Abstract
一种门缝防夹帘结构,安装于一平开门的一门板(11)并遮蔽门板的一门轴产生的缝隙(34),门缝防夹帘结构包含一收纳装置(30)、以及至少一固定件(32)。收纳装置(30)具有一杆体(31)、一扭簧以及一挠性遮蔽件,扭簧的二端分别定位于杆体(31)以及挠性遮蔽件的一端,挠性遮蔽件沿着杆体(31)卷曲并收纳。固定件(32)安装于挠性遮蔽件远离扭簧的另一端。杆体(31)与至少一固定件(32)的其中一个安装于门板(11),另一个安装于门框(12)的周围或安装在门框(12)本身的表面。当平开门开启时,挠性遮蔽件会被拉扯而展开,防止门框(12)与门板(11)之间的内侧表面以及缝隙(34)被裸露,减少手指进入门缝的机会。
Description
本发明关于一种门缝防夹帘结构,具有收纳装置,以及位于收内装置内可以随着门板作动的挠性遮蔽件,可避免孩童手指进入门缝而被夹伤的风险。
平开门常用作大门、房间门、卧室门的门种类,具有隔音、美观的优点。请参阅图1,平开门是透过门轴铰链13的两个折叠侧面131,132分别安装于门板11的一侧与门框12的内侧,透过多个门轴铰链13形成门轴,使门板11能沿着门轴铰链13的转轴相对于门框12转动。换言之,门轴铰链13是被安装在门板11与门框12所夹持的内侧表面,门板11与门框12之间具有门轴铰链13的厚度产生的缝隙34。
当平开门被打开时,门板11的一个侧边沿着门轴转动,同时裸露门轴铰链13的折叠的侧面,以及裸露门板11与门框12的内侧表面,若家中成员此时位于缝隙34的周围,或将手指伸入门板11与门框12的内侧表面,在关门的时候,手指即容易在不注意的情况下被门板11夹伤。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供一种门缝防夹帘结构,安装于一门板并遮蔽门板的一门轴产生的缝隙,门缝防夹帘结构包含一收纳装置、以及至少一固定件,分别安装于该门板与一门框或该门框的周围。收纳装置用于收纳一挠性遮蔽件。固定件安装于挠性遮蔽件的自由端。
杆体与至少一固定件的其中一个安装于门板,另一个安装于门框的周围,例如:可以安装在装设门框的墙面,也可以安装在门框本身的表面。
该收纳装置具有一杆体与一扭簧,该扭簧的二端分别定位于该杆体以及 该挠性遮蔽件的固定端,使该挠性遮蔽件沿着该杆体卷曲并收纳。
如此一来,当平开门开启时,挠性遮蔽件会被拉扯而展开,防止门框与门板之间的内侧表面以及缝隙被裸露,减少手指进入而被夹伤的风险。

请参阅图1及图2,绘示一种门缝防夹帘结构的使用示意图,图1及图2分别为同一个平开门的前侧与后侧。于本实施例中,平开门的前侧与后侧各安装一个门缝防夹帘结构,用以遮蔽平开门的门板11的门轴产生的缝隙34,或者遮蔽门轴铰链13的两个折叠侧面131,132与门板11与门框12之间的安装面。
详细的说,门轴铰链13的作用是使门板11能沿着门轴铰链13的转轴相对于门框12转动。因此,在门板11闭合时,至少会裸露门板11与门框12之间的缝隙34,在门板11开启时,会裸露门板11的端面以及门框12的内侧表面。
门缝防夹帘结构包含一收纳装置30以及至少一固定件32。收纳装置30具有一杆体31、一扭簧(图未示)以及一挠性遮蔽件(即卷帘35),扭簧的二端分别定位于杆体31以及挠性遮蔽件的一端(固定端),挠性遮蔽件沿着杆体31卷曲。因此,当杆体31被固定时,若拉扯挠性遮蔽件的另一端(自由端),最终会拉扯到挠性遮蔽件固定在扭簧的一端,当施力于挠性遮蔽件时,扭簧能 允许部分挠性遮蔽件的向外伸展,当未施力于挠性遮蔽件时,扭簧的位能将挠性遮蔽件向内缩,维持卷曲的状态。
于本实施例中,收纳装置30具有一壳体以容纳卷曲的挠性遮蔽件,壳体的开口36裸露出部分的挠性遮蔽件,换言之,挠性遮蔽件是以卷帘35的形式被收纳,挠性遮蔽件的材质可以布料、塑料之类的,较无弹性或微弹性的挠性材料。本案收纳装置30的卷曲收纳态样可以是挠性遮蔽件以360度卷绕的收纳方式,或是挠性遮蔽件呈U字形弯曲的收纳方式。
固定件32安装于挠性遮蔽件远离扭簧的另一端(自由端),于本实施例中,固定件32的数量为两个,固定件32的形式可以是吸盘、黏胶条、魔鬼毡,可以直接定位在物体的表面,固定件32也可以是锁扣、卡扣等成组结构,其中一个固定件32安装于挠性遮蔽件,其对应的固定件32定位在物体的表面。
于本实施例中,杆体31作为收纳装置30的固定端,挠性遮蔽件装设固定件32的一端作为活动端,杆体31装设于门框12附近的墙面20,固定件32则连同挠性遮蔽件被安装在门板11的表面,使挠性遮蔽件遮蔽门板11与门框12之间的门轴的缝隙34,以及遮蔽门框12。
如此一来,当平开门的门板11开启时,挠性遮蔽件会被拉扯而展开,防止门框12与门板11之间的内侧表面以及缝隙34被裸露,减少手指进入而被夹伤的风险。在前述实施例中,挠性遮蔽件亦远离门板11与墙面20,也可以防止被门框12的转折角撞伤的可能性。
请参阅图3,当平开门的门板1闭合时,扭簧的位能将挠性遮蔽件向内缩,使挠性遮蔽件以卷帘35的形式被收纳,相较于图1、图2的状态,图3的挠性遮蔽件更平贴于门板11与墙面20。
在其他的实施例中,杆体31装设在门框12,固定件32则连同挠性遮蔽件被安装在门板11的表面。
在其他的实施例中,杆体31与固定件32的安装位置互换,也可以达成相同的效果。最后需要说明的是,尽管在本申请的说明书文字及附图中已经 对上述各实施例进行了描述,但并不能因此限制本申请的专利保护范围。凡是基于本申请的实质理念,利用本申请说明书文字及附图记载的内容所作的等效结构或等效流程替换或修改产生的技术方案,以及直接或间接地将以上实施例的技术方案实施于其他相关的技术领域等,均包括在本申请的专利保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
- 一种门缝防夹帘结构,安装于一门板并遮蔽该门板的一门轴产生的缝隙,该门缝防夹帘结构包含:一收纳装置,用于收纳一挠性遮蔽件;以及至少一固定件,安装于该挠性遮蔽件的自由端;其中,该收纳装置与该至少一固定件的其中一个安装于该门板,另一个安装于该门框或该门框的周围。
- 如权利要求1所述的门缝防夹帘结构,其中,该收纳装置与该至少一固定件的其中一个安装于该门板,另一个安装于该门框。
- 如权利要求1所述的门缝防夹帘结构,其中该收纳装置具有一杆体与一扭簧,该扭簧的二端分别定位于该杆体以及该挠性遮蔽件的固定端,使该挠性遮蔽件沿着该杆体卷曲并收纳。
