TF based C-SRにおいて、複数のAP/STAで同時に信号を送信する場合、信号に含まれる、EHT-Long Training fields(LTF)やnon-Legacy LTFといった参照信号が、他の信号に含まれる参照信号と干渉する場合がある。
図5は、第1の実施の形態に係る通信システムの構成例を示した図である。通信システムは、AP1と、AP2と、STA1と、STA2と、を有する。

- 協調送信に用いる空間ストリームを決定するために、他の通信装置とネゴシエートする制御回路と、
前記他の通信装置と前記協調送信を行う通信回路と、
を有し、
前記制御回路は、前記ネゴシエートにおいて得られる前記空間ストリームに関する情報に基づいて、前記協調送信の信号に含まれる参照信号を直交化する、
通信装置。 - 前記情報は、前記空間ストリームの総空間ストリーム数である、
請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記情報は、前記空間ストリームの割り当てに関する割当情報である、
請求項1に記載の通信装置。 - 前記情報は、前記空間ストリームの空間ストリーム番号である、

前記ネゴシエートにおいて得られる前記空間ストリームに関する情報に基づいて、前記協調送信の信号に含まれる参照信号を直交化する、

前記通信装置が送信する協調送信信号に含まれる第1の参照信号と、他の通信装置が送信する協調送信信号に含まれる第2の参照信号とがオーバーラップしないように、前記第2の参照信号の送信タイミングを決定する制御回路と、
決定した前記送信タイミングの情報を、前記他の通信装置に送信する通信回路と、
を有する通信装置。 - 通信装置の通信方法であって、
前記通信装置が送信する協調送信信号に含まれる第1の参照信号と、他の通信装置が送信する協調送信信号に含まれる第2の参照信号とがオーバーラップしないように、前記第2の参照信号の送信タイミングを決定し、
決定した前記送信タイミングの情報を、前記他の通信装置に送信する、
通信方法。 - 協調送信信号に含まれる参照信号に付加する系列を決定する制御回路と、
決定した前記系列の情報を、他の通信装置に送信する通信回路と、
