作为可选的实施方式,推拉式电容白板书写系统还包括固定式外框11;固定式外框11与书写板的书写框12通过滚动轴承33滑动连接。具体的,固定式外框11与书写框12均使用铝合金型材开槽实现,它们结构稳定,方便书写板2的放置和使用。书写板2在固定式外框11内是可以推拉滑动的,主要是依靠滚动轴承33在固定式外框11内的运动实现。
作为可选的实施方式,如图2所示,推拉式电容白板书写系统还包括滑动装置3;书写板2通过滑动装置3在固定式外框11内滑动;书写板2与智能终端6能够通过USB线通信连接;固定式外框11上设置有使USB线通过的小孔。具体的,滑动装置3主要由滑轮组成,滑轮的滑动外表面采用非金属材料,能够避免金属于金属摩擦产生更多噪声、阻力及形变。书写板2通过滑轮配合轴承在固定式外框11内移动。固定式外框11的侧面都设置有滑动槽,方便滑轮在滑动槽上滑动。书写板2通过USB线与智能终端6进行通信是本地连接通信的一种可选方式。固定式外框11上设置有小孔,USB线通过小孔能够进入固定式外框11所构成的内部空间中。其中USB线与滑动装置3连接,在滑动装置3进行滑动的时候,同时带动USB线滑动,进而对其进行收纳。
作为可选的实施方式,如图3、图4所示,滑动装置3包括至少两个定滑轮31、至少一个动滑轮组32、以及多个滚动轴承33;定滑轮31固定在固定式外框11的内侧;动滑轮组32能够在固定式外框11中做水平运动或垂直运动。具体的,书写板2通过USB线与滑动装置3连接,在推拉书写板2时,通过滑动装置3的运动,使书写板2在固定式外框11内滑动。在本实施例中存在两块书写板2,根据位置的前后分为前书写板21和后书写板22;前书写板21将与其通信的USB线固定在侧面,并通过第二定滑轮312连接到动滑轮组32,然后通过螺丝扎线固定在第二USB线孔8处;后书写板22将与其通信的USB线固定在其侧面,并通过第一定滑轮311连接到动滑轮组32,然后通过螺丝扎线固定在第一USB线孔7处。当前书写板21书写满屏时,将前书写板21往上推,固定在前书写板21侧面的USB线会做竖直运动,经过第二定滑轮312,USB线改为水平运动,带动动滑轮组32往右移动。同时后书写板22通过书写板之间的滑轮连接而往下运动,其往下运动时,外框侧边框内的USB线通过第一定滑轮311,与动滑轮组32同时往右运动。当后书写板22在下面并往上推拉时,其运动刚好相反。其中,USB线能够通过第一USB线孔7、第二USB线孔8与智能终端6连接。
作为可选的实施方式,每个动滑轮组32包括两个滑轮,两个滑轮固定往同一方向运动,并分别绕有一条USB线;USB线的一端连接一块书写板2的控制模组,另一端连接智能终端。具体的,动滑轮组32配合定滑轮31与滚动轴承33的运动,能够在书写板2运动的同时,对USB线进行收纳。USB线分别与书写板2的控制模组和智能终端6连接,属于本地通信的一种连接方式,方便将书写板2上的书写笔迹转换的电信号传输智能终端6。
作为可选的实施方式,如图4所示,滚动轴承33为外径小于或等于16毫米的微型轴承,滚动轴承33的轴心分布在两个平行平面,两个平行平面之间的距离为0.1~0.5毫米。具体的,书写框12与书写板2配套连接,起固定和保护作用。书写板2通过滚动轴承33能够在推拉时滑动,从而实现该书写板2无可书写面时换至另一书写板2书写。固定式外框11的每侧都布置有滚动轴承33,其中三个为一组。三个滚动轴承33的轴心分布在两个平行平面,其中一个在固定式外框11的内侧转角处做固定杠杆使用,另外两个滚动轴承33在实际运用时,作用于书写板2。在推拉书写板2时,这两个滚动轴承33做水平或垂直运动。平行平面的距离为本实施例的优选方案。
作为可选的实施方式,书写板2还能够将书写笔迹的坐标信息发送给智能终端6。具体的,书写板2上的书写笔迹,能够被书写板2上的电容感应膜及电容感应控制模组识别,转换为能够被智能终端6所识别的坐标信息,经由智能终端6的处理,在智能终端6上显示。
