本申请实施例提供的一种从气雾生成装置中提取气溶胶生成制品的方法,所述的气溶胶生成制品包括:包含气溶胶生成基质的第一段和包含吸嘴的第二段;
所述气雾生成装置包括壳体、至少局部设置在所述壳体内部的加热器和护具;
该方法包括:
插入所述气溶胶生成制品,使所述第一段与所述护具紧配连接,并且所述加热器插入所述第一段的内部;
向所述第二段施加提取力,使所述护具和所述第一段一起沿提取方向运动,并在所述护具运动到其行程终点之后,所述护具在所述提取方向止动,而所述第一段继续沿提取方向运动,使所述第一段脱离所述护具。
上述的气雾生成装置及提取方法,护具能够响应于所述第二段被施加的提取力,跟随第一段从第一位置向第二位置运动,使得在提取过程中,气溶胶生成制品是在护具的保护下相对加热器运动的,并且能够在从第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中,解除或松动气溶胶生成制品与加热器之间的黏粘,从而,在护具的保护之下,能够有效的防止气溶胶生成制品在与加热器分离的过程中断裂或破碎在接纳腔中,有助于从气雾生成装置中完整的提出气溶胶生成制品;而且,可以通过直接抓取气溶胶生成制品显露在气雾生成装置之外的第二段,来提取气溶胶生成制品,更加符合用户日常的使用习惯和思维惯性,可以提升用户体验。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

本申请的一实施例提供了一种气雾生成装置200,该装置可用于加热气溶胶生成制品,使气溶胶生成制品挥发出气溶胶来,以供吸食,气溶胶可以包括中草药、尼古丁或比如烟草香料等风味化合物。在如图2所示的实施例中,气溶胶生成制品1为烟制品(如烟支、雪茄等),但不对此做出限定。
在如图1和2所示的实施例中,气雾生成装置200包括用于接收气溶胶生成制品1的接纳腔29和用于加热气溶胶生成制品1的加热器22,还包括电源组件24,电源组件24用于为加热器22工作供能。
请参照图1和2,主体2具有插入口25,气溶胶生成制品1例如烟支通过插入口25可移除地接收在接纳腔29内;加热器22至少一部分在接纳腔29内沿轴向延伸,并在变化的磁场下通过电磁感应发热,或者在通电时通过电阻发热,或者在受激时向气溶胶生成制品1辐射红外线,进而使气溶胶生成制品1例如烟支受热,使气溶胶生成制品1的至 少一种成分挥发,形成供抽吸的气溶胶;电源组件24包括电芯241和电路板242,电芯241为可充电的直流电芯,可以输出直流电流,电路板242电连接可充电的电芯241,用于控制电芯241的电流、电压或电功率的输出。在其他的实施例中,电芯241还可以为一次性电池,不可充电或无需对其进行充电。在其他实施中,电源组件24可以为有线电源,有线电源通过插头直接连接市电来为气雾生成装置200供电。
在一个优选的实施例中,电芯241提供的直流供电电压在约2.5V至约9.0V的范围内,电芯241可提供的直流电流的安培数在约2.5A至约20A的范围内。
进一步在可选的实施中,气溶胶生成制品1优选采用加热时从基质中释放的挥发化合物的含烟草的材料;或者也可以是能够加热之后适合于电加热发烟的非烟草材料。气溶胶生成制品1优选采用固体基质,可以包括香草叶、烟叶、均质烟草、膨胀烟草中的一种或多种的粉末、颗粒、碎片细条、条带或薄片中的一种或多种;或者,固体基质可以包含附加的烟草或非烟草的挥发性香味化合物,以在基质受热时被释放。在一些可选的实施中,气溶胶生成制品制备成具有常规的香烟或雪茄的形状。
在一优选的实施中,加热器22中含有等级430的不锈钢(SS430),或含有等级420的不锈钢(SS420),或含有铁镍的合金材料(比如坡莫合金)等可在变化的磁场中发热的磁感性材料,从而加热器在变化的磁场中可以发热,进而在变化的磁场中,因为产生涡电流和磁滞而自发热,并向气溶胶生成制品传导和/或辐射热量,以加热气溶胶生成制品。相应的,气雾生成装置200还包括磁场发生器,例如感应线圈,用于在交变电流下产生变化的磁场,且电路板连接电芯和感应线圈,并且可将电芯输出的直流电流转化为交变电流,优选该交变电流的频率介于80KHz~400KHz;更具体地,所述频率可以在大约200KHz到300KHz的范围。
在一优选的实施中,加热器22上具有红外涂层,能由电芯241提供的直流电流激发进而辐射红外线,以加热气溶胶生成制品1的至少局部。红外涂层是优选由Mg、Al、Ti、Zr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Cr 等至少一种金属元素的氧化物组成,这些金属氧化物在供电时即会辐射以上具有加热效用的远红外线;制备方式可以是将以上金属氧化物通过等离子喷涂的方式喷涂在衬底表面后固化获得。红外涂层向气溶胶生成制品1发射红外线时,溶胶生成制品1会发热,当发热温度达到预设温度时,可以产生气溶胶。
在一优选的实施中,加热器22由铁铬铝合金、镍铬合金、镍铁合金、铂、钨、银、导电陶瓷等电阻性导电材料制成,或者包含上述至少其一的导电材料,从而在导电时可以通过电阻发热,来加热气溶胶生成制品1,使气溶胶生成制品1中的至少一种成分挥发,形成气溶胶。
请参照图3和4,加热器22大体呈销钉或者针状或者令牌的形状,进而对于插入至气溶胶生成制品1内是有利的。同时,加热器22可以具有大约12~19毫米的长度,2.0~2.6mm的直径。其横截面可以是圆形、一字形、椭圆形或多边形等。在其他实施例中,加热器22可以大致为筒状,或者为其他能够设置在气溶胶生成制品1外围,以从气溶胶生成制品1的外围向气溶胶生成制品1传导、辐射热量的结构,此时护具23的至少局部位于加热器22与气溶胶生成制品1之间,从而可以避免加热器22与气溶胶生成制品1黏粘,使得能够直接通过抓取气溶胶生成制品1显露在外的第二段12提取气溶胶生成制品1。
