Abstract

本发明涉及一种头肩结构,尤其涉及到一种具有转动功能的头肩结构。
针对现有的设备发出的声音和接收声音的能力进行测试,需要进行分析处理,得到语音对讲终端的测试结果。
然而现有的头肩模拟器受到本身结构的限制,头肩模拟器的头部的角度是固定的,无法实现转动或摆动,无法做到真正的仿真效果,难以实现对语音对讲终端所发出的声音和接收声音的能力进行多方向的测试。

本发明的目的在于提供一种具有转动功能的头肩结构,用于解决上述技术问题。

一种具有转动功能的头肩结构,用于声学音频测试,包括语音头肩模拟器以及设于所述语音头肩模拟器内部的转头机构,所述转动机构可驱动所述语音头肩模拟器进行抬头动作、低头动作、转头动作以及摆头动作,以适应不同角度的语音测试。
作为优选,所述语音头肩模拟器包括头部、肩部以及软胶套,所述软胶套设于所述肩部的上端,所述头部设于所述软胶套的中部,且所述头部至少部分伸入所述肩部内并与所述肩部内的所述转头机构连接。

图1是本发明中具有转动功能的头肩结构中的转头机构的结构示意图;图2是本发明中的转盘与传动结构配合的结构示意图;图3是本发明中的具有转动功能的头肩结构中的转头机构的摆动角度关系表格图,图4是本发明中的语音头肩模拟器的结构示意图,图5是本发明中的第一电机、第二电机和第三电机的分布示意图,请参见图1至图5所示,示出了一种较佳的实施例,示出的一种具有转动功能的头肩结构,用于声学音频测试,包括语音头肩模拟器以及设于语音头肩模拟器内部的转头机构,转动机构可驱动语音头肩模拟器进行抬头动作、低头动作、转头动作以及摆头动作,以适应不同角度的语音测试。本实施例中的转头机构可以驱动语音头肩模拟器进行多种角 度的转动或摆动,且转动或摆动的精度高,相对于现有的语音头肩模拟器,本实施例中的语音头肩模拟器能够实现达到真正的仿真效果,可实现多种角度声音接收能力的测试。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,语音头肩模拟器包括头部30、肩部31以及软胶套32,软胶套32设于肩部31的上端,头部30设于软胶套32的中部,且头部30至少部分伸入肩部31内并与肩部31内的转头机构连接。本实施例中,如图4所示,头部30与肩部3之间设有软胶套32,便于头部30的多角度的转动。其中,头部30伸入肩部31内的部分与转头机构中的连接盘1连接,连接盘1带动头部30的抬头、低头、左右旋转及左右摆动的动作。
参见图1-3和图5所示,转头机构包括连接盘1、转盘2、第一传动机构、第二传动机构、第三传动机构、第一电机33、第二电机34和第三电机23,第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构的一端分别与转盘2铰接,转盘2上设有连接盘1,第一传动机构的另一端与第一电机33连接,第二传动机构的另一端与第二电机34连接,第三传动机构与第三电机23连接,第一传动机构用于驱动转盘2进行点头动作,第二传动机构用于驱动转盘2进行仰头动作,第三驱动机构用于驱动转动盘进行摆头动作,第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构用于驱动转盘2进行转头动作。本实施例中,如图1所示,第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构之间可以相互独立工作,也可以同时工作。例如在独立工作时,第一电机33可驱动第一传动机构驱动转盘2进行低头动作,第二电机34可以驱动第二传动机构控制转盘2仰头动作,而第三电机23可驱动第三传动机构控制转盘2向左或向右进行摆动,而第一电机33、第二电机34和第三电机23同时工作时,第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构同时驱动转盘2向左或向右转动,能够满足现代化的需求。本实施例中的转头机构控制语音头肩模拟器向左或向右的最大摆动角度为36°,当超过36°时,则无法摆动,且转盘2的转动角度、摆动 角度的精度均为1°。本实施例中,如图5所示,第一电机33、第二电机34和第三电机23的分布方式,三个电机整体呈三角形分布。本实施例中的第一电机33、第二电机34和第三电机23均可采用步进电机,可提高控制的精确性。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,还包括支撑轴,第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构的另一端均套设在支撑轴上。本实施例中的支撑轴用于支撑第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构,其中,第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构均可以相对于支撑轴转动。