Abstract

Description

一种弯折装置 技术领域
本申请涉及建筑设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种弯折装置。
背景技术
相关技术中,当电线铺设遇到墙角或者因转弯需要时,需将PVC线管进行弯曲,若施工人员用双手直接对PVC线管直接进行弯曲处理,往往会将线管折断或无法保证弯曲处pvc线管内壁的圆滑性而无法满足施工的需求。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种弯折装置,能够避免pvc线管在弯折过程中折断并且在完成折弯后依旧能够保持pvc线管内壁的圆滑性。
根据本申请的第一方面实施例的弯折装置,包括:
弯折件,设置有弯折部,所述弯折部至少包括一个圆弧面,pvc线管能够沿所述圆弧面移动以弯折至一定角度;
第一导向件,固定连接于所述弯折件,所述第一导向件设置有第一通道,所述pvc线管能够相对所述第一通道移动至与所述圆弧面相接。
根据本申请实施例的弯折装置,至少具有如下有益效果:弯折装置包括弯折件和第一导向件,弯折装置包括弯折部,弯折部至少包括一个圆弧面。第一导向件设置有第一通道,pvc线管能够由第一通道移动至与弯折件相接,随后将pvc线管一边移动的同时向pvc线管施加一个朝向圆弧面的压力,使pvc线管沿着圆弧面移动而折弯,由于pvc线管的折弯速度小且弯折角度变化速率低,而能够避免pvc线管折断并且在完成折弯后依旧能够保持pvc线管内壁的圆滑性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,还包括第二导向件,所述弯折部为圆弧形,所述第二导向件固定连接于所述圆弧面,所述第二导向块设置有导向槽,所述第二导向件能够使所述pvc线管沿所述圆弧面弯折而不发生偏移。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第二导向件包括两个导向块,两个所述导向块间隔设置,两个所述导向块与所述圆弧面限定出第一导向槽,所述第一导向槽沿所述圆弧面延伸,所述 第一导向槽的宽度大于所述pvc线管的宽度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第二导向件与所述第一导向件相接,所述第一导向槽连通于所述第一通道。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第二导向件包括两个弹簧,两个所述弹簧固定连接于所述圆弧面,两个所述弹簧与所述圆弧面限定出第二导向槽,两个所述弹簧之间的最小间距大于所述pvc线管的直径。
根据本申请的一些实施例,两个所述弹簧焊接于所述圆弧面。
根据本申请的一些实施例,还包括支撑件,所述支撑件固定连接于所述第一导向件靠近于所述弯折件的一端,所述支撑件包括两个支撑腿,两个所述支撑腿用于支撑所述第一导向件。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述支撑件焊接于所述第一导向件。

