通过采用上述方案,该电机装置可自带减速功能,也可以包括马达和减速结构,从而降低输出轴的转速,电机装置的输出轴带动传动杆转动,传动杆通过偏心结构同时驱动外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座在一定角度内往复反向转动,外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座往复转动的角度可根据实际需要而定,在刷牙操作时,外圈刷毛安装座的刷毛和内圈刷毛安装座的刷毛可沿相反的方向同时往复转动,对牙齿的表面进行双向洗刷,并且外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座往复转动角度较小,离心力小,牙膏不易飞离,牙齿的清洁效果更佳,结构简单。
本发明的进一步设置是:所述偏心结构包括固定或一体设置在传动杆的第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴,第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴偏离传动杆的中心轴设置,第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴彼此错位设置,外圈刷毛安装座上设置有供第一偏心轴插设的第一放置槽,内圈刷毛安装座上设置有供第二偏心轴插设的第二放置槽,传动杆带动第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴做偏心运动,第一偏心轴抵靠第一放置槽的侧壁以及第二偏心轴抵靠第二放置槽的侧壁可实现外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座同时往复反向转动。
通过采用上述方案,传动杆带动第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴做偏心运动,第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴可分别抵靠第一放置槽和第二放置槽的侧壁从而带动外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座在一定的角 度内往复反向转动,结构简单,结构更加紧凑,设计合理,并且放置槽的左右两侧的宽度与偏心轴的直径相适配,放置槽的前后两侧的长度大于偏心轴的转动范围,偏心轴只能带动外圈刷毛安装座或内圈刷毛安装座往复转动,不能带动外圈刷毛安装座或内圈刷毛安装座前后移动。
本发明的进一步设置是:所述第一偏心轴上设置有第一球头,所述第一放置槽在对应第一球头的侧壁处设置有第一弧形面,所述第二偏心轴上设置有第二球头,所述第二放置槽在对应第二球头的侧壁处设置有第二弧形面。
通过采用上述方案,第一球头在随第一偏心轴转动的过程中始终与第一放置槽的第一弧形面相接触,第二球头在随第二偏心轴转动的过程中始终与第二放置槽的第二弧形面相接触,这样可降低外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座的转动噪音,也能使外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座的转动更加顺畅稳定,结构简单,设计合理。
本发明的进一步设置是:所述底座在外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座的转动轨迹上设置有止挡块,所述外圈刷毛安装座在靠近底座的一侧设置有第一弹性卡钩,所述内圈刷毛安装座在靠近底座的一侧设置有第二弹性卡钩,第一弹性卡钩和第二弹性卡钩可分别勾设在止挡块上,并可沿止挡块转动,第一弹性卡钩与止挡块配合以及第二弹性卡钩与止挡块配合可限制外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座脱离底座。
通过采用上述方案,第一弹性卡钩和第二弹性卡钩可发生弹性变形,第一弹性卡钩和第二弹性卡钩可分别勾设在止挡块上,不仅可限制外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座脱离底座,而且不会影响外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座进行转动,结构简单,设计合理。
本发明的进一步设置是:所述柄体上转动设置有驱动轴,电机装置的输出轴通过减速组件带动驱动轴转动,驱动轴直接或间接带动传动杆转动。
通过采用上述方案,可通过减速组件调整驱动轴的转速范围,从而使外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座往复转动的速度在合理的区间,又能满足对牙齿的清洁需要,又能减小对牙龈的损伤。
本发明的进一步设置是:所述电机装置的输出轴沿柄体的长度方向设置,所述驱动轴与电机装置的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,驱动轴通过传动套与传动杆连接,所述传动套与驱动轴沿同一中心轴设置,传动套同步转动设置在驱动轴上,传动套与传动杆周向联动连接。
