众所周知门口地垫(如大门口或浴室门口)类型繁多，如布地垫、弹性发泡地垫及塑料地垫等，供踩踏时刮除鞋底或脚底的污物，或吸收脚底或鞋底水份，避免将污物或水带入室内。
地垫受限于组成材质的差异，大多有专用场合，例如，布地垫与弹性发泡地垫吸水功能较佳，但刮除鞋底或脚底污物效果略差，仅适用于室内浴室门口(室内污物较少)，而塑料地垫刮除鞋底或脚底污物效果佳，但不吸水，仅适用于大门口(室外污物较多)。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复层地垫，借由分别具有除污或吸水功能的复数垫体，不仅可产生除污、防止污物被带离、吸水的效果，并且污物易于清理收集，更可产生杀菌、防霉、防污或感温等功能。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明公开了一种复层地垫，包含有：
一吸水垫，铺置于地面，其组成材质包含吸水材料；及
一踩踏垫，抵贴于所述吸水垫的上表面，所述踩踏垫以不吸水的弹性发泡材质制备而成，所述踩踏垫上设有贯通顶、底侧的若干连通部，水份经由各连通部流至所述吸水垫被吸收，
并且所述踩踏垫与所述吸水垫并未贴合仅以若干侧边连接在一起。
其中，所述连通部由弹性发泡材质制备而成，所述连通部为开放性孔洞或贯通所述踩踏垫顶、底的通口中的一种。
其中，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫之间连接部位采用固接或可拆卸地连接中的一种方式接合。
优选的，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的固接方式为高周波加压、超音波加压、胶水配合热加压、发泡贴合或硫化贴合中的一种。
优选的，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的可拆卸方式为利用黏扣带、魔鬼毡或拉链连接、胶水假性贴合、束带、扣接件连接组件中的一种。

前述吸水材料可为硅藻土、陶土、黏土、砂等矿石粉、淤泥、炉渣、高吸水性树脂、尼龙、聚丙烯酸盐等化学粉末或/及植物粉末等。

借由部分连接的吸水垫与踩踏垫，以及中间垫/中间垫上功能层的配合，可产生除污、防止污物被带离、吸水、易于清理污物及中间垫可拆下或撕离及杀菌、防霉、防污或感温等功能。不仅可作为门口踩踏垫，更适于作为浴室及公厕地垫等易发生异味、滋生细菌、发霉的场合，且使用寿命长，具有复数中间垫时可逐一拆下或撕离，较通常使用的专用场合或污物易被带离的地垫使用功效更佳，甚具实用价值。
以上所述，仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
- 一种复层地垫，其特征在于，包含有：一吸水垫，铺置于地面，其组成材质包含吸水材料；及一踩踏垫，抵贴于所述吸水垫的上表面，所述踩踏垫以不吸水的弹性发泡材质制备而成，所述踩踏垫上设有贯通顶、底侧的若干连通部，水份经由各连通部流至所述吸水垫被吸收，并且所述踩踏垫与所述吸水垫并未贴合仅以若干侧边连接在一起。
- 如权利要求1所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述连通部由弹性发泡材质制备而成，所述连通部为开放性孔洞或贯通所述踩踏垫顶、底的通口中的一种。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫之间连接部位采用固接或可拆卸地连接中的一种方式接合。
- 如权利要求3所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的固接方式为高周波加压、超音波加压、胶水配合热加压、发泡贴合或硫化贴合中的一种。
- 如权利要求3所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的可拆卸方式为利用黏扣带、魔鬼毡或拉链连接、胶水假性贴合、束带、扣接件连接组件中的一种。
- 如权利要求3所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的周侧皆连接在一起，所述踩踏垫切设有若干第一切线，用以自所述第一切线撑开踩踏垫。
- 如权利要求1所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，还包含有若干中间垫，所述中间垫以吸水材质制备而成，所述中间垫设置于所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫之间，其至少一侧可拆解地连接所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的连接部位。
- 如权利要求7所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述中间垫对应踩踏垫的一面设有一功能层，所述功能层以杀菌材料、防霉材料、防污材料或感温材料或印刷图案中的一种材料构成。
- 如权利要求7所述的复层地垫，其特征在于，所述中间垫上分别切设有若干第二切线，用以经由撑开的各第二切线拆解中间垫。
