作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节组件还包括第二连接支架,所述第二连接支架与所述装饰面板固定连接,所述第二连接支架具有所述门体前表面平行的第二连接面,所述第二导向槽设置于所述第二连接面。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述第一楔块、所述第二楔块、所述第一连接面、所述装饰面板沿所述连接轴的轴向依次设置,所述第二楔块连接有第一调节把手。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述第二楔块的长度大于所述第一楔块,所述第二楔块的低侧设置有连接凸起,所述第一调节把手连接于所述连接凸起。

作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节组件还包括紧固螺栓,所述第二连接面上有与紧固螺栓配合的螺纹孔,所述第一连接面上设置有连接通孔,所述连接通孔的直径大于所述紧固螺栓的直径。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述连接轴上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别抵压于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述调节组件安装于所述门体的顶部,所述门体的底部还设置有相互配合的第三楔块和第四楔块,以及连接所述门体、所述装饰面板和所述第三楔块和所述第四楔块的第二连接轴,所述第四楔块置于所述第三楔块和所述装饰面板之间,所述第四楔块上设置有沿所述门体宽度方向延伸的长形孔,所述第三楔块和所述第四楔块的斜面垂直于水平面,所述第二连接轴穿过所述长形孔,且两端分别与所述装饰面板和所述第三楔块相对固定。
本发明提供的冰箱,装饰面板和冰箱门体之间设置有调节组件,调节组件包括两个相互配合的第一楔块和第二楔块,通过第一楔块、第二楔块以及导向槽的设置,分别通过第二楔块和连接轴可以实现对装饰面板在两个方向上的调节,整体结构简单紧凑。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1、图2,本发明一实施方式提供一种冰箱200,冰箱200包括箱体以及用于开闭箱体的门体210。箱体内形成储物间室,储物间室包括冷藏间室和冷冻间室,门体210可以设置有多个,如四门冰箱200可以设置有四个门体210,冰箱200也可以仅设置两个分别用于关闭冷藏间室和冷冻间室的门体210。
冰箱200可安装在橱柜100内部,每个门体210上均可连接有装饰面板110,装饰面板110可覆盖门体210的前表面211,用户可拉动装饰面板110带动门体210运动。当门体210处于关闭状态时,装饰面板110关闭橱柜100的开口。装饰面板110可采用与橱柜100近似的外观,从而避免冰箱200破坏家庭装修的美观度。
参见图3、图4,在本发明一实施方式中,冰箱200还包括调节组件300,调节组件300可设置于门体210的一侧并连接门体210和装饰面板110,通过调节组件300可以调节装饰面板110相对门体210的位置,从而保证在门体210关闭时装饰面板110与橱柜100开口配合良好,提升整体美观度。
调节组件300可以包括第一楔块310、第二楔块320以及连接轴350,第一楔块310的斜面可与第二楔块320的斜面配合。在本实施方式中,第一楔块310的斜面和第二楔块320的斜面的斜率可相同且可相对设置,第一楔块310的斜面和抵压在第二楔块320的斜面上,第一楔块310较低的一端与第二楔块320较高的一端配合。第一楔块310上可设置有与连接轴350配合的通孔311,第二楔块320上可设置有长 形孔321,门体210上可设置有第一导向槽332,装饰面板110上可设置有第二导向槽333,连接轴350可连接第一导向槽332、第二导向槽333、通孔311以及长形孔321。其中,第一导向槽332、第二导向槽333以及长形孔321的延伸方向均与斜面的延伸方向相同,且第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333中的一个平行于水平方向或者竖直方向,第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333呈锐角设置。
在本实施方式中,第一导向槽332可直接设置在门体210上,也可设置在于门体210固定连接的其他元件上。第一楔块310、第二楔块320、第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333可沿连接轴350的轴向依次设置,连接轴350的一端与第一楔块310的通孔311连接,另一端与第二导向槽333连接,连接轴350可相对第一楔块310和第二导向槽333轴向固定,第一楔块310、第二导向槽333以及连接轴350可以在连接轴350的轴向上同步运动。
如此,可以沿第二楔块320的长形孔321延伸方向拉动第二楔块320,使得第二楔块320挤压第一楔块310,调节第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333之间的距离,进而可以带动装饰面板110在连接轴350的轴向上运动。也可以驱动连接轴350沿第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333运动,由于第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333呈锐角设置,连接轴350的运动可以带动装饰面板110在垂直于第一导向槽332延伸方向和连接轴350轴向的方向上运动。
如此,通过设置一组楔块组件,可以实现对装饰面板110在两个方向维度的调节,整体结构简单紧凑,且使用方便。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,调节组件300设置于门体210的顶部或底部,连接轴350的轴线方向平行于门体210厚度方向,第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333中的一个平行于门体210的宽度方向,第一楔块310和第二楔块320的斜面垂直于水平面。
