Abstract
本申请公开了一种客票填开控制的方法与装置。本申请技术方案中,规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求;所述规则匹配模块将所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则进行规则匹配;所述规则匹配模块根据所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则的匹配结果,向所述接口模块发送指示许可或禁止的控制信号。本申请中,通过使用规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求,并且对客票填开请求进行匹配,实现了对客票填开操作的有效管控,避免了机票销售流程中因客票填开管控无效导致的业务管理漏洞。
Description
本申请要求于2022年01月20日提交中华人民共和国国家知识产权局、申请号为202210063930.6、申请名称为“一种客票填开控制方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种客票填开控制方法及装置。
在现有技术中,完整的机票销售流程包括:航班预定、客票填开两个环节,航空公司对销售机构的管控诉求,需要覆盖到这两个环节。
在航班预定环节,计算机订座系统已经具备了所谓的“黑名单”功能,支持航空公司通过销售终端规则的形式来设置黑名单,黑名单功能的用途是对违规的销售代理人进行惩罚和对其进行业务的管控,在销售代理人进行航班预定操作时,因为对违规的销售代理人进行惩罚和对其进行业务的管控,从而拒绝违规的销售代理人的航班预定操作,或者在预定环节进行业务调控。
但是在客票填开环节,对于违规的销售代理人,计算机订座系统限制了其航班预定操作却未能限制其客票填开操作,从而导致销售代理人之间可以在不同环节进行配合,依然由本应当限制客票填开权限的销售代理人参与完成了机票销售流程。例如航班预定环节操作受限的销售代理人负责完成客票填开环节的操作,而航班预定环节操作不受限的销售代理人负责完成航班预定环节的操作。可见,由于客票填开环节未能做到对销售代理人有效的业务管控,致使发生业务上的管理漏洞。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本申请提供了一种客票填开控制方法及装置,以解决未对客票填开操作进行控制,导致业务管理漏洞的问题。
本申请实施例公开了如下技术方案:
第一方面,本申请提供一种客票填开控制方法,包括:
规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求;
所述规则匹配模块将所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则进行规则匹配;
所述规则匹配模块根据所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则的匹配结果,向所述接口模块发送指示许可或禁止的控制信号。
第二方面,本申请提供一种客票填开控制装置,包括:规则匹配模块和接口模块;
所述规则匹配模块,用于接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求;
所述规则匹配模块,还用于将所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则进行规则匹配;
所述规则匹配模块,还用于根据所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则的匹配结果,向所述接口模块发送指示许可或禁止的控制信号;
所述接口模块,用于接收所述规则匹配模块发送的指示许可或禁止的控制信号。
相较于现有技术,本申请具有以下有益效果:
本申请技术方案中,利用规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求,规则匹配模块将客票填开请求与规则集合中的客票填开限制规则进行规则匹配,如果客票填开请求与规则集合中的任一客票填开限制规则匹配成功,那么规则匹配模块向接口模块发送指示禁止的控制信号;如果客票填开请求与规则集合中的所有客票填开限制规则匹配成功,那么规则匹配模块向接口模块发送指示许可的控制信号。因此,本申请中通过使用规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求,并且对客票填开请求进行匹配,实现了对客票填开操作的有效管控,避免了机票销售流程中因客票填开管控无效导致的业务管理漏洞。

