Description
本发明涉及照明设备领域,尤其涉及一种便携式太阳能泛光灯。
太阳能灯具由于其绿色环保的特性得到广泛的应用,现有的太阳能灯具主要是固定式的,太阳能板由于位置角度是确定的,在一天中接收太阳能的效率不能够始终做到高效,导致太阳能板的转化效率降低。另一方面,由于太阳能灯具通常是设置在室外的,固定的太阳能灯具容易在阴雨天气收到水汽侵袭,损坏内部零件,减小灯具寿命。因此需要一种能够便携的太阳能灯具。
发明内容
为解决现有的技术问题,本发明提供了一种便携式太阳能泛光灯。
本发明具体内容如下:一种便携式太阳能泛光灯,包括太阳能板、灯具主体和支架,所述太阳能板设置在灯具主体上,太阳能板外侧设有塑胶压板;所述灯具主体两侧设有旋转齿,支架通过支架固定旋钮设置在旋转齿上;灯具主体呈阶梯型,较高的一侧内部设有电池盒,电池设置在电池盒内,电池与太阳能板相连,电池盒上表面设有电池盒盖;灯具主体较低的一侧设有旋转灯头,旋转灯头一端通过旋转固定螺丝与灯具主体远离电池盒的一端旋转连接,旋转灯头内设有光源,光源与电池相连,旋转灯头外侧设有红外感应装置。
其中,电池为锂电池,灯具整体结构是太阳能板位于灯具的上表面,灯具的下方为电池盒和旋转灯头,旋转灯头可绕灯具主体旋转。在使用时,支架旋转到合适的角度后固定,然后根据灯光照射的需要将旋转灯头旋转适当的角度后再将其放置在支撑面上即可。在白天时可将旋转灯头收起,通过支架调整将太阳能板摆在合适的位置转化太阳能。同时由于无需接入外部的电路,可以实现灯具的便携,无疑扩大了灯具的使用范围。
进一步的,所述塑胶压板内侧设有卡扣、螺丝孔和定位板,卡扣为竖直向下的竖板,在竖板的尾端设有向内的延伸部,竖板的长度与太阳能板的厚度相适应,螺丝孔与灯具主体上的孔位相对应,定位板设置在塑胶压板的两对边内侧,定位板底端设有卡口。在固定太阳能板时,卡扣将太阳能板卡在塑胶压板下方,塑胶压板再通过定位板定位在灯具主体
上,再通过螺丝孔和螺丝牢固定位。
进一步的,所述灯具主体内部与太阳能板接触的一面上设有打胶槽。向打胶槽中打入胶水,可以将太阳能板背面粘在灯具主体上,加强固定效果,可在灯具主体上设置4处打胶槽,分别设置在灯具主体较高和较低的两部分。
进一步的,所述支架绕灯具主体360°旋转,支架远离灯具主体的一边倾斜设置,倾斜角为30°~60°。此处的倾斜角指的是在支架整体与灯具主体平行时,支架远离灯具主体的一边与灯具主体所在平面的夹角。由于支架远离灯具主体的一边是支架展开时支撑在地面的一边,因此设置倾斜角可以与地面更好地贴合,可根据使用习惯确定适当的倾斜角度。
进一步的,所述旋转灯头包括旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板,旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板互相盖合,旋转下盖板上依次设有铝基板、透镜防水胶圈和PC配光透镜,铝基板上设有灯珠;旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板中央设有开关孔,开关孔内设有控制板,控制板上设有开关,开关孔外设有防水开关帽,灯具主体对应位置设有开关槽。旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板的内侧边缘均设有导柱孔,两者通过导柱连接扣合,开关帽延伸出旋转下盖板。在旋转灯头扣合在灯具主体上时,开关帽位于开关槽内,实现开关的隐形,使灯具外形美观大方。
进一步的,所述红外感应装置倾斜设置在旋转下盖板的两侧,红外感应装置包括红外感应头、设置在红外感应头和旋转灯头之间的红外感应器盒盖胶圈和套在红外感应头外的红外感应器透镜。
进一步的,所述旋转下盖板靠近电池盒的一侧设有第一凹槽,灯具主体较高的一侧边缘设有第二凹槽,第一凹槽和第二凹槽位置相对应。由于旋转上盖板是盖合在旋转下盖板上的,因此旋转上盖板位于第一凹槽的部位即成为一扣板,再加上第一凹槽和第二凹槽形成的空间,可以轻松地将旋转灯头掀起并旋转。
进一步的,所述旋转上盖板与灯具主体接触处设有定位齿,定位齿呈圆弧形,设置在旋转固定螺丝孔周围;旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板在旋转固定螺丝孔处设有过线孔。
进一步的,所述旋转上盖板与旋转下盖板接触处设有旋转盖胶圈,旋转上盖板边缘设有容纳旋转盖胶圈的第一胶圈槽,旋转下盖板内侧设有插入第一胶圈槽的插板,旋转下盖板的边缘与旋转上盖板的边缘齐平。在旋转上盖板与旋转下盖板连接时,旋转下盖板的插板插入第一胶圈槽,并将位于第一胶圈槽的旋转盖胶圈向下挤压,旋转盖胶圈发生形变,填充第一胶圈槽内的空隙,能够实现O型挤压式防水。
