作为本发明的进一步改进,所述控制板的插接止挡臂侧壁上设有凸起部,锁闸侧壁上设有凹陷部,所述控制板的插接止挡臂 上的凸起部能够插设于锁闸侧壁上的凹陷部内,所述控制板的凸起部边缘形成有倒角结构,锁闸侧壁上的凹陷部朝向控制板的插接臂脱出一侧为使凹陷部开口增大的斜面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁体外壳包括外套、下盖、上盖和底盖,所述上盖与下盖开口固定拼接在一起,上盖与下盖共同形成一端开口的桶形结构,上盖和下盖中至少一个上形成有若干间隔设置的密码轮定位槽,密码轮组能够转动的容纳于各个密码轮定位槽内,下盖和上盖内部还共同形成有供控制板两侧壁上转轴安装的两个轴孔和供锁闸容纳的滑道,底盖固定覆盖于上盖和下盖形成的桶形结构开口外侧,底盖上形成有供各个密码轮组的外轮露出的开窗,密码轮组上的密码标识位于外轮圆周外侧表面上,所述外套固定套设于上盖、下盖和底盖共同形成的内壳外侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁体外壳上设有连接孔,上盖、下盖和底盖共同形成的内壳侧壁上形成有插销孔,所述插销孔与锁体外壳侧壁上的连接孔正对,所述连接孔和插销孔内固定插设有一定位销。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述下盖内侧壁上还设有弹簧插孔,控制板复位弹性件一端插设于所述弹簧插孔内,控制板复位弹性件另一端紧抵控制板表面,所述控制板复位弹性件与控制板接触位置位于转轴更靠近插接止挡臂一侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述锁环为一端长度长于另一端长度的非对称结构,其长度长的一端侧壁上形成有一圈环形内凹环和一偏心避让槽,所述上盖和下盖之间还共同形成有供锁环长度长的一端容纳的锁环滑槽,锁环滑槽内固定设有一限位凸起, 所述限位凸起恰伸入锁环的环形内凹环内,所述密码轮组包括外轮、内轮、中心轴和密码轮弹性件,所述内轮圆周方向止动且轴向能够滑动的插设于外轮内侧,内轮上偏心外圆周面露出于外轮外侧并止档于外轮轴向一端端面上,内轮能够转动的套设于中心轴外侧,相邻内轮轴向端面紧密接触,中心轴两端分别形成有径向外扩台阶结构,所述径向外扩台阶结构止挡于位于中心轴两端的内轮端面上,中心轴一端能够伸入到锁环滑槽内并与锁环上的偏心避让槽正对,密码轮弹性件给中心轴另一端提供朝向一端方向的弹性保持力。
作为本发明的进一步改进,锁体外壳内腔中还固定安装有密码轮弹片,密码轮弹片一端形成有与密码轮组一一对应的弹性接触部,所述密码轮组的外轮圆周外侧表面上设有与密码标识对应的接触槽,密码轮弹片一端的弹性接触部能够弹性紧抵密码轮组的外轮表面,且密码轮弹片一端的弹性接触部能够容纳于密码轮组圆周外侧壁上的接触槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过转轴与轴孔配合将控制板安装在锁体内,控制板只能绕转轴的轴线转动,即使受到震动,控制板也不会发生位置偏移,因此锁体掉落或被敲击后,不会出现自行开锁的情况,且,本发明还通过上盖、下盖和底盖形成内壳,密码轮组、锁闸和控制板在内壳中组装方便,降低了锁体组装难度,外套套在内壳外壳侧,锁体外观美观,且对锁体内壳起到缓震效果,本发明简化了底开密码挂锁的组装结构,提高了控制板在锁体内的稳定性,避免了锁体因掉落或敲击而受到震动时自行开锁的潜在风险,提高了挂锁使用安全性。