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,第三传动机构包括上转杆筒7、下同步带轮18和第一摆杆,支撑轴的外缘套设有上转杆筒7,第一摆杆连接上转杆筒7和转盘2,上转杆筒7的外缘套设有下同步带轮18,第一电机与上同步带轮14传动连接。本实施例中,如图1所示,第一电机驱动下同步带轮18转动,下同步带轮18驱动上转杆筒7相对支撑轴转动,上转杆筒7带动第一摆杆转动,进而驱动转盘2进行摆头动作。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,第二传动机构包括中同步带轮16、第四垫片17、中转杆筒9和第二摆杆3,其中,中转杆筒9套设在上转杆筒7的外缘,第二摆杆3连接转盘2和中转杆筒9,中转杆筒9的外缘套设有中同步带轮16,其中,中同步带轮16位于下同步带轮18的上侧,且中同步带轮16与下同步带轮18之间设有第四垫片17,第二电机与中同步带轮16传动连接。第二电机驱动中同步带轮16带动中转杆筒9转动,中转杆筒9驱动第二摆杆3转动,进而驱动转盘2进行仰头动作。设置的第四垫片17用于中同步带轮16与下同步带轮18之间的密封。第二电机与中同步带轮16之间可通过同步带或皮带连接。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,还包括第一垫片8和第一滚珠套筒11,中转杆筒9的上端与上转杆筒7之间设有第一垫片8,中转杆筒9的内周壁与上转杆筒7的外缘之间设有第一滚珠套筒11。设置的第一垫片8用于 中转杆筒9与中转杆筒9的之间的密封,设置的第一滚珠套可以使得中转杆与上转杆筒7之间的相对转动,使得两者之间转动互不影响。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,第三传动机构包括上同步带轮14、下转杆筒12、第三摆杆、第二垫片10、第三垫片15和第二滚珠套筒,下转杆筒12套设在中转杆筒9的外缘,上同步带轮14设置在下转杆筒12的外缘,第三摆杆连接转盘2和下转杆筒12,上同步带轮14与第三电机23传动连接,上同步带轮14与第三电机23之间可以通过皮带或同步带连接。下转杆筒12与中转杆筒9之间设有第二滚珠套筒,第二滚珠套筒与下转杆筒12之间设有第二垫片10,下转杆筒12与中同步带轮16之间设有第三垫片15。本实施例中,第三电机23驱动上同步带轮14带动下转杆筒12转动,而下转杆筒12第三摆杆转动,使得第三摆杆驱动转盘2进行摆头动作。设置的第二垫片10用于第二滚珠套筒与下转杆筒12之间的密封,设置的第三垫片15用于下转杆筒12与中同步带轮16之间的密封,设置的第二滚珠套筒用于下转杆筒12与中转杆筒9之间的相互独立工作,避免对两者之间转动产生影响,下转杆筒12与中转杆筒9之间可以相互转动。本实施例中的第一摆杆、第二摆杆3和第三摆杆的形状相同,且三者均呈“﹝”型结构,具体的可参见图1所示,第一摆杆、第二摆杆3和第三摆杆的一端均与转盘2连接,且第一摆杆、第二摆杆3和第三摆杆的一端之间的夹角相同。下转杆筒12、中转杆筒9以及上转杆筒7的形状相同,具体的可参见图1所示,下转杆筒12、中转杆筒9以及上转杆筒7均包括呈环状的转动部、一个水平部和一个倾斜部,其中转动部可套设在支撑轴上,水平部与转动部连接,倾斜部与水平部远离转动部的一端连接,且倾斜部由上至下向靠近转动部的方向倾斜设置,第一摆杆、第二摆杆3以及第三摆杆均是与倾斜部远离水平部的一端可转动地连接。第一摆杆、第二摆杆3和第三摆杆均与转盘2可转动地连接。
本实施例中,还包括短销4、挡圈6和滚动轴承5,其中,第一摆杆、第二摆杆3以及第三摆杆与倾斜部之间均是通过一个短销4连接,短销4的外 缘套设有滚动轴承5,便于摆杆与倾斜部之间的转动,在短销4的端部还设有挡圈6。
本实施例中,还包括平键13,上同步带轮14与下转杆筒12之间通过平键13连接。
本实施例中,还包括第一内六角螺钉20和圆柱直销21,其中,连接盘1上设有第一内六角螺钉20和圆柱直销21,连接盘1通过第一内六角螺钉20与转盘2连接,圆柱直销21用于连接语音头肩模拟器。
本实施例中,还包括同步带22,第三电机23与上同步带轮14之间通过同步带22传动连接。
本实施例中,还包括第二内六角螺钉27,底板29(底盘)与轴支座24之间通过第二内六角螺钉27连接。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,还包括轴支座24和平面推力轴承19,支撑轴的一端设置在轴支座24内,下同步带轮18的下端与轴支座24之间设有平面推力轴承19。
进一步,作为一种较佳的实施方式,还包括底板29、滚珠轴承25和隔套圈26,底板29设于轴支座24的下端,隔套圈26套设在支撑轴的一端并位于轴支座24的内部,隔套圈26的两端均设有一滚珠轴承25。
以上仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的保护范围及实施方式。
