本实施例优选的,控制装置包括控制板71和开关盖72,控制板71一端设有红外接收装置与菲涅尔透镜5相连,菲涅尔透镜5从上面壳1上部的顶端伸出;控制板71另一端设有开关,开关从上面壳1下部的开关槽12伸出,开关上设有开关帽73,开关槽12为上面壳1下沉而成,开关盖72安装在开关槽12上,开关盖72中央设有安装开关帽73的通孔,开关帽73与开关盖72齐平,开关盖72与上面壳1下部表面齐平。开关帽73的设计使得开关被隐藏起来,能够使壁灯的整体外形更加美观平缓,同时在开关装饰帽上可以直接按下开关,方便使用,结合红外感应的菲涅尔透镜5,可以方便地控制壁灯的开关,同时能够减少在室外风雨环境下的开关磨损和废旧率。
本实施例优选的,后透镜63与后灯板61之间设有后透镜硅胶圈65,前透镜64与前灯板62之间设有前透镜硅胶圈66,上面壳1与下面壳2之间设有面壳硅胶圈10。
本实施例优选的,后灯板61设置在下面壳2的中央向内凹陷处,后灯板61与下面壳2连接处的两边设有后透镜安装槽67,后透镜安装槽67靠近后灯板61的一侧槽壁低于远离后灯板61一侧的槽壁,后透镜硅胶圈65设置在后透镜安装槽67的底部,后透镜63的两侧伸入后透镜安装槽67中,后透镜63的底面为与下面壳2的外表面相适应的圆弧状。
本实施例优选的,上灯板设置在上面壳1内部的安装腔中,安装腔形状与上灯板相适应,安装腔外设有第一安装槽13,前透镜硅胶圈66设置在第一安装槽13中,前透镜硅胶 圈66未与第一安装槽13接触的一面设有第一硅胶圈槽661,前透镜64底部对应位置设有伸入第一硅胶圈槽661的插板和固定前灯板62的固定柱,前透镜硅胶圈66与第一安装槽13槽壁接触的两侧外部设有凸棱。凸棱能够使插板插入第一硅胶圈槽661的时候由于受力挤压第一安装槽13,从而增强防水性能。
本实施例优选的,第一安装槽13的外槽壁的从下端到上端逐渐加高,第一安装槽13的外槽壁的上端与上面壳1间具有一道缝隙,前透镜64对应位置设有插板。这样设置前透镜64与上面壳1的连接更加紧密。
本实施例优选的,上面壳1的底部设有第二安装槽14,面壳硅胶圈10设置在第二安装槽14内,面壳硅胶圈10未与第二安装槽14接触的一面设有第二硅胶圈槽100,下面壳2底部对应位置设有伸入第二硅胶圈槽100的插板,面壳硅胶圈10与第二安装槽14槽壁接触的两侧外部设有凸棱。
本实施例优选的,上面壳1与太阳能板3连接处设有溢胶槽15和打胶位16。溢胶槽15高于打胶位16,保证太阳能板3与上面壳1之间连接的平滑紧密,且兼具良好的防水性能。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,包括上面壳、下面壳、太阳能板、锂电池、灯板、菲涅尔透镜和控制装置,其特征在于:所述上面壳和下面壳整体呈V型,上面壳和下面壳互相扣合,上面壳的上部向内设有电池安装槽,锂电池设置在电池安装槽中,太阳能板设置在锂电池安装槽外与上面壳的上部外侧齐平,锂电池与太阳能板电性连接;所述灯板包括后灯板和前灯板,后灯板设置在下面壳的下部,后灯板外设有后透镜;前灯板设置在上面壳的下部内,前灯板外设有前透镜,前透镜嵌在上面壳表面与上面壳齐平,上面壳的下部外表面整体为弧形面;所述下面壳的外侧顶端设有两个平直的接触面,两个接触面在同一平面上;菲涅尔透镜设置在上面壳下部的外表面上,所述控制装置设置与灯板、锂电池和菲涅尔透镜相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述控制装置包括控制板和开关盖,控制板一端设有红外接收装置与菲涅尔透镜相连,菲涅尔透镜从上面壳上部的顶端伸出;控制板另一端设有开关,开关从上面壳下部的开关槽伸出,开关上设有开关帽,开关槽为上面壳下沉而成,开关盖安装在开关槽上,开关盖中央设有安装开关帽的通孔,开关帽与开关装饰盖齐平,开关盖与上面壳下部表面齐平。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述后透镜与后灯板之间设有后透镜硅胶圈,前透镜与前灯板之间设有前透镜硅胶圈,上面壳与下面壳之间设有面壳硅胶圈。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述后灯板设置在下面壳的中央向内凹陷处,后灯板与下面壳连接处的两边设有后透镜安装槽,后透镜安装槽靠近后灯板的一侧槽壁低于远离后灯板一侧的槽壁,后透镜硅胶圈设置在后透镜安装槽的底部,后透镜的两侧伸入后透镜安装槽中,后透镜的底面为与下面壳的外表面相适应的圆弧状。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述上灯板设置在上面壳内部的安装腔中,安装腔形状与上灯板相适应,安装腔外设有第一安装槽,前透镜硅胶圈设置在第一安装槽中,前透镜硅胶圈未与第一安装槽接触的一面设有第一硅胶圈槽,前透镜底部对应位置设有伸入第一硅胶圈槽的插板和固定前灯板的固定柱,前透镜硅胶圈与第一安装槽槽壁接触的两侧外部设有凸棱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述第一安装槽的外槽壁的从下端到上端逐渐加高,第一安装槽的外槽壁的上端与上面壳间具有一道缝隙,前透镜对应位置设有插板。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述上面壳的底部设有第二安装槽,后透镜硅胶圈设置在第二安装槽内,后透镜硅胶圈未与第二安装槽接触的一面设有第二硅胶圈槽,下面壳底部对应位置设有伸入第二硅胶圈槽的插板,后透镜硅胶圈与第二安装槽槽壁接触的两侧外部设有凸棱。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的开关隐藏式感应全防水太阳能壁灯,其特征在于:所述上面壳与太阳能板连接处设有溢胶槽和打胶位。
