在本发明一实施方式中,冰箱200还包括调节组件300,调节组件300可用于连接门体220和装饰面板110,并可通过调节组件300调节装饰面板110相对于门体220的位置,从而保证门体220处于关闭位置时,装饰面板110和橱柜100之间配合良好,不存在明显缝隙。
参见图3、图4,调节组件300可包括连接支架310,连接支架310连接于门体220的一侧和装饰面板110,如连接支架310的一端与装饰面板110固定连接,另一端可连接在门体220的顶面222或者侧面,为了提升美观度,连接支架310可包括L形支架,L形支架的一端与装饰面板110固定连接,且可位于装饰面板110和门体220之间,另一端与门体220连接。调节组件300还包括调节螺栓320和调节凸轮330,通过旋转调节螺栓320和调节凸轮330能够调整装饰面板110和门体220的相对位置。
调节螺栓320可连接于连接支架310和门体220的一侧,门体220的一侧和连接支架310上可以设置有对应的螺纹孔,调节螺栓320可安装在螺纹孔内,通过旋转调节螺栓320,可以带动连接支架310相对门体220沿调节螺栓320的轴向运动,进而通过连接支架310带动装饰面板110相对门体220沿调节螺栓320的轴向运动。
当然,调节螺栓320也可以间接连接在门体220的一侧,如在门体220的一侧可固定安装有安装板,安装板上可设置有螺纹孔,调节螺栓320可通过安装板间接连接于门体220。
调节凸轮330可与连接支架310连接并且设置于门体220的一侧,旋转调节凸 轮330可以带动连接支架310相对门体220沿垂直于调节螺栓320的轴向运动。
在本实施方式中,调节凸轮330和调节螺栓320可设置在门体220的同一侧,调节凸轮330和调节螺栓320可并列设置,从而在安装过程中,用户可以在同一侧调节调节凸轮330和调节螺栓320,从而实现至少两个方向的调节。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,连接支架310可连接于门体220的顶面222。调节螺栓320的轴向可平行于门体220的高度方向,如此,旋转调节螺栓320可以带动装饰面板110相对门体220在门体220高度方向上运动。由于调节螺栓320的螺纹始终与连接支架310和门体220上的螺纹孔连接,调节螺栓320可同时具备固定连接支架310和门体220的作用和调节连接支架310与门体220相对位置的作用,因此,在高度调节的过程中,无需进而额外的固定,也不会因装饰面板110的重力作用导致高度调节失效,或者在调节结束后固定前装饰面板110下垂至其他位置。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,连接支架310包括第一支架311和第二支架312,第一支架311连接于门体220的一侧,第二支架312包括连接于第一支架311的第一连接板3121以及连接于装饰面板110的第二连接板3122。第二支架312可呈L形,第一连接板3121和第二连接板3122可相互垂直。第一支架311可设置于门体220的顶面220,调节螺栓320可连接第一支架311和门体220的顶面220。第二支架312的第一连接板3121可设置于第一支架311上侧,并可通过紧固螺栓340将第一连接板3121固定于第一支架311,第二连接板3122可置于门体220与装饰面板110之间并通过螺钉与装饰面板110固定连接。
在使用过程中,旋转调节螺栓320可以带动第一支架311相对门体220在门体220高度方向上运动,进而第一支架311带动第二支架312在门体220高度方向上运动,第二支架312带动装饰面板110在门体220高度方向上运动。
在本实施方式中,第一连接板3121上可设置有供紧固螺栓340穿过的通孔,通孔341的直径可大于紧固螺栓340的直径。
调节凸轮330可连接于第一连接板3121和第一支架311,在使用调节凸轮330进行调节时,可先松开紧固螺栓340以使第一连接板3121可相对第一支架311运动,然后再旋转调节凸轮340驱动第二支架312相对第一支架311运动,进而带动装饰面板110运动,调节装饰面板110的位置。由于第一连接板3121上供紧固螺栓340穿过的通孔341的直径大于紧固螺栓340的直径,因此,在调节结束后可再拧紧紧固螺栓340,将第一支架311和第二支架312固定。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,第一连接板3121上设置有长形孔,调节凸 轮330的一侧旋转安装于第一支架311,另一侧部分置于长形孔内。当然,也可以在第一支架311上设置长形孔,调节凸轮330的一端旋转安装于第一连接板3121,另一端置于第一支架311的长形孔内。如此,旋转调节凸轮330,调节凸轮330可以抵压长形孔的孔壁,带动第二支架312沿垂直于长形孔的延伸方向延伸。
在本实施方式中,调节凸轮330可以为偏心轮,调节凸轮330的两侧可分别设置有旋转轴335和调节轴336,旋转轴335的轴线和调节轴336的轴线平行但不重合。如调节凸轮330可包括圆盘337以及分别设置于圆盘337两侧不共轴的旋转轴335和调节轴336。调节凸轮330可通过旋转轴335旋转安装于第一支架311,调节凸轮330可相对第一支架311旋转,但相对第一支架311不可沿其他方向运动。调节轴336可伸入第一连接板3121上的长形孔内,旋转调节轴336,调节轴336挤压长形孔的孔壁,从而可以带动第二支架312相对第一支架311在垂直于长形孔的延伸方向上运动。
调节凸轮330可包括第一调节凸轮331和第二调节凸轮332,长形孔可包括与第一调节凸轮331连接的第一长形孔333和与第二调节凸轮332连接的第二长形孔334,第一长形孔333、第二长形孔334以及调节螺栓320的轴向相互垂直。
当连接支架310连接于门体220的顶部时,调节螺栓320的轴向可平行于门体220的高度方向,第一长形孔333可沿门体220的宽度方向延伸,第二长形孔334可沿门体220的厚度方向延伸,第一长形孔333和第二长形孔334可形成相互限位。