参照图1至图5,本申请第一方面实施例提出了一种弯折装置,包括弯折件300和第一导向件100。其中,弯折件300设置有弯折部310,弯折部310至少包括一个圆弧面,pvc线管能够沿圆弧面移动以弯折至一定角度。第一导向件100固定连接于弯折件300,第一导向件100设置有第一通道110,pvc线管能够相对第一通道110移动至与圆弧面相接。其中,弯折件300可以选择直径较大的钢管截取制成,如DN150无缝钢管等,第一导向件100可以选择DN25无缝钢管等。使用过程中,首先将pvc线管穿入随后将pvc线管一边移动的同时向pvc线管施加一个朝向圆弧面的压力,使pvc线管沿着圆弧面移动而折弯,由于pvc线管的折弯速度缓慢而能够避免pvc线管折断并且能够保持pvc线管内壁的圆滑性。同时,pvc的折弯角度可以根据实际需要进行调整,即可完成pvc线管的一次性弯折成型。
参照图1至图5,在一些实施例中,弯折装置还包括第二导向件400,弯折部310为圆弧形,第二导向件400固定连接于圆弧面,第二导向件400设置有导向槽,第二导向件400能够使pvc线管沿圆弧面弯折而不沿弯折部310的轴向方向发生偏移。
参照图4和图5,在一些实施例中,第二导向件400包括两个导向块430,两个导向块430间隔设置,两个导向块430与圆弧面限定出第一导向槽440,第一导向槽440沿圆弧面延 伸,第一导向槽440的宽度大于pvc线管的宽度。pvc线管在弯折过程中,经过第一通道110后进入第一导向槽440,第一导向槽440能够限制pvc线管不沿弯折部310的轴向方向发生偏移,使pvc线管能够沿圆弧面弯折,保证pvc线管弯折的质量。
参照图4,在一些实施例中,第二导向件400与第一导向件100相接,导向槽连通于第一通道110。pvc线管在经过第一通道110后能够直接进入导向槽进行弯折,而能够避免在pvc线管的端部由第一通道110穿出进入导向槽的过程中偏移。
参照图1至图3,在一些实施例中,第二导向件400包括两个弹簧410,两个弹簧410固定连接于圆弧面,两个弹簧410与所述圆弧面限定出第二导向槽420,两个弹簧410之间的最小间距大于pvc线管的直径而避免弹簧410对pvc线管在弯折过程中产生阻碍。另外,由于弹簧410是可变形材质组成的,在pvc线管弯折过程中沿弯折部310的轴向方向偏移时,会使弹簧410发生变形。操作人员能够发现弹簧410的变形而对pvc线管弯折的路径进行及时的调整,从而保证pvc线管弯折的质量。
进一步地,两个弹簧410焊接于圆弧面。对不同直径的pvc线管进行弯折时,两个弹簧410的焊接位置可以随之相应调整,使两个弹簧410之间的距离在不阻挡pvc线管弯折的前提下能够完成导向作用。
参照图1至图5,在一些实施例中,弯折装置还包括支撑件200,支撑件200固定连接于第一导向件100靠近于弯折件300的一端,pvc管穿过第一通道110时会向弯折件300倾斜,操作人员可以较为方便的向pvc线管施加一个朝向圆弧面的力。同时,第一导向件100也能够在pvc线管向上弯折时,向仍处于第一通道110中的pvc线管一个支撑力,而使操作人员在对pvc线管弯折时能够较为省力。支撑件200包括两个支撑腿210,两个支撑腿210用于支撑第一导向件100,两个支撑腿210能够稳定支撑第一导向件100,便于在pvc线管的弯折过程中保持弯折装置的稳定。
进一步地,支撑件200焊接于第一导向件100,实现支撑件200与第一导向件100的稳固连接,避免在使用过程中支撑件200与第一导向件100分离。
上述所提及的材料均是在施工现场常见的工程材料,使得本装置易于组装、方便使用,能够对pvc管的弯折质量有较大的提升。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种弯折装置,其特征在于,包括:
    弯折件,设置有弯折部,所述弯折部至少包括一个圆弧面,pvc线管能够沿所述圆弧面移动以弯折至一定角度;
    第一导向件,固定连接于所述弯折件,所述第一导向件设置有第一通道,所述pvc线管能够相对所述第一通道移动至与所述圆弧面相接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,还包括第二导向件,所述弯折部为圆弧形,所述第二导向件固定连接于所述圆弧面,所述第二导向块设置有导向槽,所述第二导向件能够使所述pvc线管沿所述圆弧面弯折而不发生偏移。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,所述第二导向件包括两个导向块,两个所述导向块间隔设置,两个所述导向块与所述圆弧面限定出第一导向槽,所述第一导向槽沿所述圆弧面延伸,所述第一导向槽的宽度大于所述pvc线管的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,所述第二导向件与所述第一导向件相接,所述第一导向槽连通于所述第一通道。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,所述第二导向件包括两个弹簧,两个所述弹簧固定连接于所述圆弧面,两个所述弹簧与所述圆弧面限定出第二导向槽,两个所述弹簧之间的最小间距大于所述pvc线管的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,两个所述弹簧焊接于所述圆弧面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,还包括支撑件,所述支撑件固定连接于所述第一导向件靠近于所述弯折件的一端,所述支撑件包括两个支撑腿,两个所述支撑腿用于支撑所述第一导向件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的弯折装置,其特征在于,所述支撑件焊接于所述第一导向件。