请参照图2,气溶胶生成制品1可以为常规的气溶胶生成制品,包括第一段11和第二段12,在使用的过程中,第一段11能够插入气雾生成装置200至接纳腔29中,第二段12则保持在气雾生成装置200之外。第一段11中具有烟草、口味剂、香料、中草药等至少一种成分,用于在加热器22的作用下产生气溶胶。第二段12上具有吸嘴121,供嘴部含衔,通过嘴部抽吸吸嘴121来使气溶胶生成制品1产生的气溶胶进入嘴部。在一些实施例中,第一段11包括气溶胶形成基质段111和第一冷却段112,气溶胶形成基质段111供加热器22插入,并与加热器22接触,且在加热器22的作用下能够产生气溶胶,第一冷却段112则不含有在加热器22的作用下能够产生挥发物的物质,第一冷却段112的最下端与气溶胶形成基质段111的最下端之间的距离大于加热器22插入第 一段11的深度,使得第一冷却段112位于加热器22的接触范围之外;第一冷却段112具有冷却气溶胶的作用,防止进入嘴部的气溶胶温度过高而烫嘴。在一些实施例中,第二段12包括吸嘴121和第二冷却段122,吸嘴121设置在最上方,第二冷却段122主要起冷却作用,防止进入嘴部的气溶胶温度过高而烫嘴;当然,第一段11与第二段12之间可能还设置有第三段,通过第三段来连接第一段11和第二段12,从而当第二段12上被施加提取力时,在第三段的牵引下,第一段11能够响应该提取力沿提取方向运动,第三段也可以具有冷却作用,当吸嘴121或第三段足够长,或者第一冷却段112和/或第三段的冷却效果足够好的时候,可以无需再设置第二冷却段122。
在如图2-4所示的实施例中,气雾生成装置200包括主体2,主体2包括壳体21,壳体21的内部具有空腔,该空腔形成容纳气溶胶生成制品1至少局部的接纳腔29。主体2还包括护具23,护具23用于保护气溶胶生成制品1,使气溶胶生成制品1在与加热器22发生相对运动而进行脱离时,不断裂、不破碎,确保气溶胶生成制品1能够完整地拔出气雾生成装置200。同时,在护具23的保护下,用户可以通过直接抓取裸露在气雾生成装置200之外的第二段12,来提取气溶胶生成制品1,使气溶胶生成制品1脱离气雾生成装置200。
请参照图2-4,壳体21由耐高温且具有隔热作用的材料如PEEK等材料制成,其环绕接纳腔29设置,以防止接纳腔29内的高温从侧面散发而烫手,同时壳体21还有助于保持接纳腔29内的高温,从而减少能耗。在一些实施例中,为了增加壳体21的隔热效果,壳体21的壁内具有空腔,该空腔内可以是真空的,也可以填充有空气,该空腔环绕接纳腔29设置,以增加隔热和保温效果。
请参照图2-4,护具23能够响应施加在第二段12上的提取力,从而能够跟随第一段11运动一段行程,行程起点为第一位置,行程终点为第二位置,该行程轨迹可以是直线形的、螺旋形的或者弯折、弯曲形的等。
具体的,护具23可以提供第一段11与界定接纳腔29的壳体21之 间的可移动地连接,即:护具23与壳体21可移动地连接,从而护具23可以在主体2上的第一位置和第二位置之间运动,气溶胶生成制品1与护具23连接,并且气溶胶生成制品1与护具23之间的连接作用力大于护具23与壳体21之间的连接作用力,使得在气溶胶生成制品1上施加提取力时,护具23能够跟随气溶胶生成制品1从第一位置向第二位置运动,而气溶胶生成制品1在护具23从第一位置向第二位置运动的这个过程中,其行程至少从第一位置运动至第二位置。第一位置可以为工作位置,在第一位置时,加热器22的至少局部位于气溶胶生成制品1的内部,加热器22加热气溶胶生成制品1,使气溶胶生成制品1产生气溶胶时,气溶胶生成制品1位于第一位置,第一位置可以为在提取气溶胶生成制品1过程中,护具23和/或气溶胶生成制品1在主体2上运动的行程起点;第二位置为在提取气溶胶生成制品1过程中,护具23从第一位置开始在主体2上运动的行程终点,在第一位置和第二位置之间(包括在第一位置和第二位置之上),气溶胶生成制品1与护具23始终保持连接。护具23从第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中,收容在接纳腔29中的第一段11亦从第一位置至少运动至第二位置,使得加热器22逐渐地退出第一段11,也因此,使得加热器22与第一段11之间的黏粘松动,方便将第一段11拔出加热器22,与此同时,护具23通过限定第一段11的侧壁和/或托顶第一段11的底部等,来保护第一段11,防止其在退出接纳腔29和/或护具的过程中断裂或者破碎掉渣,有助于将气溶胶生成制品1完整的拔出气雾生成装置200。在提取气溶胶生成制品1过程中,护具23的行程为从第一位置到第二位置的行程,气溶胶生成制品1的行程包括从第一位置到第二位置的行程,还包括解除与护具之间的连接的行程。
在一优选的实施例中,护具23在第一位置和第二位置时,加热器22均至少局部位于第一段11内部,具体的,护具23在第一位置和第二位置时,加热器22均至少局部位于第一段11中气溶胶形成基质段111的内部,即在第一位置和第二位置,第一段11与加热器22均保持连接,第一段11均未完全脱离加热器22。如此设计的原因包括:1、在第一 位置与第二位置之间,护具23通过保护第一段11,可以有效地防止第一段11在与加热器22解除黏粘的过程中发生断裂或者破碎,能够确保气溶胶生成制品1在与加热器22解除黏粘的过程中保持完整;2、第一段11从第一位置运动至第二位置的过程中,足够解除第一段11与加热器22之间因为高温而形成的黏粘,在黏粘解除后,第一段11在脱离加热器22的过程中则不会再发生断裂或者破碎,从而能够继续保持其完整性,所以在第二位置第一段11未脱离加热器22是允许的;3、通过使第一位置与第二位置之间的轴向直线距离小于加热器22插入在第一位置时第一段11的深度,来限缩第一位置与第二位置之间的直线距离,避免因设置护具23而增大接纳腔29的体积,有利于气雾生成装置200的小型化。