首先介绍本说明书中可能涉及到的术语含义。
计算机订座系统(CRS):computer reservation system(CRS),是指提供航班班期时刻、舱位可用信息、票价和相关服务信息,并支持通过该系统进行航班预订或客票填开的计算机系统。
机票销售流程:一个完整的机票销售流程包括:航班预定、客票填开两个环节。
客票填开:在计算机订座系统中,根据旅客的预定记录生成电子客票的操作。
客票换开:在计算机订座系统中,将一张电子客票(旧票)换成另一张电子客票(新票)的操作。
电子客票:提供给旅客的用作运输凭证的电子记录。凭借该电子客票,旅客可以办理 乘机手续、搭乘航班,实现出行之目的。
电子客票的数据项包括:票号、销售机构、旅客姓名、旅客身份证件信息、航段、票联状态等数据。
航班预定:机票销售机构的人员或机票销售机构在在线机票销售系统,按照旅客的意愿,为其预定航班座位、生成预定记录的过程。
预定记录:航班预定成功之后,在计算机订座系统生成的电子记录。
预定记录的数据项包括:旅客姓名、旅客身份证件信息、航段、运价信息、销售机构等。
客票填开控制:航空公司基于其管理意图,禁止某些销售机构在计算机订座系统中对于特定的某种预定记录的客票填开操作。
销售代理人:获得航空公司授权,为旅客提供机票销售服务企业/机构。销售代理人可以在计算机订座系统中执行航班预定和客票填开等操作。
客票填开代理人:航班预定和客票填开这两个环节的销售代理人可能不是同一个。因此,使用客票填开代理人来特指执行某次客票填开操作的销售代理人。
方法实施例
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种客票填开控制方法的流程图。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种客票填开控制的方法,包括:
步骤101:规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求。
在本申请实施例中,接口模块收到计算机订座系统发来的原始客票填开控制请求,然后接口模块发送客票填开请求给规则匹配模块,最后规则匹配模块负责接收来自接口模块的客票填开请求。
步骤102:所述规则匹配模块将所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则进行规则匹配。
需要说明的是,客票填开机构信息包括预定系统代号、office号、pcc号、iata号、城市、国家和区域。可以理解的是,客票填开机构信息唯一表征了客票填开机构。若请求中的客票填开机构信息与规则中的客票填开机构信息一致,则表示该机构在该条规则中被限制客票填开。可以理解的是,规则匹配模块将收到的规整化客票填开请求与本模块内部缓存的规则集合中的每条规则,逐个比较。执行规则的整体匹配过程为,如果匹配,规则匹配模块输出禁止信号给接口模块,接口模块发送日志记录给审计模块;如果不匹配,则继续下一条的规则匹配,直到所有规则都不匹配,规则匹配模块输出允许信号给接口模块,接口模块发送日志记录给审计模块。

如表1所示,进行单条规则的匹配过程为:
Ⅰ、对比当前实际的日期时间与客票填开限制规则中的生效日期和失效日期区间:
如果没有落入区间,则结果为本条规则不匹配,本次匹配过程结束,如果落入区间,继续下面的匹配过程。
Ⅱ、对比规整化客票填开请求中的客票填开机构与客票填开限制规则中的客票填开机构:具体地,通过客票填开机构信息比对;
⑴如果预定系统代号一致,继续下面的匹配过程,如果不一致,结果为不匹配,本次匹配过程结束;
⑵如果office号一致,继续下面的匹配过程;如果不一致,结果为不匹配,本次匹配过程结束;
⑶如果pcc号一致,继续下面的匹配过程;如果不一致,结果为不匹配,本次匹配过程结束;
⑷如果iata号一致,继续下面的匹配过程;如果不一致,结果为不匹配,本次匹配过程结束;

如果以上匹配过程全都一致,则结果为匹配,限制该销售代理人的客票填开操作。需要说明的是,对比当前实际的日期时间与客票填开限制规则中的生效日期和失效日期区间、对比规整化客票填开请求中的客票填开机构与客票填开限制规则中的客票填开机构和对比规整化客票填开请求中的预定记录与客票填开限制规则中的预定记录以上三个对比匹配过程都可以任意进行匹配,只是在该实施例中考虑到执行效率的问题,因此采用上述步骤来进行匹配。
步骤103:所述规则匹配模块根据所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则的匹配结果,向所述接口模块发送指示许可或禁止的控制信号。
根据所述步骤102,规则匹配模块可以根据所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则的匹配结果,向所述接口模块发送指示许可或禁止的控制信号,可以理解的是,如果客票填开请求与规则集合中的任一客票填开限制规则匹配成功,那么规则匹配模块向接口模块发送指示禁止的控制信号;如果客票填开请求与规则集合中的所有客票填开限制规则匹配成功,那么规则匹配模块向接口模块发送指示许可的控制信号。
以上即为本申请实施例提供的一种客票填开控制的方法。该方法利用规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求;所述规则匹配模块将所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则进行规则匹配;所述规则匹配模块根据所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的客票填开限制规则的匹配结果,向所述接口模块发送指示许可或禁止的控制信号。本申请中通过使用规则匹配模块接收接口模块提供的客票填开请求,并且对客票填开请求进行匹配,实现了对客票填开操作的有效管控,避免了机票销售流程中因客票填开管控无效导致的业务管理漏洞。实际应用中,由于计算机订座系统并没有对客票填开操作的销售代理人进行业务管控,所以会存在没有对其进行业务管控的销售代理人进行航班预定,对其进行业务管控的销售代理人进行客票填开的这种业务漏洞。为了更好地实现航空公司完整的管理意图,下面结合实施例和附图说明。
参见图2,该图为本申请实施例提供的客票填开控制方法中多个模块的连接示意图。
在本申请实施例提供的方法中,如表2所示,规则管理模块提供人机交互界面和规则变更通知,规则管理员通过规则管理模块提供的人机交互界面对规则进行增、删、改、查等管理类操作,在规则发生任何变化之后,本模块会向规则匹配模块发送规则更新通知。

