Description

一种具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置 技术领域
本发明涉及化工生产技术领域,具体涉及一种具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置。
背景技术
乌洛托品是一种无臭略有甜味的白色结晶粉末,作为重要的化工产品,被广泛用作酚醛塑料固化剂、氨基塑料催化剂、橡胶硫化促进剂。在其他工业上,乌洛托品也可作为纺织品生产防缩剂、食品加工防腐剂、利尿剂等使用。
目前乌洛托品的工业制造方法有气相法和液相法两种,其中气相法以甲醛气和氨气作为原料。为避免副反应、保证产品品质,在气相法生产过程中通常要确保氨气的过量,但这也会造成原料的浪费及后续氨吸收塔的负担。
发明内容
针对乌洛托品生产过程中为保证产品品质通入过量氨气而造成的原料浪费及氨吸收塔负担的技术问题,本发明提供一种具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,该生产装置能够根据反应体系pH值自动控制氨气及甲醛气的通入量,使反应体系的pH值维持在一定范围内,对稳定产品品质及节约资源非常重要。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,包括氨化反应器和控制器,氨化反应器设有母液出口与母液进口,母液出口与母液进口通过循环管道连通,循环管道上设有在线pH计,氨化反应器上设有氨气进气管道和甲醛气进气管道,氨气进气管道上设有氨气进气调节阀,甲醛气进气管道上设有甲醛气进气调节阀,在线pH计与控制器信号连接,氨气进气调节阀及甲醛气进气调节阀与控制器电控连接。
进一步的,循环管道上设有母液循环泵和冷却器,母液出口与母液循环泵的进口连通,母液循环泵的出口与冷却器的进口连通,冷却器的出口与母液进口连通。
进一步的,在线pH计安装在母液循环泵与冷却器之间的循环管道上。
进一步的,循环管道上还设有结晶分离槽,氨化反应器的母液出口与结晶分离槽的进口连通,结晶分离槽的出口与母液循环泵的进口连通。
进一步的,控制器为PLC控制器。
进一步的,PLC控制器包括PID控制模块,PID控制模块用于接收在线pH计检测的反应体系pH值,并根据pH值控制氨气进气调节阀及甲醛气进气调节阀的开合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的乌洛托品生产装置具有pH自动调节功能,循环母液的pH值可被稳定控制在规定区间范围,有效保证了产品品质的稳定;同时氨气通入量被控制在合理的范围内,避免了氨气超过量通入带来的原料浪费及吸收塔负担增大的问题,降低了资源及能源的消耗。
本发明通过设置控制器实现pH值的自动控制,避免传统人工操作因操作失误带来的安全风险,大幅减少了劳动强度。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,包括氨化反应器1和PLC控制器8,氨化反应器1设有母液出口与母液进口,母液出口与母液进口通过循环管道2连通,循环管道2上设有母液循环泵3和冷却器4,母液出口与母液循环泵3的进口连通,母液循环泵3的出口与冷却器4的进口连通,母液循环泵3与冷却器4之间的循环管道上安装有在线pH计5,冷却器4的出口与母液进口连通;氨化反应器1上设有氨气进气管道和甲醛气进气管道,氨气进气管道上设有氨气进气调节阀6,甲醛气进气管道上设有甲醛气进气 调节阀7,在线pH计5与控制器8信号连接,氨气进气调节阀6及甲醛气进气调节阀7与控制器8电控连接。
实施例2
如图2所示,在实施例1的基础上,循环管道2上还设有结晶分离槽9,氨化反应器1的母液出口与结晶分离槽9的进口连通,结晶分离槽9的出口与母液循环泵3的进口连通。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,PLC控制器8包括PID控制模块,PID控制模块用于接收在线pH计5检测的反应体系pH值,并根据pH值控制氨气进气调节阀6及甲醛气进气调节阀7的开合。

  1. 一种具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,其特征在于,包括氨化反应器和控制器,氨化反应器设有母液出口与母液进口,母液出口与母液进口通过循环管道连通,循环管道上设有在线pH计,氨化反应器上设有氨气进气管道和甲醛气进气管道,氨气进气管道上设有氨气进气调节阀,甲醛气进气管道上设有甲醛气进气调节阀,在线pH计与控制器信号连接,氨气进气调节阀及甲醛气进气调节阀与控制器电控连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,其特征在于,循环管道上设有母液循环泵和冷却器,母液出口与母液循环泵的进口连通,母液循环泵的出口与冷却器的进口连通,冷却器的出口与母液进口连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,其特征在于,在线pH计安装在母液循环泵与冷却器之间的循环管道上。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,其特征在于,循环管道上还设有结晶分离槽,氨化反应器的母液出口与结晶分离槽的进口连通,结晶分离槽的出口与母液循环泵的进口连通。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,其特征在于,控制器为PLC控制器。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的具有pH自动调节功能的乌洛托品生产装置,其特征在于,PLC控制器包括PID控制模块,PID控制模块用于接收在线pH计检测的反应体系pH值,并根据pH值控制氨气进气调节阀及甲醛气进气调节阀的开合。
