Abstract

本発明の課題は、仮眠時や睡眠時に口が開いても外部から視認されず、圧迫感や息苦しさも低減でき、感染症対策下における周囲への配慮にも寄与するエチケットマスクを提供することである。　エチケットマスク２Ａは、目の部位（目とその周囲）を覆う上部マスク部４と、上部マスク部４に上端部を縫い付けて取り付けられ、顔における目の部位よりも下側を覆うシルク製の下部マスク部６と、上部マスク部４に設けられ、顔からのエチケットマスク２Ａの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド８と、を有している。下部マスク部６は自重で顔を覆っているだけであるので、圧迫感がなく、仮眠中に無意識に口を開けても外部から視認されず、鼻や口が覆われることによってコロナウイルス等の感染症対策が叫ばれている状況下でも周囲への配慮に寄与することができる。

Description

エチケットマスク
　本発明は、仮眠時などに顔の全体を覆うことができるエチケットマスクに関する。
　従来、仮眠時や睡眠時における安息性や安眠性を高めるために、遮光性の素材で形成されたアイマスクが利用されている。アイマスクは、文字通り、目とその周囲を覆う形状を有している（例えば、特許文献1参照）。

　この種のアイマスクは、列車や飛行機内、あるいは大衆浴場のレストルーム等で仮眠をとる場合などに用いられるが、眠りの度合いによっては無意識のうちに口を開けた状態となる場合がある。自宅の寝室等では気にする必要はないが、上記のような公共的な場所では気恥ずかしい思いをすることや、他人に不快感を与える可能性があることを否めない。また、近年のようなコロナウイルス感染症への対策が叫ばれている現状下では、アイマスクで覆われない鼻や口からのウイルスの拡散が懸念される。
　アイマスクと共に、通常のマスク（鼻及び口を覆うマスク）を着ければ上記の懸念は解消できるが、２つの異なる品物を着けるのは面倒であり、一方を忘れる場合もあり得る。また、いずれも伸縮性の紐等を耳に引っ掛けて使用するため、耳が痛くなったり、人によってはマスクによる圧迫感、息苦しさを感じたりすることも否めない。また、コロナウイルス等の感染症対策が不要となったときの日常においては、口が空いた状態を隠すだけの目的でアイマスクと共に通常のマスクを着けるのは重装備感（大袈裟感）を否めず、それ故、圧迫感、息苦しさを感じやすくなり、アイマスク本来の目的である安息性、安眠性の阻害要因ともなり得る。
　また、息苦しい場合等には外気を直接吸ってリフレッシュしたい場合があるが、マスク全体を外したり大きくずらしたりすると周囲に不快感を与えることを否めない。
　本発明は上述の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、仮眠時や睡眠時に口が開いても外部から視認されず、圧迫感や息苦しさも低減でき、感染症対策下における周囲への配慮にも寄与することができるエチケットマスクを提供することにある。
　また、本発明の他の目的は、マスク全体を外したり大きくずらしたりすることなく簡単な操作で部分的に開口して任意のタイミングで外気呼吸ができることとエチケット順守の両立を図ることができるエチケットマスクを提供することにある。
　上記目的を達成するために、本発明のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｇ）は、顔（１４）における目（１４ａ）の部位を覆う上部マスク部（４）と、顔（１４）における目（１４ａ）の部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部（６）と、上部マスク部（４）と下部マスク部（６）のうち少なくとも一方に設けられ、顔（１４）からの脱落を阻止する装着部（８）と、を備えることを特徴とする。
　本発明に係るエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｇ）によれば、例えば、列車内や飛行機内等の公共的な場所での仮眠中に無意識に口を開けた状態となってもこれを外部から視認されず、気恥ずかしい思いをしたり周囲に不快感を与えたりすることを防止できる。また、コロナウイルス等の感染症対策下における周囲への配慮にも寄与することができる。
　また、本発明に係るエチケットマスク（２Ｈ～２Ｋ）は、下部マスク部（５８）が、顔（１４）における鼻（１４ｃ）の部位及び／又は口（１４ｂ）の部位に対応する位置に開口部（６４、６８）を備え、上部マスク部（１８）と下部マスク部（５８）のうちいずれか一方に取り付けられ、開口部（６４、６８）を開閉可能に覆う覆いカバー（６２、６６、７２）を有していることを特徴とする。
