如图1至图4所示,助力把手3包括拉手杆31、推块4以及推杆5,拉手杆31上设置枢转轴33;推块4上设置枢转孔41,枢转轴33容置于枢转孔41中;其中,枢转孔41为跑道孔,当助力把手3处于初始状态时,枢转轴33位于跑道孔的第一端;当助力把手3的拉手杆31被拉开,枢转轴33带动推块4转动,枢转轴33移动至跑道孔的第二端,推块4的推抵端43推抵推杆5的前端,推杆5的后端朝向箱体2伸出并推抵箱体2,门体1相对箱体2打开。

当拉动拉手杆31,弯折部32的装配凸起321中的枢转轴33在推块4的枢转孔41中转动,同时,弯折部32上枢转轴33从枢转孔41的第一端移动至第二端,使得推块4转动,推低端43推抵推杆5的前端,推杆5的第一滑动部51沿着第二容置部702中的第二滑动部73滑动,推杆5的远端伸出第二容置部702并推抵箱体2,此时,复位弹簧6被推杆5压缩。当松开拉手杆31,复位弹簧6从压缩态朝向伸展状态,提供弹性力作用于推杆5,推杆5的前端推抵推块4的推抵端43,推块4转动,带动枢转轴33移动至枢转孔41的第一端,弯折部32从倾斜位置恢复至与推块4位于同一直线上的位置,弯折部32带动拉手杆31恢复至初始位置。
上述推块4实质上相当于杠杆,即,拉手杆31拉开时,推块4被枢转轴33带动顺时针转动推抵推杆5的前端;其中,施加到拉手杆31拉力的力臂与作用到推杆5上推力的力臂成正比,因此,推块4是一个省力杠杆,使得助力把手3具有省力作用。
如图2至图4所示,推块4靠近推抵端43的位置具有斜面44,斜面44为推块4在第一容置部701中转动提供了转动空间,使得推块4转动推抵推杆5前端的过程更顺畅。另外,由于斜面44的存在,第一容置部701预留的供推块4转动的空间可缩减,有利于基座7的小型化,提升美观度。较佳的,斜面44靠近推抵部43设置。
第一容置部701中设置凸块74,在推块4转动的过程中,凸块7始终与推块4的后侧壁相互抵靠,提升推块4转动稳定性。
综上,本发明提出一种助力把手及冰箱,助力把手包括拉手杆、推块及推杆,拉手杆与推块相枢接,拉手杆上的枢转轴在推块的跑道孔中枢转,并带动推块转动,使得推块的推低端推动推杆的前端,推杆的后端朝向冰箱的箱体伸出,将门体从箱体上打开。由于推块作为杠杆使用,使得施加到拉手杆拉力的力臂与作用到推杆上推力的力臂成正比,实现助力把手省力作用。
综上,本发明提供一种助力把手及冰箱,助力把手的助力结构采用枢接的多个杠杆及连杆,一方面,延长了作用于推杆的力臂,实现省力效果;另一方面,在拉手杆较长的情况下,使得使用者拉动拉手杆的距离较小,避免出现需要使用者大力拉动拉手杆的现象。此外,将拉手杆设置成多个把手部联动的结构有助于实现更佳的省力效果。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种助力把手,其设置于该冰箱的门体的前侧,该门体枢接于该冰箱的箱体,其特征在于,该助力把手包括:拉手杆,该拉手杆的端部设置枢转轴;推块,该推块上设置枢转孔;以及推杆,该推杆的前端与该推块的推抵端相邻;其中,该枢转轴容置于该枢转孔中,该枢转孔为跑道孔,当助力把手处于初始状态时,该枢转轴位于该跑道孔的第一端;当该拉手杆被拉开,该枢转轴在该跑道孔中转动,并带动该推块转动,该枢转轴移动至该跑道孔的第二端,该推块的推抵端推抵该推杆的前端,该推杆的后端朝向该箱体伸出并推抵该箱体,该门体相对该箱体打开。
- 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该第一端靠近该推抵端,该第二端远离该推抵端。
- 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该推抵端及该枢转孔分别位于该推块相对的两端部。
- 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该拉手杆延伸出弯折部,该弯折部朝向该推块延伸,该弯折部上延伸装配凸起,该枢转轴结合于该装配凸起上。
- 如权利要求4所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该推块还包括装配孔,该装配孔与该枢转孔相互连通,该装配凸起插入该装配孔中,其中,该拉手杆处于初始状态时,该推杆与该装配凸起处于同一直线上;拉开该拉手杆,该推块与该装配凸起之间形成一夹角。
- 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括基座,其包括相互连通的第一容置部与第二容置部,其中,该枢转轴与该推块收纳于该第一容置部中;该推杆收纳于该第二容置部中。
- 如权利要求6所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该推杆上设置第一滑动部,该第二容置部中设置第二滑动部,该第一滑动部为滑槽,该第二滑动部为滑块,该滑块插入该滑槽中,使得该推杆沿着该第二容置部进行滑动。
- 如权利要求6所述的助力把手,其特征在于,还包括复位弹簧,该复位弹簧相对的两端分别套设于该第二容置部中的第一定位柱与该推杆的第二定位柱上,其中,该第一定位柱与该第二定位柱相对。
- 如权利要求1所述的助力把手,其特征在于,该推块包括斜面,该斜面靠近该推抵端设置。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的助力把手。
