具体实施方式
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“一端”、“另一端”、“外侧”、“上”、“内侧”、“水平”、“同轴”、“中央”、“端部”、“长度”、“外端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1-11,一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,包括立杆组件一1、立杆组件二3及配合安装于两者之间的卷布支撑组件。
立杆组件一1包括立杆一1a、滑套一1d、气弹簧机构2和张合机构一,立杆一1a的底部设置底座一,所述滑套一1d滑动安装于立杆一1a上,滑套一1d的前后两侧分别与立杆一1a之间配合安装张合机构一,滑套一1d能够通过上下移动带动张合机构一张合,所述气弹簧机构用以为滑套一1d的上移提供助力。
立杆组件二3包括立杆二3a、滑套二3d和张合机构二,底杆二3b的底部设置底座二,所述滑套二3d滑动安装于立杆二3a上,滑套二3d的前后两侧分别与立杆二3a之间配合安装张合机构二,滑套二3d能够通过上下移动带动张合机构二张合。
在一些实施例中,立杆组件二3内也可以设置气弹簧机构2。
卷布支撑组件包括顶卷布管机构4、两根拉布管5和两块顶布6,所述顶卷布 管机构4配合安装于立杆一1a与立杆二3a之间,两根拉布管5前后布置,分别配合安装于同侧的张合机构一与张合机构二之间,两块顶布6前后布置,每块顶布6分别与顶卷布管机构4和对应的拉布管5连接并卷绕于顶卷布管机构4上,当张合机构一和张合机构二张开时,两者能够带动拉布管5远离顶卷布管机构,使顶布6展开。
可以理解,在上述技术方案中,本发明通过张合机构一和张合机构二的张合带动卷布支撑组件活动,帮助顶布6实现两侧张合方式,而且本发明仅具有两根立杆,具有造型和顶布张合方式新颖的优点。而且本发明设置了气弹簧机构2,在向上推动滑套一1d时,能够借助气弹簧机构2的推力,使本发明的展开操作更加方便省力。
气弹簧机构2包括气弹簧2a、滑轮组和牵引绳2d,所述牵引绳2d用以带动滑套一1d上移,所述滑轮组用以为牵引绳2d提供换向,所述气弹簧2a用以带动牵引绳2d活动。
其中,所述滑轮组包括三个滑轮一2b和两个滑轮二2c,所述气弹簧2a设置于立杆一1a内,上端与立杆一1a连接,该端设置滑轮一2b,气弹簧2a下端设置滑轮二2c,所述牵引绳2d绕设于滑轮一2b和滑轮二2c上,并且牵引绳2d的两端分别与滑套一1d上的吊耳一1da连接。
由于设置了滑轮组,当气弹簧2a的下端伸长并带动滑轮二2c下移时,牵引绳2d能够带动滑套一1d上移。
需要说明的是,本发明中的气弹簧机构2还可以采用其它方式设置。
张合机构一包括斜拉杆一1b和吊杆一1c,所述斜拉杆一1b一端与滑套一1d铰接,另一端用以安装拉布管5,所述吊杆一1c位于斜拉杆一1b上端,其一端与斜拉杆一1b铰接,另一端与立杆一1a铰接。张合机构二包括斜拉杆二3b和吊 杆二3c,所述斜拉杆二3b一端与滑套二3d铰接,另一端用以安装拉布管5,所述吊杆二3c位于斜拉杆二3b上端,其一端与斜拉杆二3b铰接,另一端与立杆二3a铰接。
顶卷布管机构包括顶卷布管4a、中间轴组件和扭簧4b,所述中间轴组件用以与立杆一1a和立杆二3a配合安装,所述顶卷布管4a转动套设于中间轴组件上,所述扭簧4b一端与顶卷布管4a连接,另一端与中间轴组件连接,当顶卷布管4a相对中间轴组件发生自转时,扭簧4b能够为顶卷布管4a的复位转动提供弹力。
