结合图1-图8,本实用新型的一种全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,包括外壳、太阳能板1、发光装置、电池2和控制装置,外壳包括面壳3和底壳4,面壳3与底壳4互相连接,面壳3和底壳4为V型,太阳能板1设置在面壳3上,电池2设置在底壳4上,电池2与太阳能板1相连;底壳4两端竖直设有与墙壁接触的第一接触面41和第二接触面42;发光装置包括前灯板51和后灯板52,前灯板51设置在面壳3上,前灯板51外设有前灯透镜53,后灯板52设置在底壳4的外表面中央位置,后灯板52外设有PC罩54,发光装置与电池2相连;面壳3内部中央位置设有凹槽31,控制装置设置在凹槽31内,控制装置与电池2电连接;控制装置包括控制板6,控制板6上设有感应探头61和防水按键开关62,感应探头61与菲涅尔透镜63相连,菲涅尔透镜63设置在防水按键开关62两侧;凹槽31的四周设有凸出的筋位32,底壳4上对应处设有防水槽43,防水槽43内设有TPU防水圈44,TPU防水圈44未与防水槽43接触的一面上设有防水圈槽,筋位32位于防水圈槽内将TPU防水圈44压紧;第一接触面41设有第一安装孔45,第二接触面42设有第二安装孔46。
电池2为锂电池2,可存储太阳能板1转化的电能。感应探头61和菲涅尔透镜63用 于探测人体红外信号,在感应距离内感应有人经过,经过感应探头61向控制板6发送信号,控制壁灯照明。开关用于控制照明模式,通过开关控制控制板6,从而控制壁灯的照明方式、时间等,在面壳3与底壳4连接时筋位32将TPU防水圈44压紧,可实现凹槽31与外部水汽的隔绝,从而达到绝佳的防水效果。感应探头61设置在面壳3的两侧,可以增大感应范围,提高壁灯的感应灵敏度,控制装置可以控制发光装置的发光模式、发光时间等,电池2为两者提供电能,壁灯整体呈V型,美观大方,照明时前灯板51和后灯板52发出的光类似蝴蝶形,具有美感,使用方便。本实施例中安装孔为螺丝挂孔。
本实施例优选的,感应探头61方向向下,与竖直方向的夹角为45°。感应探头61方向向下,用于探测壁灯下方走过的行人,此处的与竖直方向的夹角为45°是指两个感应探头61在竖直方向上是分别向两边倾斜,并且两个感应探头61的中心线与竖直方向夹角为45°。由于每个感应探头61的有效探测角度为0-90°(理论探测角度为0-120°),这样就可以实现180°感应角度。
本实施例优选的,面壳3包括向后上方倾斜的第一面板、向后下方倾斜的第二面板和位于第一面板和第二面板连接处的连接部,连接部中央设有开关安装槽33,开关安装槽33两侧设有倾斜的探头安装槽34,感应探头61和菲涅尔透镜63设置在探头安装槽34中。探头安装槽34倾斜是指探头安装槽34与开关安装槽33不在同一水平线上,设置探头安装槽34的部位一端与设置开关安装槽33的边缘相连,一端连接到面壳3的后边缘,为方便感应探头61的安装,可将探头安装槽34设为倾斜45°。
本实施例优选的,凹槽31位于第一面板的一端设有供太阳能板1出线的第一出线孔和供电池2出线的第二出线孔,位于第二面板的一端设有供前灯板51出线的第三出线孔。第一出线孔、第二出线孔和第三出线孔的一端位于筋位32上,另一端分别连接到太阳能板1、电池2和前灯板51。凹槽31将太阳能板1的出线孔、电池2的出线孔、控制装置、发光装置的出线口全都包在里面,既合理地布线,又将个出线孔集中起来,简化了内部结构同时具有很高的防水性能。
本实施例优选的,底壳4上部向内凹陷形成电池安装槽21,电池2设置在电池安装槽21内,电池安装槽21上盖有电池盖22,第一安装孔45设置在电池安装槽21两侧。
本实施例优选的,电池2与电池盖22之间设有防水保温硅胶垫23。防水保温硅胶垫23设置在电池2的正上方覆盖住电池2,实现电池2的防水和防冻,延长电池2的使用寿命。
本实施例优选的,前灯透镜53与前灯板51之间设有透镜硅胶防水圈55。防止水汽进 入壁灯内部。
本实施例优选的,第二安装孔46设置在第二接触面42中央,在底壳4内表面沿第二安装孔46周围设有防水盖47,防水盖47的边缘与底壳4底面边缘齐平。防水盖47通过抽芯而成,在底壳4和面壳3连接时防水盖47边缘与面壳3的内表面相接,可实现半密封。
本实施例优选的,第一接触面41和第二接触面42上设有支撑垫48。支撑垫48可设置在底壳4与面壳3连接处的螺丝孔周围,防止底壳4与墙壁直接接触导致的磨损,同时由于底壳4与墙壁间具有一定的缝隙,在阴雨天气可以使雨水直接流下,减少对壁灯的水汽侵蚀。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,包括外壳、太阳能板、发光装置、电池和控制装置,其特征在于:外壳包括面壳和底壳,所述面壳与底壳互相连接,面壳和底壳为V型,太阳能板设置在面壳上,电池设置在底壳上,电池与太阳能板相连;
    底壳两端竖直设有与墙壁接触的第一接触面和第二接触面;发光装置包括前灯板和后灯板,前灯板设置在面壳上,前灯板外设有前灯透镜,后灯板设置在底壳的外表面中央位置,后灯板外设有PC罩,发光装置与电池相连;
    面壳内部中央位置设有凹槽,控制装置设置在凹槽内,控制装置与电池电连接;控制装置包括控制板,控制板上设有感应探头和防水按键开关,感应探头与菲涅尔透镜相连,菲涅尔透镜设置在防水按键开关两侧;
    所述凹槽的四周设有凸出的筋位,底壳上对应处设有防水槽,防水槽内设有TPU防水圈,TPU防水圈未与防水槽接触的一面上设有防水圈槽,筋位位于防水圈槽内将TPU防水圈压紧;第一接触面设有第一安装孔,第二接触面设有第二安装孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:所述感应探头方向向下,与竖直方向的夹角为45°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:面壳包括向后上方倾斜的第一面板、向后下方倾斜的第二面板和位于第一面板和第二面板连接处的连接部,连接部中央设有开关安装槽,开关安装槽两侧设有倾斜的探头安装槽,感应探头和菲涅尔透镜设置在探头安装槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:所述凹槽位于第一面板的一端设有供太阳能板出线的第一出线孔和供电池出线的第二出线孔,位于第二面板的一端设有供前灯板出线的第三出线孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:所述底壳上部向内凹陷形成电池安装槽,电池设置在电池安装槽内,电池安装槽上盖有电池盖,第一安装孔设置在电池安装槽两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:所述电池与电池盖之间设有防水保温硅胶垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:所述前灯透镜与前灯板之间设有透镜硅胶防水圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:第二安装孔设置在第二接触面中央,在底壳内表面沿第二安装孔周围设有防水盖,防水盖的边缘与底壳 底面边缘齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的全方位360°防水多探头壁灯,其特征在于:所述第一接触面和第二接触面上设有支撑垫。
