Abstract
Description
本開示の一実施例に係る無線通信システムは、少なくとも、1つのアクセスポイント(Access Point(AP)。又は、「基地局」とも呼ぶ)、及び、1つの端末(Station(STA)と呼ぶ)を含む。
実施の形態1では、例えば、APが、STAに対してExtra-LTFを含む信号を送信する。以下、非限定的な一例として、11beにおいてAPがExtra-LTFを含む信号をSTA宛に送信する方法について説明する。
図8は、11beにおいてAPがExtra-LTFを含むEHT PPDUをSTAに送信する無線通信システムの動作例を示すシーケンス図である。
図11は、本実施の形態1に係る下り無線送信装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。図11に示す下り無線送信装置(例えば、AP)100は、例えば、無線受信部101と、受信信号復号部102と、スケジューリング部103と、データ生成部104と、データ符号化部105と、データ変調部106と、プリアンブル生成部107と、無線送信部108とを含んでよい。
図12は、本実施の形態1に係る下り無線受信装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。図12に示す下り無線受信装置(例えば、STA)200は、例えば、無線受信部201と、プリアンブル復調部202と、Extra-LTF判別部203と、チャネル推定部204と、データ復調部205と、データ復号部206と、送信信号生成部207と、無線送信部208とを含んでよい。
次に、本実施の形態1における下り無線送信装置(例えば、AP)100及び下り無線受信装置(例えば、STA)200の動作例について説明する。
方法1では、例えばユーザ情報のそれぞれにExtra-LTF情報を通知するサブフィールドを含めてよい。例えば、図13に示すように、EHT-SIGの個々のユーザフィールドにExtra-LTFの割り当てを通知するExtra-LTFサブフィールドを含めてよい。Extra-LTFサブフィールドによる通知方法は、方法1の具体例1~3において後述する。
方法1の具体例1において、Extra-LTF情報は、例えば、Extra-LTFの有無を通知する。図16に、各ユーザ情報においてExtra-LTFの有無を通知する場合のEHT-SIG formatの一例を示す。
方法1の具体例2において、Extra-LTF情報は、例えば、Extra-LTF数を通知する。図18に、各ユーザ情報においてExtra-LTF数を通知する場合のEHT-SIG formatの一例を示す。図18では、STA1とSTA2に対して空間ストリームを1つずつ割り当て、STA1にExtra-LTFを2つ割り当てた場合の例を示す。
方法1の具体例3では、初期(あるいはOriginal)LTF数の倍数をExtra-LTF情報として通知する。図19に、各ユーザ情報において初期EHT-LTF数の倍数でExtra-LTF数を通知する場合のEHT-SIG formatの一例を示す。図19では、STA1とSTA2に対して空間ストリーム数を1つずつ割り当て、STA1にExtra-LTFを1つ割り当てた場合の例を示す。
方法2では、例えば、Extra-LTFの有無によって制御情報の構成(あるいはフォーマット)を切り替える。例えば、U-SIGにExtra-LTF presentサブフィールドを追加し、Extra-LTFの有無を通知する。
方法2の具体例1では、送信信号にExtra-LTFを割り当てられたユーザが含まれる場合、例えば、共通情報にExtra-LTF bitmapを追加し、Extra-LTF bitmapによって各ユーザのExtra-LTFの有無を通知してよい。換言すると、送信信号にExtra-LTFを割り当てられたユーザが含まれない場合、共通情報に、Extra-LTF bitmapは含まれなくてよい。
方法2の具体例2では、例えば、送信信号にExtra-LTFを割り当てられたユーザが含まれる場合、ユーザ情報にExtra-LTF情報を追加し、各ユーザのExtra-LTFの有無を通知する。図21に、共通情報においてユーザ情報にExtra-LTF情報が含まれるかどうかを通知する場合のEHT-SIG formatの一例を示す。
方法2の具体例3では、例えば、宛先ユーザ数に応じて、Extra-LTFの通知方法を変更する。例えば、共通情報にMU-MIMOの最大多重ユーザ数に基づく固定長のExtra-LTF Bitmapを含む場合を想定する。このとき、Extra-LTFを含む送信信号の宛先ユーザ数がMU-MIMOの最大多重ユーザ数に等しい場合、方法2の具体例1のように、Extra-LTF bitmapで各ユーザのExtra-LTFの有無を通知してよい。一方、Extra-LTFを含む送信信号の宛先ユーザ数がMU-MIMOの最大多重ユーザ数よりも少ない場合、例えば、方法2の具体例2のように、各ユーザ情報においてExtra-LTFの有無を通知してよい。
方法3では、例えば、Extra-LTF情報とMCSとを組み合わせてユーザ情報によってExtra-LTF情報を通知する。Extra-LTFとMCSとを組み合わせて通知する場合、例えば、MCS index別に変調方法とExtra-LTF数とを組み合わせて通知してもよいし(例1)、MCS index別に変調方法とOriginal LTF数の倍数とを組み合わせて通知してもよい(例2)。
実施の形態1では、Extra-LTFを含むLTFの時間シンボルの別にユーザを割り当てる方法の一例について説明した。実施の形態2では、例えば、符号多重を用いて1つの空間ストリームにP-matrixの行成分を複数割り当てる方法の一例について説明する。
図24は、実施の形態2に係る下り無線送信装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。図24に例示した下り無線送信装置(例えば、(例えば、AP)100は、例えば、無線受信部101aと、受信信号復号部102aと、スケジューリング部103aと、データ生成部104aと、データ符号化部105aと、データ変調部106aと、プリアンブル生成部107aと、無線送信部108aとを含んでよい。
また、受信信号復号部102aは、例えば、プリアンブル信号から取得した制御信号とチャネル推定信号とを用いて、フーリエ変換後のデータ信号をチャネル等化し、復調・復号して、CRCといった誤り判定を行ってよい。
図25は、実施の形態2に係る下り無線受信装置の構成例を示すブロック図である。図25に例示した下り無線受信装置(例えば、STA)200は、例えば、無線受信部201aと、プリアンブル復調部202aと、P-matrix判別部203aと、チャネル推定部204aと、データ復調部205aと、データ復号部206aと、送信信号生成部207aと、無線送信部208aとを含んでよい。
実施の形態2の具体例では、例えば図26に示すように、EHT-SIGの各ユーザフィールドにP-matrix情報(例えば、追加のP-matrixの行成分の割り当て情報)を通知するサブフィールド(Extra P-matrixとする)を含める。例えば図27に示すように、Extra P-matrixサブフィールドは、Extra P-matrixサブフィールド≠0の場合、追加で割り当てるP-matrixの行インデックスを通知する。Extra P-matrixサブフィールド=0は、追加のP-matrixは割り当てないことを通知する。
実施の形態1では、EHT PPDUを用いてExtra-LTF情報を通知する例について示したが、Trigger frameを用いてExtra-LTFを含むTrigger base(TB) PPDUの送信を指示してもよい。
上述した各実施の形態では、DL通信における動作について説明したが、本開示の一実施例は、DL通信に限らず、例えば、UL通信、又は、サイドリンクに適用されてよい。