　本発明に係るエチケットマスク（２Ｈ～２Ｋ）によれば、息苦しい場合などにマスク全体を外したり大きくずらしたりすることなく覆いカバーを捲るという簡単な操作で部分的に開口して外気呼吸ができるので任意のタイミングで周囲に不快感を与えることなくリフレッシュを図ることができ、捲り上げた覆いカバーを下すという簡単な操作でエチケット順守の状態に戻すことができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ｈ～２Ｋ）では、鼻（１４ｃ）の部位に対応する開口部（６４）と口（１４ｂ）の部位に対応する開口部（６８）とを一つの開口部（７０）が兼ねるようにしてもよい。これによれば、開口部の形成作業が容易となり、外気呼吸もし易くなる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ｋ）では、覆いカバー（７２）が、鼻（１４ｃ）の部位に対応する開口部（６４）を覆う上側カバー（７２Ａ）と、口（１４ｂ）の部位に対応する開口部（６８）を覆う下側カバー（７２Ｂ）とからなる構成としてもよい。これによれば、鼻で外気呼吸する場合と口で外気呼吸する場合とで覆いカバーを使い分けることができ、効率的な使用態様とすることができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ｋ）では、下側カバー（７２Ｂ）は、上側カバー（７２Ａ）よりも顔の縦方向に長く、上側カバー（７２Ａ）の下面に重ねて配置され、鼻（１４ｃ）の部位に対応する開口部（６４）に重なる重ね開口部（７４）を備えていてもよい。これによれば、鼻で外気呼吸する場合には捲り量を少なくすることができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ｈ～２Ｋ）では、覆いカバー（６２、６６、７２）が着脱自在に取り付けられていてもよい。これによれば、鼻で外気呼吸する場合や口で外気呼吸する場合の状態を任意に維持することができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、下部マスク部（２０）が上部マスク部（１８）に着脱自在に取り付けられていてもよい。これによれば、下部マスク部が汚れた場合や自分の好みの色や柄のものに替えたい場合などに容易に交換することができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、下部マスク部（６）が、顔（１４）の凹凸の変化に応じて変形する軟らかい生地で形成されていてもよい。これによれば、顔に載せるだけで顔の表面に自重でフィットするので、外部からの視認を防止する機能が容易に得られ、呼吸の漏れに対する周囲に対する配慮の機能も十分に得られる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、下部マスク部（３０）の周縁の少なくとも一部分にギャザー（３２）が施され、下部マスク部（３０）が顔の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を有していてもよい。これによれば、エチケットマスクの装着時の圧迫感や息苦しさが軽減され、呼吸もしやすい。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、下部マスク部（２０）が、顔（１４）の縦方向に引っ張ることにより顔（１４）の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を呈する蛇腹折り構成（２６）を有していてもよい。これによれば、使用前は平坦で保管や取り扱い性に優れ、かつ、簡単な引っ張り操作で圧迫感や息苦しさが軽減されて呼吸もしやすい湾曲形状にすることができる。また、使用後は畳むことにより簡単に元の平坦形状に戻すことができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、上部マスク部（４４）と下部マスク部（４６）が同一素材で一連に形成され、下部マスク部（４６）が、顔（１４）の縦方向に引っ張ることにより顔（１４）の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を呈する蛇腹折り構成（４８）を有していてもよい。これによれば、２つの機能を１つの素材で得ることができ、製造コストの低減を図ることができる。また、エチケットマスク（２）のほぼ全体を平坦な形状とすることができ、保管や流通での省スペース化を実現できる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、下部マスク部（５２）が顔及び首回りに装着する筒状に形成されていてもよい。これによれば、仮眠中などに首筋が冷えることを防止することができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、装着部が、下部マスク部（５２）の両側に開けた耳掛け用の穴（５４）であってもよい。これによれば、ゴムバンド（８）等を設ける場合に比べて構成が簡単で使用者に対する締め付け感もほとんどなく、耳の痛みもなく、安息性、安眠性を向上させることができる。
　また、上記のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）では、上部マスク部（４）と下部マスク部（６）のいずれか一方に耳栓（９）が一体に設けられていてもよい。これによれば、周囲の雑音を低減した状態で安息性、安眠性を向上させることができ、また、耳栓を外した後の保管を気にする必要もない。