进一步的,所述电池盒盖与电池盒的连接处设有电池胶圈,电池盒边缘设有容纳电池
胶圈的第二胶圈槽,电池盒盖内侧设有卡槽,卡槽与第二胶圈槽交错相插,卡槽的一边插入第二胶圈槽中。电池盒和电池盒盖的边缘为平台结构,两者在平台区域通过螺钉相连。在电池盒盖与电池盒连接时,卡槽靠近外侧的一边插入第二胶圈槽中,一方面抵紧电池胶圈,另一方面,卡槽将第二胶圈槽靠近外侧的一边卡紧,从而实现紧密连接。
本发明的有益效果:采用这样的结构后,可根据需要将灯具调整为合适的角度后固定,同时灯具整体美观大方,无需接外部电路,便携方便。

结合图1-图12,本发明的一种便携式太阳能泛光灯,包括太阳能板1、灯具主体2和支架3,太阳能板1设置在灯具主体2上,太阳能板1外侧设有塑胶压板11;灯具主体2两侧设有旋转齿21,支架3通过支架固定旋钮31设置在旋转齿21上;灯具主体2呈阶梯型,较高的一侧内部设有电池盒41,电池42设置在电池盒41内,电池42与太阳能板1相连,电池盒41上表面设有电池盒盖43;灯具主体2较低的一侧设有旋转灯头5,旋转灯头5一端通过旋转固定螺丝与灯具主体2远离电池盒41的一端旋转连接,旋转灯头5内设有光源,光源与电池42相连,旋转灯头5外侧设有红外感应装置。
其中,电池42为锂电池42,灯具整体结构是太阳能板1位于灯具的上表面,灯具的下方为电池盒41和旋转灯头5,旋转灯头5可绕灯具主体2旋转。在使用时,支架3旋转到合适的角度后固定,然后根据灯光照射的需要将旋转灯头5旋转适当的角度后再将其放置在支撑面上即可。在白天时可将旋转灯头5收起,通过支架3调整将太阳能板1摆在合适的位置转化太阳能。同时由于无需接入外部的电路,可以实现灯具的便携,无疑扩大了灯具的使用范围。
本实施例优选的,塑胶压板11内侧设有卡扣12、螺丝孔13和定位板14,卡扣12为竖直向下的竖板,在竖板的尾端设有向内的延伸部,竖板的长度与太阳能板1的厚度相适应,螺丝孔13与灯具主体2上的孔位相对应,定位板14设置在塑胶压板11的两对边内侧,定位板14底端设有卡口。在固定太阳能板1时,卡扣12将太阳能板1卡在塑胶压板11下方,塑胶压板11再通过定位板14定位在灯具主体2上,再通过螺丝孔13和螺丝牢固定位。
本实施例优选的,灯具主体2内部与太阳能板1接触的一面上设有打胶槽21。向打胶槽21中打入胶水,可以将太阳能板1背面粘在灯具主体2上,加强固定效果,可在灯具主体2上设置4处打胶槽21,分别设置在灯具主体2较高和较低的两部分。
本实施例优选的,支架3绕灯具主体2 360°旋转,支架3远离灯具主体2的一边倾斜设置,倾斜角为30°~60°。此处的倾斜角指的是在支架3整体与灯具主体2平行时,支架3远离灯具主体2的一边与灯具主体2所在平面的夹角。由于支架3远离灯具主体2的一边是支架3展开时支撑在地面的一边,因此设置倾斜角可以与地面更好地贴合,可根据使用习惯确定适当的倾斜角度。本实施例中倾斜角为30°。
本实施例优选的,旋转灯头5包括旋转上盖板51和旋转下盖板52,旋转上盖板51和旋转下盖板52互相盖合,旋转下盖板52上依次设有铝基板53、透镜防水胶圈54和PC配光透镜55,铝基板53上设有灯珠56;旋转上盖板51和旋转下盖板52中央设有开关孔57,开关孔57内设有控制板58,控制板58上设有开关59,开关孔57外设有防水开关帽591,灯具主体2对应位置设有开关槽22。旋转上盖板51和旋转下盖板52的内侧边缘均设有导柱孔,两者通过导柱连接扣合,开关59帽延伸出旋转下盖板52。在旋转灯头5扣合在灯具主体2上时,开关59帽位于开关槽22内,实现开关59的隐形,使灯具外形美观大方。
本实施例优选的,红外感应装置倾斜设置在旋转下盖板52的两侧,红外感应装置包括红外感应头61、设置在红外感应头61和旋转灯头5之间的红外感应器盒盖胶圈62和套在红外感应头61外的红外感应器透镜63。
本实施例优选的,旋转下盖板52靠近电池盒41的一侧设有第一凹槽521,灯具主体2较高的一侧边缘设有第二凹槽23,第一凹槽521和第二凹槽23位置相对应。由于旋转上盖板51是盖合在旋转下盖板52上的,因此旋转上盖板51位于第一凹槽521的部位即成为一扣板,再加上第一凹槽521和第二凹槽23形成的空间,可以轻松地将旋转灯头5掀起并旋转。
本实施例优选的,旋转上盖板51与灯具主体2接触处设有定位齿7,定位齿7呈圆弧形,设置在旋转固定螺丝孔13周围;旋转上盖板51和旋转下盖板52在旋转固定螺丝孔13处设有过线孔8。本实施例中定位齿7对应的圆弧角为45°,从而旋转灯头5的旋转角度为0~135°。
