Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a layered body, a layered body, and its use as a component in building construction.
- the renewable raw material wood has been used as a building material since time immemorial and, in addition to its sustainability, has additional advantages over mineral building materials such as concrete, in particular high tensile strength with low density and an appealing aesthetics.
- Disadvantages of wood as a building material are primarily the lack of fire resistance and acoustic conductivity, which makes fire and sound insulation expensive, as well as the swelling and shrinkage behavior under the influence of moisture.
- the combination of wood with a mineral building material as a hybrid system can combine the advantages of both building materials, whereby the wood can absorb the tensile forces and the mineral building material the compressive forces.
- this can be used for ceiling constructions that have a high load capacity and flexural strength with a relatively low dead weight and low overall height and can therefore also be used for large spans with good fire and sound insulation properties.
- it is crucial to connect the fundamentally different materials of wood and mineral building material to one another as shear-resistant and durable as possible using a suitable connection method, which has been attempted on various occasions in the prior art.
- the typical procedure for connecting wood to a mineral building material such as concrete consists of mechanically connecting a hardened concrete body to the wood using metal fastening systems such as screws, bolts, clamps or anchors.
- metal fastening systems such as screws, bolts, clamps or anchors.
- Another possibility is to create a mechanically stable interlocking with the concrete by means of indentations (notches) or slots in the wood, for example by the liquid concrete curing in contact with the wood body.
- indentations notches
- slots indentations
- Such connections often have insufficient stability and durability, not least because of movements in the wood due to shrinkage or expansion due to changes in moisture or mechanical stress.
- the bonding of wood with hardened concrete is also known. However, bonding typically requires a complex pre-treatment of the concrete surface, during which the cement skin on the concrete surface is mechanically removed in order to avoid curing problems of the adhesive and to ensure a stable, resilient connection.

Description
VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES SCHICHTKÖRPERS AUS HOLZ UND EINER HÄRTBAREN ZUSAMMENSETZUNG
Technisches Gebiet

Table 1 : Resultate der 3-Punkt-Biegung der Beispiele 2, 3 und Referenz
