在本实施例1中,连接座3在牙刷头2背面处固定或一体设置有底板31,导向杆4插设在底板31上,导向杆4与底板31分体安装,便于装配牙刷头,牙刷头2的背面处固定或一体设置有支座21,底板31上设置有供支座21活动的活动腔311,支座21上设置供导向杆4穿过的通孔211,导向杆4贯穿通孔211设置,不仅起到导向作用,还能限制牙刷头2前后移动,避免牙刷头2敲击牙齿的表面。当然也可在支座上设置有滑槽,导向杆可嵌设在滑槽内,实现导向滑移。
在本实施例1中,导向杆4成圆柱体设置,支座21在靠近底板31的端面上沿牙刷头2的宽度方向设置有导向槽212,与之对应的底板31上设置有导向块312,导向槽212和导向块312分别与导向杆4相互平行,导向块312插设于导向槽212,导向块312和导向 槽212导向滑移配合。当然也可以是支座上设置有导向块,与之对应的底板上设置有导向槽。当然导向杆的截面可设置成矩形状,这样牙刷头只能沿导向杆的轴向导向滑移,就不需要增设导向块和导向槽配合的结构。
在本实施例1中,底板31的宽度大于牙刷头2的宽度,底板31靠近牙刷头2的一侧设置有凸筋313,凸筋313抵设在牙刷头2上。当然也可以是牙刷头在靠近底板的一侧设置有凸筋,凸筋抵设在底板上。
在本实施例1中,偏心结构包括固定或一体设置在传动杆6上的偏心轴61,偏心轴61偏离传动杆6的中心轴设置,牙刷头2上设置有供偏心轴61插设的放置槽22,传动杆6带动偏心轴61做偏心运动,偏心轴61抵靠放置槽22的侧壁从而带动牙刷头2往复移动。
在本实施例1中,电机5固定设置在柄体1上,电机5的输出轴沿柄体1的长度方向设置,电机5的输出轴通过传动套7与传动杆6连接,传动套7与电机5的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,传动套7通过紧配插套的方式同步转动设置在电机5的输出轴上,传动套7与传动杆6通过插接的方式实现两者的周向联动连接。
在本实施例1中,还包括有弹簧8,弹簧8设置有两个,并且分别位于牙刷头2的两侧,两个弹簧8分别且外套于导向杆4,弹簧8的一端抵设在支座21上,弹簧8的另一端抵设在活动腔311的侧壁上。当然也可以不设置弹簧。
实施例2、如图7-图12所示:一种移动式电动牙刷,包括柄体1’和牙刷头2’,牙刷头2’通过连接座3’安装在柄体1’上,连接座3’插套在柄体1’上,连接座3’上设置有导向杆4’,导向杆4’沿牙刷头2’的宽度方向设置,牙刷头2’与导向杆4’导向滑移配合,还包括有驱动牙刷头2’往复移动驱动机构,驱动机构包括电机5’和传动杆6’,该电机5’可自带减速功能,也可以包括马达和减速结构,传动杆6’转动设置在连接座3’上,传动杆6’沿柄体1’的长度方向设置,传动杆6’的一端与电机5’的输 出轴连接,传动杆6’的另一端通过偏心结构与牙刷头2’连接,电机5’的输出轴带动传动杆6’转动,传动杆6’通过偏心结构带动牙刷头2’沿导向杆4’往复移动。其中牙刷头2’的宽度方向为附图12中B所指的方向。
在本实施例2中,连接座3’在牙刷头2’背面处固定或一体设置有底板31’,导向杆4’插设在底板31’上,导向杆4’与底板31’分体安装,便于装配牙刷头,牙刷头2’的背面处固定或一体设置有支座21’,底板31’上设置有供支座21’活动的活动腔311’,活动腔311’与支座21’形状适配,这样可避免牙刷头2’绕导向杆4’转动,支座21’上设置供导向杆4’穿过的通孔211’,导向杆4’贯穿通孔211’设置,不仅起到导向作用,还能限制牙刷头2’前后移动,避免牙刷头2’敲击牙齿的表面。
在本实施例2中,底板31’的宽度大于牙刷头2’的宽度,牙刷头2’在靠近底板31’的一侧设置有凸筋22’,凸筋22’抵设在底板31’上。
在本实施例2中,偏心结构包括固定或一体设置在传动杆6’上的偏心轴61’,偏心轴61’偏离传动杆6’的中心轴设置,牙刷头2’上设置有供偏心轴61’插设的放置槽23’,传动杆6’带动偏心轴61’做偏心运动,偏心轴61’抵靠放置槽23’的侧壁从而带动牙刷头2’往复移动。