　また、本発明のエチケットマスク（２Ａ～２Ｋ）は、顔における目の部位を覆う上部マスク部（４４）と、上部マスク部（４４）の下側に該上部マスク部（４４）と一体に設けられ、顔における目の部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部（４６）と、上部マスク部（４４）と下部マスク部（４６）のうち少なくとも一方に設けられ、顔からの脱落を阻止する装着部（８）と、を備え、上部マスク部（４４）と下部マスク部（４６）が同一素材で一連に形成されており、下部マスク部（４６）が、顔の縦方向に引っ張ることにより顔の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を呈する蛇腹折り構成（４８）を有していてもよい。これによれば、製造が容易となる。
　また、本発明のエチケットマスク（２）は、上部マスク部（４４）における目（１４ａ）の部位に対応する位置と下部マスク部（４６）における口（１４ｂ）及びその周囲に対応する位置とにそれぞれ設けられたスリット状の開口部（４７，４９）を備えていてもよい。
　この構成によれば、上部マスク部に開口部が設けられていることで、当該開口部によって視界を確保できるので、エチケットマスクを装着したまま農作業などを行うことができる。また、下部マスク部に開口部が設けられていることで、農作業の合間などに休憩をする際、エチケットマスクを装着したまま飲み物を飲んだり軽食を食べたりすることができる。また、開口部を介して装着者の話し声が外へ聞こえ易くなるという効果もある。
　本発明によれば、仮眠や睡眠中に口が開いても外部から視認されず、圧迫感や息苦しさも低減でき、感染症対策下における周囲への配慮にも寄与することができる。また、マスク全体を外したり大きくずらしたりすることなく簡単な操作で部分的に開口して任意のタイミングで外気呼吸ができることとエチケット順守の両立を図ることができる。

　図１及び図２を参照して第１実施形態を説明する。図１Ａは本発明の第１実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ａの正面図、図１Ｂは背面図である。エチケットマスク２Ａは、顔１４における目１４ａの部位（目とその周囲）を覆う上部マスク部４と、上部マスク部４に取り付けられ、顔における目の部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部６と、上部マスク部４に設けられ、顔からのエチケットマスク２Ａの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド８と、下部マスク部６の上端部の両側に柔軟性を有する紐７を介して一体に取り付けられた耳栓９と、を有している。

　これにより、仮眠中に無意識に口１４ｂを開けても外部（他の客）から視認されることがないので気恥ずかしい思いをすることもない。また、下部マスク部６はその生地の軟らかさにより顔１４の表面に自重でフィットするので、コロナウイルス対策が叫ばれている状況下では、口１４ｂや鼻１４ｃからのウイルス拡散の懸念も抑制され、社会的エチケットの順守（周囲への配慮）にも寄与することができる。下部マスク部６自体は顔１４に対するゴムヒモ等の装着部を有さずに自重によって顔１４を覆うだけであるので、通常のマスクのようなゴム弾性力や紐の締め付け力を介した圧迫感や息苦しさはなく、肌荒れの要因となる顔１４の表面に対する擦れも少ない。特に本実施形態では、下部マスク部６の上端側にギャザー５を施しているので、軟らかくて肌触りのよい生地でありながらもシワ６ａの存在によって口１４ｂや鼻１４ｃに対応する部位に顔１４の外側に凸となる隙間が形成されやすく、息苦しさを一層軽減できる利点を有している。また、耳１６の穴に耳栓９をすることにより、周囲の雑音を遮断でき、安息性を高めることができる。耳栓９は下部マスク部６に紐７で一体に取り付けられているので置き忘れたりすることがなく、使用しない場合もその所在を気にする必要がない。
　下部マスク部６の材質としてはシルク等の軟らかい生地に限定されず、外部からの視認を妨げることができる範囲で一般的な布地を採用してもよい。肌触りのよい軟らかい生地としては、シルクの他にベルベット（ビロード）やベロア等を採用することができる。これらは高級感があり、機内等の非日常的な場所での使用でも違和感がない。上部マスク部４と下部マスク部６は一体に構成されているので、アイマスクと通常のマスクを同時に着ける場合に比べて、重装備感がなく、下部マスク部６の材質や形状、色合いが加味されることによって、むしろファッション性を向上させることができる。また、いずれか一方を置き忘れるという心配もない。
［第２実施形態］
　図３乃至図５を参照して第２実施形態を説明する。なお、第１実施形態と同一部分は同一符号で示し、それらについての再度の構成上及び機能上の説明は適宜省略する（以下の他の実施形態おいて同じ）。