在本实施方式中,第一导向槽332、第二导向槽333所属的平面均可平行于门体210的前表面211。在装饰面板110的重力作用下,第二导向槽333的上槽壁可抵压在连接轴350上,在调节过程中,若驱动第二楔块320运动,由于重力作用,第一楔块310与第二楔块320之间的摩擦力不会带动第一楔块310运动,进而也不会驱动连接轴350运动,因此,驱动第二楔块320运动时,无需额外设置固定结构固定第一楔块310,驱动第二楔块320运动可仅调节装饰面板110和门体210之间的距离。
当然,若调节组件300设置在门体210的其他位置,在驱动第二楔块320运动时,由于没有重力作用固定第一楔块310,可能同时会带动第一楔块310运动,因此, 为了保证调节的可靠性,可以额外设置固定元件将第一楔块310固定。
在本实施方式中,可以在门体210的顶部同时设置两组相同的调节组件300,两组调节组件300可分别置于门体210的两端,从而可以精确调节装饰面板110两侧的位置。当然,两组相同的调节组件300也可以同时设置在门体210的底部。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,调节组件300还包括第一连接支架330,第一连接支架330与门体210固定连接,第一连接支架330具有与门体210的前表面211平行的第一连接面331,第一导向槽332设置于第一连接面331。
在本实施方式中,第一连接支架330可呈L形,第一连接支架330可包括与冰箱200门体210的前表面211垂直以及与门体210的前表面211平行的两个面,第一连接支架330的与门体210的前表面211垂直的面可以固定连接在门体210的顶面212上,第一连接面331可从门体210的顶面212向上延伸,第二楔块320可与第一连接支架330连接,如此,便于第一楔块310、第二楔块320和第一导向槽332的设置,能够减小装饰面板110和门体210之间的距离,提升整体的美观度,也便于后续调节操作。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,调节组件300还可包括第二连接支架340,第二连接支架340可与装饰面板110固定连接,第二连接支架340可具有与门体210的前表面211平行的第二连接面341,第二连接面341可位于装饰面板110的后表面111,即装饰面板111与门体210的前表面211相对的一面,第二连接面341可与第一连接面331相对设置,第二导向槽333可设置于第二连接面341。
在本实施方式中,第二连接支架340可呈平行于装饰面板110后表面111的板状,第二连接支架340可直接通过螺钉固定在装饰面板110的后表面111,第二导向槽333可穿透第二连接面341,且第二连接面341可与装饰面板110的后表面111之间留有间隙以便于在轴向上固定连接轴350。
第一楔块310、第二楔块320、第一连接面331、第二连接面341、装饰面板110可沿连接轴350的轴向依次设置,连接轴350可依次穿过第一楔块310的通孔311、第二楔块320的长形孔321、第一连接面331上的第一导向槽332和第二连接面341上的第二导向槽333,连接轴350的两端可设置有限位结构,在本实施方式中,连接轴350与第一楔块310连接一端的端部可安装有限位垫片352,连接轴350与第二导向槽333连接一端可设置有限位板353,限位板353可位于装饰面板110和第二连接面341之间。如此,驱动第二楔块320移动可带动装饰面板110沿门体210厚度方向移动,调整第一连接面331和第二连接面341之间的距离。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,第二楔块320连接有第一调节把手360,用户可以手动拉动第一调节把手360带动第二楔块320运动。第一调节把手360可以设置在装饰面板110的后表面111一侧以被装饰面板110覆盖。
在本实施方式中,第一调节把手360上可安装有助力机构,如第一调节把手360的末端可以安装转轮,旋转转轮可以带动第一调节把手360带动第二楔块320运动,从而达到省力的效果,提升用户的使用舒适度。
在本实施方式中,第二楔块320的长度可以大于第一楔块310的长度,第二楔块320的低侧可设置有连接凸起322,第一调节把手360可连接于连接凸起322。连接凸起322同时可以起到限位作用,在驱动连接轴350在第一导向槽332和第二导向槽333内运动时,若连接轴350朝向第二楔块320的低侧运动,且未在第一楔块310和第二楔块320之间设置固定元件时,第一楔块310可能与第二楔块320之间产生相对移动,此时,第二楔块320上的长形孔321和连接凸起322均可以形成限位结构。若在驱动连接轴350运动的过程中,第一楔块310和第二楔块320之间产生相对运动,会带动装饰面板110沿连接轴350的轴向运动,对装饰面板110和门体210之间的距离造成影响,此时,可在结束沿门体210高度方向的调节后,再驱动第二楔块320运动,调节装饰面板110与门体210之间的距离。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,限位板353上固定设置有与连接轴350并列的连接柱354,连接柱354部分置于第二导向槽333中,连接柱354可以连接第二调节把手370,用户可以拉动第二调节把手370带动连接轴350运动。第二调节把手370可以呈倒U形,挂设在装饰面板110上,以方便调节。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,连接轴350上可套设有弹簧351,弹簧351可设置于第一连接面331和第二连接面341之间,弹簧351的两端可分别抵压于第一连接面331和第二连接面341。如此,当调节第二楔块320以减小装饰面板110和门体210之间距离时,在第一楔块310和第二楔块320挤压力的作用下,带动连接轴350轴向移动进而可直接带动装饰面板110运动,此时弹簧351受到压缩蓄能,而当调节楔块以增大装饰面板110和门体210之间的距离时,第一连接面和第二连接面之间的距离增大,弹簧351的弹性力释放,可辅助驱动装饰面板110移动,提升调节操作的可靠性。