在一优选的实施例中,护具23通过设置套筒231来保护第一段11的侧壁,从而保护第一段11,防止第一段11断裂或者破碎。在如图2和3所示的实施例中,护具23包括供加热器22穿过进而进入第一段11内部的通孔233,还包括环绕通孔233且轴向延伸的套筒231,套筒231的内部用于容纳第一段11。套筒231为管状,其轴向的下端可以完全敞开,从而形成所述的通孔233;套筒231在第一段11与加热器22解除黏粘的过程中支撑和保护第一段11的侧壁,防止第一段11的侧壁断裂或者破碎,同时,套筒231连接第一段11的侧壁,在第二段12被施加提取力时,提取力通过第二段12的传递,并通过第一段11的侧壁作用于套筒231,使套筒231能够从第一位置向第二位置运动。
套筒231的轴向长度至少大于第一段11中气溶胶形成基质段111的长度,第一段11中的气溶胶形成基质段111可以完全容纳在套筒231内部,由于加热器22主要烘烤的是气溶胶形成基质段111,所以烘烤后的气溶胶形成基质段111相比第一冷却段112更加脆弱,为了更好的保护气溶胶形成基质段111,优选第一冷却段112的至少局部位于套筒231内部,且与套筒231紧配连接,从而在通过抓取第二段12向上提取气溶胶生成制品1时,第一冷却段112的侧壁承受了第一段11与套筒231之间相互连接、并带动护具23从第一位置向第二位置运动的主要作用 力,从而保护气溶胶形成基质段111的侧壁,防止其断裂或破碎。
请参照图2和3,套筒231上设置有沿套筒231径向向套筒231的中心延伸的紧配部234,紧配部234用于与第一段11紧配连接,并且可以与第一段11之间形成能够抓紧第一段11侧壁作用力,具体的,其至少局部与第一段11中的第一冷却段112紧配连接,从而在第二段12被施加向上的提取力时,护具23能够通过摩擦力抓紧第一段11,从而能够跟随第一段11沿提取方向运动,即向第二位置运动。在紧配部234的作用下,护具23可以与第一段11在某一段行程中保持相对静止和同步运动,即至少在第一位置,护具23与第一段11具有相同的行进速度;当然不排除,在第二段12上的提取力的作用下,护具23与第一段11均向第二位置所在方向运动的同时,第一段11还可沿套筒23的侧壁向第二位置所在方向运动,即在提取力的作用下,第一段11的行进速度大于护具23的行进速度。当第一段11沿提取方向的行进速度大于套筒231的行进速度时,第一段11与套筒231之间则具有相互分离的相对运动。例如,护具23在第二位置时,沿提取方向的行进速度变为0,而第一段11沿提取方向的行进速度大于0,使得第一段11可以做与套筒231发生分离的运动。在一可选的实施例中,护具23在第二位置沿提取方向的行进速度降为0后,可以保持速度为0,直至在第一段11完全脱离护具23后,护具23沿提取方向的方向自动向第一位置运动,即在与第一段完全分离后自动复位。在另一可选的实施例中,护具23在第二位置沿提取方向的行进速度降为0后,可以在斥力或者其他力的作用下马上反向向第一位置运动。
在一些实施例中,紧配部234因具有较大的摩擦力系数,与第一段11的侧壁接触时,与第一段11的侧壁之间可以形成较大的静摩擦力,所以可以不必使紧配部234为向套筒231的中心延伸的凸起。
在一优选的实施例中,紧配部234由柔性材料比如硅胶等制成,在第一段11插入套筒231时,紧配部234与第一段11过盈配合,从而实现紧配连接并产生紧配作用力,如摩擦力或弹力等。紧配部234对第一段11施加的紧配作用力大于套筒231与壳体21之间的作用力和护具23 的重力,从而能够拉动护具23从第一位置向第二位置运动,同时该紧配作用力小于气溶胶生成制品1轴向的最大承受力,使得在提取气溶胶生成制品1时不至于拉扯断气溶胶生成制品1。
请参照图7,紧配部234包括沿套筒231的径向且向下倾斜延伸的倒刺结构2341,该倒刺结构2341位于紧配部234的下端面,紧配部234的上端面可以向下倾斜延伸,即顺应第一段11插入套筒231的方向设置,以方便第一段11插入套筒231中,倒刺结构2341套筒231的内部向下倾斜或者位于套筒231的内部且径向延伸,且其朝向与第一段11退出第一套筒231的方向相反,所以有助于阻碍第一段11退出套筒231,增加套筒231与第一段11之间的作用力。
请参照图7,套筒231包括第一套筒2312和第二套筒2313,第二套筒2313由柔性材料如硅胶等制成,具有比第一套筒2312更大的摩擦力系数,第二套筒2313可以与紧配部234一体成型,或者取代紧配部234直接与第一段11连接,并产生阻扰第一段11退出套筒231的作用力,第一套筒2312由硬质材料如PEEK等制成,其局部延伸至第二套筒2313所在区域,以连接和支撑第二套筒2313。第二套筒2313沿轴向延伸,可以与第一冷却段112的侧壁和/或部分气溶胶形成基质段111的侧壁连接,如,可以有部分的紧配部234与第一冷却段112的侧壁连接,其余部分的紧配部234与气溶胶形成基质段111的侧壁连接。