　図３は本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｂの正面図である。エチケットマスク２Ｂは、合成樹脂で形成された柔軟性を有する薄肉の上部マスク部１８と、上部マスク部１８の表面側に上端部を着脱自在に取り付けられた下部マスク部２０と、上部マスク部１８に設けられ、顔１４からのエチケットマスク２Ｂの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド２２（図４参照）と、上部マスク部１８の上端部の両側に柔軟性を有する紐７を介して一体に取り付けられた耳栓９と、を有している。上部マスク部１８の目１４ａの部位に対応する部分には、顔１４の外側に凸となる窪みが形成されている。下部マスク部２０は通常の布地で矩形に形成されており、周縁は二重以上に折って縫われており、一重の場合よりも剛性（保形性）が高められている。特に両側の縦縁２０ａは三重以上に折って剛性を高め、顔１４の縦方向における枠機能を持たせている。
　図４に示すように、上部マスク部１８の表面側には横幅方向全体に亘ってテープ状（帯状）の面状ファスナ２４Ａが固定されており、下部マスク部２０の上端部の裏面には面状ファスナ２４Ａに係合するテープ状の面状ファスナ２４Ｂが固定されている。これにより、下部マスク部２０は上部マスク部１８に対して着脱自在となっている。ゴムバンド２２は、一端がそれぞれ上部マスク部１８に固定された２つのバンド２２ａ、２２ｂからなり、各バンド２２ａ、２２ｂの自由端部は不図示の面状ファスナで互いに任意の位置で固定できるようになっている。自由端部間の固定位置をずらすことにより頭部１２に対するゴムバンド２２の締め付け力を調整することができる。
　下部マスク部２０の下半部は、顔１４の縦方向（下方向すなわち図１のＺ２方向）に引っ張ることにより顔１４の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を呈する蛇腹折り構成２６を有している。横プリーツタイプとも言うべき蛇腹折り構成２６は複数（ここでは５つ）の折り目２６ａを有しており、下部マスク部２０自体は引っ張らない状態では平坦な矩形形状となっている。
　図５はエチケットマスク２Ｂの使用状態を示している。ゴムバンド２２を頭部１２に嵌めてエチケットマスク２Ｂを目１４ａの部位を覆うように着け、下部マスク部２０の下端部を指で摘んで下側に引っ張ると、プリーツタイプのマスクの場合と同様に、蛇腹折り構成２６が拡がって、顔１４の外側に凸となる湾曲形状となる。折り目２６ａを付けたことによる剛性と周縁の重ね縫いによる剛性とが相まって、下部マスク部２０は鼻１４ｃや口１４ｂに対応する部位に空間（隙間）を形成する湾曲形状に保たれる。下部マスク部２０は上部マスク部１８で上端側を支持されているだけであるので、ゴム弾性や紐の締め付け力を介した圧迫感や息苦しさはない。シルク等の軟らかい生地と異なり、口１４ｂや鼻１４ｃの回りに広い空間が確実に形成されるので、圧迫感や息苦しさが一層軽減され、呼吸もしやすい。使用後は拡がった蛇腹折り構成２６を畳むことにより元の平坦形状に戻すことができる。
　本実施形態では下部マスク部２０が上部マスク部１８に着脱自在に設けられているので、汚れた場合や、柄や色あいの好みによる交換が容易にできる利点を有している。また、下部マスク部２０のみを取り外して洗濯することもでき、さらに平坦な形状であるために複数枚を積載（平積み）してストックするコンパクトな保管容易性も有している。
［第３実施形態］
　図６を参照して第３実施形態を説明する。図６Ａは本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｃの正面図、図６Ｂは背面図である。エチケットマスク２Ｃは、合成スポンジ等で形成された上部マスク部２８と、上部マスク部２８に取り付けられ、顔１４における目１４ａの部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部３０と、上部マスク部２８に設けられ、顔１４からのエチケットマスク２Ｃの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド８と、上部マスク部２０の両端に紐７を介して一体に取り付けられた耳栓９と、を有している。
　下部マスク部３０はその上端側を上部マスク部２０の表面側の下端部に縫い付けて取り付けられている。下部マスク部３０の上端側の中央部や、上端側を除く部分の両側にはギャザー３２が施されている。すなわち、下部マスク部３０の周縁の少なくとも一部分にギャザー３２が施されており、これにより使用前の状態で、下部マスク部３０は顔１４の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を有している。下部マスク部３０は薄手の布地で形成されているが、ギャザー３２によって顔１４の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を維持できる保形性を有している。顎の下側に入りやすくするために下部マスク部３０の下側３０ａにはギャザー３２は施されていない。したがって、第２実施形態で示した蛇腹折り構成２６を引っ張って拡げる操作を要することなく、エチケットマスク２Ｃを着けると同時に顔１４は膨らんだ状態の下部マスク部３０で覆われ、圧迫感や息苦しさが軽減され、呼吸もしやすい。
［第４実施形態］
