Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur elektrolytischen Bereitstellung eines sauerstoffhaltigen und wasserstoffhaltigem Gasgemisches, wobei Strom über Elektroden (11, 12) in ein flüssiges Elektrolysemedium (3) eingeleitet wird und so Sauerstoffgas und Wasserstoffgas erzeugt wird, das aus dem Elektrolysemedium (3) in zumindest teilweise vermischter Form als Elektrolysegas austritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar nach dem Austritt das Elektrolysegas mit einem Zusatzgas, welches niedere Kohlenwasserstoffe umfasst, zu einem Gasgemisch vermischt wird.