在一优选的实施例中,护具23通过设置底托232来保护和支撑第一段11的底部,底托232通过向上支撑第一段11,从而能防止在第一段11与加热器22解除黏粘的过程中断裂或掉落残渣。在如图2和3所示的实施例中,底托232自套筒231的底部沿径向延伸,供加热器22穿过的通孔233贯穿底托232,且可以位于底托232的中心。
通孔233的孔径可以略大于加热器1的外径,从而在护具23向第二位置运动即加热器22相对护具23从通孔233中后退时,通孔233的边缘能够刮擦附着在加热器22表面的气溶胶生成制品1的残渣,以对加热器22进行清洁。
为了将防止气溶胶通过空气对流进入接纳腔29中护具内部以外的 区域,进而污染该区域,在如图3所示的实施例中,主体还包括插入口25,第一段11穿过插入口25,然后插入接纳腔29中。插入口25的边沿上具有至少一个凹陷部251,凹陷部251供空气通过,从而空气可通过凹陷部251进入接纳腔29内部,请参照图3,凹陷部251具有多个,均匀或对称地分布在插入口25的边沿上,使得空气能够从多个方向或位置进入到接纳腔29中。
请参照图3,套筒231上设有与插入口25连通的第一气道,底托232上设有与第一气道连通的第二气道,插入口25上的凹陷部251、第一气道和第二气道提供空气进入气溶胶生成制品1的气路,空气可从气溶胶生成制品1的侧壁进入至气溶胶生成制品1内部,和/或从气溶胶生成制品1的底部进入至气溶胶生成制品1的内部。
进一步的实施例中,请参照图3,底托232上具有一圈凸肋235,环绕地设置在通孔233的外围,凸肋235向轴向延伸,进而可以支撑气溶胶生成制品1的底部,第二气道由底托232和凸肋235共同界定。请参照图3,在套筒231的内壁上具有沿轴向延伸的凹槽2311,凹槽2311的上端连通插入口25上的凹陷部251,下端连接底托232,从而连通第二气道,第一气道由该凹槽2311界定;凹槽2311可以具有多条,且可以对称地或者均匀地分布在套筒231的内侧壁上。具体的,可以参照图7,第一套筒2312上设有大量网孔,供紧配部234穿过并伸入第一套筒2312内部,第二套筒套2313设在第一套筒2312局部的外围,凹槽2311设置在第一套筒2312的内侧壁上。
通过吸嘴121抽吸时,空气通过插入口25上的凹陷部251进入接纳腔29中,并通过第一气道进入第二气道中,然后通过第二气道从气溶胶生成制品1的底部进入气溶胶生成制品1的第一端,最后通过第二段12上的吸嘴121进入嘴部,当然,当气溶胶生成制品1的侧壁上具有气孔时或者在气溶胶生成制品1的侧壁可透气时,第一气道中的空气可以通过气溶胶生成制品1的侧壁进入气溶胶生成制品1内部。
在如图2和3所示的实施例中,套筒231具有完整的侧壁,所以需要在套筒231的侧壁上形成凹槽2311,以构成第一气道的至少局部。在 另一些实施例中,套筒231的侧壁为镂空的侧壁,其上可以具有镂空孔,或者套筒231的侧壁包括自底托232向上延伸的一个或者爪状或片状或柱状的结构,该结构设置在第一段11的外围,并且连接第一段11的至少局部侧壁。空气可以通过镂空孔,或者通过爪状或片状或柱状的结构之间的缝隙进入套筒231的内部,然后进入第一段11的内部。
护具23可通过相对壳体21滑动,从而从第一位置运动到第二位置。请参照图4和5,壳体21与套筒231滑动连接。
在一优选的实施例中,如图4和5所示,壳体21的内壁形状与护具23的外壁形状和尺寸相适宜,护具23的外壁贴合壳体21的内壁,护具23向第二位置或者向第一位置运动时,护具23沿壳体21的内壁滑动.在一实施例中,如图4所示,护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁光滑接触,以减小护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁之间的滑动摩擦力,确保护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁之间的摩擦力小于气溶胶生成制品1与紧配部234之间的紧配作用力,使得通过抓取第二段12来提取气溶胶生成制品1时,护具23能够跟随气溶胶生成制品1一起运动,进而能够一起向第二位置运动。为了进一步减小护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁相对运动时的运动阻力,可以在护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁之间设置滚珠,从而使得护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁之间滚动接触。在另一实施例中,为了进一步减小护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁相对运动时的运动阻力,可以减小护具23的外壁与壳体21的内壁之间的接触面积,如在护具23的外壁上设置凸条,通过凸条与壳体21的内壁光滑连接,或者在壳体21的内壁上设置凸条,通过凸条与护具23的外壁光滑连接,从而减小摩擦力。
在另一优选的实施例中,如图5所示,壳体21上具有第一滑动部211,套筒231上具有与第一滑动部211滑动连接的第二滑动部2314,第一滑动部211和第二滑动部2314二者之一为引导滑动方向的导轨,另一者则是沿导轨滑动的滑块或者滑槽,通过导轨来限定滑动方向,可以防止护具偏离轨道运动。导轨可以为直线型的,也可以为螺旋型的,为了简化护具23在接纳腔29中的运动轨迹,优选导轨平行于接纳腔29 的轴向延伸,使得导轨为直线型,防止护具23在接纳腔29中转动,以此来减小护具23与气溶胶生成制品1侧壁之间的扭矩,从而保护气溶胶生成制品1,防止其断裂或破碎。当然,在其他实施例中,主体2上或者护具23上还设有其他机构,用于阻止护具23从第一位置向第二位置运动时旋转。当然不排除在一些实施例中,护具23与壳体21之间无接触,如,护具23可以至少局部地悬浮在壳体21中的接纳腔29内。
