技术领域
本公开涉及车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种防火墙线束保护套及车辆。
背景技术
车辆前围防火墙分割乘客舱(干区)及发动机舱(湿区)。因此线束从发动机舱通过防火墙上的安装孔至乘客舱后,发动机舱内水汽在线束上凝结后通过安装孔可以回流至驾驶舱,从而不能达到乘客舱防水的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种防火墙线束保护套及车辆。
本公开第一方面提供了一种防火墙线束保护套,包括进线管、出线管和设置在所述进线管和所述出线管之间的装配环;
其中,所述进线管的中心线相对于水平方向向下倾斜,所述进线管的中心线与水平方向的夹角α满足:120°≤α≤150°。
在一些实施例中,所述装配环包括配合部,所述配合部用于与防火墙的钣金过盈配合。
在一些实施例中,所述配合部包括凹槽结构,所述凹槽结构包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁设有第一凸起,所述第二侧壁设有第二凸起,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起分别与所述钣金的两侧抵接。
在一些实施例中,所述第一侧壁设有第三凸起,所述第三凸起与所述第一凸起间隔设置,所述第三凸起与所述钣金抵接。
在一些实施例中,所述凹槽包括底壁,所述底壁设有防水凸台。
在一些实施例中,所述进线管靠近端口处的内壁上设置多个环状的第一防脱落筋,相邻两个所述第一防脱落筋之间形成第一防水槽。
在一些实施例中,所述出线管靠近端口处的内壁上设置多个环状的第二防脱落筋,相邻两个所述第二防脱落筋之间形成第二防水槽。
在一些实施例中,所述进线管和所述装配环之间形成有加强筋。
在一些实施例中,所述装配环的外表面设有多个翻边,多个所述翻边均布在所述外表面。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本公开,但本公开还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施;显然,说明书中的实施例只是本公开的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
车辆通常包括将发动机舱和乘客舱之间相互隔开的防火墙钣金,发动机线束需要穿过防火墙钣金进入乘客舱,防火墙钣金通常设有安装孔,安装孔供线束穿过,线束穿过安装孔从发动机舱进入乘客舱。
结合图1、图2和图3所示,本公开实施例提供的防火墙线束保护套包括进线管1、出线管2和设置在进线管1和出线管2之间的装配环3,装配环3用于与防火墙钣金上的安装孔配合,进线管1、装配环3和出线管2内形成供线束穿过的通道。其中,进线管1的中心线相对于水平方向向下倾斜,进线管1的中心线与水平方向的夹角α满足:120°≤α≤150°,从而将防火墙线束保护套的进线管1形成向下的导向结构,使线束穿过进线管1后自然产生滴水弯,使线束从进线管1的端口穿出后有一个向下的自然导向,从而起到很好的防水与防尘效果。线束从进线管1至发动机舱后不需要通过增加固定卡点的方式来产生滴水弯,减少了线束固定卡扣,降低了成本;
需要说明的是,防火墙线束保护套可以为一体式结构,具有易加工、成型效率高的优点。
在一些具体的实施方式中,装配环3包括配合部,配合部用于与防火墙的钣金过盈配合,既省去了螺栓紧固等繁琐的装配操作,又能够实现防火墙线束保护套与钣金牢靠的固定。
在一些具体的实施方式中,配合部包括凹槽结构,凹槽结构包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,第一侧壁设有第一凸起31,第二侧壁设有第二凸起32,第一凸起31和第二凸起32相对设置,第一凸起31和第二凸起32分别与钣金的两侧抵接,可以提高配合部与钣金 的连接的稳定性,并且提高了防火墙线束保护套密封性能,使防火墙线束保护套能起到很好的防水与防尘效果,能够防止发动机舱内的水进入乘客舱内。
在一些具体的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁设有第三凸起33,第三凸起33与第一凸起31间隔设置,第三凸起33与钣金抵接,可以提高配合部与钣金的连接的稳定性,并且提高了防火墙线束保护套密封性能,使防火墙线束保护套能起到很好的防水与防尘效果,能够防止发动机舱内的水进入乘客舱内。
在一些具体的实施方式中,凹槽包括底壁,底壁设有防水凸台34,防水凸台34可以呈环形,进一步提升防火墙线束保护套的密封性能,从而能够减少发动机舱内的水进入乘客舱内的可能性,使防火墙线束保护套能够起到较好的防水作用。
在一些具体的实施方式中,进线管1靠近端口处的内壁上设置多个环状的第一防脱落筋11,可以保证线束与进线管1固定牢固,防止装配过程中线束与进线管1脱落,并且能起到较好的防水作用,相邻两个第一防脱落筋11之间形成第一防水槽12,能够起到良好的防水与防尘效果。其中,第一防脱落筋11可以是一个、两个、三个、四个……较佳的,第一防脱落筋11设置两个或两个以上。
在一些具体的实施方式中,出线管2靠近端口处的内壁上设置多个环状的第二防脱落筋21,可以保证线束与出线管2固定牢固,防止装配过程中线束与出线管2脱落,并且能起到较好的防水作用,相邻两个第二防脱落筋21之间形成第二防水槽22,能够起到良好的防水与防尘效果。其中,第二防脱落筋21可以是一个、两个、三个、四个……较佳的,第二防脱落筋21设置两个或两个以上。
在一些具体的实施方式中,进线管1和装配环3之间形成有加强筋36,可以增加进线管1的强度和稳定性,减小防火墙线束保护套的应力,减少了防火墙线束保护套从防火墙钣金脱离的可能性。
在一些具体的实施方式中,装配环3的外表面设有多个翻边35,多个翻边35均布在外表面,提高了线束与防火墙连接位置的防噪降噪性能。
本公开公开实施例提供的车辆包括本公开实施例提供的防火墙线束保护套。由于本公开公开实施例提供的车辆与本公开实施例提供的防火墙线束保护套具有相同的优势,在此不再赘述。

    其中,所述进线管的中心线相对于水平方向向下倾斜,所述进线管的中心线与水平方向的夹角α满足:120°≤α≤150°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防火墙线束保护套,其中,所述装配环包括配合部,所述配合部用于与防火墙的钣金过盈配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防火墙线束保护套,其中,所述配合部包括凹槽结构,所述凹槽结构包括相对设置的第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁设有第一凸起,所述第二侧壁设有第二凸起,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起分别与所述钣金的两侧抵接。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防火墙线束保护套,其中,所述进线管和所述装配环之间形成有加强筋。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防火墙线束保护套,其中,所述装配环的外表面设有多个翻边,多个所述翻边均布在所述外表面。
  10. 一种车辆,其中,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的防火墙线束保护套。