其中,中间轴组件包括左右两根同轴的中间轴4d,左端中间轴4d的左端与设置于气弹簧2a顶部的立杆接头一1f配合安装,该中间轴4d的右端通过通孔与扭簧4b连接,通过立杆一1a对该中间轴4d进行支撑,右端中间轴4d的右端与设置于立杆二3a顶部的立杆接头二3f配合安装,该中间轴4d的左端通过通孔与扭簧4b连接,通过立杆二3a对该中间轴4d进行支撑。两根中间轴4d也可以设计为一体结构。
其中,所述扭簧4b同样有左右两个,均位于顶卷布管4a内并分别套接于两个中间轴4d上。
其中,顶卷布管4a的左右两端分别具有端盖4c,端盖4c与顶卷布管4a插接配合,并且顶卷布管4a上具有两条用以与顶布6的凸结卡接的凹槽,端盖4c具有与凹槽一相匹配的凹槽二,顶卷布管4a通过凹槽一与凹槽二的配合带动端盖4c转动,端盖4c与中间轴4d之间能够通过轴承实现转动连接,端盖4c上设置用以与扭簧4b连接的限位结构。
立杆一1a上下设置上锁定结构一1aa和下锁定结构一1ab,所述立杆二3a上下设置上锁定结构二3aa和下锁定结构二3ab;当所述户外遮阳篷处于收合状态时,滑套一1d与下锁定结构一1ab锁定配合,滑套二3d与下锁定结构二3ab 锁定配合;当所述户外遮阳篷处于展开状态时,滑套一1d与上锁定结构一1aa锁定配合,滑套二3d与上锁定结构二3aa锁定配合。
其中,所述滑套一1d上设置卡销一1e,所述卡销一1e用以与上锁定结构一1aa和下锁定结构一1ab锁定配合;所述滑套二3d上设置卡销二3e,所述卡销二3e用以与上锁定结构二3aa和下锁定结构二3ab锁定配合。上锁定结构一1aa、下锁定结构一1ab、上锁定结构二3aa和下锁定结构二3ab优选为通孔结构。
本发明提出了两种结构:一:气弹簧机构2安装于立杆组件一1内,推动滑套一1d实现顶布6打开的结构;二:扭簧4b设置在顶卷布管4a内部,通过扭簧4b的反向扭力实现顶布6收合的结构。
本发明设定气弹簧机构2安装于立杆组件一1,在立杆一1a外部具有滑套一1d,气弹簧2a和滑套一1d通过牵引绳2d连接,具体表现为气弹簧2a打开时,滑套一1d向上移动。
本技术方案中,前后两侧的拉布管5两端分别连接斜拉杆一1b和斜拉杆二3b,给顶卷布管4a设置一个与顶布6打开方向相反的回弹扭力,具体表现为顶卷布管4a有向内收缩顶布6的趋势。具体地,本发明设定扭簧4b安装于顶卷布管4a内部,两片顶布6以卷布的方式收纳于顶卷布管4a上,两片顶布6的末端连接两侧的拉布管5,通过扭簧4b给顶卷布管4a设置一个与卷布打开方向相反的扭力,使顶卷布管4a有回弹力。
本发明设定滑套与卡销配合组装,则简化了小配件的安装方式,降低了配件丢失的可能性。
在本发明中,滑套一1d上滑时会将顶布6向外拉开,则顶卷布管4a内部扭簧4b会随着顶卷布管4a的旋转不断积累反向回弹扭力,回弹扭力通过斜拉杆一1b、吊杆一1c、斜拉杆二3b、吊杆二3c的转化表现为对滑套一1d和滑套二3d 向下的压力;用户在对滑套一1d施加向上的推力时,与气弹簧2a拉力结合打开顶布6;对滑套一1d施加向下的拉力时,与扭簧4b的回弹扭力结合会收合顶布6。
本发明中,滑套一1d上设有卡销一1e,滑套二3d上设有卡销二3e,用户将滑套一1d上推至下锁定结构一1ab的位置,并将卡销一1e卡在下锁定结构一1ab上;继而将滑套二3d推到下锁定结构二3ab的位置,并将卡销二3e卡在立杆二3a的下锁定结构二3ab上实现双面开合布顶篷的打开。
本发明中,取掉立杆组件二3的卡销二3e和立杆组件一1的卡销一1e,将立杆组件一1的滑套一1d向下拉闭合顶布6c,并将卡销一1e卡在立杆一1a的上锁定结构一1aa上,卡销二3e卡在立杆二3a的上锁定结构二3aa上实现双面开合布顶篷的闭合。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,包括立杆组件一、立杆组件二及配合安装于两者之间的卷布支撑组件;