在一些实施例中,护具23在第一位置或者第二位置,或者在第一位置与第二位置之间的一个位置时,可以至少局部伸出接纳腔29,从而方便对其进行清洁和保养。
但是为了防止用户误触护具23,防止护具23烫伤用户,护具23可以隐藏在气雾生成装置200内部而不显露。在如图3所示的实施例中,护具23在第一位置和第二位置时,均未伸出接纳腔29,在第一位置与第二位置之间的其他位置时,亦未超出接纳腔29,使得在不拆机的情况下用户无法触摸护具23,从而保护用户,提高气雾生成装置200的安全系数。
可以通过设置止挡部将护具23限位在接纳腔29中,防止护具23超出接纳腔29而显露在气雾生成装置200之外。在如图3所示的实施例中,主体2上设置有第一止挡部26,护具上设有第二止挡部236,第一止挡部26用于妨碍第二止挡部236沿提取方向继续行进,进而使护具23停止在第二位置。
在一可选的实施例中,护具23位于第二位置时,第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236相互接触,第一止挡部26位于第二止挡部236沿提取方向行进的下游,并且第一止挡部26通过接触止挡来防止具有第二止挡部236的护具23继续行进。护具23到达第二位置后,可以停留在第二位置,以等待新的气溶胶生成制品1插入护具23之中,并且随新的气溶胶生成制品1的插入,在新的气溶胶生成制品1的推动下向第一位置运动,最终停留在第一位置,加热器22随即便可加热气溶胶生成制品1。第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236均为磁性件,或者互为磁性材料和磁性件,这里所述的磁性件包括可以产生磁场的永磁铁或电磁铁等, 这里所述的磁性材料包括铁等可以被磁性件吸附的材料,使得在第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236相互靠近时,其相互之间具有吸力,在第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236之间的距离小于阈值时,该吸力大于护具23自身的重力,从而在气溶胶生成制品1拔出护具23后,护具23能够保持在第二位置。当插有气溶胶生成制品1的护具23处于第一位置时,第一止挡部26与第二止挡部236之间的吸力小于护具23的重力或者小于护具23与气溶胶生成制品1的重力之和,从而护具23和气溶胶生成制品1能够保持在第一位置。在该吸力的作用下,再对第二段12施加提取力时,能够更加容易且轻松地使护具23和气溶胶生成制品1从第一位置运动至第二位置,从而可以采用更小的提取力,降低提取的难度,有助于降低从第一位置到第二位置时护具23与气溶胶生成制品1侧壁之间的作用力,可以进一步防止气溶胶生成制品1在从第一位置到第二位置的过程中发生断裂或破碎。在更近一步的实施例中,在第一位置时,气溶胶生成制品1由于产生气溶胶而重量逐渐减轻,当气溶胶生成制品1的重量减轻到阈值时(如产生的气溶胶不再满足每口抽吸需求,或不能再产生气溶胶时),第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236之间的吸力大于护具23与该状态下的气溶胶生成制品1的重力之和,从而护具23可以带动气溶胶生成制品1自动的从第一位置向第二位置运动,使用户具有更佳的体验。
在气溶胶生成制品1从护具23中拔出后,护具23能够保持在第二位置的前提下,主体2内可以具有感应开关,当感应开关3感应到护具23回到第一位置时,则被触发,从而导通电路板242与加热器22之间的电连接使加热器22发热等,导通发热器的方式包括:1、感应开关3被触发后,向加热器22与电源组件24之间的电路开关发送信号,直接控制该电路开关闭合,从而导通加热器22与电源组件24之间的电连接;或者2、感应开关3被触发后,向气雾生成装置200内部的处理器发送信号,处理器再输出新的信号来控制加热器22与电源组件24之间的电路开关闭合,从而导通加热器22与电源组件24之间的电连接;或者感应开关3被触发时,气雾生成装置200自动启动,从而使得气雾生成装 置200处于待机状态(即使加热器22处于预启动状态),气雾生成装置200处于待机状态时,可以通过设置在气雾生成装置200上的按键、触摸屏27来控制气雾生成装置200,如控制加热器22发热等,或者在气雾生成装置200处于待机状态时,可以通过遥控器控制气雾生成装置200执行相应的命令等,如控制加热器22发热,通过将护具23处于第一位置设定为触发感应开关3的条件,可以避免儿童等不适宜群体误启动气雾生成装置200。
