壳体包括挡部15,挡部15邻近总入水口4设置,挡部15与第一侧边框131、第九隔板部129和第十隔板部1210均密封固定,第二子配合部1422与挡部15密封固定,第一基部141与挡部15具有间隙,间隙大致位于第二子配合部1422与第一侧边框131之间,总出水口5与间隙连通。
参考图2和图4,软水器包括位于第九隔板部129和第十隔板部1210之间的主流通通道、位于第二隔板部122与第三侧边框133之间的第一副流通通道、位于第三隔板部123与所述第二侧边框132之间的第二副流通通道、位于第四隔板部124与第九隔板部129之间的第三副流通通道、位于第六隔板部126与第三侧边框133之间的第四副流通通道、位于第八隔板部128与所述第四侧边框134之间的第五副流通通道、位于第五侧壁31与所述第五隔板部125之间的第三流通腔、位于第六侧壁32与第六隔板部126之间的第四流通腔、位于第七隔板部127与第十隔板部1210之间的第六副流通通道。
参考图2和图4,第一基部141与挡部15之间的间隙连通第三副流通通道和第六副流通通道,软水器还包括总出水口5,总出水口5位于第一侧边框131,总出水口5与间隙连通,总入水口4位于第一侧边框131且与主流通通道连通,便于安装。
参考图2和图4,软水器工作时,水流的其中一流动路径为:总入水口4→主流通通道→第一副流通通道→第二副流通通道→第一流通腔16→第一电极组件2的水流通道→第二流通腔17→第三副流通通道→第一基部141与挡部15之间的间隙→总出水口5;水流的另一流动路径为:总入水口4→主流通通道→第四副流通通道→第五副流通通道→第三流通腔18→第二电极组件3的水流通道→第四流通腔19→第六副流通通道→总出水口5,提高水软化器的软水量,减少软化后的水与原水汇合,提高软水效果。
当然,上盖14也可以为一平板,挡部15的远离底壁111的壁面相对于第一侧边框131的远离底壁111的壁面、第九隔板部129的远离底壁111的壁面、第十隔板部1210远离底壁111的壁面更靠近底壁111,此处不做赘述。
参考图2,第一隔板部121在第一电极组件2的厚度方向的投影与第一电极组件2的一侧在第一电极组件2的厚度方向的投影的夹角为θ,5°≤θ≤30°,第一隔板部121相对于第一侧壁21倾斜设置,使得水在第一电极组件2的流速更加均匀。
参考图2,第二隔板部122相对于第二侧壁22倾斜设置,例如,第一隔板部121与第二隔板部122大致平行,当软水器竖直安装时,可以使得软化后的水减速扩压,便于水流动,此处不做赘述。
参考图2,第三侧边框133与第二侧壁22大致平行,第二隔板部123相对于第三侧边框133倾斜设置,便于水的流动,第三侧边框133与所述第六侧壁32大致平行,第六隔板部126相对于第三侧边框133倾斜设置,便于水的流动,此处不做赘述。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种软水器,包括壳体和第一电极组件(2),所述壳体具有容纳腔,所述第一电极组件(2)位于所述容纳腔,其特征在于,所述第一电极组件(2)大致呈板状,所述软水器具有总入水口(4)、总出水口(5),所述第一电极组件(2)具有第一入水口和第一出水口,所述第一入水口位于所述第一电极组件(2)的一侧,所述第一出水口位于所述第一电极组件(2)的另一侧,所述总入水口(4)与所述第一入水口连通,所述总出水口(5)与所述第一出水口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一隔板部(121),所述第一隔板部(121)与所述第一电极组件(2)的一侧相对,所述软水器包括第一流通腔(16),所述第一流通腔(16)与所述第一入水口连通,所述第一流通腔(16)位于所述第一隔板部(121)和所述第一电极组件(2)的一侧之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述第一隔板部(121)在所述第一电极组件(2)的厚度方向的投影与所述第一电极组件(2)的一侧在所述第一电极组件(2)的厚度方向的投影的夹角为θ,5°≤θ≤30°。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第二隔板部(122),所述第二隔板部(122)与所述第一电极组件(2)的另一侧相对,所述软水器包括第二流通腔(17),所述第二流通腔(17)与所述第一出水口连通,所述第二流通腔(17)位于所述第二隔板部(122)和所述第一电极组件(2)的另一侧之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述第一电极组件(2)包括第一侧壁(21)、第二侧壁(22)、第三侧壁(23)和第四侧壁(24),所述第一侧壁(21)与所述第二侧壁(22)大致垂直,所述第一侧壁(21)与所述第三侧壁(23)大致平行,所述第三侧壁(23)与所述第四侧壁(24)大致垂直,所述第一隔板部(121)与所述第一侧壁(21)相对,所述第一流通腔(16)位于所述第一隔板部(121)与所述第一侧壁(21)之间,所述第二隔板部(122)与所述第二侧壁(22)相对,所述第二流通腔(17)位于所述第二隔板部(122)与所述第二侧壁(22)之间,所述壳体包括第 