本申请要求了申请日为2012年11月22日,申请号为201210478185.8,发明名称为“门体调节机构与具有其的冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本发明属于家用电器制造技术领域,具体涉及一种门体调节机构、以及具有该门体调节机构的冰箱。
【背景技术】
冰箱的门体,尤其是对开门冰箱的门体,由于发泡箱体的尺寸偏差、铰链固定位置的偏差、以及经历长时间的使用后发泡门体的变形扭曲等各种因素,会造成两个门体前后不平,即两个门体不平行的情形。
正如上面示范的各种因素,导致对开门冰箱门体不平行的因素很多,所以很难在生产时做到完全避免,现有的较佳的解决方案是在生产后进行调节。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种冰箱的门体调节机构,其可以调节冰箱门体与箱体之间的距离,进而保证尤其如对开门冰箱两个门体的平行。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明提供一种门体调节机构,设置于冰箱的门体与箱体相对的一侧上,包括:
锁紧机构以及与所述锁紧机构配合的调节件。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁紧机构包括套合在基轴上的第一夹持件和第二夹持件,所述调节件设置于所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述调节件包括凸轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸轮套合在所述基轴上。
为实现上述另一发明目的,本发明提供一种冰箱,包括箱体以及与箱体配合的门体,所述门体在与所述箱体相对的一侧上设置有门体调节机构,所述门体调节机构包括:
锁紧机构以及与所述锁紧机构配合的调节件。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁紧机构包括套合在基轴上的第一夹持件和第二夹持件,所述调节件设置于所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述调节件包括凸轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸轮套合在所述基轴上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冰箱还包括设置于门体上的固定基座,所述门体调节机构通过所述固定基座连接在所述门体上。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过在冰箱的门体与箱体相对的一侧上设置门体调节机构,可以调节冰箱门体与箱体之间的距离,进而保证尤其如对开门冰箱两个门体的平行。

【具体实施方式】
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
配合参照图1和图2,介绍本发明的门体调节机构10的一具体实施方式,在本实施方式中,该门体调节机构10包括锁紧机构以及与锁紧机构配合的调节件12。
该门体调节机构10通常应用于冰箱,尤其是对开门冰箱上,用于调节冰箱门体30和箱体20之间的距离,当应用于对开门冰箱时,则可以针对对开门冰箱门体前后不平的现象进行调节。
锁紧机构用于限定调节件12的可运动性,当锁紧机构松开时,可以通过调节件12调节冰箱门体30和箱体20之间的距离,当调节结束后,锁紧机构可以限制调节件12的运动,保证调节作用的可靠性。在本实施方式中,锁紧机构包括套合在基轴11上的第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132。
具体地,基轴11可以例如包括螺钉,第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132可以例如设置为与基轴11配合的螺母,调节件12设置在第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132之间。第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132用于夹持调节件12。第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132上设置有螺纹1321,基轴11配合设置有可适配的螺纹111,如此,基轴11与第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132实现适应的旋转配合;通过第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132的固定夹持,调节件12可以保证稳定可靠的调节作用。当然,更加优选地,在上述的基轴11采用螺钉时,螺钉头可以间接充当上述的第一夹持件131或第二夹持件132的作用,可以仅需配合增加一个螺母以达到相同的技术效果。作为优选的实施方式,调节件12包括有凸轮(未标示),更加进一步优选地,设置该凸轮设置为偏心轮(未标示),并且,该凸轮套合在基轴11上。
当冰箱装配完成后,门体调节机构10的基轴11与冰箱100的箱体20间定义有初始间距,该初始间距由冰箱100装配完成后自然定义,由于生产时各种不可控的量变差,不同冰箱可能具有不同的初始间距,但通常地,该初始间距都被控制在一可预知的范围之内。装配于基轴11上的调节件12(也即凸轮)包括有远离基轴11的调节端121,上述的初始间距小于基轴11与调节件12的调节端121之间的距离。
当然,在其它替换的实施方式中,调节件12可以例如设置为一短杆,在偏离该短杆中心的位置处设置一套合于基轴11的旋转孔,短杆的距离其中心较远的一端则定义了上述的调节端,此种技术方案仍应视为不超脱本发明的精神范畴。
配合参照图3,介绍本发明提供的一种冰箱100,该冰箱100包括箱体20以及与箱体20配合的门体30,门体30与箱体20相对的一侧上设置有上述的门体调节机构10,关于门体调节机构10的具体结构已在上述的实施方式中做了详细阐释,在此不再赘述。
这里所说的冰箱100尤其特指对开门冰箱,在实际生产过程中,由于不能预知对开门冰箱的哪个门需要调节,故优选地在对开门冰箱的两个门体30上都装配本发明提供的门体调节机构10。冰箱100还包括设置于门体30上的固定基座32,门体调节机构10通过所述固定基座32连接在门体30上,更加具体的实施例中,该固定基座32可以包括有一固定梁,该固定梁的一端连接至冰箱100的门体30,另一端则设置有可套合在门体调节机构10的基轴11上的装配孔321,类似地,该装配孔321装配于第一夹持件131和第二夹持件132之间,如此,紧固件可以同时起到固定门体调节机构10整体的作用,其结构简单,生产成本较低。
作为优选的实施方式,冰箱100的门体30上还包括有门体饰条31,门体调节机构10通过固定基座32连接在门体饰条31上,由于门体饰条31处的门体30通常不承担冰箱100的保温功能,所以设置于此处的门体调节机构10可以降低对冰箱100制冷功能的影响。为了配合门体调节机构10,门体饰条31上设置有与调节件12对应的收纳槽33,当不需要门体调节机构10调节时,可以将调节件12的调节端121旋转收纳至收纳槽33内。
在具体的使用过程中,当对开门冰箱装配完成后,由于各种可能的原因导致对开门冰箱的两个门体30之间不平行。优选地,可以调节与箱体20之间距离较小的门体对应的门体调节机构10,此时,松开该门体调节机构10的锁紧机构,通过将调节件12的调节撑开箱体20与该门体30之间的间距,直至该门体与箱体20之间的间距与另一门体与箱体20之间的间距一致;再接着将锁紧机构锁紧,至此可以保证对开门冰箱100的两个门体30的平行。
本发明的门体调节机构10通过上述实施方式,可以调节冰箱100的门体30与箱体20之间的距离。进而保证尤其如对开门冰箱的两个门体30之间的平行,其结构简单,生产成本低。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种门体调节机构,设置于冰箱的门体与箱体相对的一侧上,其特征在于,包括:
    锁紧机构以及与所述锁紧机构配合的调节件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体调节机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括套合在基轴上的第一夹持件和第二夹持件,所述调节件设置于所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节件包括凸轮。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门体调节机构,其特征在于,所述凸轮套合在所述基轴上。
  5. 一种冰箱,包括箱体以及与箱体配合的门体,所述门体在与所述箱体相对的一侧上设置有门体调节机构,其特征在于,所述门体调节机构包括:
    锁紧机构以及与所述锁紧机构配合的调节件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括套合在基轴上的第一夹持件和第二夹持件,所述调节件设置于所述第一夹持件和所述第二夹持件之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述调节件包括凸轮。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述凸轮套合在所述基轴上。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱还包括设置于门体上的固定基座,所述门体调节机构通过所述固定基座连接在所述门体上。