在本实施例2中,电机5’固定设置在柄体1’上,电机5’的输出轴沿柄体1’的长度方向设置,电机5’的输出轴通过传动套7’与传动杆6’连接,传动套7’与电机5’的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,传动套7’通过紧配插套的方式同步转动设置在电机5’的输出轴上,传动套7’与传动杆6’通过插接的方式实现两者的周向联动连接。
在本实施例2中,还包括有弹簧8’,弹簧8’设置有两个,并且分别位于牙刷头2’的两侧,两个弹簧8’分别且外套于导向杆4’,支座21’在通孔211’的两端处分别设置有定位槽212’,两个弹簧7分别置于两个定位槽212’处,弹簧8’的一端抵设在定位 槽212’的底面上,弹簧8’的另一端抵设在活动腔311’的侧壁上。当然也可以不设置弹簧。
以上实施例,只是本发明优选地具体实施例,本领域技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种移动式电动牙刷,包括柄体和牙刷头,牙刷头通过连接座安装在柄体上,其特征在于:所述连接座上设置有导向杆,导向杆沿牙刷头的宽度方向设置,所述牙刷头套设在导向杆上,并且与导向杆导向滑移配合,还包括有驱动牙刷头往复移动驱动机构,驱动机构包括电机和传动杆,所述传动杆转动设置在连接座上,传动杆沿柄体的长度方向设置,传动杆的一端与电机的输出轴连接,传动杆的另一端通过偏心结构与牙刷头连接,电机的输出轴带动传动杆转动,传动杆通过偏心结构带动牙刷头沿导向杆往复移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种移动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述连接座在牙刷头背面处固定或一体设置有底板,导向杆设置在底板上,所述牙刷头的背面处固定或一体设置有支座,底板上设置有供支座活动的活动腔,支座上设置供导向杆穿过的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种移动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述导向杆成圆柱体设置,所述支座在靠近底板的端面上沿牙刷头的宽度方向设置有导向槽或导向块,与之对应的底板上设置有导向块或导向槽,导向槽和导向块分别与导向杆相互平行,导向块插设于导向槽,导向块和导向槽导向滑移配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种移动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述底板的宽度大于牙刷头的宽度,牙刷头在靠近底板的一侧或底板靠近牙刷头的一侧设置有凸筋,凸筋抵设在底板或牙刷头上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种移动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述偏心结构包括固定或一体设置在传动杆上的偏心轴,偏心轴偏离传动杆的中心轴设置,牙刷头上设置有供偏心 轴插设的放置槽,传动杆带动偏心轴做偏心运动,偏心轴抵靠放置槽的侧壁从而带动牙刷头往复移动。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种移动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述电机固定设置在柄体上,电机的输出轴沿柄体的长度方向设置,电机的输出轴通过传动套与传动杆连接,所述传动套与电机的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,传动套同步转动设置在电机的输出轴上,传动套与传动杆周向联动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种移动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:还包括有弹簧,弹簧设置有两个,并且分别位于牙刷头的两侧,两个弹簧分别且外套于导向杆,弹簧的一端抵设在支座上,弹簧的另一端抵设在活动腔的侧壁上。