三隔板部(123)和第四隔板部(124),所述第三隔板部(123)与所述第三侧壁(23)相对,所述第四隔板部(124)与所述第四侧壁(24)相对,所述第三隔板部(123)与所述第三侧壁(23)密封连接,所述第四隔板部(124)与所述第四侧壁(24)密封连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述软水器包括第二电极组件(3),所述第二电极组件(3)位于所述容纳腔,所述第二电极组件(3)大致呈板状,所述第二电极组件(3)具有第二入水口和第二出水口,所述第二入水口位于所述第二电极组件(3)的一侧,所述第二出水口位于所述第二电极组件(3)的另一侧,所述总入水口(4)与所述第二入水口连通,所述总出水口(5)与所述第二出水口连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述第二电极组件(3)包括第五侧壁(31)、第六侧壁(32)、第七侧壁(33)和第八侧壁(34),所述第五侧壁(31)与所述第六侧壁(32)大致垂直,所述第五侧壁(31)与所述第七侧壁(33)大致平行,所述第七侧壁(33)与所述第八侧壁(34)大致垂直,所述壳体包括第五隔板部(125)、第六隔板部(126)、第七隔板部(127)和第八隔板部(128),所述第五隔板部(125)与所述第五侧壁(31)相对,所述第六隔板部(126)与所述第六侧壁(32)相对,所述第七隔板部(127)与所述第七侧壁(33)相对,所述第八隔板部(128)与所述第八侧壁(34)相对,所述第七隔板部(127)与所述第七侧壁(33)密封连接,所述第八隔板部(128)与所述第八侧壁(34)密封连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括第一侧边框(131)、第二侧边框(132)、第三侧边框(133)和第四侧边框(134),所述第一隔板部(121)形成所述第一侧边框(131)的一部分,所述第二侧边框(132)与所述第三隔板部(123)间隔设置,所述第三侧边框(133)与所述第二隔板部(122)间隔设置,所述第三侧边框(133)与所述第六隔板部(126)间隔设置,所述第四侧边框(134)与所述第八隔板部(128)间隔设置,所述第五隔板部(125)形成所述第一侧边框(131)的一部分;
    所述第三隔板部(123)的远离所述第二隔板部(122)的端部与所述第一侧边框(131)具有间隔,所述第四隔板部(124)的远离所述第一侧边框(131)的端部与所述第二隔板部(122)之间具有间隔,所述第七隔 板部(127)的远离所述第一侧边框(131)的端部与所述第六隔板部(126)之间具有间隔,所述第八隔板部(128)的远离所述第六隔板部(126)的端部与所述第一侧边框(131)之间具有间隔;
    所述壳体包括第九隔板部(129)和第十隔板部(1210),所述第九隔板部(129)、所述第十隔板部(1210)位于所述第四隔板部(124)和所述第七隔板部(127)之间,所述第四隔板部(124)、所述第九隔板部(129)、所述第十隔板部(1210)和所述第七隔板部(127)均大致平行且间隔设置,所述第九隔板部(129)位于所述第二隔板部(122)和所述第一侧边框(131)之间,所述第十隔板部(1210)位于所述第六隔板部(126)与所述第一侧边框(131)之间;
    所述总入水口(4)和所述总出水口(5)位于所述第一侧边框(131)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的软水器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上盖(14),所述上盖(14)包括第一基部(141)和凸出于所述第一基部(141)的配合部,所述配合部大致呈U型,所述配合部包括第一子配合部(1421)、第二子配合部(1422)和第三子配合部(1423),所述第九隔板部(129)与所述第一子配合部(1421)密封固定,所述第十配合部(1210)与所述第三子配合部(1423)密封固定;
    所述壳体包括挡部(15),所述挡部(15)邻近所述总入水口(4)设置,所述挡部(15)与所述第一侧边框(131)、所述第九隔板部(129)和所述第十隔板部(1210)均密封固定,所述第二子配合部(1422)与所述挡部(15)密封固定,所述第一基部(141)与所述挡部(15)具有间隙,所述间隙大致位于所述第二子配合部(1422)与所述第一侧边框(131之间,所述总出水口(5)与所述间隙连通。
