Une composition de soins pour matières kératiniques comprend dans une phase aqueuse : (i) au moins un extrait de fermentation acide ; et (ii) au moins un poly(acide acrylique) neutralisé, la composition présentant un pH de 5,3 à 7,0 et une viscosité de 14 à 65 UD telle que déterminée au moyen d'un viscosimètre Rheomat 100 Plus équipé d'un mobile M2 à une vitesse de cisaillement de 200 tr/min. Un procédé cosmétique de soins pour matières kératiniques, en particulier de la peau, comprend l'étape d'application de la composition ou du masque sur les matières kératiniques.