　図７を参照して第４実施形態を説明する。図７Ａは本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｄの正面図、図７Ｂは背面図である。エチケットマスク２Ｄは、合成繊維で形成された柔軟性を有する上部マスク部３４と、上部マスク部３４に取り付けられ、顔１４における目１４ａの部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部３６と、上部マスク部３４に設けられ、顔１４からのエチケットマスク２Ｄの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド８と、上部マスク部３４の上端部の両側に柔軟性を有する紐７を介して一体に取り付けられた耳栓９と、を有している。
　上部マスク部３４は、複数層からなるクッション性の本体部の周囲を縁取りした構成を有し、目１４ａの部位に対応する部分に凹部は有していないものの、その軟らかさによってソフトな当たりが得られるようになっている。下部マスク部３６は、第２実施形態における下部マスク部２０と同様に蛇腹折り構成３８を有しているが、上端側はギャザー４０を施して上部マスク部３４の下端部に縫い付けられており、両側の縦縁３６ａにも一詰めのギャザー４２が施されている。これにより、顔１４を覆う湾曲形状が形成されやすくなっている。図７において、符号３８ａは蛇腹折り構成３８の折り目を示している。
［第５実施形態］
　図８及び図９を参照して第５実施形態を説明する。図８Ａは本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｅの正面図、図８Ｂは背面図である。エチケットマスク２Ｅは、顔における額及び目の部位を覆う布製の上部マスク部４４と、上部マスク部４４と同一素材で一連に形成され、顔１４における目１４ａの部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部４６と、上部マスク部４４に設けられ、顔１４からのエチケットマスク２Ｅの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド８と、上部マスク部４４の上端部の両側に柔軟性を有する紐７を介して一体に取り付けられた耳栓９と、を有している。
　上部マスク部４４は、第１～第４実施形態の上部マスクと比較して、縦方向の寸法がより長い寸法となっている。これにより、上部マスク部４４は、顔１４における目１４ａの部位（目の周囲）だけでなく、額のほぼ全体（頭髪の生え際まで）を覆うことができるようになっている。また、下部マスク部４６には、複数の折り目４８ａを有する蛇腹折り構成４８が形成されている。図９はエチケットマスク２Ｅの使用状態を示している。本実施形態では、１つの布生地を重ね折りしたり折り目を付けたりすることで上部マスク部４４と下部マスク部４６を一連（一体）に形成することができ、作製効率の向上とコスト低下を実現できる。また、未使用時は平坦形状となるため、コンパクトな保管容易性が得られ、流通過程における省スペース化も図れる。
［第６実施形態］
　図１０及び図１１を参照して第６実施形態を説明する。
　上記各実施形態では、目１４ａの部位は上部マスク部４等により完全に遮光され、口１４ｂの部位は下部マスク部６等により略密閉されている。場合によってはエチケットマスク２Ａ等を外さずに周囲の状況を見たいときもあり、息苦しくなった場合には外気を直接口１４ｂや鼻１４ｃで吸いたいときもある。本実施形態はこのような要望に応えるものである。
　図１０Ａは本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｆの正面図、図１０Ｂは背面図である。本実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｆは、第５実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｅにおいてさらに、上部マスク部４４における目１４ａの部位に対応する位置にスリット状の開口部４７を設けると共に、下部マスク部４６における口１４ｂ及びその周囲に対応する位置にスリット状の開口部４９を設けている。その他の構成は、第５実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｅと同じである。
　図１１はエチケットマスク２Ｆの使用状態を示している。本実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｆは、農作業の際などに装着することで顔の日焼けを防止することにも転用できる。その場合、上部マスク部４４に開口部４７が設けられていることで、当該開口部４７によって視界を確保できるので、エチケットマスク２Ｆを装着したまま農作業などを行うことができる。また、下部マスク部４６に開口部４９が設けられていることで、農作業の合間などに休憩をする際、エチケットマスク２Ｆを装着したまま飲み物を飲んだり軽食を食べたりすることができる。また、開口部４９を介して装着者の話し声が外へ聞こえ易くなるという効果もある。
［第７実施形態］
