本公开涉及清洁设备,尤其涉及一种清洁系统。
背景技术
人们早期使用的地面清洁工具有扫帚、拖布、地板擦等,这些工具主要是依靠人们的手动操作来完成清洁工作。随着科技的快速发展和社会的不断进步,人们的生活条件不断提高,对生活环境的要求越来越高,清洁理念越来越被重视,因此,人们对地面清洁设备的要求也逐渐提高,比如吸尘器、洗地机、擦地机、滚刷式清洁设备等。为了更好地清理贴附在地面上的垃圾和污渍等,现有的清洁设备一般都配备供水系统等对清洁辊等清洁工具进行清洗,再将污水抽吸至相应的污水桶等清洁装置中进行收集处理。但是现有清洁设备的污水桶等清洁装置,由于结构上存在缺陷,容易造成污水回流、气流回流等,污水中的垃圾等容易贴附在污水桶等清洁装置的内壁上,清理非常麻烦,操作非常不便,费时费力,污水以及污水中的垃圾等不易与气流完全分离,容易进入相应的抽吸装置、甚至堵塞管道、损伤设备等,降低了产品的稳定性、可靠性、清洁效果、使用寿命等,不能满足人们越来越高的需求,影响产品的应用和发展。

一种清洁系统,包括容器主体及设置在容器主体上的抽风口及进污口,容器主体内从上至下依次设置有旋风分离腔和储存腔,储存腔与旋风分离腔的交汇处形成第一通口,容器主体的内腔底部设置有排污口,储存腔下端的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到排污口,排污口与排污阀连接,排污阀能够与排污站连接,抽风口和进污口分别与旋风分离腔连通,在抽风口处的抽吸力作用下,混合有垃圾的污水从进污口进入旋风分离腔且沿旋风分离腔螺旋向下流入储存腔中,混合 有垃圾的污水最终与气流分离。
在一些实施方式中,旋风分离腔下端的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到第一通口,在容器主体水平倾倒的状态下,储存腔的最低点低于第一通口的最低点。
在一些实施方式中,抽风口位于旋风分离腔的顶部中心,旋风分离腔从上至下依次包括第一腔和第二腔,第一腔的横截面从上至下相等,第二腔的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到第一通口,进污口与第一腔连通。
在一些实施方式中,抽风口与抽风管连接,抽风管上设置有进风孔,所有进风孔均被第一滤网遮盖,第一滤网用于阻挡污水和垃圾进入抽风管,抽风管穿过第一腔,且抽风管的下端伸入第二腔。
在一些实施方式中,抽风口与第二连接管连接,第二连接管位于容器主体的上方,第二连接管上端的内腔横截面从上至下逐渐减小。
在一些实施方式中,容器主体包括分离桶和储存桶,旋风分离腔为分离桶的内腔,储存腔为储存桶的内腔,分离桶的底部设置有与储存桶的顶部连接的盖板,第一通口位于盖板上。
在一些实施方式中,盖板的底部设置有向下凸出的第一凸出部及与储存桶连接的第一连接套,第一通口位于第一凸出部上,第一凸出部位于第一连接套内,第一连接套与储存桶之间设置有第一密封圈。

本公开的有益效果是:在使用过程中,该清洁系统与洗地机、擦地机等相应的清洁设备相配合,容器主体安装在相应清洁设备上,抽风口与抽风机等相应的抽吸装置连接,清洁设备清洗地面后产生混合有垃圾的污水,在抽风口处的抽吸力作用下,混合有垃圾的污水从进污口进入旋风分离腔,然后混合有垃圾的污水和气流螺旋向下流入储存腔中,混合有垃圾的污水最终与螺旋气流分离,混合有垃圾的污水沉积在储存腔内,而气流依次从储存腔和旋风分离腔的中部从下向上 螺旋流动,最后气流从抽风口流出,通过螺旋的作用,便于污水和垃圾与气流更好地分离,污水和垃圾不易贴附在容器主体的内壁上,能够更好地保证容器主体内的清洁等,污水和垃圾也不易进入相应的抽吸装置、甚至堵塞管道、损伤设备等,当清洁设备闲置时、每次清洁地面后或需要对容器主体内部清洁时,排污阀与排污站连接,储存腔下端的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到排污口,便于根据需要将容器主体内的污水和垃圾排出到排污站进行收集处理,也便于容器主体内部的自清洁等,不需要将容器主体从清洁设备上拆卸,也不需要经常、频繁地对排污站进行处理,操作更加简单、方便,更加省时省力等,从而提高了产品的稳定性、安全性、可靠性、清洁效果、使用寿命等,能够满足人们越来越高的需求,扩大了产品的应用和发展。