本发明中的转头机构可采用其余的结构,能够实现驱动语音头肩模拟器的头部进行抬头动作、低头动作、转头动作以及摆头动作即可。
例如,转头机构可包括旋转机构和伸缩机构,其中,旋转机构包括转盘、第一步进电机和旋转轴,其中,转盘设于旋转轴的上端,语音头肩模拟器中的头部设置在转盘上,第一步进电机驱动旋转轴旋转带动头部旋转,且左右旋转的最大角度为90°。而伸缩机构设置在转盘上,用于驱动头部进行抬头、低头、左右摆头的动作,其中,伸缩机构包括四个第二步进电机,第二步进 电机设置在头部下端的前后及左右四个位置,其中,第二步进电机的输出轴均与头部铰接,左右两个第二步进电机通过一伸一缩驱动头部进行摆头动作,前后两个第二步进电机通过一伸一缩驱动头部进行抬头和低头动作。
以上所述仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非因此限制本发明的实施方式及保护范围,对于本领域技术人员而言,应当能够意识到凡运用本发明说明书及图示内容所作出的等同替换和显而易见的变化所得到的方案,均应当包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种具有转动功能的头肩结构,用于声学音频测试,其特征在于,包括语音头肩模拟器以及设于所述语音头肩模拟器内部的转头机构,所述转动机构可驱动所述语音头肩模拟器进行抬头动作、低头动作、转头动作以及摆头动作,以适应不同角度的语音测试。
- 如权利要求1所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,所述语音头肩模拟器包括头部、肩部以及软胶套,所述软胶套设于所述肩部的上端,所述头部设于所述软胶套的中部,且所述头部至少部分伸入所述肩部内并与所述肩部内的所述转头机构连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,所述转头机构包括连接盘和转盘,所述连接盘设于所述肩部内并与所述头部连接,所述连接盘固定在所述转盘上。
- 如权利要求3所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,还包括第一传动机构、第二传动机构和第三传动机构,所述第一传动机构、所述第二传动机构和所述第三传动机构分别与所述转盘铰接,其中,所述第一传动机构用于驱动所述转盘进行点头动作,所述第二传动机构用于驱动所述转盘进行仰头动作,所述第三驱动机构用于驱动所述转动盘进行摆头动作,所述第一传动机构、所述第二传动机构和所述第三传动机构用于驱动所述转盘进行转头动作。
- 如权利要求4所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,还包括第一步进电机、第二步进电机和第三步进电机,所述第一步进电机与所述第一传动机构传动连接,所述第二步进电机与所述第二传动机构传动连接,所述第三步进电机与所述第三传动机构传动连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,还包括支撑轴,所述第一传动机构、所述第二传动机构和所述第三传动机构的另一 端均套设在所述支撑轴上。
- 如权利要求6所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,所述第三传动机构包括上转杆筒、下同步带轮和第一摆杆,所述支撑轴的外缘套设有所述上转杆筒,所述第一摆杆连接所述上转杆筒和所述转盘,所述上转杆筒的外缘套设有所述下同步带轮,所述第一电机与所述上同步带轮传动连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,所述第二传动机构包括中同步带轮、第四垫片、中转杆筒和第二摆杆,其中,所述中转杆筒套设在所述上转杆筒的外缘,所述第二摆杆连接所述转盘和所述中转杆筒,所述中转杆筒的外缘套设有所述中同步带轮,其中,所述中同步带轮位于所述下同步带轮的上侧,且所述中同步带轮与所述下同步带轮之间设有所述第四垫片,所述第二电机与所述中同步带轮传动连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,还包括第一垫片和第一滚珠套筒,所述中转杆筒的上端与所述上转杆筒之间设有所述第一垫片,所述中转杆筒的内周壁与所述上转杆筒的外缘之间设有所述第一滚珠套筒。
- 如权利要求9所述的具有转动功能的头肩结构,其特征在于,所述第三传动机构包括上同步带轮、下转杆筒、第三摆杆、第二垫片、第三垫片和第二滚珠套筒,所述下转杆筒套设在所述中转杆筒的外缘,所述上同步带轮设置在所述下转杆筒的外缘,所述第三摆杆连接所述转盘和所述下转杆筒,所述上同步带轮与所述第三电机传动连接,所述下转杆筒与所述中转杆筒之间设有所述第二滚珠套筒,所述第二滚珠套筒与所述下转杆筒之间设有所述第二垫片,所述下转杆筒与所述中同步带轮之间设有所述第三垫片。