可以理解的是,如表3所示,在一个示例中,规则管理员可以在人机交互页面在规则管理界面增加限制HSY888客票填开京沪线、限制欧洲代理人客票填开中国国内航段等规则,具体的说,销售代理人(HSY888)存在违规操作,航空公司对其进行惩罚,禁止其部分客票填开行为,对应的限制规则为客票填开机构信息:office号:HSY888;预定记录:航班:北京-上海航线;舱位:KLMNQ等低价折扣舱;航班日期:所有日期;惩罚期:2021年9月1日至2021年12月31日。另一示例中,因为佣金费率的差异,航空公司为了减少其佣金支出,临时禁止欧洲的所有代理人填开包含中国国内航段的电子客票。对应的限制规则为客票填开机构信息:所在区域:欧洲;预定记录:航班:中国国内航段;航班日期:2021年10月1日至2021年10月7日;舱位:所有;惩罚期:2021年9月1日至2021年10月4日。

在本申请实施例提供的方法中,规则匹配模块负责实现客票填开控制决策,具体来说, 就是接收规整化客票填开请求和输出控制信号,其中,如表4所示,一个规整化客票填开请求的完整结构包括客票填开机构信息和预定记录,客票填开机构信息包括预定系统代号、office号、pcc号、iata号、城市和国家,预定记录包括航班号、舱位、航班日期、出发机场、到达机场、出发时刻、到达时刻、出发城市、到达城市、出发国家和到达国家。控制信号分为禁止信号和许可信号,控制信号的计算过程是将客票填开请求与客票填开限制规则集合进行匹配,如果发现有匹配,则输出禁止信号;如果没有发现匹配,则输出许可信号。
需要说明的是,匹配过程中所使用的客票填开限制规则集合,为本模块内部缓存的规则集合,此规则集合的获取和更新机制,规则匹配模块在收到规则更新通知之后,对规则存储模块进行一次规则查询,查询到的规则集合,在本模块内部进行缓存,避免对于存储模块的频繁访问。

在本申请实施例提供的方法中,接口模块负责对接计算机订座系统、提供接口功能,负责接收计算机订座系统发来的原始客票填开控制请求,进行规整化处理之后,得到规整化客票填开请求并提交给规则匹配模块;负责接收规则匹配模块的回应,转发给计算机订座系统,其中,如表5所示,一个原始客票填开控制请求的完整结构包括客票填开机构信息和预定记录,客票填开机构信息包括预定系统代号、office号、pcc号、iata号和城市,预定记录包括航班号、舱位、航班日期、出发机场、到达机场、出发时刻和到达时刻。

接口模块对原始客票填开控制请求进行规整化处理,可以理解的是,接口模块首先处理原始客票填开控制请求的客票填开机构信息,比如说以城市为关键字,查询基础数据city表,得到国家;然后处理原始客票填开控制请求的预定记录,比如说,以出发机场为关键字,查询基础数据airport表,得到出发城市;以出发城市为关键字,查询基础数据city表,得到出发国家;以到达机场为关键字,查询基础数据airport表,得到到达城市;以到达城市为关键字,查询基础数据city表,得到到达国家;最后经过上述处理之后,得到规整化客票填开请求。
在本申请实施例提供的方法中,审计模块负责接收日志记录并对日志记录进行存储。每个日志记录包括客票填开控制的请求和控制信号,以备事后检查校对之用。
在本申请实施例提供的方法中,规则存储模块负责存储所有的客票填开限制规则,支持对客票填开限制规则的增、删、改、查,其中,如表6所示,规则存储模块中一条客票填开限制规则的完整结构包括客票填开机构、预定记录和规则有效期,客票填开机构信息包括预定系统代号、office号、pcc号、iata号、城市、国家和区域,预定记录包括航班号、舱位、航班日期、出发机场、到达机场、出发时刻、到达时刻、出发城市和到达城市、出发国家、到达国家、出发区域和到达区域,规则有效期包括生效日期和失效日期,需要说明的是,还可以在规则存储模块中查看规则的管理信息。