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,包括锁体外壳、锁环9、密码轮组和锁闸6,所述锁体外壳一端形成有两个与内腔连通的锁环9孔,呈U形的锁环9两端分别能够经锁环9孔插入锁体外壳内腔中,锁环9至少一端侧壁上设有卡槽结构22,锁闸6能够沿垂直锁环9延伸方向滑动的安装于锁体外壳的内腔中,锁闸6能够插设于锁环9的卡槽结构22内阻止锁环9脱出锁体外壳的锁环9孔,若干密码轮组分别能够转动的安装于锁体外壳的内腔中,锁体外壳上设有供密码轮组上密码标识露出的开窗,还设有控制板4和控制板复位弹性件5,锁体外壳内腔两相对的侧壁上分别设有一轴孔或转轴19,控制板4两相对的侧壁上分别设有转轴19或轴孔,所述转轴19能够转动的插设于轴孔内,所述控制板4位于转轴19两侧分别形成有插接止挡臂20和接触控制臂21,所述插接止挡臂20能够随控制板4转动到达闭 锁位置或开锁位置,位于闭锁位置的插接止挡臂20与锁闸6接触并阻挡锁闸6脱离锁环9上的卡槽结构22,位于开锁位置的插接止挡臂20与锁闸6分离,所述控制板4的接触控制臂21紧抵密码轮组的各个内轮2偏心外圆周面上,所述控制板复位弹性件5给控制板4提供保持接触控制臂21与密码轮组的内轮2始终紧密接触的弹性保持力。
当各个密码轮组转动到与正确密码正对的状态时,所有内轮2偏心外圆周面上高度最低的部位与控制板4的接触控制臂21正对,控制板4在控制板复位弹性件5的顶出作用下,绕着两侧的转轴19正向旋转,控制板4的插接止挡臂20就会脱离锁闸66,如图7所示。向外拉锁环99时,锁环9上的卡槽可以迫使锁闸6退出,锁环9失去锁闸6的阻挡就可以被顺利拉出,进而实现开锁,锁闸6一般与锁环9上的卡槽通过斜面接触,可以实现顺利退出。
当各个外密码轮组没有转动到与正确密码正对的状态时,就会有一个或多个内轮2偏心外圆周面上高度高的部位与控制板4的接触控制臂21正对,此时,处于锁闭状态的控制板4无法转动,控制板4上的插接止挡臂20与锁闸6保持紧密接触的阻挡状态,锁闸6无法退出锁环9上卡槽结构22,无法开锁,对于处于开锁状态的控制板4来说,当密码组转到错误密码状态时,控制板4的接触控制臂21被一个或多个内轮2偏心外圆周面上高度高的部位顶起,控制板4就会绕其两侧的转轴1919反向旋转,控制板4的插接止挡臂20就会下沉到锁闭状态,紧抵着锁闸6,使锁闸6无法退出锁环9上的卡槽结构22,如图3、图8所示,此时整锁处于锁闭状态。
本发明的控制板4在开锁和闭锁过程中始终绕其两侧的转轴19转动,受到转轴19的约束,无法发生其他方向的运动,且由于其在闭锁状体转动方向受到内轮2偏心外圆周面的阻挡,无论锁体受到如何大的震动,控制板4在锁闭状态都无法发生反向转动到开锁位置,因此,锁体即使受到敲击产生震动,控制板4的插接止挡臂20也无法脱离锁闸6,具有良好的防敲击开锁性能,大大提高了底开密码挂锁的使用安全性。
所述控制板4上的接触控制臂21为梳子状结构,密码轮组的各个外轮1位于接触控制臂21梳子状结构的梳齿间隙中,接触控制臂21的各个梳齿分别紧密接触各个密码轮组的内轮2偏心圆周外侧面。通过类似梳子结构的接触控制臂21,实现了对密码轮组外轮1的避让,同时可以保证与每一个内轮2的偏心圆周外侧面保持紧密接触,接触控制臂21除了采用梳子状结构避让外轮1,也可以通过形成避让凹陷结构来避让外轮1,此类都是本领域技术人员根据本专利很容易想到的等同替换结构,属于本专利保护范围。
所述锁环9两端相对的侧壁上分别设有卡槽结构22,两个锁闸6分别能够沿锁环9宽度方向相对滑动的安装于锁体外壳内部,控制板4的插接止挡臂20随控制板4转动能够插入或退出两个锁闸6之间的间隙内。通过两个锁闸6分别卡住锁环9两端侧壁,提高了锁环9锁闭稳定性,当然也可以只卡住锁环9一端侧壁,只要能阻止锁环9拉出即可。
