其中,所述连通部由弹性发泡材质制备而成,所述连通部为开放性孔洞或贯通所述踩踏垫顶、底的通口中的一种。
其中,所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫之间连接部位采用固接或可拆卸地连接中的一种方式接合。

再者,如前所述,该中间垫42与吸水垫12皆可分别为软式或硬式垫体,因此,本发明该复层地垫可具有多种软硬搭配组合,以因应不同使用场合,例如,该中间垫42为软质、吸水垫12为软质,或该中间垫42为硬质、吸水垫12为软质,或者该中间垫42为硬质、吸水垫12为硬质等多种软硬搭配组合。当然,若该中间垫42为复数片时,同样可有多种软硬搭配的组合。
实施例4
如图6所示,本实施例提供了一种复层地垫50,其构成大体上与实施例3中复层地垫40相同,不同处在于:中间垫42对应踩踏垫14的上表面或下表面设有一功能层52,功能层52由可发挥预定功能的材料构成,例如杀菌材料、防霉材料、防污材料或感温材料或印刷图案(如马赛克图案等)等材料。
透过该功能层52,复层地垫50更具有杀菌、防霉、防污、感温(提示高温)或透视美感(透过该踩踏垫14看到功能层52图案)等功能。
借由部分连接的吸水垫与踩踏垫,以及中间垫/中间垫上功能层的配合,可产生除污、防止污物被带离、吸水、易于清理污物及中间垫可拆下或撕离及杀菌、防霉、防污或感温等功能。不仅可作为门口踩踏垫,更适于作为浴室及公厕地垫等易发生异味、滋生细菌、发霉的场合,且使用寿命长,具有复数中间垫时可逐一拆下或撕离,较通常使用的专用场合或污物易被带离的地垫使用功效更佳,甚具实用价值。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种复层地垫,其特征在于,包含有:
    一吸水垫,铺置于地面,其组成材质包含吸水材料;及
    一踩踏垫,抵贴于所述吸水垫的上表面,所述踩踏垫以不吸水的弹性发泡材质制备而成,所述踩踏垫上设有贯通顶、底侧的若干连通部,水份经由各连通部流至所述吸水垫被吸收,并且所述踩踏垫与所述吸水垫并未贴合仅以若干侧边连接在一起。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述连通部由弹性发泡材质制备而成,所述连通部为开放性孔洞或贯通所述踩踏垫顶、底的通口中的一种。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫之间连接部位采用固接或可拆卸地连接中的一种方式接合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的固接方式为高周波加压、超音波加压、胶水配合热加压、发泡贴合或硫化贴合中的一种。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的可拆卸方式为利用黏扣带、魔鬼毡或拉链连接、胶水假性贴合、束带、扣接件连接组件中的一种。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的周侧皆连接在一起,所述踩踏垫切设有若干第一切线,用以自所述第一切线撑开踩踏垫。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,还包含有若干中间垫,所述中间垫以吸水材质制备而成,所述中间垫设置于所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫之间,其至少一侧可拆解地连接所述吸水垫与所述踩踏垫的连接部位。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述中间垫对应踩踏垫的一面设有一功能层,所述功能层以杀菌材料、防霉材料、防污材料或感温材料或印刷图案中的一种材料构成。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的复层地垫,其特征在于,所述中间垫上分别切设有若干第二切线,用以经由撑开的各第二切线拆解中间垫。