参见图1~7所示,示意性地显示了根据本公开的清洁系统,主要用于洗地机、擦地机等相应的清洁设备。该清洁系统包括容器主体1,容器主体1可以是箱体、桶体或现有技术中其他合适的容器,容器主体1上设置有抽风口2及进污口3,容器主体1内从上至下依次设置有旋风分离腔11和储存腔14,抽风口2和进污口3分别与旋风分离 腔11连通,储存腔14与旋风分离腔11的交汇处形成第一通口15,容器主体1的内腔底部设置有排污口13,储存腔14下端的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到排污口13,比如呈倒锥形、弧形或现有技术中其他合适的形状,排污口13与排污阀7连接,排污阀7能够与排污站8连接。
在使用过程中,该清洁系统与洗地机、擦地机等相应的清洁设备相配合,容器主体1安装在相应清洁设备上,抽风口2与抽风机等相应的抽吸装置连接,清洁设备清洗地面后产生混合有垃圾的污水,在抽风口2处的抽吸力作用下,混合有垃圾的污水从进污口3进入旋风分离腔11,然后混合有垃圾的污水和气流螺旋向下流入储存腔14中,混合有垃圾的污水最终与螺旋气流分离,混合有垃圾的污水沉积在储存腔14内,而气流依次从储存腔14和旋风分离腔11的中部从下向上螺旋流动,最后气流从抽风口2流出,通过螺旋的作用,便于污水和垃圾与气流更好地分离,污水和垃圾不易贴附在容器主体的内壁上,能够更好地保证容器主体1内的清洁等,污水和垃圾也不易进入相应的抽吸装置、甚至堵塞管道、损伤设备等,当清洁设备闲置时、每次清洁地面后或需要对容器主体1内部清洁时,排污阀7与排污站8连接,储存腔14下端的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到排污口13,便于根据需要将容器主体1内的污水和垃圾排出到排污站8进行收集处理,也便于容器主体1内部的自清洁等,不需要将容器主体1从清洁设备上拆卸,也不需要经常、频繁地对排污站8进行处理,操作更加简单、方便,更加省时省力等,从而提高了产品的稳定性、安全性、可靠性、清洁效果、使用寿命等,能够满足人们越来越高的需求,扩大了产品的应用和发展。
排污口13与排污阀7连接,排污阀7能够与排污站8连接,排污站8上设置有污水处理箱,排污阀7能够与污水处理箱连接,根据实际需要,将排污阀7与污水处理箱连接,打开排污阀7,可以将容器主体1内的污水排出到排污站8的污水处理箱进行收集处理。排污站8上还设置有清洁液体箱,当清洁设备闲置时、每次清洁地面后或需要对容器主体1内部清洁时,清洁液体箱能够供应清水、清洗液等清洁液体,在抽风口2处的抽吸力作用下,清洁液体从进污口3进入 旋风分离腔11,通过螺旋的作用,清洁液体在容器主体1内螺旋向下流,能够对容器主体1内部进行清洁,洁后的液体再从排污口13排出到污水处理箱,排污站8上也可以设置有清洁液体池,当清洁设备闲置时、每次清洁地面后或需要对容器主体1内部清洁时,清洁设备的滚刷等清洁工具放置在清洁液体池中,先对滚刷等清洁工具进行清洁,然后在抽风口2处的抽吸力作用下,清洁液体再从进污口3进入旋风分离腔11,进而对容器主体1内部进行清洁,从而便于容器主体1内部的自清洁等。排污站8的大小根据具体情况而定,在满足其他条件的前提下,排污站8可以尽量大,不需要经常、频繁地对排污站8进行处理等。