还设有滑杆8和锁闸弹簧7,两个锁闸6分别能够滑动的套设于滑杆8外侧,锁闸弹簧7套设于滑杆8外侧,且锁闸弹簧7弹性伸缩的两端分别紧抵两个锁闸6相对的侧壁上。滑杆8对两 个锁闸6相对滑动起到导向作用,锁闸弹簧7可以给锁闸6提供保持相互远离的位置状态,使控制板4的插接止挡臂20在锁闭时顺利进入两个锁闸6之间对二者进行滑动阻挡。
所述控制板4的插接止挡臂20侧壁上设有凸起部23,锁闸6侧壁上设有凹陷部24,所述控制板4的插接止挡臂20上的凸起部23能够插设于锁闸6侧壁上的凹陷部24内,所述控制板4的凸起部23边缘形成有倒角结构,锁闸6侧壁上的凹陷部24朝向控制板4的插接臂脱出一侧为使凹陷部24开口增大的斜面。锁闭状态时,控制板4的插接止挡臂20侧壁上的凸起部23可以插在锁闸6侧壁上的凹陷部24内,进一步避免控制板4受到震动发生翻转。
所述锁体外壳包括外套18、下盖11、上盖10和底盖14,所述上盖10与下盖11开口固定拼接在一起,上盖10与下盖11共同形成一端开口的桶形结构,上盖10和下盖11中至少一个上形成有若干间隔设置的密码轮定位槽,密码轮组能够转动的容纳于各个密码轮定位槽内,下盖11和上盖10内部还共同形成有供控制板4两侧壁上转轴19安装的两个轴孔和供锁闸6容纳的滑道,底盖14固定覆盖于上盖10和下盖11形成的桶形结构开口外侧,底盖14上形成有供各个密码轮组的外轮1露出的开窗,密码轮组上的密码标识位于外轮1圆周外侧表面上,所述外套18固定套设于上盖10、下盖11和底盖14共同形成的内壳外侧。通过上盖10、下盖11和底盖14形成了一个内壳,用于对密码轮组、控制板4、锁闸6和锁环9的组装定位,上盖10与下盖11可以为开口方向正对的盖体结构,组装时,先将密码轮组、控制板4、锁闸6和锁环9在下盖11内进行初步组装定位,然 后将上盖10盖在下盖11上,二者通过连接螺丝等连接件进行固定即可,然后将底盖14盖在上盖10和下盖11形成的桶状结构开口处,形成供密码轮组露出的底部外壳,最终将外套18固定套在上盖10、下盖11和底盖14共同形成的锁芯结构外侧即可,该种方式便于锁体的组装,且外套18可以做的更加美观。
所述锁体外壳上设有连接孔25,上盖10、下盖11和底盖14共同形成的内壳侧壁上形成有插销孔26,所述插销孔26与锁体外壳侧壁上的连接孔25正对,所述连接孔25和插销孔26内固定插设有一定位销15。通过定位销15将外套18和内壳进行固定定位,结构简单,最佳在定位销15外侧形成齿形结构,当其紧密插入连接孔25和插销孔26内后,可以与连接孔25或/和插销孔26内侧壁形成嵌合连接,避免定位销15脱落,且该种定位结构,能够防止外界将外套18拆卸下来对锁体进行拆解开锁,此外,外套18与内壳还可以通过焊接、粘接等方式进行定位,此类都是本领域技术人员根据本专利很容易想到的等同替换结构,属于本专利保护范围。
所述下盖11内侧壁上还设有弹簧插孔27,控制板复位弹性件5一端插设于所述弹簧插孔27内,控制板复位弹性件5另一端紧抵控制板4表面,所述控制板复位弹性件5与控制板4接触位置位于转轴19更靠近插接止挡臂20一侧。
控制板复位弹性件5采用压簧结构,通过受压缩产生弹性蓄能,其一端插在下盖11的弹簧插孔27内,起到了定位和导向作用,避免其受压产生横向变形损坏,也可防止其受震动后脱离原位,确保其保持稳定的弹力释放状态。
