背景技术
室内环境是人们生活的基本场所,大多数人每天平均16小时以上的时间在室内度过。虽然每天大部分时间是在室内度过,但也需经常与外界频繁接触,因此很容易将病菌带入室内,而室内成员同处一个空间,室内环境的质量直接影响着整个家庭的健康。可想而知,室内环境的清洁消毒既是为自己的健康负责,更是为他人的健康着想。
室内环境消毒是健康保障不可或缺的重要工作。清洁对象包括但不限于家居用品,比如室内墙体和地面可能带有多种病菌或病毒。据研究证明:结核杆菌在干燥的痰中可以生存半年之久;炭疽杆菌、破伤风杆菌形成芽胞以后可以数年不死。这些细菌病毒并不是通过简单的清洁就能去除的,必须依靠消毒才可去除。
室内环境的消毒主要表现在以下几个方面:
(1)室内的各种污染源会随着时间不断增加,只有及时地通过室内消毒才能降低室内环境的污染度,而且能杜绝污染源对室内不断的散发污染物质,杜绝污染源在房间或室内进行挥发并对人员健康构成潜在危害。
(2)由于各种污染成分不断的增加还会引起各种细菌滋生,想要能避免细菌的不断滋生,就需要对室内各种金属器皿、墙体及家具表面进行消毒杀菌,才能避免各种有害物质肆意传播。
(3)室内长时间不进行消毒不但有异味,还会有各种菌体存在于空气中。人在深呼吸、说话、打喷嚏时,细菌、病菌会通过人的咽喉部位,接着以飞沫的形式漂浮在空气之中、落在家中的各个角落,如室内有人感染传染病人,其飞沫中携带的病菌更容易感染其他人员。
(4)对于易受群体如老人小孩来说有着极为严重的影响,而且若是身体抵抗能力不足,就会引起身体上的各种疾病,或者可能造成传染病的发生,特别是对呼吸道的影响以及对人体过敏性的反应。
由于现有消毒剂往往专注于单一材质表面的抗菌表现,且抑菌效果随着时间流逝下降显著。因此一种可适用于室内环境多种材质表面可持续抗菌的消毒剂是必不可少的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种可形成长效保护膜,无刺激、无腐蚀性、安全稳定,可应用于大多数材料表面的长效抗菌消毒剂;本发明还有一个目的是提供前述抗菌消毒剂的制备 方法;本发明还有一个目的是提供前述抗菌消毒剂在石材、地板、环氧地坪、墙体、玻璃、金属、织物任意一种材料表面上杀菌和抑菌的应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供了一种长效抗菌消毒剂,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:消毒活性成分0.2-5%,成膜剂1-15%,渗透剂2-10%,余量为溶剂;其中,所述活性成分包括2,4-二氯苄醇或氯化十六烷基吡啶中的任意一种或两者的组合,该抗菌消毒剂的pH为6±0.5。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述消毒活性成分为2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶的组合。发明人发现利用2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶作为消毒活性成分具有显著的协同增效效果,比单独使用任意一种消毒成分的抗菌抑菌效果具有明显提高。值得注意的是,所述消毒活性成分的选用特别注重织物表面的腐蚀性和刺激性,其组分的选用对衣物、家居物品非常友好,不会出现腐蚀、褪色等现象。所述抗菌消毒剂对皮肤无刺激性,在消毒的同时可以呵护使用者的皮肤;无任何刺激性气味,使用安全性高。
另一方面,本发明抗菌消毒剂配方中采用成膜剂,有利于在物体表面形成一层保护膜,极大地延长了消毒活性成分的抑菌能力。
本发明消毒活性成分中的2,4-二氯苄醇具有广泛的微生物杀灭作用,可以对抗多种细菌和真菌,包括酵母菌、霉菌、特别是皮肤表面常见真菌,以及一些革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌。2,4-二氯苄醇可直接与皮肤接触而无危害,副作用,且具有配伍性好,能与各种表面活性剂系列如阴离子、阳离子、非离子和两性的表面活性剂相容。氯化十六烷基吡啶具有良好的表面活性和杀菌消毒性能,是一种阳离子类型消毒剂。在同等使用条件下,氯化十六烷基吡啶对异养菌和铁细菌杀灭率均优于十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵等常用的季铵盐杀菌剂。

本发明提供了前述长效抗菌消毒剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按配方量将消毒活性成分、成膜剂与渗透剂加入到溶剂中,混合均匀,得到混合液;
2)调节pH至6±0.5,混合均匀获得长效抗菌消毒剂。
前述技术方案所述的长效抗菌消毒剂同时具有对石材、地板、环氧地坪、墙体、玻璃、金属、织物材料表面优异的抗菌和抑菌效果。石材表面包括地砖、地板砖、具有石材表面的家居用品等,包括像大理石等天然石材、以及人工合成的石材;地板表面为市场上常见的木质材料表面或具有涂料层的木质材料表面;墙体表面为具有涂料层的碳酸钙、滑石粉等墙体材料的表面;金属表面主要为铝合金、不锈钢等材料;织物材料为纺织行业制衣的常用材料,例如纯棉、亚麻、纤维、化纤、氨纶、腈纶、涤纶、混纺面料等。上述材料广泛应用于人类生活家居的室内环境中。
根据卫生部出版的《消毒技术规范(2002年版本)》第2.1.2.9节公开的“消毒产品消毒效果检验技术规范”进行的微生物杀灭效果评价,本发明提供的长效抗菌消毒剂具有优秀的杀菌和抑菌能力。从杀菌效果上来看,选用2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶的任意一种或两者的消毒活性成分,具有至少99.99%的杀菌率,而选用2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶相配伍的消毒活性成分最高可实现99.9999%以上的杀菌率。从抑菌效果上来看,本发明提供的长效抗菌消毒剂30天的杀灭对数不低于4,90天的杀灭对数不低于2.5。但对于采用2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶的组合,使用后第30天的杀灭对数不低于6,在使用后第90天的杀灭对数不低于5.2。
本发明提供的长效抗菌消毒剂与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:

