虽然现在在农业林业道路等领域打桩式破碎锤已经得到广泛的应用,但是无法应对国内外市场大环境客户的不同需求,现有技术的打桩机的破碎锤功能比较单一,当需要进行打桩时,需要人力来辅助直立立桩后进行打桩,比较费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动立桩打桩机,解决现有技术需要辅助直立立桩的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种自动立桩打桩机,包括机芯,所述机芯底端固定安装有上缸体,所述上缸体一侧面固定连接有上缸体夹紧板,所述上缸体夹紧板一表面螺纹连接有若干侧安装板,侧安装板关于上缸体对称设置有两个,所述侧安装板内壁螺纹连接有下缸体夹紧板,所述下缸体夹紧板一表面固定连接有下缸体,上缸体和下缸体均安装在两个侧安装板中央,所述侧安装板两个外侧面均固定连接有油缸连接侧板,油缸连接侧板关于侧安装板对称设置有两个,所述油缸连接侧板一表面固定安装有油缸,所述下缸体的输出端传动连接有锤头,所述油缸的输出端传动连接有圆弧抓手,圆弧抓手与锤头位置相适应,圆弧抓手相对于油缸可360°旋转。

本发明通过设置油缸、圆弧抓手和连接螺栓,设计简单实用,在静止时,圆弧抓手上端较短,下端较长,从而受重力影响,一侧自然下垂在下 方,短的一侧在上方,当抓取立桩时,圆弧抓手抓紧立桩,随着立桩直立圆弧抓手跟随立桩旋转,当立桩竖直时,圆弧抓手旋转水平,驾驶员通过操控油缸的液压控制系统,来实现圆弧抓手的伸缩力量,不需液压操控抓手旋转,圆弧抓手可自行跟随立桩直立转动过程中的角度旋转,根据工况的不同提供了更多的抓手连接方式,如顶针式抓手、圆盘式抓手等方式供用户选择,适应多种情况使用,更换简单方便,节约了成本,不需要人力的搬抬和扶正立桩,工作中驾驶员在驾驶室可自行操作,不需要额外人员辅助直立立桩,避免了人力资源的浪费,降低了用工成本。