旋风分离腔11下端的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到第一通口15,比如呈倒锥形或现有技术中其他合适的形状,随着混合有垃圾的污水和气流螺旋向下流,能够对螺旋速度进行补偿,能够保证螺旋作用更加均匀、恒定等,也便于垃圾和污水更好地与气流分离等。
参见图5所示,在容器主体1水平倾倒的状态下,储存腔14的最低点低于第一通口15的最低点,储存腔14的最低点与第一通口15的最低点具有一定的高度差,比如第一通口15与储存腔14偏心、储存腔14为锥形或者储存腔14为现有技术中其他合适的形状等,所以当在容器主体1倾斜或水平倾倒时,还能够防止储存腔14内的液体回流等,更加安全、可靠,在满足该旋风抽吸式容器主体其他结构性能的前提下,储存腔14的最低点与第一通口15的最低点之间的高度差可以尽量的大,防回流效果等更好。
抽风口2位于旋风分离腔11的顶部中心,旋风分离腔11从上至下依次包括第一腔111和第二腔112,第一腔111的横截面从上至下相等,第二腔112的横截面从上至下逐渐减小且延伸到第一通口15,进污口3与第一腔111连通,在抽风口2处的抽吸力作用下,混合有垃圾的污水从进污口3进入旋风分离腔11的第一腔111,然后混合有垃圾的污水和气流依次沿第一腔111和第二腔112螺旋向下流,第一腔111能够保证液体更加均匀、稳定地进入,螺旋效果更好,随着混合有垃圾的污水和气流螺旋向下流,能够对螺旋速度进行补偿,第二腔112能够保证螺旋作用更加均匀、恒定等,也便于垃圾和污水更好 地与气流分离等,而且当容器主体1倾斜或倾倒时,也便于防止液体回流、气体回流等。
抽风口2与抽风管4连接,抽风管4伸入到旋风分离腔11中,便于更好地进行抽风,使得旋风分离腔11内的螺旋风更强、效果更好等,操作也更加方便。
抽风管4上设置有进风孔41,进风孔41的大小、形状等根据具体的情况而定,比如抽风管4沿其圆周方向均布有进风孔41,能够使得旋风分离腔11内的螺旋风更强、效果更好等。所有进风孔41均被第一滤网42遮盖,第一滤网42只允许空气通过,污水和垃圾不能通过第一滤网42的网孔,从而第一滤网42能够阻挡污水和垃圾进入抽风管4,防止污水和垃圾进入相应的抽吸装置、甚至堵塞管道、损伤设备等。抽风管4可以为倒锥形,进风孔41沿抽风管4的锥形外侧壁设置,如果第一滤网42有污水和垃圾,污水和垃圾也能够自动向下滑落,不易堵塞第一滤网42等,更加安全、可靠等。抽风管4穿过第一腔111,并且抽风管4的下端伸入第二腔112,能够使得旋风分离腔11内的螺旋风更强、效果更好等。此外,抽风管4也可以是现有技术中其他合适的形状,在抽风管4的外侧设置弧面或者斜面,进风孔41设置在弧面或者斜面上。
抽风口2与第二连接管6连接,第二连接管6位于容器主体1的上方,第二连接管6上端的内腔横截面从上至下逐渐减小,比如喇叭口等,当通过第二连接管6流出的气流中夹杂有一部分污水时,水汽冷凝后,污水能够沿第二连接管6的内壁自动向下滑落,防止污水和垃圾进入相应的抽吸装置、甚至堵塞管道、损伤设备等,更加安全、可靠等。
容器主体1的顶部设置有上盖12,上盖12与容器主体1可以采用胶粘密封连接等,抽风口2设置在上盖12上,操作更加方便等。进一步地,第二连接管6与上盖12一体成型,结构更加稳固、可靠,操作更加方便。
抽风管4的顶部设置有第一连接部43,第一连接部43可以为圆柱形或现有技术中其他合适的形状,第二连接管6内设置有与第一连接部43相配合的第一槽体61,第一连接部43插入第一槽体61,还 可以进行胶粘密封或者设置卡扣结构等,结构更加紧凑、稳固。