所述锁环9为一端长度长于另一端长度的非对称结构,其长 度长的一端侧壁上形成有一圈环形内凹环28和一偏心避让槽29,所述上盖10和下盖11之间还共同形成有供锁环9长度长的一端容纳的锁环9滑槽,锁环9滑槽内固定设有一限位凸起17(限位凸起17可以一体成型于锁环9滑槽内,也可以为插在锁环9滑槽侧壁上的销子),所述限位凸起17恰伸入锁环9的环形内凹环28内,所述密码轮组包括外轮1、内轮2、中心轴3和密码轮弹性件13,所述内轮2圆周方向止动且轴向能够滑动的插设于外轮1内侧,内轮2上偏心外圆周面露出于外轮1外侧并止档于外轮1轴向一端端面上,内轮2能够转动的套设于中心轴3外侧,相邻内轮2轴向端面紧密接触,中心轴3两端分别形成有径向外扩台阶结构12,所述径向外扩台阶结构12止挡于位于中心轴3两端的内轮2端面上,中心轴3一端能够伸入到锁环9滑槽内并与锁环9上的偏心避让槽29正对,密码轮弹性件13给中心轴3另一端提供朝向一端方向的弹性保持力。该结构使得挂锁上的锁环9始终与锁体连接,避免了锁环9与锁体分离丢失,锁环9通过拉出一定的距离实现开锁即可,锁环9在密码正确时转动可以顶着中心轴3向另一端方向移动,进而将密码轮组的内轮2顶出到外轮1外侧,使内轮2与外轮1分离,进而可以实现密码修改,密码修改完成后,在密码轮弹性件13作用下可以实现内轮2复位到与外轮1插接状态。
锁体外壳内腔中还固定安装有密码轮弹片16,密码轮弹片16一端形成有与密码轮组一一对应的弹性接触部,所述密码轮组的外轮1圆周外侧表面上设有与密码标识对应的接触槽,密码轮弹片16一端的弹性接触部能够弹性紧抵密码轮组的外轮1表面,且密码轮弹片16一端的弹性接触部能够容纳于密码轮组圆 周外侧壁上的接触槽内。密码轮弹片16始终弹性接触密码轮的外轮1,外轮1每转到一个密码标识与锁体外壳开窗正对位置,密码轮弹片16的弹性接触部就自动进入密码轮轮的接触槽内,实现密码轮组的自动定位,防止密码轮受到拨动力作用乱转。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,包括锁体外壳、锁环(9)、密码轮组和锁闸(6),所述锁体外壳一端形成有两个与内腔连通的锁环孔,呈U形的锁环两端分别能够经锁环孔插入锁体外壳内腔中,锁环至少一端侧壁上设有卡槽结构,锁闸能够沿垂直锁环延伸方向滑动的安装于锁体外壳的内腔中,锁闸能够插设于锁环的卡槽结构内阻止锁环脱出锁体外壳的锁环孔,若干密码轮组分别能够转动的安装于锁体外壳的内腔中,锁体外壳上设有供密码轮组上密码标识露出的开窗,其特征在于:还设有控制板(4)和控制板复位弹性件(5),锁体外壳内腔两相对的侧壁上分别设有一轴孔或转轴(19),控制板两相对的侧壁上分别设有转轴或轴孔,所述转轴能够转动的插设于轴孔内,所述控制板位于转轴两侧分别形成有插接止挡臂(20)和接触控制臂(21),所述插接止挡臂能够随控制板转动到达闭锁位置或开锁位置,位于闭锁位置的插接止挡臂与锁闸接触并阻挡锁闸脱离锁环上的卡槽结构,位于开锁位置的插接止挡臂与锁闸分离,所述控制板的接触控制臂紧抵密码轮组的各个内轮偏心外圆周面上,所述控制板复位弹性件给控制板提供保持接触控制臂与密码轮组的内轮始终紧密接触的弹性保持力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:所述控制板上的接触控制臂为梳子状结构,密码轮组的各个外轮位于接触控制臂梳子状结构的梳齿间隙中,接触控制臂的各个梳齿分别紧密接触各个密码轮组的内轮偏心圆周外侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征 