感应开关3可以是压电开关,设置在接纳腔29的底部,在护具23位于第一位置时,被护具23挤压或者压迫,从而被触发;感应开关3可以包括是磁感应传感器或磁控开关(如霍尔开关或磁通量传感器等),通过超过一定阈值的磁场强度来触发:在一可选方案中,感应开关3设置在主体2上,对应第一位置设置,护具23上设置有用于产生磁场的第一磁性件41(如磁铁),当护具23越靠近第一位置,感应开关3受到的第一磁性件41产生的磁场强度越强,当强度达到感应开关3的感应阈值时,磁感开关3被触发,而在提取气溶胶生成制品1的过程中,护具23从第一位置向第二位置运动逐渐远离感应开关3,使得感应开关3感受的磁场强度逐渐减弱,当强度小于感应开关3的感应阈值时,磁感开关3断开;在另一可选方案中,感应开关3设置在护具23上,因为感应开关3较小,质量较轻,从而不会大幅度地增加护具23的重量,第一磁性件41(如磁铁)对应第一位置设置在主体2上,当护具23越靠近第一位置,感应开关3受到的第一磁性件41产生的磁场强度越强,当强度达到感应开关3的感应阈值时,感应开关3被触发,反之,感应开关3断开;在一可选方案中,感应开关3设置在主体2上,对应第一位置设置,气溶胶生成制品内设置有触发器,当第一段11位于第一位置时,触发器被感应开关3感应,使得感应开关3被触发。当然不排除其他能够判断护具23是否到达第一位置、并能在护具23到达第一位置时触发的感应开关3。
在另一可选的实施例中,护具23位于第二位置时,第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236相互之间无接触或无直接接触,例如:第一止挡部26 和第二止挡部126均为磁性件,且相互靠近时,第一止挡部26和第二止挡部126相互之间具有斥力,该斥力大于护具23与气溶胶生成制品1之间的相互作用力,导致第二止挡部236在无法或难以接触第一止挡部26的同时,又能确保气溶胶生成制品1能够抽离护具23,并且在该斥力和在护具23的自身重力的作用下,在气溶胶生成制品1完全脱离护具23之后,护具23可以自动复位,即从第二位置自动的回到第一位置。
在一个更优的方案中,可以参照图6,主体2包括第一磁性件41和第二磁性件42,第一磁性件41(如磁铁)和第二磁性件42(如磁铁)能提供磁场,且第一磁性件41和第二磁性件42相互靠近时具有磁性力,感应开关3对应第一位置设置在主体2上,第一磁性件41设置在护具23上;主体2上对应第二位置设置有第二磁性件42;护具23位于第一位置时,第一磁性件41对磁感开关31施加的磁场强度触发感应开关3,护具23位于第二位置时,护具23上的第一磁性件41与主体2上的第二磁性件42之间的磁吸力将护具23保持在第二位置(所以,在一些实施例中,可以采用能够被第一磁性件41吸附的磁性感应材料取代第二磁性件42),当然,第二磁性件42可以设置在第一止挡部26上或者设置在第一止挡部26附近。
在另一可选的实施例中,第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236之间具有弹性件,如弹簧等,或者第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236至少二者之一为弹性件,在护具23位于第二位置时,第一止挡部26和第二止挡部236弹性连接,弹性件具有缓冲和防撞的作用,可避免提取力过大时第二止挡部236撞击第一止挡部26,导致运动骤停,然后致使气溶胶生成制品1发生断裂或者破碎。
在如图3所示的实施例中,主体2包括供第一段11进入接纳腔29的插入口25,第一止挡部26设置在接纳腔29的轴向上方,且沿径向延伸,插入口25沿贯穿第一止挡部26,即插入口25位于第一止挡部26上,插入口25由中心到边缘的最小距离小于接纳腔29的中心与壳体21之间的最小距离,使得第一止挡部26的至少局部悬空地设置在接纳腔29上方,以止挡第二止挡部236。
在长期使用又没有及时清洁加热器22的表面的情况下,可能出现加热后气溶胶生成制品1与加热器22之间具有更大的黏粘力,使得通过气溶胶生成制品1的第二段12提取局部插入气雾生成装置200的气溶胶生成制品1时,出现提取困难,若强行提取,则可能发生气溶胶生成制品1断裂的问题。为了解决该问题,在一实施例中,可以参照图6,主体2还包括拨动件28,拨动件28包括触动部281和执行部282,执行部282对应护具23设置,以在触动部281被触发时,向第二位置所在方向,抵推护具23,松动加热器22与气溶胶生成制品1之间的连接。触动部281可以是气雾生成装置200上的按键、触摸屏27上的操作指令等用于产生控制信号的控制机构,执行部282则属于电动机构,与电路板242电连接,从而在电路板242获得相应控制信号时,启动执行部282,执行部282则按照控制信号做出响应动作,抵推护具23;触动部281和执行部282可以属于机械连动机构,通过连杆或杠杆或齿轮等相互连接,从而在触动部281被触发时,通过连杆或杠杆或齿轮等传递运动和/或作用力,使得执行部282向上推顶护具23。具体的,气雾生成装置200还包括与主体2运动连接的活动件5,活动件5可以包括滑盖,设置在主体2的外围,从而能够沿主体2的轴向滑动,或者沿主体2的横向滑动或周向滑动等,触动部281设置在活动件5的运动轨迹上,当活动件5沿其运动轨迹滑动至第三位置时,活动件5可通过抵顶或者按压或者遮挡光线等使触动部281触发。
为了防止用户在使活动件5相对主体2活动时,误触设置在气雾生成装置200上的按键或触摸屏27等,在如图6所示的实施例中,可以将触摸屏27和/或按键设置在活动件5的运动轨迹上,当活动件5沿其运动轨迹滑动至第四位置时,活动件5的至少局部遮挡所述开关和/或触摸屏27。优选,活动件5到达第四位置后,沿其行进方向继续沿其运动轨迹行进时,会到达第三位置,从而使触动部281触发。不排除在其他实施例中,触动部281被触发后,加热器11在电机的作用下向后退,进而松动与第一段11之间的黏粘的可能。
当然,在其他实施例中,可以没有上述的拨动件28,但是为了防止 用户在暂时不需要使用设置在气雾生成装置200上的按键或触摸屏27时,为防止误触发气雾生成装置200或误启动气雾生成装置200,可以在主体2上设置活动件,通过活动件5在主体2上滑动至第四位置,来遮挡按键或触摸屏27等可触发或启动气雾生成装置200的机构。
