Abstract
本申请提供一种PCR热循环装置及控制方法,属于快速分子诊断技术领域。该PCR热循环装置包括具有恒定的第一温度的第一恒温槽、移动机构和控制模块,该移动机构被配置成将毛细管和测温模块同步移动至第一恒温槽内或从第一恒温槽内取出,以通过第一恒温槽对装于毛细管中的样品进行温度控制;该测温模块被配置成检测温度,该控制模块被配置成:控制模块设置有第一设定温度,当该测温模块在第一恒温槽内测得的温度到达第一设定温度时,该控制模块立即控制该移动机构将毛细管从第一恒温槽内取出,从而通过测温模块间接地对样品的温度进行监测,保证毛细管内样品的温度到达第一温度阈值时能够被及时从第一恒温槽内取出。