    所述立杆组件一包括立杆一、滑套一和张合机构一,所述滑套一滑动安装于立杆一上,滑套一的前后两侧分别与立杆一之间配合安装张合机构一,滑套一能够通过上下移动带动张合机构一张合;
    所述立杆组件二包括立杆二、滑套二和张合机构二,所述滑套二滑动安装于立杆二上,滑套二的前后两侧分别与立杆二之间配合安装张合机构二,滑套二能够通过上下移动带动张合机构二张合;
    所述卷布支撑组件包括顶卷布管机构、拉布管和顶布,所述顶卷布管机构配合安装于立杆一与立杆二之间,所述拉布管配合安装于同侧的张合机构一与张合机构二之间,所述顶布分别与顶卷布管机构和拉布管连接并卷绕于顶卷布管机构上,当张合机构一和张合机构二张开时,两者能够带动拉布管远离顶卷布管机构,使顶布展开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述立杆组件一还包括气弹簧机构,所述气弹簧机构用以为滑套一的上移提供助力。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述气弹簧机构包括气弹簧、滑轮组和牵引绳,所述牵引绳用以带动滑套一上移,所述滑轮组用以为牵引绳提供换向,所述气弹簧用以带动牵引绳活动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述滑轮组包括滑轮一和滑轮二,所述气弹簧设置于立杆一内,其一端与立杆一连接,该端设置滑轮一,气弹簧另一端设置滑轮二,所述牵引绳绕设于滑轮一和滑轮二上,并且牵引绳的两端分别与滑套一连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述张合机构一包括斜拉杆一和吊杆一,所述斜拉杆一一端与滑套一铰接,另一端用以安装拉布管,所述吊杆一一端与斜拉杆一铰接,另一端与立杆一铰接;张合机构二包括斜拉杆二和吊杆二,所述斜拉杆二一端与滑套二铰接,另一端用以安装拉布管,所述吊杆二一端与斜拉杆二铰接,另一端与立杆二铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述顶卷布管机构包括顶卷布管、中间轴组件和扭簧,所述中间轴组件用以与立杆一和立杆二配合安装,所述顶卷布管转动套设于中间轴组件上,所述扭簧一端与顶卷布管连接,另一端与中间轴组件连接,当顶卷布管相对中间轴组件发生自转时,扭簧能够为顶卷布管的复位转动提供弹力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述扭簧位于顶卷布管内并套设于中间轴组件上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述顶卷布管的左右两端分别具有端盖,所述端盖与扭簧连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述中间轴组件包括左右两根中间轴,所述中间轴的外端与立杆一或立杆二配合安装,中间轴的内端与扭簧连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携开合户外遮阳篷,其特征在于,所述立杆一上下设置上锁定结构一和下锁定结构一,所述立杆二上下设置上锁定结构二和下锁定结构二;当所述户外遮阳篷处于收合状态时,滑套一与下锁定结构一锁定配合,滑套二与下锁定结构二锁定配合;当所述户外遮阳篷处于展开状态时,滑套一与上锁定结构一锁定配合,滑套二与上锁定结构二锁定配合。