如图3所示,该方法包括:
规则匹配模块进行规则更新,可以理解的是,规则管理员通过规则管理模块的人机交 互界面,对规则进行增、删、改、等操作,规则存储模块接收到对客票填开限制规则的增、删、改操作,在本模块内部对客票填开限制规则进行持久化存储,以备后用,规则存储模块返回“存储成功”的信息,规则管理模块接收到“存储成功”的信息之后,发“规则更新通知”给规则匹配模块,规则匹配模块收到“规则更新通知”之后,对规则存储模块发出查询请求,规则存储模块返回规则查询结果,包含所有当前有效的规则,规则匹配模块收到规则查询结果,在本模块内部对查询结果进行缓存,以备后用。
客票填开控制请求的处理,可以理解的是,接口模块收到计算机订座系统发来的原始客票填开控制请求,接口模块对收到原始的客票填开控制请求进行规整化处理,得到规整化客票填开请求,接口模块发送规整请求给规则匹配模块,规则匹配模块将客票填开请求与本模块内部缓存的规则集合进行规则匹配,如果结果是匹配,则输出禁止信号;如果结果是不匹配,则输出许可信号,接口模块接收规则匹配模块发来的信号,接口模块将收到的信号转发给计算机订座系统,接口模块发送日志给审计模块,日志的内容包括接口模块接收到的客票填开控制请求和发出的控制信号,审计模块接收到日志后并对日志进行存储,以备后用。

- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述规则匹配模块,具体包括:第一发送单元,用于当所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的任一客票填开限制规则匹配成功,所述规则匹配模块向所述接口模块发送指示禁止的控制信号;第二发送单元,用于当所述客票填开请求与所述规则集合中的所有客票填开限制规则均匹配失败,所述规则匹配模块向所述接口模块发送指示许可的控制信号。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则均包含客票填开机构信息和预定记录;所述客票填开限制规则还包括:规则有效期;所述规则匹配模块,具体包括:第一确定单元,用于当前日期在所述规则有效期内,所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则中的客票填开机构信息匹配成功,且所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则中的预定记录匹配成功时,确定所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则匹配成功;第二确定单元,用于当所述当前日期不在所述规则有效期内,或者所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则中的客票填开机构信息匹配失败,或者所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则中的预定记录匹配失败时,确定所述客票填开请求和所述客票填开限制规则匹配失败。
- 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接口模块,还包括请求接收单元和信息规整化单元;所述请求接收单元,用于接收计算机订座系统提供的原始客票填开控制请求;所述信息规整化单元,用于依据预设的信息转换关系对所述原始客票填开控制请求中的信息进行规整化,得到所述客票填开请求。
- 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接口模块还包括转发单元;所述转发单元用于向计算机订座系统转发所述控制信号。
- 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接口模块还包括日志生成单元,所述日志生成单元用于根据所述客票填开请求和所述控制信号生成日志;所述装置还包括:审计模块,用于接收所述接口模块发送所述日志。
- 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:规则管理模块和规则存储模块;所述规则管理模块,用于响应于用户操作,对客票填开限制规则进行管理;所述规则存储模块,用于接收所述规则管理模块的管理指令,在所述规则存储模块内部进行规则存储,并在存储结束后向所述规则管理模块发送存储成功的信息;所述规则管理模块,还用于根据所述存储成功的信息向所述规则匹配模块发送规则更新通知消息;所述规则匹配模块,还用于根据所述规则更新通知消息,向所述规则存储模块发送规则集合查询请求;所述规则存储模块,还用于根据所述规则集合查询请求,向所述规则匹配模块返回更新后的规则集合的规则集合查询结果;所述规则匹配模块,还用于在所述规则匹配模块内部对所述更新后的规则集合进行缓存。