容器主体1可以是桶体、箱体或现有技术中其他合适的容器,比如容器主体1采用桶体式结构,容器主体1包括分离桶101和储存桶102,旋风分离腔11为分离桶101的内腔,储存腔14为储存桶102的内腔,分离桶101的底部设置有与储存桶102的顶部连接的盖板103,第一通口15位于盖板103上,盖板103与储存桶102可以采用螺纹连接、胶粘密封连接等,结构更加简单、稳固,操作等更加方便。
盖板103的底部设置有向下凸出的第一凸出部104,第一通口15位于第一凸出部104上,从而使得第一通口15凸出在储存腔14中,能够更好地防止回流等,更加安全、稳定、可靠。盖板103的底部还设置有与储存桶102连接的第一连接套105,第一凸出部104位于第一连接套105内,第一连接套105与储存桶102之间还可以设置有第一密封圈106,连接更加方便、紧密,结构更加紧凑、稳固、可靠。
进污口3沿容器主体1的侧壁延伸与旋风分离腔11连通,比如进污口3与容器主体1的侧壁大致相切等,便于旋风分离腔11内的螺旋风更强、效果更好等。
进污口3与第一连接管5连接,第一连接管5位于容器主体1的外部,第一连接管5便于清洁设备上相应的装置连接,操作更加方便。参见图6所示,第一连接管5朝进污口3的方向向下倾斜,不仅便于污水和垃圾更好地进入旋风分离腔11,也便于更好地防止液体回流、气体回流等。进一步地,第一连接管5的倾斜角度为20°~30°,效果更好,稳定性和可靠性更高。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述抽风口(2)与抽风管(4)连接,所述抽风管(4)上设置有进风孔(41),所有所述进风孔(41)均被第一滤网(42)遮盖,所述第一滤网(42)用于阻挡污水和垃圾进入所述抽风管(4),所述抽风管(4)穿过所述第一腔(111),且所述抽风管(4)的下端伸入所述第二腔(112)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述抽风口(2)与第二连接管(6)连接,所述第二连接管(6)位于所述容器 主体(1)的上方,所述第二连接管(6)上端的内腔横截面从上至下逐渐减小。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述容器主体(1)包括分离桶(101)和储存桶(102),所述旋风分离腔(11)为所述分离桶(101)的内腔,所述储存腔(14)为所述储存桶(102)的内腔,所述分离桶(101)的底部设置有与所述储存桶(102)的顶部连接的盖板(103),所述第一通口(15)位于所述盖板(103)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述盖板(103)的底部设置有向下凸出的第一凸出部(104)及与所述储存桶(102)连接的第一连接套(105),所述第一通口(15)位于所述第一凸出部(104)上,所述第一凸出部(104)位于所述第一连接套(105)内,所述第一连接套(105)与所述储存桶(102)之间设置有第一密封圈(106)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述进污口(3)沿所述容器主体(1)的侧壁延伸与所述旋风分离腔(11)连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述进污口(3)与第一连接管(5)连接,所述第一连接管(5)位于所述容器主体(1)的外部,所述第一连接管(5)朝所述进污口(3)的方向向下倾斜。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁系统,其特征在于,所述第一连接管(5)的倾斜角度为20°~30°。