在一个更为具体的实施例中,活动件5包括筒状结构,其至少局部套设在壳体21的外围,并与壳体21的外围滑动连接,且可沿着轴向相对壳体21上下滑动,第三位置和/或第四位置设置在主体2的轴向上,当筒状结构处于第三位置或第四位置时,壳体21的外侧壁至少局部地暴露,而在常规状态下,壳体21的外侧壁因被筒状结构遮挡而隐藏。可选的,筒状结构触发触动部281的运动轨迹或者遮挡按键或触摸屏27的轨迹,与护具23从第一位置运动至第二位置的运动轨迹方向相反,优选,当筒状结构位于第三位置时,筒状结构仍保持遮挡按键或触摸屏27。
本申请一实施例还提供一种从气雾生成装置200中提取气溶胶生成制品的方法,该方法包括:
(1)插入气溶胶生成制品1,使气溶胶生成制品1的第一段11与护具23紧配连接,优选护具23的套筒231设置在第一段11中的气溶胶形成基质段111的外围,以保护和支撑气溶胶形成基质段111的侧壁,套筒231上的紧配部234与第一段11上的不会被加热器22高温烘烤的第一冷却段112紧配连接,套筒231与第一段11之间的相互作用力主要由第一冷却段112承受,加热器22需要插入至第一段11的内部,以便加热气溶胶形成基质段111;
(2)抓取气溶胶生成制品1显露在气雾生成装置200之外的第二段12,抓取第二段12的方式很简单,可以直接通过手指对其进行抓取;然后向第二段12施加从气雾生成装置200中提取气溶胶生成制品1的提取力,使护具23和第一段11沿提取方向由第一位置向第二位置运动,在从第一位置向第二位置运动的过程中,护具23和气溶胶生成制品1可以保持同速、同步的运动;
(3)在护具23运动至其行程终点而停止沿提取方向继续行进时, 继续对第二段12施加提取力,使第一段11脱离护具23,直至将第一段11拔出护具23,完成从气雾生成装置200中提取气溶胶生成制品1。
上述的气雾生成装置及提取方法,护具提供第一段与构成接纳腔的壳体之间的运动连接,使得在提取过程中,气溶胶生成制品可通过护具相对壳体运动,从而在松动气溶胶生成制品与加热器之间的黏粘时,护具能够支撑和保护气溶胶生成制品,防止其断裂或破碎在接纳腔中,有助于从气雾生成装置中完整的提出气溶胶生成制品;而且,可以通过直接抓取气溶胶生成制品显露在气雾生成装置之外的第二段,来提取气溶胶生成制品,更加符合用户日常的使用习惯和思维惯性,可以提升用户体验。
现有的气雾生成装置中设置提取器,使用时,首先抓握气溶胶生成制品,然后将气溶胶生成制品装配入提取器中,当需要从气雾生成装置中拔出气溶胶生成制品时,需要启动提取器(包括电动启动提取器或手动直接抓握提取器等),使提取器相对接纳腔运动,然后再抓握气溶胶生成制品,使气溶胶生成制品与提取器分离,即提取气溶胶生成制品时,需要启动提取器和抓握气溶胶生成制品至少两个动作。采用本申请提供的方案,可以通过握持气溶胶生成制品的第二段直接将气溶胶生成制品插入气雾生成装置中,当需要从气雾生成装置中拔出气溶胶生成制品时,可以直接抓握气溶胶生成制品的第二段将气溶胶生成制品从气雾生成装置中拔出,相比现有的气雾生成装置,本申请使用更加简单。而且根据用户的惯性思维,在需要拔出气溶胶生成制品的时候,很容易避开提取器而直接抓握气溶胶生成制品,并直接对气溶胶生成制品施加提取力,既使得现有的气雾生成装置中设置的提取器没有被有效地利用,又难以避免的会导致气溶胶生成制品断裂在提取器中或者导致部分气溶胶生成制品残留在提取器中,从而降低用户体验。本申请提供的方案符合用户的惯性思维,能够避免气溶胶生成制品断裂(断裂包括烟支中的烟草与烟支中环绕烟草的烟纸脱离)在护具中,能够保证较为完整的拔出气溶胶生成制品,有助于使用户具有更佳的使用体验。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书及其附图中给出了本申请的较佳的 实施例,但并不限于本说明书所描述的实施例,进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种气雾生成装置,用于使气溶胶生成制品产生气溶胶,所述气溶胶生成制品包括第一段和第二段,所述第二段在被使用时显露在所述气雾生成装置之外,其特征在于,所述气雾生成装置包括主体,所述主体包括:
    壳体,其界定有用于容纳所述第一段的接纳腔;
    加热器,用于加热所述气溶胶生成制品以生成气溶胶;
    护具,响应于所述第二段被施加的提取力,跟随所述第一段从第一位置向第二位置运动;其中所述第一位置为所述护具在所述气雾生成装置内部的行程起点,所述第二位置为所述护具在所述气雾生成装置内部的行程终点。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,在所述第一位置和所述第二位置时,所述加热器均与所述第一段接触。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,在所述第一位置和所述第二位置时,所述护具均未伸出所述接纳腔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述护具包括套筒和底托,所述套筒环绕所述底托设置,所述底托上开设有供所述加热器穿过进而进入所述第一段内部的通孔。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述主体还包括插入口,供所述第一段进入所述接纳腔;所述套筒上设有与所述插入口连通的第一气道,所述底托上设有与所述第一气道连通的第二气道,所述插入口、所述第一气道和所述第二气道提供空气进入所述气溶胶生成制品的气路。