发明内容
本申请涉及一种杀虫组合物,包含组分(A)和组分(B),组分(A)是由式(I)表示的吡唑化合物,组分(B)是选自氯噻啉、环氧虫啶、氟吡呋喃酮、哌虫啶、伊维菌素、吡丙醚、氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲氧虫酰肼、虱螨脲中的至少一 种化合物。
已经研究的用于害虫防治的杀虫组合显示,获得高的协同防治效果并不容易。令人惊讶地是,在降低组分(A)和组分(B)的施用率下,甚至组分(A)和组分(B)在一个低施用率范围时变得完全无效的情况下,本申请的杀虫组合物仍旧表现了高度有效的害虫防治效果,获得了意想不到的协同效应。

本申请的杀虫组合物在各种栽培植物上防除大量昆虫特别重要。已惊讶地发现当在植物、植物繁殖材料和/或其周围环境施用本申请的杀虫组合物时特别是在禾谷类、根系作物、油料作物、蔬菜、香料作物、观赏植物,例如硬粒小麦和其他小麦、大麦、燕麦、黑麦、玉米、大豆、油料作物、十字花科、棉花、向日葵、香蕉、稻、油籽油菜、芜菁油菜、糖用甜菜、饲料甜菜、茄子、土豆、禾草、草坪、草皮、饲料禾草、西红柿、韭葱、南瓜、卷心菜、刺茎莴苣、胡椒、黄瓜、甜瓜、芸苔属(Brassica)、甜瓜、菜豆、豌豆、大蒜、洋葱、胡萝卜、块茎植物如土豆、甘蔗、烟草、葡萄施用时,可观察到在防治和处理害虫侵袭 方面的卓越且协同的性能。植物是指生长中的作物和已收获的植物。
本申请杀虫组合物可用于通过使植物与杀虫有效量的本申请杀虫组合物接触来保护生长中的植物以防动物害虫侵袭或侵染。本申请的杀虫组合物施用可以在植物、植物繁殖材料和/或其周围环境被害虫侵染之前和之后进行。
本申请的杀虫组合物还可用于保护生长中的植物以防害虫侵袭或侵染,其通过使该植物与杀虫有效量的本申请的杀虫组合物接触来实施。
组分(A)和组分(B)可以任何所需次序、任何组合,连续或同时施用。另外,在组分(A)和(B)同时施用的情况中,其可以作为包含组分(A)和(B)的组合物来施用。在该情况中,组分(A)和(B)可获自分开的制剂来源并混合在一起(称为罐混型(tank-mix)、即用型、喷汤型或浆料型),任选伴随其它农药,或组分(A)和(B)可作为单一制剂混合物来源获得(称为预混型、浓缩型、配方化合物(或产品)),并任选与其它农药混合在一起。
本申请的组合物的施用率可根据如下因素而变化,例如,根据应用类型、作物类型、组合物中特定活性化合物、植物类型。通常,制剂可用水以约1至约1000克活性组分每公顷的比例稀释,优选比例为约10至约500克活性成分每公顷的比例稀释,最优选的比例为约10至约300克活性成分每公顷的比例稀释。
本文中所用的“植物”,指的是所有植物和植物种群,例如需要或不需要的野生植物或作物植物。
本申请杀虫组合物适用于处理植物繁殖材料尤其是种子,以防害虫尤其是土壤害虫以及保护所得植物的根和芽以防土壤害虫和叶面昆虫;优选保护所得植物的根和芽。更优选保护所得植物的芽以防刺吸式昆虫,其中最优选保护以防蚜虫。
本申请提供一种保护种子以防土壤昆虫以及保护植物的根和芽以防土壤和叶面昆虫的方法,所述方法包括在播种之前和/或在预萌发之后使种子与本申请的杀虫组合物接触。特别优选一种保护植物的根和芽的方法,更优选一种保护植物芽以防刺吸式昆虫的方法,最优选一种保护植物芽以防蚜虫的方法。
合适的种子为禾谷类、根系作物、油料作物、蔬菜、香料作物、观赏植物的种子,例如硬粒小麦和其他小麦、大麦、燕麦、黑麦、玉米、大豆、油料作物、十字花科、棉花、向日葵、香蕉、稻、油籽油菜、芜菁油菜、糖用甜菜、 饲料甜菜、茄子、土豆、禾草、草坪、草皮、饲料禾草、西红柿、韭葱、南瓜、卷心菜、刺茎莴苣、胡椒、黄瓜、甜瓜、芸苔属(Brassica)、甜瓜、菜豆、豌豆、大蒜、洋葱、胡萝卜、块茎植物如土豆、甘蔗、烟草、葡萄、矮牵牛、天竺葵/香叶天竺葵、三色堇和凤仙花的种子。
对种子的施用在播种之前进行,直接施用在种子上或在种子已经预萌发之后施用。种子处理包括所有本领域已知的合适种子处理技术,如拌种、种子涂敷、种子撒粉、种子浸泡和种子压丸。
在种子处理中,本申请的杀虫组合物的施用率通常为0.1g-10kg/100kg种子,优选1g-5kg/100kg种子,更优选1-1000g/100kg种子,尤其是1-200g/100kg种子。
术语“植物繁殖材料”包括但不限于真正的种子、种子切片(seed piece)、吸枝、球茎、鳞茎、果实、块茎、谷粒、插条、伐条(cut shoot)等,并且在优选实施方案中指真正的种子。
与现有技术相比,本申请至少具有以下有益效果:
本申请所提供的含有吡唑化合物的杀虫组合物表现了高度有效的害虫防治效果,获得了意想不到的协同效应。
生物测试:
试验例1蓟马的试验
供试对象:黄瓜黄胸蓟马2龄若虫,供试蓟马采自江苏昆山周市新镇东方农场黄瓜上种群。
试验药剂:将组分(A)、组分(B)原药用丙酮配制成母液,再用0.1%的吐温-80水溶液稀释至所需的浓度。
用小刀将鲜嫩的豇豆豆荚切成长度为2cm左右的片段(豆荚两端平整,不留豆粒孔,便于结果调查),在药液中浸渍15s,以清水(含溶剂及吐温)作为对照。处理后的果荚置于吸水纸上自然晾干,用小镊子夹入离心管中,每管1节。
采用自制吸虫器将虫吸入,然后将试虫弹入药管中,每管20头。将所有处理放置在25℃,12H/12H光照培养箱内培养,72h后调查活虫数,并计算虫口 减退率和防效。每个处理重复4次。
计算方法:
虫口减退率(%)=(药前活虫数-药后活虫数)/药前活虫数×100
防效%=((处理组虫口减退率-对照组虫口减退率)/(100-对照组虫口减退率))×100

