Abstract

本发明公开了一种发光气球,包括气球、连接件和发光组件,气球具有充气口和连接口,连接件固定在连接口处且与发光组件连接,发光组件包括控制器和发光灯,控制器露在气球外,发光灯穿过连接件后,发光灯一部分或者全部伸入气球内。由此设计的一种发光气球具有独立的充气口,并且可以由露在气球外的控制器控制发光灯,发光灯伸入气球内,就可以将气球通体照亮,也可以将异形气球通体照亮,装饰效果较好。

本发明涉及一种发光气球。
背景技术
现有技术的发光气球通常分为三种,一种是用灯线绕在气球表面,很容易脱落;一种是绑在气球顶部或者是用单独小灯丢在气球内部,气球吹起来后就没办法调节开关变光,用于装饰或者会场时打开后,到晚上电量基本就耗光了,亮度就非常低了;还有一种是绑在气嘴上,这样充气时就非常不方便,而且气球没有完全充饱时,亮度都在气嘴上,效果很不理想。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于:提供一种发光气球。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种发光气球,包括气球,还包括连接件和发光组件,气球具有充气口和连接口,连接件固定在连接口处且与发光组件连接,发光组件包括控制器和发光灯,控制器露在气球外,发光灯穿过连接件后,发光灯一部分或者全部伸入气球内。
进一步地,所述充气口和连接口分别位于气球的下端和上端。
进一步地,所述连接件由压紧螺帽和压紧塞子组成,压紧螺帽抵靠在气球内壁上,压紧塞子压在气球外壁上。
进一步地,所述控制器包括上盖和下盖,下盖的下端具有上下延伸的螺杆,下盖压在压紧塞子顶部,螺杆穿过压紧塞子后与压紧螺帽旋紧。
进一步地,所述下盖具有上下贯通的第一通孔,压紧塞子具有供螺杆穿过的第二通孔,压紧螺帽具有上下贯通且与螺杆配合的螺纹孔。
进一步地,所述控制器还包括控制板、电池、开关和红外接收器,控制板、电池和红外接收器安装在下盖内,开关的外端延出下盖。
进一步地,所述电池数量为多个,一绝缘片卡入其中两个电池之间,绝缘片的上端延伸出上盖。
进一步地,所述上盖和下盖之间通过卡扣连接的方式连接。
进一步地,所述上盖的上端具有挂钩。
进一步地,所述控制器还包括USB连接器,USB连接器通过灯线连接发光灯。
应用本发明所提供的一种发光气球,其有益效果是:它具有独立的充气口,并且可以由露在气球外的控制器控制发光灯,发光灯伸入气球内,就可以将气球通体照亮,装饰效果较好。

具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现就结合本发明附图进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:如图1—图6所示,一种发光气球,包括气球1,还包括连接件和发光组件,气球1具有充气口1.1和连接口1.2,充气口1.1和连接口1.2分别位于气球1的下端和上端,连接件固定在连接口1.2处且与发光组件连接,发光组件包括控制器和发光灯2,控制器露在气球1外,发光灯2穿过连接件后,发光灯2一部分或者全部伸入气球1内。
如图2和图3所示,连接件由压紧螺帽3和压紧塞子4组成,压紧螺帽3抵靠在气球1内壁上,压紧塞子4压在气球1外壁上。
如图2和图3所示,为了方便控制器连接压紧螺帽3,控制器包括上盖5和下盖6,下盖6的下端具有上下延伸的螺杆6.1,下盖6压在压紧塞子4顶部,螺杆6.1穿过压紧塞子4后与压紧螺帽3旋紧。下盖6具有上下贯通的第一通孔6.2,压紧塞子4具有供螺杆6.1穿过的第二通孔4.1,压紧螺帽3具有上下贯通且与螺杆6.1配合的螺纹孔3.1。
如图5所示,控制器还包括控制板7、电池8、开关9和红外接收器10,控制板7、电池8和红外接收器10安装在下盖6内,开关9的外端延出下盖6。使用时不但可以按下开关9来控制发光灯2,还可以通过红外遥控的方式来控制,比如控制发光灯2开启、关闭、闪烁。
如图5所示,电池8数量为多个,一绝缘片11卡入其中两个电池8之间,绝缘片11的上端延伸出上盖5,上盖5上端具有供绝缘片11穿出的孔。绝缘片11可以保证装饰发光气球1在使用前不漏电,要使用时将绝缘片11抽出即可。
如图4和图5所示,上盖5和下盖6之间通过卡扣连接的方式连接,下盖6的上端外沿具有两个卡扣6.3,上盖5的下端外沿具有两个卡孔5.1,卡孔5.1供卡扣6.3卡入,将上盖5拆下后,方便更换电池8。
如图4所示,上盖5的上端具有挂钩5.2。通过挂钩5.2的设置,方便挂置气球1。
本发明所提供的一种发光气球,它具有独立的充气口1.1,并且可以由露在气球1外的控制器控制发光灯2,发光灯2伸入气球1内,就可以将气球1通体照亮,装饰效果较好。
发光灯2可以采用一颗或多颗灯珠,灯珠安装在灯线13上,当灯线13放入异形气球1内时,也可以将异形气球1通体照亮。
实施例二:实施例一与实施例二的区别在于:如图7和图8所示,控制器还包括USB连接器12,USB连接器12通过灯线13连接发光灯2,USB连接器12可以连接电源适配器或充电宝或电池盒。灯线13伸入上盖5和下盖6内,然后电线穿过压紧塞子4和压紧螺帽3。使用时,可以是多个气球1一起使用。

  1. 一种发光气球,包括气球(1),其特征在于:还包括连接件和发光组件,气球(1)具有充气口(1.1)和连接口(1.2),连接件固定在连接口(1.2)处且与发光组件连接,发光组件包括控制器和发光灯(2),控制器露在气球(1)外,发光灯(2)穿过连接件后,发光灯(2)一部分或者全部伸入气球(1)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述充气口(1.1)和连接口(1.2)分别位于气球(1)的下端和上端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述连接件由压紧螺帽(3)和压紧塞子(4)组成,压紧螺帽(3)抵靠在气球(1)内壁上,压紧塞子(4)压在气球(1)外壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述控制器包括上盖(5)和下盖(6),下盖(6)的下端具有上下延伸的螺杆(6.1),下盖(6)压在压紧塞子(4)顶部,螺杆(6.1)穿过压紧塞子(4)后与压紧螺帽(3)旋紧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述下盖(6)具有上下贯通的第一通孔(6.2),压紧塞子(4)具有供螺杆(6.1)穿过的第二通孔(4.1),压紧螺帽(3)具有上下贯通且与螺杆(6.1)配合的螺纹孔(3.1)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述控制器还包括控制板(7)、电池(8)、开关(9)和红外接收器(10),控制板(7)、电池(8)和红外接收器(10)安装在下盖(6)内,开关(9)的外端延出下盖(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述电池(8)数量为多个,一绝缘片(11)卡入其中两个电池(8)之间,绝缘片(11)的上端延伸出上盖(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种发光气球,其特征在于:所述上盖(5)和下盖(6)之间通过卡扣连接的方式连接。