3)产品配方无腐蚀性,对衣物、家居物品友好,不会产生腐蚀、褪色等现象;

将上述各组分混合均匀,再加入盐酸溶液或氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.5,混合均匀即可得到本品。
实施例2
本实施例提供了另一种长效抗菌消毒剂,按质量百分比包括如下组分:
2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶按质量比3:2混合,0.5%;PVA217与PVA1788按质量比3:1混合,6%;脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、磺基琥珀酸二癸酯钠按质量比2:1:2制成的渗透剂,6%,其余为水。
将上述各自分明混合均匀,再加入盐酸溶液或氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.5,混合均匀即可得到本品。
实施例3
本实施例提供了另一种长效抗菌消毒剂,按质量百分比包括如下组分:
氯化十六烷基吡啶,1%;乙基纤维素,10%;仲烷基磺酸钠、磺基琥珀酸二癸酯钠按质量比2:3制成的渗透剂,5%;其余为水。
将上述各组分混合均匀,再加入盐酸溶液或氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.5,混合均匀即可得到本品。
试验例
根据中华人民共和国卫生部出版的《消毒技术规范(2002年版本)》第2.1.2.9节公开的消毒剂对其它表面消毒模拟现场鉴定试验,以及《WS/T 650-2019抗菌和抑菌效果评价方法》第5.2.7节关于持续抗菌试验公开的试验方法,对实施例1-3制得的消毒剂进行试验,根据对照组菌数计算杀灭对数。
试验结果见表1与表2:

表1备注:样本1-10为天然纤维面料,具体为1-3纯棉布,4-6亚麻,7-10为纤维;样本11-20为化学纤维面料,具体为11-13氨纶;14-16腈纶;17-20为涤纶;样本21-30为混纺面料;杀灭对数值越高表示杀菌效果越好。

表2备注:样本1-10为办公室、卫生间、试验垃圾废物处理间的地面,具体为1-3地板砖表面,4-6为地板表面,7-10为环氧地坪表面;
样本11-20为办公室、卫生间、试验垃圾废物处理间的墙面,具体为11-13玻璃表面,14-16铝合金表面,17-20为无纺布表面;
样本21-30为办公室、卫生间、试验垃圾废物处理间的桌面,具体为21-23木材表面;24-26大理石表面;27-30不锈钢表面。
由表1与表2可见,本发明的长效抗菌的消毒剂,对不同物体表面(毛巾、抹布、衣物等织物;办公室、卫生间、试验垃圾废物处理间地面、桌面、墙面等硬表面)可持续90天保持抗菌率大于99.999%(杀灭对数>5)。
相较于实施例1和实施例3,实施例2的效果更好,抗菌效果更好,抑菌性能更稳定。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明任何形式上和实质上的限制,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明方法的前提下,还将可以做出若干改进和补充,这些改进和补充也应视为本发明的保护范围。凡熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,当可利用以上所揭示的技术内容而做出的些许更动、修饰与演变的等同变化,均为本发明的等效实施例;同时,凡依据本发明的实质技术对上述实施例所作的任何等同变化的更动、修饰与演变,均仍属于本发明的技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括以下组分:消毒活性成分0.2-5%,成膜剂1-15%,渗透剂2-10%,余量为溶剂;其中,所述活性成分包括2,4-二氯苄醇或氯化十六烷基吡啶中的任意一种或两者的组合,该抗菌消毒剂的pH为6±0.5。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述消毒活性成分为2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶的组合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述2,4-二氯苄醇和氯化十六烷基吡啶的质量比为0.5-3:1。
  4. 根据权利要求2-3任意一项所述的一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述成膜剂包括丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯共聚物、有机硅聚合物或乙基纤维素中的任意一种或多种的组合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为有机硅改性丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸树脂按质量比2-4:1混合而成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚、仲烷基磺酸钠或磺基琥珀酸二癸酯钠中的任意一种或多种的组合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种长效抗菌消毒剂,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧烷基醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、磺基琥珀酸二癸酯钠按质量比2:1:2混合而成。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的长效抗菌消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    1)按配方量将消毒活性成分、成膜剂与渗透剂加入到溶剂中,混合均匀,得到混合液;
    2)调节pH至6±0.5,混合均匀获得长效抗菌消毒剂。
  9. 如权利要求2-7任意一项所述的长效抗菌消毒剂在石材、地板、环氧地坪、墙体、玻璃、金属、织物材料表面上杀菌和抑菌的应用。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于:所述长效抗菌消毒剂在使用后第30天的杀灭对数不小于6,在使用后第90天的杀灭对数不低于5.2。