　図１２及び図１３を参照して第７実施形態を説明する。上記各実施形態では下部マスク部が顔１４の前面側のみを覆う構成であったが、本実施形態では顔１４の側部を含めた首回り全体を覆う構成を特徴としている。図１２は本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｇの斜視図である。エチケットマスク２Ｇは、合成スポンジ製の上部マスク部５０と、上端側を上部マスク部５０の表面側の下端部に着脱自在に取り付けられた筒状の下部マスク部５２と、下部マスク部５２の両側に開けた、装着部としての耳掛け用の穴５４と、上部マスク部５０の上端部の両側に柔軟性を有する紐７を介して一体に取り付けられた耳栓９と、を有している。
　上部マスク部５０は、第１～第４実施形態の上部マスクと比較して、縦方向の寸法がより長い寸法となっている。これにより、上部マスク部５０は、顔１４における目１４ａの部位（目の周囲）だけでなく、額のほぼ全体（頭髪の生え際まで）を覆うことができるようになっている。また、下部マスク部５２は第１実施形態と同様にシルク生地など肌触りの良い生地で形成されており、少なくとも表面側中央と両側の３箇所で面状ファスナ５６及びこれに係合する不図示の面状ファスナにより着脱自在に取り付けられている。図１３はエチケットマスク２Ｇの使用状態を示している。エチケットマスク２Ｇを顔に着ける場合には、下部マスク部５２に頭部１２を挿入し、穴５４に耳１６を通して引っ掛ける。上記各実施形態のように装着部として上部マスク部５０にゴムバンド等を設ける構成としてもよいが、耳掛け用の穴５４を設けることにより、締め付け感のない自然な装着感を得ることができる。また、下部マスク部５２が顔及び首を覆う筒状であるために、冬場や冷房下の夏場等における仮眠中や睡眠中での首筋の冷えを防止する利点を有している。
　また、本実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｇは、下部マスク部５２を上部マスク部５０から分離して（取り外して）、下部マスク部５２を単体で使用することも可能である。この場合の下部マスク部５２は、屋外での日除け用や防寒用に用いることができる。すなわち、農作業の際などに下部マスク部５２のみを顔及び首回りに装着することで、顔や首回りの日除けを防止するための着衣として用いることや、冬季の防寒用の着衣として用いることができる。また、下部マスク部５２を単体で使用する場合は、スカーフやネックウォーマーの様な外出時のファッション用の着衣として用いることもできる。
［第８実施形態］
　図１４及び図１５を参照して第８実施形態を説明する。先の第６実施形態では、下部マスク部４６にスリット状の開口部４９を設ける構成としたが、開口状態がそのまま維持されることによるデメリットも否めない。すなわち、顔１４の表情までは外部から視認できないものの、開口部４９から口１４ｂの開き状態を把握することは可能であり、着用している場所やシチュエーションによっては、そのことで周囲に不快感を与えるおそれがある。感染症対策下ではなおさらである。本実施形態ではこのような問題を解消すべく、息苦しいときに外気を直接吸うことができるとともに、周囲に不快感を与えないエチケット順守の状態に任意に戻すことができるようにすることを目的としている。
　図１４Ａに示すように、本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｈは、合成樹脂材や布材で形成された柔軟性を有する薄肉の上部マスク部１８と、上端側が上部マスク部１８の表面側に縫い付け又は面状ファスナでの接合により取り付けられた下部マスク部５８と、上端側が下部マスク部５８の上端にギャザー６０を施して縫い付けられた覆いカバー６２と、上部マスク部１８に設けられ、顔１４からのエチケットマスク２Ｈの脱落を阻止する装着部としてのゴムバンド２２と、を有している。下部マスク部５８と覆いカバー６２は、顔１４の凹凸の変化に応じて変形する軟らかい生地で形成されている。なお、本実施形態及びこれ以下の実施形態では、耳栓９は設けていないが、適宜、耳栓９を備えることも可能である。
　図１４Ｂは、覆いカバー６２を顔１４の縦方向上方に捲った状態を示している。同図から明らかなように、下部マスク部５８は顔１４における鼻の部位１４ｃに対応する位置に鼻１４ｃを露出可能な大きさの開口部６４を備えている。覆いカバー６２を下すと、図１４Ａに示すように、開口部６４は覆いカバー６２で覆われて外部からは見えなくなる。すなわち、覆いカバー６２は開口部６４を開閉可能に覆っている。本実施形態では女性用として覆いカバー６２をフリル付きとしているが、男性用の場合には例えばフリル無しでダーク系色のシンプルなものとすることができる。
　図１５はエチケットマスク２Ｈの使用状態を示している。図１５に示すように、開口部６４は覆いカバー６２で覆われており、覆いカバー６２を下した状態では、下部マスク部５８に開口部６４が形成されていない場合とほぼ変わりがない状態となっている。この状態から使用者が必要に応じて、例えば息苦しくなった場合に覆いカバー６２を上方に捲ると、開口部６４が外部に露出し、鼻１４ｃで直接外気を吸うことができるようになる。覆いカバー６２を下すと、周囲に不快感を与えない状態（エチケット順守の状態）に戻る。このように、覆いカバー６２の上げ下げという簡単な操作で使用者の外気呼吸がしたいという要求を満たすこととエチケット順守の両立を図ることができる。下部マスク部５８全体を捲り上げて外気を吸う場合に比べて、覆いカバー６４のみの部分的な捲りで且つ一時的なものであるので、周囲にもほとんど不快感は与えない。なお、下部マスク部５８と覆いカバー６２は共に薄手の布地であるが、分り易くするために、断面表示の厚みを誇張表示している（以下の他の実施形態の図において同様）。