本实施例优选的,旋转上盖板51与旋转下盖板52接触处设有旋转盖胶圈511,旋转上盖板51边缘设有容纳旋转盖胶圈511的第一胶圈槽512,旋转下盖板52内侧设有插入第一胶圈槽512的插板522,旋转下盖板52的边缘与旋转上盖板51的边缘齐平。在旋转上盖板51与旋转下盖板52连接时,旋转下盖板52的插板522插入第一胶圈槽512,并将位于第一胶圈槽512的旋转盖胶圈511向下挤压,旋转盖胶圈511发生形变,填充第一胶圈槽512内的空隙,能够实现O型挤压式防水。
本实施例优选的,电池盒盖43与电池盒41的连接处设有电池胶圈411,电池盒41边缘设有容纳电池胶圈411的第二胶圈槽412,电池盒盖43内侧设有卡槽431,卡槽431与第二胶圈槽412交错相插,卡槽431的一边插入第二胶圈槽412中。电池盒41和电池盒盖43的边缘为平台结构,两者在平台区域通过螺钉相连。在电池盒盖43与电池盒41连接时,卡槽431靠近外侧的一边插入第二胶圈槽412中,一方面抵紧电池胶圈411,另一方面,卡槽431将第二胶圈槽412靠近外侧的一边卡紧,从而实现紧密连接。

Claims (10)
- 一种便携式太阳能泛光灯,包括太阳能板、灯具主体和支架,其特征在于:所述太阳能板设置在灯具主体上,太阳能板外侧设有塑胶压板;所述灯具主体两侧设有旋转齿,支架通过支架固定旋钮设置在旋转齿上;灯具主体呈阶梯型,较高的一侧内部设有电池盒,电池设置在电池盒内,电池与太阳能板相连,电池盒上表面设有电池盒盖;灯具主体较低的一侧设有旋转灯头,旋转灯头一端通过旋转固定螺丝与灯具主体远离电池盒的一端旋转连接,旋转灯头内设有光源,光源与电池相连,旋转灯头外侧设有红外感应装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述塑胶压板内侧设有卡扣、螺丝孔和定位板,卡扣为竖直向下的竖板,在竖板的尾端设有向内的延伸部,竖板的长度与太阳能板的厚度相适应,螺丝孔与灯具主体上的孔位相对应,定位板设置在塑胶压板的两对边内侧,定位板底端设有卡口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述灯具主体内部与太阳能板接触的一面上设有打胶槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述支架绕灯具主体360°旋转,支架远离灯具主体的一边倾斜设置,倾斜角为30°~60°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述旋转灯头包括旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板,旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板互相盖合,旋转下盖板上依次设有铝基板、透镜防水胶圈和PC配光透镜,铝基板上设有灯珠;旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板中央设有开关孔,开关孔内设有控制板,控制板上设有开关,开关孔外设有防水开关帽,灯具主体对应位置设有开关槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述红外感应装置倾斜设置在旋转下盖板的两侧,红外感应装置包括红外感应头、设置在红外感应头和旋转灯头之间的红外感应器盒盖胶圈和套在红外感应头外的红外感应器透镜。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述旋转下盖板靠近电池盒的一侧设有第一凹槽,灯具主体较高的一侧边缘设有第二凹槽,第一凹槽和第二凹槽位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述旋转上盖板与灯具主体接触处设有定位齿,定位齿呈圆弧形,设置在旋转固定螺丝孔周围;旋转上盖板和旋转下盖板在旋转固定螺丝孔处设有过线孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述旋转上盖板与旋转下盖板接触处设有旋转盖胶圈,旋转上盖板边缘设有容纳旋转盖胶圈的第一胶圈槽,旋 转下盖板内侧设有插入第一胶圈槽的插板,旋转下盖板的边缘与旋转上盖板的边缘齐平。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便携式太阳能泛光灯,其特征在于:所述电池盒盖与电池盒的连接处设有电池胶圈,电池盒边缘设有容纳电池胶圈的第二胶圈槽,电池盒盖内侧设有卡槽,卡槽与第二胶圈槽交错相插,卡槽的一边插入第二胶圈槽中。