作为可选的实施方式,推拉式电容白板书写系统还包括电容感应书写笔4和电容感应板擦5;电容感应书写笔4上的笔壳为导电材料,墨水含导电溶剂,笔芯直径大于2毫米,能够在书写板2上书写出各种颜色的墨迹,并能被感应到墨迹的坐标位置;电容感应板擦5的板擦面为导电材料,在擦除电容感应书写笔4的书写墨迹的同时,擦除书写墨迹的坐标位置的数字笔迹。具体的,电容感应书写笔4的笔壳、墨水、丝印和标签都设置有导电材料,是为了加强电容感应书写笔4的导电能力。电容感应书写笔4的导电能力关系着电容感应膜感应到的墨迹坐标的准确性,使书写墨迹在电容感应膜上显示的更完整、更准确。笔芯的直径大于2毫米为本实施例的优选方案。电容感应书写笔4可内置不同颜色的导电墨水,能够在书写膜上写出各种颜色的笔迹。电容感应板擦5包括板擦壳和板擦面,板擦面与板擦壳紧密连接。板擦壳由用户手持使用,板擦面与书写板2直接接触。其中,板擦面为导电体,在实际应用时与书写板2下的电容感应膜反应,擦除电容感应书写笔4在电容感应膜下感应到的墨迹的坐标位置,方便电容感应膜在书写板上定位重新书写的墨迹坐标位置。同时,将墨迹坐标显示的数字笔迹也进行擦除。板擦面为耐磨导电海绵、耐磨导电布或耐磨导电棉,能够延长电容感应板擦5的使用寿命。
作为可选的实施方式,如图5所示,书写板2包括基板、书写膜、电容感应膜及电容感应控制模组;基板的厚度小于10毫米;书写膜覆盖在基板的上表面;电容感应膜设置在基板的下表面;书写板通过电容感应控制模组与智能终端进行通信。具体的,书写板2由多结构组成,最外层是书写膜,中间是基板,基板下覆盖着电容感应膜。基板的厚度限制是为了使书写板2更轻便。用户在书写膜上书写,基板覆盖住电容感应膜,能够保护电容感应膜使用时不受破坏。电容感应控制模组通过电容感应膜感应,将电容感应书写笔4书写的坐标位置转换成电信号,并实时发送给智能终端6。智能终端6在显示的时候,同时保存显示信息在智能终端6的储存单元中,方便后续信息的调取。
实施例仅是一个特例,并不表明本实用新型就这样一种实现方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,包括智能终端、一块或多块书写板,所述智能终端通过本地或远程的方式与所述书写板通信;所述书写板能够将书写笔迹转化为电信号,并发送给所述智能终端,所述智能终端接收到所述电信号后,能够显示出所述书写笔迹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述书写板的书写面与墙面的距离小于等于4厘米。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述推拉式电容白板书写系统还包括固定式外框;所述固定式外框与所述书写板的书写框通过滚动轴承滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述推拉式电容白板书写系统还包括滑动装置;所述书写板通过所述滑动装置在所述固定式外框内滑动;所述书写板与所述智能终端能够通过USB线通信连接;所述固定式外框上设置有使所述USB线通过的小孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述滑动装置包括至少两个定滑轮、至少一个动滑轮组、以及多个所述滚动轴承;所述定滑轮固定在所述固定式外框的内侧;所述动滑轮组能够在所述固定式外框中做水平运动或垂直运动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,每个所述动滑轮组包括两个滑轮,两个所述滑轮固定往同一方向运动,并分别绕有一条所述USB线;所述USB线的一端连接一块所述书写板的控制模组,另一端连接所述智能终端。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承为外径小于或等于16毫米的微型轴承,所述滚动轴承的轴心分布在两个平行平面,两个所述平行平面之间的距离为0.1~0.5毫米。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述书写板还能够将所述书写笔迹的坐标信息发送给所述智能终端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述推拉式电容白板书写系统还包括电容感应书写笔和电容感应板擦;所述电容感应书写笔上的笔壳为导电材料,墨水含导电溶剂,笔芯直径大于2毫米,能够在所述书写板上书写出各种颜色的墨迹,并能被感应到所述墨迹的坐标位置;所述电容感应板擦的板擦面为导电材料,在擦除所述电容感应书写笔的书写墨迹的同时,擦除所述书写墨迹的坐标位置的数字笔迹。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式电容白板书写系统,其特征在于,所述书写板包括基板、书写膜、电容感应膜及电容感应控制模组;所述基板的厚度小于10毫米;所述书写膜覆盖在所述基板的上表面;所述电容感应膜设置在所述基板的下表面;所述书写板通过所述电容感应控制模组与所述智能终端进行通信。