在于:所述锁环两端相对的侧壁上分别设有卡槽结构(22),两个锁闸分别能够沿锁环宽度方向相对滑动的安装于锁体外壳内部,控制板的插接止挡臂随控制板转动能够插入或退出两个锁闸之间的间隙内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:还设有滑杆(8)和锁闸弹簧(7),两个锁闸分别能够滑动的套设于滑杆外侧,锁闸弹簧套设于滑杆外侧,且锁闸弹簧弹性伸缩的两端分别紧抵两个锁闸相对的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:所述控制板的插接止挡臂侧壁上设有凸起部(23),锁闸侧壁上设有凹陷部(24),所述控制板的插接止挡臂上的凸起部能够插设于锁闸侧壁上的凹陷部内,所述控制板的凸起部边缘形成有倒角结构,锁闸侧壁上的凹陷部朝向控制板的插接臂脱出一侧为使凹陷部开口增大的斜面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:所述锁体外壳包括外套(18)、下盖(11)、上盖(10)和底盖(14),所述上盖与下盖开口固定拼接在一起,上盖与下盖共同形成一端开口的桶形结构,上盖和下盖中至少一个上形成有若干间隔设置的密码轮定位槽,密码轮组能够转动的容纳于各个密码轮定位槽内,下盖和上盖内部还共同形成有供控制板两侧壁上转轴安装的两个轴孔和供锁闸容纳的滑道,底盖固定覆盖于上盖和下盖形成的桶形结构开口外侧,底盖上形成有供各个密码轮组的外轮露出的开窗,密码轮组上的密码标识位于外轮圆周外侧表面上,所述外套固定套设于上盖、下盖和底盖共同形成的内壳外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:所述锁体外壳上设有连接孔(25),上盖、下盖和底盖共同形成的内壳侧壁上形成有插销孔(26),所述插销孔与锁体外壳侧壁上的连接孔正对,所述连接孔和插销孔内固定插设有一定位销(15)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:所述下盖内侧壁上还设有弹簧插孔(27),控制板复位弹性件一端插设于所述弹簧插孔内,控制板复位弹性件另一端紧抵控制板表面,所述控制板复位弹性件与控制板接触位置位于转轴更靠近插接止挡臂一侧。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特征在于:所述锁环为一端长度长于另一端长度的非对称结构,其长度长的一端侧壁上形成有一圈环形内凹环(28)和一偏心避让槽(29),所述上盖和下盖之间还共同形成有供锁环长度长的一端容纳的锁环滑槽,锁环滑槽内固定设有一限位凸起(17),所述限位凸起恰伸入锁环的环形内凹环内,所述密码轮组包括外轮(1)、内轮(2)、中心轴(3)和密码轮弹性件(13),所述内轮圆周方向止动且轴向能够滑动的插设于外轮内侧,内轮上偏心外圆周面露出于外轮外侧并止档于外轮轴向一端端面上,内轮能够转动的套设于中心轴外侧,相邻内轮轴向端面紧密接触,中心轴两端分别形成有径向外扩台阶结构(12),所述径向外扩台阶结构止挡于位于中心轴两端的内轮端面上,中心轴一端能够伸入到锁环滑槽内并与锁环上的偏心避让槽正对,密码轮弹性件给中心轴另一端提供朝向一端方向的弹性保持力。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防敲击开启底开密码挂锁,其特 征在于:锁体外壳内腔中还固定安装有密码轮弹片(16),密码轮弹片一端形成有与密码轮组一一对应的弹性接触部,所述密码轮组的外轮圆周外侧表面上设有与密码标识对应的接触槽,密码轮弹片一端的弹性接触部能够弹性紧抵密码轮组的外轮表面,且密码轮弹片一端的弹性接触部能够容纳于密码轮组圆周外侧壁上的接触槽内。