　覆いカバー６２が柔らかすぎて捲り上げてもずり落ちる場合には、外気を吸う間手で支えてもよく、薄手でコシのある布地を使ってずり落ちを防止するようにしてもよい。
［第９実施形態］
　図１６及び図１７を参照して第９実施形態を説明する。図１６は覆いカバー６６を顔１４の縦方向上方に捲った状態を示している。本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｉは、下部マスク部５８に口１４ｂの部位に対応する位置に開口部６８を備えている。構成は第８実施形態と基本的に同じで、開口部６８が口１４ｂの部位に対応する位置に設けられている点、それに伴って覆いカバー６６の顔１４の縦方向の長さが大きい点が異なる。
　図１７はエチケットマスク２Ｉの使用状態を示している。図１７に示すように、開口部６８は覆いカバー６６で覆われており、下部マスク部５８に開口部６８が形成されていない場合とほぼ変わりがない状態となっている。この状態から使用者が必要に応じて、例えば息苦しくなった場合に覆いカバー６６を上方に捲ると、開口部６８が外部に露出し、口１４ｂで直接外気を吸うことができるようになる。覆いカバー６６を下すと、周囲に不快感を与えない状態（エチケット順守の状態）に戻る。
　なお、図示するもの以外にも、下部マスク部５８が鼻の部位１４ｃに対応する開口部６４と口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６８の両方を備え、覆いカバー６６で開閉する構成としてもよい。この場合には、口１４ｂと鼻１４ｃで同時に外気を吸うことができる。
［第１０実施形態］
　図１８を参照して第１０実施形態を説明する。本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｊでは、下部マスク部５８は、鼻１４ｃの部位に対応する開口部６４（図１５参照）と口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６８（図１７参照）とを兼ねる一つの開口部７０を備えている。開口部７０は覆いカバー６６で覆われており、覆いカバー６６を上方に捲り上げると開口部７０が外部に露出し、口１４ｂと鼻１４ｃで外気を吸うことができる。鼻１４ｃの部位に対応する開口部６４と口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６０とを個別に形成する場合に比べて作製が容易となる。
［第１１実施形態］
　図１９乃至図２２を参照して第１１実施形態を説明する。図１９に示すように、本実施形態に係るエチケットマスク２Ｋでは、覆いカバー７２が、鼻１４ｃの部位に対応する開口部６４を覆う上側カバー７２Ａと、口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６８を覆う下側カバー７２Ｂとからなることを特徴とする。下側カバー７２Ｂは、上側カバー７２Ａよりも顔１４の縦方向に長く、上側カバー７２Ａの下面に重ねて配置されている。図２０Ａは上側カバー７２Ａを捲り上げた状態を、図２０Ｂはその状態からさらに下側カバー７２Ｂを捲り上げた状態を示している。上側カバー７２Ａを捲ると鼻１４ｃの部位に対応する開口部６４が外部に露出し、下側カバー７２Ｂを捲ると口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６８が外部に露出するとともに、鼻１４ｃの部位に対応する開口部６４が外部に露出する。
　図２１はエチケットマスク２Ｋの使用状態を示している。上側カバー７２Ａは不図示の面状ファスナによってその上端部を上部マスク部１８に着脱自在に取り付けられている。図２１に示す状態から、上側カバー７２Ａを捲り上げると、鼻１４ｃで外気を吸うことができるようになる。下側カバー７２Ｂは、鼻１４ｃの部位に対応する開口部６４に重なる重ね開口部７４を備えている。これにより、下側カバー７２Ｂを捲り上げない状態でも開口部６４の鼻１４ｃで外気を吸うための開口機能は妨げられない。
　また、上側カバー７２Ａを捲り上げた状態から、さらに下側カバー７２Ｂを捲り上げると、口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６８が外部に露出し、口１４ｂと鼻１４ｃの両方で外気を吸うことができる状態となる。使用者が鼻１４ｃだけで外気を吸いたい場合には上側カバー７２Ａのみを捲り上げればよく、口１４ｂと鼻１４ｃの両方で外気を吸いたい場合には下側カバー７２Ｂを捲り上げればよい。勿論、下側カバー７２Ｂを口１４ｂの部位に対応する開口部６８が外部に露出する途中位置まで捲り上げる使用方法でもよい。上側カバー７２Ａと下側カバー７２Ｂの顔１４の縦方向の長さを同等とし、個別に開閉する構成としてもよい。
