本发明涉及生物种植技术领域,具体属于一种生物质养殖土及其制作方法。
背景技术
养殖土是为了满足幼苗生长发育而专门配制的含有多种矿质营养,是疏松通气,保水保肥能力强,无病虫害的床土。
现有的养殖土一般由肥沃的大田土与腐熟厩肥混合配制而成,也有选自进口优质泥炭、椰糠,按特定比例混合的营养土;目前已经有地区在冬季的稻田种植菌菇,但是却并没有针对水稻和菌菇种植配比合适的养殖土,造成水稻和菌菇不能得到需要的营养,影响其产量和品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种生物质养殖土及其制作方法,克服了现有技术的不足,以木屑、花生仁和花生壳,清洗干净晒干后为基础与优质泥土、生物炭和草木灰混合制备,充分利用农业废弃物,减少环境污染,针对水稻和菌菇的种植进行配方,保障植株的生长需求。
技术解决方案
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种生物质养殖土,按照质量百分比计,所述养殖土包括以下组分:泥土 15%、木屑 10%、花生仁 30%、花生壳 10%、生物炭 30%和草木灰5%。
本发明还保护了一种生物质养殖土的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选择干净无毒的木屑、花生仁和花生壳,清洗干净晒干后粉碎、过筛,加入少量清水发酵10-15天;
步骤二、选择干净无毒的泥土、生物炭和草木灰粉碎、过筛;
步骤三、按照重量百分比分别称取泥土、木屑、花生仁、花生壳、生物炭和草木灰,清洗干净晒干后然后混合,加入混合物总质量五分之一的清水,搅拌混合后,再堆放5-8天,得到所述养殖土。
进一步,所述步骤一和步骤二中粉碎至100-160目。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
1、本发明通过优质泥土和木屑、花生仁和花生壳,清洗干净晒干后进行处理后混合,再加入生物炭和草木灰制备,充分利用农业废弃物,减少环境污染,同时降低了产品成本,易于推广。
2、本发明采用天然生物质材料,对环境无污染、对植株无毒害作用,且营养全面,充分满足植株的生长需求。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但本发明不仅限于这些实例,在为脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所为任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种生物质养殖土,按照质量百分比计,包括以下组分:泥土 15%、木屑 10%、花生仁 30%、花生壳 10%、生物炭 30%和草木灰5%。
本实施例还公开了一种生物质养殖土的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选择干净无毒的木屑、花生仁和花生壳,清洗干净晒干后粉碎至100-160目后过筛,加入少量清水发酵10-15天;
步骤二、选择干净无毒的泥土、生物炭和草木灰粉碎100-160目后过筛;
步骤三、按照重量百分比分别称取泥土、木屑、花生仁、花生壳、生物炭和草木灰,清洗干净晒干后然后混合,加入混合物总质量五分之一的清水,搅拌混合后,再堆放5-8天,得到所述养殖土。
对比例1
本对比例所公开的组分配比和制作方法与实施例1基本一致,唯有区别的是:步骤一中木屑、花生仁和花生壳未进行发酵。
效果测试
按照实施例1和对比例1的制作方法分别制作养殖土,再取目前的常见土壤作为对照组,分别养殖一亩水稻,并对水稻进行统计,统计结果见表1。

根据表1的结果可知,本发明所提供的养殖土及其制作方法能够有效的帮助水稻生长,提供水稻生长所需的各种养分,同时充分利用农业废弃物,减少环境污染。

    步骤一、选择干净无毒的木屑、花生仁和花生壳,清洗干净晒干后粉碎、过筛,加入少量清水发酵10-15天;
    步骤二、选择干净无毒的泥土、生物炭和草木灰粉碎、过筛;
    步骤三、按照重量百分比分别称取泥土、木屑、花生仁、花生壳、生物炭和草木灰,清洗干净晒干后然后混合,加入混合物总质量五分之一的清水,搅拌混合后,再堆放5-8天,得到所述养殖土。
  3. 根据权利要求7所述的一种生物质养殖土的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一和步骤二中粉碎至100-160目。