进一步的,在本发明一实施方式中,调节组件300还包括用于固定门体和装饰面板的紧固组件,紧固组件可包括紧固螺栓380,所述第二连接面341上可设置有与紧固螺栓380配合的螺纹孔381,第一连接面331上可设置有连接通孔382,连接通 孔382的直接可大于紧固螺栓380的直径但小于紧固螺栓380的螺栓头的直径。通过旋紧紧固螺栓380可以使得第一连接支架330和第二连接支架340相对固定,进而使得门体210和装饰面板110相对固定。由于第一连接面331上的连接通孔382的直径大于紧固螺栓380的直径,即使第一连接面331和第二连接面341的相对位置发生变化,仍可使用紧固螺栓380进行固定。
进一步的,参见图5、图6,在本发明一实施方式中,上述调节组件300安装于门体210的顶部,门体210的底部还设置有另一调节组件。门体210的底部可设置有相互配合的第三楔块390和第四楔块391,第四楔块391置于第三楔块390和装饰面板110之间,第三楔块390和第四楔块391的斜面可垂直于水平面。门体210的底部可安装有第三连接支架392,第三连接支架392可具有平行于门体210的前表面211的连接面,装饰面板110上可设置有第四连接支架393,第三楔块390、第四楔块391、第三连接支架392、第四连接支架393以及装饰面板110可沿第二连接轴394的轴线依次布置。第三楔块390、第三连接支架392以及第四连接支架393上均可设置有供第二连接轴394穿过的通孔,而第四楔块391上设置有长形孔396,驱动第四楔块391移动,可以带动装饰面板110沿第二连接轴394的轴线方向移动,调节门体210和装饰面板110之间的距离。
如此,在本实施方式中,在门体210的顶部和门体210的底部均安装有调节组件300,门体210顶部和门体210底部的调节组件300均可调节装饰面板110与门体210之间的距离,从而提升调节的准确性。同时,门体210顶部的调节组件300可以调节装饰面板110在门体210高度方向上的位置,且通过利用装饰面板110的重力作用,仅需在门体210的顶部设置调节组件300调节装饰面板110在门体210高度上的位置。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内形成储藏间室;
    门体,用于开闭所述箱体;
    装饰面板,连接于所述门体并覆盖所述门体的前表面;
    其特征在于,还包括调节组件,所述调节组件设置于所述门体一侧并连接所述门体和所述装饰面板,所述调节组件包括第一楔块、第二楔块以及连接轴,所述第一楔块的斜面与所述第二楔块的斜面配合,所述第一楔块上设置有与所述连接轴配合的通孔,所述第二楔块上设置有长形孔,所述门体上设置有第一导向槽,所述装饰面板上设置有第二导向槽,所述连接轴连接所述第一导向槽、第二导向槽、通孔以及所述长形孔,所述第一导向槽、所述第二导向槽以及所述长形孔延伸方向均与所述斜面的延伸方向相同,所述第一导向槽和所述第二导向槽中的一个平行于水平方向或者竖直方向,所述第一导向槽和所述第二导向槽呈锐角设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节组件设置于所述门体的顶部或者底部,所述连接轴的轴线方向平行于所述门体厚度方向,所述第一导向槽和所述第二导向槽中的一个平行于所述门体的宽度方向,所述第一楔块和所述第二楔块的斜面垂直于水平面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括第一连接支架,所述第一连接支架与所述门体固定连接,所述第一连接支架具有与所述门体的前表面平行的第一连接面,所述第一导向槽设置于所述第一连接面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括第二连接支架,所述第二连接支架与所述装饰面板固定连接,所述第二连接支架具有所述门体前表面平行的第二连接面,所述第二导向槽设置于所述第二连接面。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一楔块、所述第二楔块、所述第一连接面、所述装饰面板沿所述连接轴的轴向依次设置,所述第二楔块连接有第一调节把手。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第二楔块的长度大于所述第一楔块,所述第二楔块的低侧设置有连接凸起,所述第一调节把手连接于所述连接凸起。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括与所述连接轴并列固定设置 的连接柱,所述连接柱部分置于所述第一导向槽或所述第二导向槽内,所述连接柱连接有第二调节把手。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节组件还包括紧固螺栓,所述第二连接面上有与紧固螺栓配合的螺纹孔,所述第一连接面上设置有连接通孔,所述连接通孔的直径大于所述紧固螺栓的直径。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述连接轴上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别抵压于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节组件安装于所述门体的顶部,所述门体的底部还设置有相互配合的第三楔块和第四楔块,以及连接所述门体、所述装饰面板和所述第三楔块和所述第四楔块的第二连接轴,所述第四楔块置于所述第三楔块和所述装饰面板之间,所述第四楔块上设置有沿所述门体宽度方向延伸的长形孔,所述第三楔块和所述第四楔块的斜面垂直于水平面,所述第二连接轴穿过所述长形孔,且两端分别与所述装饰面板和所述第三楔块相对固定。