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述护具包括紧配部,用于与所述第一段配合并产生作用力;所述护具通过所述作用力而与所述第一段一起向所述第二位置运动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述紧配部至少部分由柔性材料制成。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述紧配部为沿径向向所述套筒中心延伸的凸起。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述紧配部的下端面位于所述套筒的内部形成倒刺结构。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一段包括用于产生气溶胶的气溶胶形成基质段和用于冷却所述气溶胶的第一冷却段,所述第一冷却段位于所述加热器的接触范围之外,至少部分所述紧配部用于与所述第一冷却段接触。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述套筒滑动连接;或者所述套筒的至少局部悬浮式地设置所述壳体内部。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述壳体上具有第一滑动部,所述套筒上具有与所述第一滑动部滑动连接的第二滑动部,所述第一滑动部和所述第二滑动部二者之一为引导滑动方向的导轨。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述导轨平行于所述接纳腔的轴向延伸。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述主体上设置有第一止挡部,所述护具上设有第二止挡部,所述第一止挡部用于阻碍所述第二止挡部沿提取方向继续行进,使所述护具在所述第二位置止步。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述主体还包括插入口,供所述第一段进入所述接纳腔;所述第一止挡部设置在所述接纳腔的轴向方向的顶端,且沿径向延伸,所述插入口贯穿所述第一止挡部。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述主体还包括能够产生磁场的第二磁性件,所述第二磁性件设置在所述第二位置附近;
    所述护具至少部分由磁性感应材料制成或者设置有第一磁性件;
    当所述护具位于所述第二位置时,所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性 件之间的磁吸力将所述护具保持在所述第二位置。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述主体还包括磁感应传感器或磁控开关,所述磁感应传感器或磁控开关设置在所述第一位置附近;
    所述护具设置有第一磁性件;
    所述护具位于所述第一位置时,所述磁感应传感器响应于所述第一磁性件所带来的磁场变化而发送信号给处理器以启动或预启动所述加热器工作,或者所述磁控开关导通所述电源与所述加热器的电连接以启动所述加热工作。
  18. 一种气雾生成装置,用于使气溶胶生成制品产生气溶胶,其特征在于,所述气雾生成装置包括主体,所述主体包括:
    壳体,其界定有用于容纳至少部分所述气溶胶生成制品的接纳腔;
    加热器,其至少局部布置在所述接纳腔中,以进入所述气溶胶生成制品内部并加热;
    护具,环设在所述气溶胶生成制品至少局部的外围,并在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,其中所述第一位置为所述护具在所述气雾生成装置内部的行程起点,所述第二位置为所述护具在所述气雾生成装置内部的行程终点;
    其中,所述护具在所述第一位置和所述第二位置时,所述加热器均至少局部地位于所述气溶胶生成制品内部。
  19. 一种从气雾生成装置中提取气溶胶生成制品的方法,其特征在于:
    所述的气溶胶生成制品包括:包含气溶胶生成基质的第一段和包含吸嘴的第二段;
    所述气雾生成装置包括壳体、至少局部设置在所述壳体内部的加热器和护具;
    该方法包括:
    插入所述气溶胶生成制品,使所述第一段与所述护具紧配连接,并且所述加热器插入所述第一段的内部;
    向所述第二段施加提取力,使所述护具和所述第一段一起沿提取方 向运动,并在所述护具运动到其行程终点之后,所述护具在所述提取方向止动,而所述第一段继续沿提取方向运动,使所述第一段脱离所述护具。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于:所述插入所述气溶胶生成制品包括:
    所述气溶胶生成制品推动所述护具从所述行程终点反方向运动至其行程起点。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于:在所述第二段脱离所述护具之后,所述护具自行从所述行程终点反方向运动回行程起点。
  22. 如权利要求18所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,当所述护具和所述第一段一起沿提取方向运动时,所述第一段沿提取方向的行进速度大于或等于所述护具沿提取方向的行进速度。