在调节过程中,旋转第一调节凸轮331可以带动第二支架312沿门体220的厚度方向移动,以调节装饰面板110与门体220之间的距离,同时在第二长形孔334和第二调节凸轮332的作用下,可限制第二支架312沿门体220宽度方向的移动。当旋转第二调节凸轮332时,在第二调节凸轮332与第二长形孔334的作用下,第二支架312可沿门体220宽度方向移动进而带动装饰面板在门体220宽度方向上移动,同时,在第一调节凸轮331和第一长形孔333的作用下,可限制第二支架312沿门体220厚度方向移动。
如此,可以在门体220的同一侧设置调节螺栓320、第一调节凸轮331和第二调节凸轮332实现对装饰面板110在三个方向上的调节。且冰箱200为多门冰箱200时,可以将调节机构安装在相邻的两个门体220之间,如此,可以关闭待调节门体220,打开与其相邻的门体220,在待调节门体220处于关闭的状态下进行调节,可以提高调节结果的精确度,提升调节效率。
在门体220的顶面222上还可安装有护罩360,护罩360可以与门体220卡接并 覆盖调节组件300。在安装冰箱200的过程中,可在装饰面板位置调节结束后再将护罩360安装在门体220上,从而提升整体的美观度,避免门体220打开时,调节组件300暴露在外部,影响用户体验。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,调节螺栓320包括两个分别设置在连接支架310两端的两个调节螺栓320。当连接支架310连接于冰箱200门体220的顶面222时,两个调节螺栓320可在门体220宽度方向上位于第一支架311的两端,第二连接板3122可置于两个调节螺栓320之间。如此,在连接支架310的两端均设置调节螺栓320,可以通过调节螺栓320分别调节装饰面板110两侧的高度,提升调节的精确度。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,可在调节凸轮330的调节轴336的端部和调节螺栓320的端部设置相同的工具配合部350,如在调节轴336的端部和调节螺栓320的端部可设置尺寸相同的内六角沉头孔,如此,在调节过程中,可以使用一种工具实现对调节螺栓320和调节凸轮330的调节。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,第一调节凸轮331设置有两组,当连接支架310连接于门体220顶部时,沿门体220宽度方向第一调节凸轮331分别位于第二调节凸轮332两侧。如此,通过设置两组第一调节凸轮331在门体220厚度方向上调节装饰面板110,能够分别调节装饰面板110两侧相对门体220的距离,提升调节的精度。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内形成储藏间室;
    门体,用于开闭所述箱体;
    装饰面板,连接于所述门体并覆盖所述门体的外表面;
    其特征在于,还包括连接支架,所述连接支架连接于所述门体的一侧和所述装饰面板;
    调节螺钉,连接所述连接支架与所述门体的一侧,所述调节螺钉旋转带动所述连接支架相对所述门体沿所述调节螺钉的轴向运动;
    调节凸轮,与所述连接支架连接且置于所述门体的一侧,所述调节凸轮旋转带动所述连接支架相对所述门体沿垂直于所述调节螺钉的轴向运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接支架包括第一支架和第二支架,所述第一支架连接于所述门体的一侧,所述第二支架包括连接于所述第一支架的第一连接板以及连接于所述装饰面板的第二连接板,所述调节螺钉连接所述第一支架和所述门体的一侧,所述调节凸轮连接所述第一连接板和所述第一支架,所述调节螺钉旋转带动所述第二支架相对所述第一支架沿所述调节螺钉的轴向运动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一支架和第一连接板中的一个设置有长形孔,所述调节凸轮的一侧旋转安装于所述第一支架和所述第一连接板的另一个,另一侧部分置于所述长形孔内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节凸轮包括第一调节凸轮和第二调节凸轮,所述长形孔包括分别与所述第一调节凸轮和所述第二调节凸轮连接的第一长形孔和第二长形孔,所述第一长形孔、第二长形孔以及所述调节螺钉的轴向相互垂直。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节凸轮的两侧分别设置有旋转轴和调节轴,所述旋转轴和所述调节轴的轴线平行,所述旋转轴旋转连接于第一支架,所述调节轴置于所述第一长形孔或所述第二长形孔内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节轴的端部和所述调节螺栓端部设置有相同的工具配合部。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接支架连接于所述门体的顶部,所述调节螺钉的轴向平行于所述门体的高度方向,所述第一长形孔沿所述门体 的宽度方向延伸,所述第二长形孔沿所述门体的厚度方向延伸。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一调节凸轮设置有两组,沿所述门体宽度方向两个所述第一调节凸轮分别位于所述第二调节凸轮两侧。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接支架连接于所述门体的顶部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节螺栓包括设置在所述连接支架两端的两个调节螺栓。