　図２２に示すように、鼻１４ｃによる外気呼吸を続けたい場合には、上側カバー７２Ａを上部マスク部１８から取り外すようにしてもよい。さらには、下側カバー７２Ｂを下部マスク部５８に面状ファスナ等により着脱自在に取り付け、下側カバー７２Ｂも取り外して口１４ｂと鼻１４ｃによる外気呼吸ができる状態を維持するようにしてもよい。さらに、下部マスク部５８を上部マスク部１８に面状ファスナ等により着脱自在に取り付け、下部マスク部５８及び覆いカバー７２を纏めて取り外すことができるようにしてもよい。なお、図示は省略するが、予め下部マスク部５８にも顔に装着するためのバンドを取り付けておけば、上部マスク部１８から取り外した下部マスク部５８及び覆いカバー７２のみを顔に装着して使用することも可能となる。
　第８～第１１実施形態の構成において、装着部や上部マスク部、下部マスク部の構成に第１から第７実施形態の構成を適宜採用してもよい。なお、第８～第１１実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｈ～２Ｋは、既述のように、耳栓９が付随していない構成を説明したが、これら第８～第１１実施形態のエチケットマスク２Ｈ～２Ｋについては、後述するポーチ７６を収納袋として使用することで、別部品である耳栓９０をこのポーチ７６に収納して携帯することが可能である。
　図２３は、特に、第８～第１１実施形態に係るエチケットマスク（２Ｈ～２Ｋ）を持ち運びするのに便利なポーチ７６を示している。同図に示すように、ファスナ７８で開閉するポーチ７６は、内部に仕切り８０が設けられており、２つのエチケットマスクを区画して収容できる収容部７６ａ、７６ｂを有している。仕切り８０は、２枚の生地を重ねて縫い合わせた構成を有しており、中央部には耳栓９０を入れるポケット８０ａが形成されている。このポーチ７６によれば、色違いや構成の違いなど２つの異なるエチケットマスクを折り畳んで収容することができるので、使用場所や状況に応じてエチケットマスクを使い分けることができる。
　以上、本発明の実施形態を説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲、及び明細書と図面に記載された技術的思想の範囲内において種々の変更が可能である。例えば、上部マスク部に対する下部マスク部の固定は縫い付けに限らず、それ以外にも、スナップやボタンなどによる取り付けや、接着材等による貼り付けなどでもよい。また、第２の実施形態で示した上部マスク部に対する下部マスク部の着脱構成は、第２の実施形態に限らず全ての実施形態で採用してもよい。また、この着脱構成は、面状ファスナに限らず、スナップ、ボタン、クリップなど種々のものを採用できる。面状ファスナによる着脱構成の場合には、下部マスク部の生地の種類によってはパイル等を利用して生地そのものを一方の面状ファスナとして機能させてもよい。上記の各実施形態では上部マスク部や下部マスク部において特定の材質を例示したが、これに限定されず、種々の素材を用いることができる。ゴムバンドや耳掛け紐等の装着部は上部マスク部と下部マスク部の双方に設けて、状況に応じて使い分けるようにしてもよい。第２実施形態で示した位置調整可能なゴムバンド２２は、他の実施形態でもゴムバンド８に代えて採用することができる。また、下部マスク部と覆いカバーとの色を変えてもよいし、同系色でグラデーションを付けることによりデザイン性を向上させるなどしてもよい。

Claims (5)

  1. 　顔における目の部位を覆う上部マスク部と、
    　顔における目の部位よりも下側を覆う下部マスク部と、
    　前記上部マスク部と前記下部マスク部のうち少なくとも一方に設けられ、顔からの脱落を阻止する装着部と、を備え、
    　前記下部マスク部が、顔における鼻の部位及び／又は口の部位に対応する位置に開口部を備え、
    　前記上部マスク部と前記下部マスク部のうちいずれか一方に取り付けられ、少なくとも前記開口部を開閉可能に覆う覆いカバーを有している
    ことを特徴とするエチケットマスク。
  2. 　前記鼻の部位に対応する開口部と前記口の部位に対応する開口部とを一つの開口部が兼ねる
    ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のエチケットマスク。
  3. 　前記覆いカバーが、前記鼻の部位に対応する開口部を覆う上側カバーと、前記口の部位に対応する開口部を覆う下側カバーとからなり、
    　前記下側カバーは、前記上側カバーよりも顔の縦方向に長く、前記上側カバーの下面に重ねて配置され、前記鼻の部位に対応する開口部に重なる重ね開口部を備える
    ことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のエチケットマスク。
  4. 　前記覆いカバーが、前記下部マスク部に着脱自在に取り付けられているか、又は、前記下部マスク部が前記上部マスク部に着脱自在に取り付けられている
    ことを特徴とする請求項１乃至３のいずれか１項に記載のエチケットマスク。
  5. 　前記下部マスク部が、顔の凹凸の変化に応じて変形する軟らかい生地で形成されており、かつ、顔の縦方向に引っ張ることにより顔の外側に凸となる湾曲形状を呈する蛇腹折り構成を有している
    ことを特徴とする請求項１乃至４のいずれか１項に記載のエチケットマスク。