试验例2对麦二叉蚜的活性
活性组分以干种子拌种剂施用。通过将单独的活性化合物或活性化合物的组合物与磨细的矿物质混合来制备,得到能在种子表面均匀分布的细粉状组合物。
种子拌种时,先将各个药剂按设计剂量调成浆状液,然后将种子和药液在封闭的玻璃烧瓶内摇动3分钟,待种子均匀着药后,倒出摊开置于通风处,晾干后播种。
试验用土壤和砂来源相同且未经过任何农药处理。每个处理60粒小麦种子,3次重复,每个重复20粒。将所有处理的花盆置于15℃的可控日光温室中。观察作物的生长状况。出苗后每盆定植为15株小麦植株。出苗后第7天,每盆接10只麦二叉蚜。接虫后5天,计数活的蚜虫,并计算虫口减退率及防效。
计算方法:
虫口减退率(%)=(药前活虫数-药后活虫数)/药前活虫数×100
防效%=((处理组虫口减退率-对照组虫口减退率)/(100-对照组虫口减退率))×100

表1和表2表明,本申请的杀虫组合物在防治和处理害虫侵袭方面表现出卓越且协同的性能。
Claims (13)
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其中,所述组分(A)和(B)的重量比是100:1至1:100,优选50:1至1:50,更优选25:1至1:25。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其中,所述组分(B)选自环氧虫啶,且所述组分(A)和(B)的重量比是25:1至1:25,优选10:1至1:1,更优选5:1至1:1。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其中,所述组分(B)选自氟吡呋喃酮,且所述组分(A)和(B)的重量比是50:1至1:20,优选20:1至1:10,更优选16:1至1:5。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其中,所述组分(B)选自氯虫苯甲酰胺,且所述组分(A)和(B)的重量比是10:1至1:50,优选5:1至1:25,更优选1:1至1:20。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其中,所述组分(B)选自虱螨脲,且所述组分(A)和(B)的重量比是50:1至1:50,优选40:1至1:40,更优选25:1至1:25。
- 权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物施用于植物、植物繁殖材料和/或其周围环境以防动物害虫侵袭的用途。
- 根据权利要求7所述的用途,所述动物害虫选自缨翅目类、双翅目类和半翅目类。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用途,所述动物害虫选自蓟马科和蚜科害虫。
- 一种保护生长中的植物以防动物害虫侵袭的方法,其中,使植物与杀虫有效量的权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物接触。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,在植物、植物繁殖材料和/或其周围环境被害虫侵染之前和之后使植物与杀虫有效量的权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物接触。
- 一种保护生长中的植物以防动物害虫侵袭的方法,其中,使植物与权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物接触。
