优选的,旋转筒41内设有供驱动端3b往复活动的活动腔10,活动腔10内设有为阀塞3提供弹性复位力的复位件11,以实现在出汁完毕后为阀塞3提供复位的弹力,防止发生忘记转动旋转筒41的情况下导致容器内的果蔬汁液继续流出,实现自动复位功能。
优选的,复位件11为弹簧,驱动端3b的端面上设有固定复位弹簧的固定槽12,以方便安装固定弹簧。
优选的,当出汁嘴2关闭时,阀塞3靠近旋转筒41的一端伸出出汁管1,驱动端3b上沿其长度方向设有防转限位槽13,出汁管1上对应防转限位槽13设有防转止位件14,具体的,防转止位件14与出汁管1分体设置,同时为了方便加工以及拆洗,在出汁管的1的出口端端面上可拆卸设有固定环100,进而将防转止位件14设置在固定环100的内侧壁上,为了防止固定环100转动,可在固定环的外侧壁上设置凸起卡位101,在出汁管1上设置配合凸起卡位101的凹陷卡口102,通过防转止位件14和防转限位槽13的配合可防止阀塞3在往复运动的过程中发生旋转,进而保证阀塞3的密封性。
优选的,滚珠42和斜槽6组成第一单元,防转限位槽13和防转止位件14组成第二单元,第一单元和第二单元均设有两个,其中,两斜槽6和两防转限位槽13均以阀塞3的轴线为对称轴相对设置在阀塞3的侧壁上。
优选的,出汁管1的出口端端面上对应旋转筒41设有定位台阶15,其中,凹陷卡口102设置在定位台阶15的侧壁上,旋转筒41的外侧壁上对应定位台阶15同轴设置有止位凸台16,出汁管1上设有将止位凸台16固定在定位台阶15上的锁紧螺母17,装配时,将固定环100先装入定位台阶15内,再进一步将旋转筒41装入定位台阶并于固定环相抵,锁紧螺母17与出汁管1可拆卸连接,具体的,锁紧螺母17与出汁管1同轴螺接,且锁紧螺母17内壁上设有定位止位凸台16的凸台18,当装配完成后,锁紧螺母17将凸台18抵紧在固定环100上,进而将固定环100抵紧在定位台阶15上,其中,为了保证稳定性,固定环100的端面具有一定宽度以适配旋转筒和凸台18,同时该凸台18也可起到一定的防尘作用。
优选的,定位槽5贯穿旋转筒41,旋转筒41上设有防止滚珠42自定位槽5脱落的限位套筒19,具体的,限位套筒19与旋转筒41通过卡扣23可拆卸连接,以方便拆洗,此外,为了防止限位套筒19与旋转筒41打滑,限位套筒19内壁上一般会设置防滑筋条(图未示),而在旋转筒41的外侧壁上对应设有防滑槽21。
优选的,斜槽6的两端均设有沿阀塞3的周向方向延伸的延伸段22,以方便将阀塞3保持固定,进而保持出汁嘴2出于关闭或者打开状态。
本发明较佳实施例的回旋式自复位管阀结构的装配方法,如图5所示,方法包括以下步骤:
第一步S10:将阀塞3装入出汁管1内并保证驱动端3b位于出汁管1外,将锁紧螺母17装入到位以将旋转筒41固定在定位台阶15上;
第二步S20:将旋转筒41套设在驱动端3b上并校准定位槽5和斜槽6;
第三步S30:将滚珠42装入定位槽5并将限位套筒19套设在旋转筒41上并到位,通过卡扣将限位套筒19与旋转筒41固定。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,包括出汁管,所述出汁管的侧壁上设有出汁嘴,还包括设于所述出汁管内封堵所述出汁嘴的阀塞,所述出汁管上还设有驱动所述阀塞封闭或打开所述出汁嘴的驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括套设在所述阀塞上的旋转筒,和设于所述阀塞与所述旋转筒之间的滚珠;所述旋转筒与所述出汁管转动连接,所述旋转筒的内壁上设有定位所述滚珠的定位槽,所述阀塞上沿其长度方向设置有供所述滚珠滚动的斜槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述阀塞的一端形成封堵所述出汁嘴的封堵端,另一端形成配合所述滚珠的驱动端,所述斜槽设于所述驱动端上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述旋转筒内设有供所述驱动端往复活动的活动腔,所述活动腔内设有为所述阀塞提供弹性复位力的复位件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述复位件为弹簧,所述驱动端的端面上设有固定所述复位弹簧的固定槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,当所述出汁嘴关闭时,所述阀塞靠近所述旋转筒的一端伸出所述出汁管,所述驱动端上沿其长度方向设有防转限位槽,所述出汁管上对应所述防转限位槽设有防转止位件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述滚珠和所述斜槽组成第一单元,所述防转限位槽和所述防转止位件组成第二单元,所述第一单元和所述第二单元均设有两个。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述出汁管的出口端端面上对应所述旋转筒设有定位台阶,所述旋转筒的外侧壁上对应所述定位台阶同轴设置有止位凸台,所述出汁管上设有将所述止位凸台固定在所述定位台阶上的锁紧螺母,所述锁紧螺母与所述出汁管可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述定位槽贯穿所述旋转筒,所述旋转筒上设有防止所述滚珠自所述定位槽脱落的限位套筒。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述斜槽的两端均设有沿所述阀塞的周向方向延伸的延伸段。
  10. 一种回旋式自复位管阀结构的装配方法,根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的回旋式自复位管阀结构,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    第一步:将所述阀塞装入所述出汁管内并保证所述驱动端位于所述出汁管外;
    第二步:将所述旋转筒套设在所述驱动端上并校准所述定位槽和所述斜槽;
    第三步:将滚珠装入定位槽并将所述限位套筒套设在旋转筒上并到位。