通过采用上述方案,驱动轴、传动套与电机装置的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,节省了安装空间,传动套紧配外套于驱动轴,传动杆与传动套通过插接的方式实现两者的周向联动连接,拆装方便,传动稳定,结构简单,设计合理。
本发明的更进一步设置是:所述柄体在电机装置的输出轴的一旁设置有安装轴,安装轴与电机装置的输出轴相互平行,所述减速组件包括第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮同步转动设置在安装轴上,所述电机装置的输出轴上同步转动设置有与第一传动齿轮相啮合的主动齿轮,驱动轴上同步转动设置有与第二传动齿轮相啮合的从动齿轮。
通过采用上述方案,第一传动齿轮的直径大于主动齿轮的直径,可实现一级减速传动,从动齿轮的直径大于第二传动齿轮的直径,可实现二级减速传动,减速效果更佳,第一传动齿轮的直径大于第二传动齿轮的直径,可满足电机装置的输出轴与驱动轴沿同一中心轴设置的需要,避免传动干涉,通过齿轮传动,也更加稳定,结构简单,设计合理。

具体实施方式
如图1-图10所示,一种转动式电动牙刷,包括柄体1和牙刷头组件,牙刷头组件包括底座2、外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4,底座2安装在柄体1上,外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4均转动设置在底座2上,外圈刷毛安装座3位于内圈刷毛安装座4的外侧,还包括有同时驱动外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4往复反向转动的驱动组件,外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4往复转动的角度可根据实际需要而定,驱动组件包括电机装置5和传动杆6,电机装置5固定设置在柄体1内,传动杆6沿柄体1的长度方向转动设置在底座2上,电机装置5的输出轴可带动传动杆6转动,传动杆6通过偏心结构同时驱动外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4往复反向转动。
在本实施例中,偏心结构包括固定或一体设置在传动杆6的第一偏心轴61和第二偏心轴62,第一偏心轴61和第二偏心轴62偏离传动杆6的中心轴设置,第一偏心轴61和第二偏心轴62彼此错位设置,外圈刷毛安装座3上设置有供第一偏心轴61插设的第一放置槽31,内圈刷毛安装座4上设置有供第二偏心轴62插设的第二放置槽41,传动杆6带动第一偏心轴61和第二偏心轴62做偏心运动,第一偏心轴61抵靠第一放置槽31的侧壁以及第二偏心轴62抵靠第二放置槽41的侧壁可实现外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4同时往复反向转动。当然该偏心结构也可以是,底座上在对应外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座处分别转动设置有齿轮,两个齿轮的中心轴垂直于传动轴的轴向,两个齿轮上分别设置有偏心轴,传 动杆带动两个齿轮转动,两个齿轮分别带动其上的偏心轴转动,两个偏心轴再分别带动外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座往复转动。
在本实施例中,第一偏心轴61上一体设置有第一球头611,第一放置槽31在对应第一球头611的侧壁处设置有第一弧形面311,第二偏心轴62上一体设置有第二球头621,第二放置槽41在对应第二球头621的侧壁处设置有第二弧形面411。
在本实施例中,底座2在外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4的转动轨迹上设置有止挡块21,外圈刷毛安装座3在靠近底座2的一侧一体设置有第一弹性卡钩32,内圈刷毛安装座4在靠近底座2的一侧一体设置有第二弹性卡钩42,第一弹性卡钩32和第二弹性卡钩42可分别勾设在止挡块21上,并可沿止挡块21转动,第一弹性卡钩32与止挡块21配合以及第二弹性卡钩42与止挡块21配合可限制外圈刷毛安装座3和内圈刷毛安装座4脱离底座2。
在本实施例中,柄体1上转动设置有驱动轴7,电机装置5的输出轴通过减速组件带动驱动轴7转动,驱动轴7直接或间接带动传动杆6转动。当然也可以是电机装置自身带减速功能。
在本实施例中,电机装置5的输出轴沿柄体1的长度方向设置,驱动轴7与电机装置5的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,驱动轴5通过传动套8与传动杆6连接,传动套8与驱动轴7沿同一中心轴设置,传动套8通过紧配插套的方式同步转动设置在驱动轴7上,传动套8与传动杆6通过插接的方式实现两者的周向联动连接。当然也可以是:驱动轴7垂直于电机装置5的输出轴设置。当然也可以是:驱动轴与传动杆通过插接的方式直接实现两者的周向联动连接。
