辊组、清洁装置、无尘布卷料。所述移载平台上架设有龙门架,所述龙门架下竖直挂载有背板,所述背板上设置有收放料辊组和清洁装置,所述收放料辊组间绕接有流经清洁装置的无尘布卷料。所述清洁装置由酒精浸润机构和压着擦拭机构组成,所述压着擦拭机构间隔无尘布卷料适时静态压着于移载平台,所述移载平台水平配合在压着擦拭机构下方适时动态平移。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述酒精浸润机构布置在所述压着擦拭机构的上游。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述酒精浸润机构由第一支架、酒精喷头、回收液盒组成,所述第一支架平行于收放料辊组装配在背板上并布置于无尘布卷料的上侧。所述第一支架上竖直安装有一列等间距均匀分布的若干酒精喷头,所述回收液盒装配在背板上并间隔无尘布卷料布置于所有酒精喷头的正下方。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述压着擦拭机构由结构相同的湿压头和干压头配对组 成,所述湿压头包括第二支架、气缸、直线导轨滑台、调节座、螺旋测微器、转接块和压条。所述气缸通过第二支架竖直向下固定在背板上,所述第二支架上竖直设置有直线导轨滑台,所述直线导轨滑台上设置有调节座。所述调节座上连气缸且两端竖直设置有各一枚螺旋测微器,所述调节座下方活动挂载有摆动支架,所述螺旋测微器对称作用在摆动支架的上侧两端,所述压条平行于收放料辊组装配在摆动支架的下侧。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述收放料辊组由独立的电机牵引传动,所述收放料辊组间设置有两对由独立的伺服电机牵引传动的阻尼调节辊组。所述阻尼调节辊组间设置有若干导向辊。所述导向辊使无尘布卷料的开卷部分构建出第一水平作业段和第二水平作业段,所述第一水平作业段与酒精浸润机构相配合,所述第二水平作业段与压着擦拭机构相配合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述移载平台由高速无杆气缸和设置在高速无杆气缸上的负压吸板组成,所述负压吸板水平布置在压着擦拭机构的下方。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述龙门架一侧靠近酒精浸润机构的位置设置有导流罩,所述导流罩的顶端设置有酒精导出负压风管。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备,通过高速无杆气缸的相对滑移模拟人工擦拭动作,通过酒精喷头与收放料辊组往复牵引动作的相互配合来模拟人工拿取干湿擦布动作,实现了对玻璃面板清洁工序的高度自动化。

如图1-3所示,本发明实施例包括:一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备,包括移载平台1、龙门架2、背板3、收放料辊组4、清洁装置5和无尘布卷料6。所述移载平台1上架设有龙门架2,所述龙门架2下竖直挂载有背板3。所述背板3上设置有收放料辊组4和清洁装置5,所述收放料辊组4间绕接有流经清洁装置5的无尘布卷料6。所述清洁装置5包括酒精浸润机构51和压着擦拭机构52。所述压着擦拭机构52间隔无尘布卷料6适时静态压着于移载平台1,所述移载平台1水平配合在压着擦拭机构52下方适时动态平移。
所述酒精浸润机构51布置在所述压着擦拭机构52的上游。
进一步的,所述酒精浸润机构51包括第一支架、酒精喷头511和回收液盒512。所述第一支架平行于收放料辊组4装配在背板3上并布置于无尘布卷料6的上侧,所述第一支架上竖直安装有一列等间距均匀分布的若干酒精喷头511,所述回收液盒512装配在背板3上并间隔无尘布卷料6布置于所有酒精喷头511的正下方。

进一步的,所述移载平台1由高速无杆气缸521和设置在高速无杆气缸521上的负压吸板组成,所述负压吸板水平布置在压着擦拭机构52的下方。

本设备运用在玻璃面板组装线上,组装线要将清洁干净的面板贴到手机、平板等智能设备的内屏上,在贴之前,本设备即要对玻璃面板的表面做清洁清洗处理,采用的技术方 案主要是用酒精浸润的无尘布对玻璃面板擦拭一边,再用干燥的无尘布追加一次对玻璃面板的擦拭。
设备的收放料辊组4上面放无尘布料卷,无尘布卷料6开卷后会经过多个导向辊组、阻尼调节辊组41后收卷。
如图2所示,背板3的左上方放置有无尘布卷料6。背板3的左下方放置的是回收辊。无尘布被多个导向辊引导到图中背板3右侧的第一个阻尼调节辊组41,然后再由多个导向辊构建出酒精润湿区域和擦拭区域,接着无尘布绕经第二个阻尼调节辊组41,最后由多个导向辊引导后作废料卷收。酒精浸润机构51主要功能是自动滴淋酒精至无尘布,滴淋润湿的面积要大于压条526的面积。
润湿部位首先流转至湿压头下方,湿压头下压,隔着润湿部位压在玻璃面板上,玻璃面板由负压吸板固定,负压吸板随高速无杆气缸521发生平移,平移的行程大于玻璃面板的长度,使润湿部位接触到整个玻璃面板。
酒精擦拭结束后,湿压头复位并且高速无杆气缸521复位,接着干压头下压,隔着无尘布的干燥部位压到玻璃面板上,同理在执行一次擦拭动作。多个喷头同时滴酒精,喷头布置在无尘布的宽度方向,每个喷头滴10滴酒精即可润湿无尘布,浸润后的无尘布要迅速流转至湿压头下。
擦拭过程中,湿压头、干压头保持静止,由高速无杆气缸521带动剥离面板平移。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种玻璃盖板面清洁设备,通过高速无杆气缸521的相对滑移模拟人工擦拭动作,通过酒精喷头511与收放料辊组4往复牵引动作的相互配合来模拟人工拿取干湿擦布动作,实现了对玻璃面板清洁工序的高度自动化。

  4. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃盖板面清洁设备,其特征在于,所述压着擦拭机构包括结构相同的互相配对的湿压头和干压头,所述湿压头包括第二支架、气缸、直线导轨滑台、调节座、螺旋测微器、转接块和压条,所述气缸通过第二支架竖直向下固定在背板上,所述第二支架上竖直设置有直线导轨滑台,所述直线导轨滑台上设置有调节座,所述调节座上连气缸且两端竖直设置有各一枚螺旋测微器,所述调节座下方活动挂载有摆动支架,所述螺旋测微器对称作用在摆动支架的上侧两端,所述压条平行于收放料辊组装配在摆动支架的下侧。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃盖板面清洁设备,其特征在于,所述收放料辊组由独立的电机牵引传动,所述收放料辊组间设置有两对由独立的伺服电机牵引传动的阻尼调节辊组,所述阻尼调节辊组间设置有若干导向辊,所述导向辊使无尘布卷料的开卷部分构建出第一水平作业段和第二水平作业段,所述第一水平作业段与酒精浸润机构相配合,所述第二水平作业段与压着擦拭机构相配合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃盖板面清洁设备,其特征在于,所述移载平台由高速无杆气缸和设置在高速无杆气缸上的负压吸板组成,所述负压吸板水平布置在压着擦拭机构的下方。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的玻璃盖板面清洁设备,其特征在于,所述龙门架一侧靠近酒精浸润机构的位置设置有导流罩,所述导流罩的顶端设置有酒精导出负压风管。
