本实施例优选的,面壳3内面边缘设有导柱36、底壳4对应位置设有导柱孔37,导柱孔37通过螺丝连接到导柱36。通过导柱36连接可以增强连接的强度,面壳3和底壳4可拆卸地连接,方便对壁灯的维修和组装,另外还可增强防水效果。
本实施例优选的,发光装置还包括后灯板54,后灯板54设置在底壳4的外表面中央位置,与电池2相连。后灯板54为一条形灯带,设有左右两个LED灯珠,在使用时从壁灯的两侧透出光,实现微亮的照明效果,也可与前灯板51一起使用,增强科技美感。
本实施例优选的,第一面板31的上部向内凹陷形成电池安装槽21,电池2设置在电池安装槽21内,太阳能板1设置在电池安装槽21外,太阳能板1与第一面板31连接处设有防水胶。太阳能板1与第一面板31的外表面相齐平,设置防水胶可实现电池2防水。
本实施例优选的,凹槽34靠近第一面板31的一端设有供太阳能板4出线的第一出线孔和供电池2出线的第二出线孔,凹槽34靠近第二面板32的一端设有供前灯板51出线的第三出线孔。第一出线孔、第二出线孔和第三出线孔的一端位于防水槽38的内边与凹槽34相通,另一端分别连接到太阳能板1、电池2和前灯板51。凹槽34将太阳能板1的出线孔、电池2的出线孔、控制装置、发光装置的出线口全都包在里面,既合理地布线,又将个出线孔集中起来,简化了内部结构同时具有很高的防水性能。
本实施例优选的,第二接触面42上设有第二安装孔62,在底壳4内表面沿第二安装孔62周围设有防水盖43,防水盖43的边缘与底壳4底面边缘齐平。防水盖43通过抽芯而成,在底壳4和面壳3连接时防水盖43边缘与面壳3的内表面相接,可实现半密封。
本实施例优选的,第一接触面41和第二接触面42上设有支撑垫44。支撑垫44可设置在导柱孔37周围,防止底壳4与墙壁直接接触导致的磨损,同时由于底壳4与墙壁间具有一定的缝隙,在阴雨天气可以使雨水直接流下,减少对壁灯的水汽侵蚀。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,包括外壳、太阳能板、发光装置、电池和控制装置,其特征在于:外壳包括面壳和底壳,所述面壳与底壳互相连接,面壳和底壳为V型,面壳包括向后上方倾斜的第一面板、向后下方倾斜的第二面板和位于第一面板和第二面板连接处的连接部,太阳能板设置在第一面板上,电池设置在第一面板的内表面,电池与太阳能板相连;
    底壳两端竖直设有与墙壁接触的第一接触面和第二接触面;发光装置包括前灯板,前灯板设置在第二面板上,前灯板外设有前灯透镜;面壳内部中央位置设有凹槽,控制装置设置在凹槽内,控制装置与电池电连接;
    所述凹槽的四周设有凸出的防水槽,防水槽内设有TPE防水圈,TPE防水圈未与防水槽接触的一面上设有防水圈槽,底壳上凹槽对应处设有一圈筋位,筋位位于防水圈槽内将TPE防水圈压紧;外壳的上端设有第一安装孔,下端设有第二安装孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述控制装置包括控制板,控制板上设有红外探测装置和开关,红外探测装置和开关伸出连接部外,开关上设有硅胶开关帽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述前灯透镜与前灯板之间设有透镜硅胶防水圈。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:第一面板的顶端竖直方向设有台阶,台阶上设有第一安装孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:面壳内面边缘设有导柱、底壳对应位置设有导柱孔,导柱孔通过螺丝连接到导柱。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:发光装置还包括后灯板,后灯板设置在底壳的外表面中央位置,与电池相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:第一面板的上部向内凹陷形成电池安装槽,电池设置在电池安装槽内,太阳能板设置在电池安装槽外,太阳能板与第一面板连接处设有防水胶。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述凹槽靠近第一面板的一端设有供太阳能板出线的第一出线孔和供电池出线的第二出线孔,凹槽靠近第二面板的一端设有供前灯板出线的第三出线孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:第二接触面上设有第二安装孔,在底壳内表面沿第二安装孔周围设有防水盖,防水盖的边缘与底壳底面 边缘齐平。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述第一接触面和第二接触面上设有支撑垫。