在本实施例中,柄体1在电机装置5的输出轴的一旁设置有安装轴91,安装轴91与电机装置5的输出轴相互平行,减速组件包括第一传动齿轮92和第二传动齿轮93,第一传动齿轮92和第二传动齿轮93同步转动设置在安装轴91上,电机装置5的输出轴上同步转动设置有与第一传动齿轮92相啮合的主动齿轮94,驱动轴7上同步转动设置有与第二传动齿轮93相啮合的从动齿轮95,第一 传动齿轮92的直径大于主动齿轮94的直径,可实现一级减速传动,从动齿轮95的直径大于第二传动齿轮93的直径,可实现二级减速传动。当然也可以驱动轴与电机装置的输出轴错开设置,并可设置多组齿轮进行减速操作。
以上实施例,只是本发明优选地具体实施例,本领域技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种转动式电动牙刷,包括柄体和牙刷头组件,牙刷头组件包括底座、外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座,所述底座安装在柄体上,外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座均转动设置在底座上,外圈刷毛安装座位于内圈刷毛安装座的外侧,其特征在于:还包括有同时驱动外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座往复反向转动的驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括电机装置和传动杆,所述电机装置固定设置在柄体内,所述传动杆沿柄体的长度方向转动设置在底座上,电机装置的输出轴可带动传动杆转动,传动杆通过偏心结构同时驱动外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座往复反向转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种转动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述偏心结构包括固定或一体设置在传动杆的第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴,第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴偏离传动杆的中心轴设置,第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴彼此错位设置,外圈刷毛安装座上设置有供第一偏心轴插设的第一放置槽,内圈刷毛安装座上设置有供第二偏心轴插设的第二放置槽,传动杆带动第一偏心轴和第二偏心轴做偏心运动,第一偏心轴抵靠第一放置槽的侧壁以及第二偏心轴抵靠第二放置槽的侧壁可实现外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座同时往复反向转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种转动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述第一偏心轴上设置有第一球头,所述第一放置槽在对应第一球头的侧壁处设置有第一弧形面,所述第二偏心轴上设置有第二球头,所述第二放置槽在对应第二球头的侧壁处设置有第二弧形面。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种转动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述底座在外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座的转动轨迹上设置有止挡块,所述外圈刷毛安装座在靠近底座的一侧 设置有第一弹性卡钩,所述内圈刷毛安装座在靠近底座的一侧设置有第二弹性卡钩,第一弹性卡钩和第二弹性卡钩可分别勾设在止挡块上,并可沿止挡块转动,第一弹性卡钩与止挡块配合以及第二弹性卡钩与止挡块配合可限制外圈刷毛安装座和内圈刷毛安装座脱离底座。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种转动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述柄体上转动设置有驱动轴,电机装置的输出轴通过减速组件带动驱动轴转动,驱动轴直接或间接带动传动杆转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种转动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述电机装置的输出轴沿柄体的长度方向设置,所述驱动轴与电机装置的输出轴沿同一中心轴设置,驱动轴通过传动套与传动杆连接,所述传动套与驱动轴沿同一中心轴设置,传动套同步转动设置在驱动轴上,传动套与传动杆周向联动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种转动式电动牙刷,其特征在于:所述柄体在电机装置的输出轴的一旁设置有安装轴,安装轴与电机装置的输出轴相互平行,所述减速组件包括第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮和第二传动齿轮同步转动设置在安装轴上,所述电机装置的输出轴上同步转动设置有与第一传动齿轮相啮合的主动齿轮,驱动轴上同步转动设置有与第二传动齿轮相啮合的从动齿轮。
