本实用新型属于一种凝胶糖果生产领域,具体是涉及到一种凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置。
背景技术
凝胶糖果生产中一般需要浇注在淀粉托盘中,之后经过干燥再脱模,目前该三个工序一般相互独立,需要人工或者三套设备独立衔接,占用空间大,同时会导致生产不连续,过多半成品的存在以及半产品占用空间大等。不利于提高效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种浇注、干燥和脱模一体的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置。
本实用新型的内容包括干燥隧道、机架、通过机架设置在干燥隧道内的上料输送带,所述上料输送带包括驱动辊和橡胶皮带,所述橡胶皮带外表面呈矩形阵列设置有若干个成型模腔,所述成型模腔底部设置有软性顶出块,所述上料输送带前端通过机架设置有用于给成型模腔内放置凝胶原料的上料件,所述机架上还设置有位于橡胶皮带内朝向下方橡胶皮带的软性顶出块设置的下料件。
更进一步地,所述下料件包括设置在橡胶皮带内侧且与一列软性顶出块对齐的顶推件以及设置在橡胶皮带外侧且位于顶推件两侧的压覆滚轮。
更进一步地,所述顶推件和压覆滚轮通过龙门架固定,龙门架设置在机架上。
更进一步地,所述上料件包括升降组件一和设置在升降组件一输出端的输料管。
更进一步地,所述上料件靠近输送方向前侧设置有上粉组件,上粉组件包括升降组件二和设置在升降组件二输出端的输粉管。
更进一步地,所述上料件靠近输送方向后侧设置有压覆组件,压覆组件包括升降组件三和设置在升降组件三输出端的压覆皮带。

本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的上料输送带的皮带为橡胶皮带,并在橡胶皮带上设置成型模腔,用于成型凝胶糖果,并且在成型模腔底部设置有软性顶出块,在成型模腔 内上凝胶原料并经过干燥隧道干燥成型之后,通过下料件推动软性顶出块顶出成型后的橡胶糖果,干燥出膜依次进行,由于皮带为橡胶皮带,在橡胶皮带通过驱动辊进行转弯时,皮带会产生变形,成型模腔的尺寸为变大,此时,成型后的凝胶糖果会与成型模腔产生松动或者脱离,依次便于凝胶糖果的脱模,简化操作难度。

具体实施方式
如图1-7所示,本实用新型包括干燥隧道1、机架(图中未示出,用于支撑和固定各个部件)、通过机架设置在干燥隧道1内的上料输送带2,所述上料输送带2包括驱动辊21和橡胶皮带22,所述橡胶皮带22外表面呈矩形阵列设置有若干个成型模腔221,所述成型模腔221底部设置有软性顶出块222,所述上料输送带2前端通过机架设置有用于给成型模腔221内放置凝胶原料的上料件3,所述机架上还设置有位于橡胶皮带22内朝向下方橡胶皮带22的软性顶出块222设置的下料件4。
本实用新型的上料输送带2的皮带为橡胶皮带22,并在橡胶皮带22上设置成型模腔221,用于成型凝胶糖果,并且在成型模腔221底部设置有软性顶出块222,在成型模腔221内上凝胶原料并经过干燥隧道1干燥成型之后,通过下料件4推动软性顶出块222顶出成型后的橡胶糖果,干燥出膜依次进行,由于皮带为橡胶皮带22,在橡胶皮带22通过驱动辊21进行转弯时,皮带会产生变形,成型模腔221的尺寸为变大,此时,成型后的凝胶糖果会与成型模腔221产生松动或者脱离,依次便于凝胶糖果的脱模,简化操作难度。
如图6和图7所示,所述下料件4包括设置在橡胶皮带22内侧且与一列软性顶出块222对齐的顶推件41以及设置在橡胶皮带22外侧且位于顶推件41两侧的压覆滚轮42,本实施例中,软性顶出块222的材质比橡胶皮带22的变形量更大,顶推件41优选采用气缸,气缸 输出端推动软性顶出块222将滞留的凝胶糖果顶出,进入下一道工序,在气缸输出端缩回之后,软性顶出块222通过弹性进行复位,便于下次承接凝胶原料满足成型工作,另外,通过在橡胶皮带另一侧且位于顶推件41两侧设置压覆滚轮42,保证顶推件41在工作时不对使橡胶皮带22变形影响软性顶出块222的顶推效果,保证下料的后成功率。
所述顶推件41和压覆滚轮42通过龙门架43固定,提高结构一体性,龙门架43设置在机架上。
所述上料件3包括升降组件一31和设置在升降组件一31输出端的输料管32,升降组件一31可以使输料管32靠近橡胶皮带22,便于上料的精准性。
所述上料件3靠近输送方向前侧设置有上粉组件7,上粉组件7包括升降组件二71和设置在升降组件二71输出端的输粉管72,具体可以上糖衣、食用防粘剂或者其它元素,提高扩展性。
所述上料件3靠近输送方向后侧设置有压覆组件5,压覆组件5包括升降组件三51和设置在升降组件三51输出端的压覆皮带52,压覆组件5提高凝胶原料的成型效果,提供压模功能。
所述橡胶皮带22内通过机架设置有与压覆皮带52对应的支撑皮带53,为压覆皮带52提供支撑,保证压模效果,另外,所述压覆皮带52和支撑皮带53均为无动力皮带装置,在橡胶皮带22进行移动时,压覆皮带52和支撑皮带53随之自转,并提供压力。
所述上料输送带2下方还设置有下料输送带6,便于成型后的凝胶糖果的输送。
所述干燥隧道1为风冷干燥隧道,保证干燥效果,具体可以在干燥隧道1顶部设置多组风机。

  1. 一种凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,包括干燥隧道(1)、机架、通过机架设置在干燥隧道(1)内的上料输送带(2),所述上料输送带(2)包括驱动辊(21)和橡胶皮带(22),所述橡胶皮带(22)外表面呈矩形阵列设置有若干个成型模腔(221),所述成型模腔(221)底部设置有软性顶出块(222),所述上料输送带(2)前端通过机架设置有用于给成型模腔(221)内放置凝胶原料的上料件(3),所述机架上还设置有位于橡胶皮带(22)内朝向下方橡胶皮带(22)的软性顶出块(222)设置的下料件(4)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述下料件(4)包括设置在橡胶皮带(22)内侧且与一列软性顶出块(222)对齐的顶推件(41)以及设置在橡胶皮带(22)外侧且位于顶推件(41)两侧的压覆滚轮(42)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述顶推件(41)和压覆滚轮(42)通过龙门架(43)固定,龙门架(43)设置在机架上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述上料件(3)包括升降组件一(31)和设置在升降组件一(31)输出端的输料管(32)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述上料件(3)靠近输送方向前侧设置有上粉组件(7),上粉组件(7)包括升降组件二(71)和设置在升降组件二(71)输出端的输粉管(72)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述上料件(3)靠近输送方向后侧设置有压覆组件(5),压覆组件(5)包括升降组件三(51)和设置在升降组件三(51)输出端的压覆皮带(52)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述橡胶皮带(22)内通过机架设置有与压覆皮带(52)对应的支撑皮带(53)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述压覆皮带(52)和支撑皮带(53)均为无动力皮带装置。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述上料输送带(2)下方还设置有下料输送带(6)。
  10. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的凝胶糖果上糖工艺的干燥装置,其特征是,所述干燥隧道(1)为风冷干燥隧道。
