因此,有必要提供一种新的用于冰箱门体的铰链组件及冰箱。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于冰箱门体的铰链组件及冰箱,改变现有冰箱门体的开门模式,提高用户体验。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种用于冰箱门体的铰链组件,包括用以安装至冰箱箱体上的第一固定座、用以安装至门体上的第二固定座以及连接所述第一固定座与第二固定座的第一连杆与第二连杆;
所述第一固定座形成有一容置空间,所述第一连杆的后端及第二连杆的后端均延伸进所述容置空间并可转动连接至第一固定座;
所述第一连杆的前端及第二连杆的前端均可转动连接至第二固定座;
所述门体开启或关闭时,所述第一连杆与第二连杆相对第一固定座的转动角度一致。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一固定座沿纵向设置有第一转轴与第二转轴,所述第一转轴穿过第一连杆的后端以使得所述第一连杆可沿第一转轴转动;所述第二转轴穿过第二连杆的后端以使得所述第二连杆可沿第二转轴转动。

如图1所示为本发明冰箱100在门体1打开时的状态示意图。所述冰箱100具有门体1及箱体2及设置于所述门体1及箱体2之间且用以连接所述门体1与箱体2的铰链组件3。
参看图1至4,所述铰链组件3包括设置于箱体2上的第一固定座31、设置于门体1上的第二固定座32以及连接所述第一固定座31与第二固定座32的第一连杆33与第二连杆34。所述第一固定座31形成有一朝前并朝所述门体1打开的反方向开设的容置空间311,所述第一连杆33的后端及第二连杆34的后端均延伸进所述容置空间311并可转动连接至第 一固定座31。所述第一连杆33的前端及第二连杆34的前端均可转动连接至第二固定座32。

    所述门体开启或关闭时,所述第一连杆与第二连杆相对第一固定座的转动角度一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第一固定座沿纵向设置有第一转轴与第二转轴,所述第一转轴穿过第一连杆的后端以使得所述第一连杆可沿第一转轴转动;所述第二转轴穿过第二连杆的后端以使得所述第二连杆可沿第二转轴转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第二固定座在与所述第一连杆相连接的一端向后突伸形成有夹持部,所述夹持部具有上下相对设置的两个夹持臂,所述夹持臂上开设有连接孔;所述第一连杆的前端延伸进所述夹持部且上下突伸形成与所述连接孔相配合的第三转轴,所述第一连杆可沿第三转轴转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第二固定座的另一端沿纵向设置有穿过第二连杆的前端的第四转轴,所述第二连杆设置为可沿第四转轴转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第一转轴与第二转轴分别位于第一固定座的左右两端且呈前后错位设置;所述第三转轴与第四转轴分别位于第二固定座的左右两端且呈前后错位设置;所述第一转轴至第三转轴之间的距离与第二转轴至第四转轴之间的距离相等。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第一转轴相对位于第二转轴的后侧,所述第一固定座对应于所述第二转轴的一端形成有限位部,门体完全开启时,所述第二连杆相对第二转轴转过的角度最大且抵靠至所述限位部。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第一连杆的前端呈圆弧设置;所述夹持部的夹持臂在水平方向亦呈圆弧设置且上下夹持于所述第一连杆的前端。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第二连杆上形成有弯折部,所述弯折部设置为在门体完全开启时,所述弯折部在左右方向位于第三转轴与第四转轴之间且与所述夹持部呈间隙设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的铰链组件,其特征在于:所述第一固定座与第二固定座的水平高度相一致。
  10. 一种冰箱,具有箱体与门体,其特征在于:所述冰箱包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的铰链组件,所述第一固定座固定至所述箱体上,所述第二固定座固定至所述门体上,其中,所述门体开启或关闭时,所述第一连杆与第二连杆相对第一固定座的转动角度一致,并且所述门体在开启或关闭过程中始终保持平行于所述箱体的开口所在平面。
