如图8-图11所示,本实施例3是基于实施例1的一个改进的实施例。在实施例3中,改进的技术特征包括:突出面6的周向环绕设置有凸起部4,当杆体3和刷头7通过刮料孔5时凸起部4接触杆体3和刷头7中的至少一个。
在一种落地的实施方式中,在突出面6的周向环绕设置凸起部4能够起到辅助刮料的作用,凸起部4能够更好地贴合杆体3和/或刷头7,使得刮料更加的干净。可选地,凸起部4的剖面为三角形、半圆形、扇形、菱形、梯形和矩形中的任意一个。本实施例中以凸起部4的剖面为三角形为例进行说明。
实施例4
如图12-图14所示,本实施例4是基于实施例3的一个改进的实施例。在实施例4中,改进的技术特征包括:凸起部4的数量至少为两个,比如凸起部4的数量是两个、三个或四个等。本实施例以凸起部4的数量为两个进行说明,凸起部4沿塞体1的轴向排列且间隔设置于突出面6。
在一种落地的实施方式中,设置两个凸起部4能够进一步提高刮料效果,使得刮料更加地干净。可选地,化妆品瓶口内塞还包括附加凸起部10,附加凸起部10设置于突出面6靠近刮料孔5处,凸起部4设置于突出面6远离刮料孔5处,凸起部4顶点与刮料部2之间的垂直距离大于或者等于附加凸起部10顶点与刮料部2之间的垂直距离。本实施例中以凸起部4顶点与刮料部2之间的垂直距离大于附加凸起部10顶点与刮料部2之间的垂直距离为例进行说明。可选地,凸起部4和附加凸起部10的剖面为三角形、半圆形、扇形、菱形、梯形和矩形中的任意一个,本实施例中以凸起部4和附加凸起部10的剖面均为三角形为 例进行说明。
实施例5
如图15-图17所示,本实施例4是基于实施例3的一个改进的实施例。在实施例5中,改进的技术特征包括:凸起部4的剖面为三角形、半圆形、扇形、菱形、梯形和矩形中的任意一个,本实施例以凸起部4的剖面是梯形为例进行说明。
以上实施例是参照附图,对本发明的可选的实施例进行详细说明。本领域的技术人员通过对上述实施例进行各种形式上的修改或变更,但不背离本发明的实质的情况下,都落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于,包括:塞体(1)和刮料部(2),所述塞体(1)为中空桶状结构,所述刮料部(2)为弹性材质,所述刮料部(2)为漏斗形,所述刮料部(2)的第一端沿所述塞体(1)周向环绕设置于所述塞体(1)的内壁,所述刮料部(2)的第二端逐渐收拢并形成刮料孔(5),刷头(7)设置于杆体(3)顶部,所述杆体(3)和所述刷头(7)能够经过第一端后穿出所述刮料孔(5),所述刮料孔(5)的内径小于所述杆体(3)的直径和/或小于所述刷头(7)自然状态下的轴向投影面的直径,所述刮料部(2)包括突出面(6),所述突出面(6)与所述杆体(3)相接触且所述突出面(6)与所述刷头(7)相接触,所述突出面(6)的中部朝向所述刮料部(2)的轴心设置有外凸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述刮料部(2)的侧向剖面中所述突出面(6)为弧线或者为由两个平面拼接成的折线段。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述刮料部(2)的数量至少为两个,所述刮料部(2)沿所述塞体(1)的轴向排列且间隔设置于所述塞体(1)的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述刮料孔(5)的内径相等。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:还包括附加刮料部(8),所述附加刮料部(8)的附加刮料孔(9)直径大于刮料孔(5),所述杆体(3)和所述刷头(7)在插入所述化妆品瓶口内塞时先通过所述刮料孔(5)后再通过所述附加刮料孔(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述突出面(6)的周向环绕设置有凸起部(4),当所述杆体(3)和所述刷头(7)通 过所述刮料孔(5)时所述凸起部(4)接触所述杆体(3)和所述刷头(7)中的至少一个。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述凸起部(4)的数量至少为两个,所述凸起部(4)沿所述塞体(1)的轴向排列且间隔设置于所述突出面(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:还包括附加凸起部(10),所述附加凸起部(10)设置于所述突出面(6)靠近所述刮料孔(5)处,所述凸起部(4)设置于所述突出面(6)远离所述刮料孔(5)处,所述凸起部(4)顶点与所述刮料部(2)之间的垂直距离大于或者等于所述附加凸起部(10)顶点与所述刮料部(2)之间的垂直距离。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述凸起部(4)的剖面为三角形、半圆形、扇形、菱形、梯形和矩形中的任意一个。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述刮料孔(5)的内径小于所述杆体(3)的直径且大于等于所述刷头(7)自然状态下的轴向投影面的直径,或者所述刮料孔(5)的内径小于所述刷头(7)自然状态下的轴向投影面的直径且大于等于所述杆体(3)的直径,或者所述刮料孔(5)的内径小于所述杆体(3)的直径和所述刷头(7)自然状态下的轴向投影面的直径。
  11. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的化妆品瓶口内塞,其特征在于:所述突出面(6)的中部朝向所述刮料部(2)的轴心外凸处到所述刮料孔(5)的边缘部分长度为所述刮料部(2)总长的33.3%~50%。
